I had the best full body massage ever!! I was simply in heaven I’ve never felt more relaxed in my life. I work out a lot and have two jobs which one is heavy lifting so I experience lots of back pain, I have no pain now and I feel amazing. I also had my first lash lift and tint ever, my eyelashes are naturally straight and I never really thought I had nice lashes but with the lint and tint, they gave my lashes so much life!!! I stumbled on this place back in 2022 when looking for a new place to get my lashes done and this was right in my neighborhood! Life happens, so I havent returned until today and it was everything I remembered and more. The salon is clean and bright, with snacks, water, and coffee in the waiting area, should you need them. Ive been to a few different salons in the Northern VA area and this is the best, hands down!Svitlana was wonderful - she was so nice and made sure that I was comfortable (including covering me with a blanket bc it was a little cold in the room) before getting started on my lash lift and brow lamination. Once she got started, she created such a calming experience that I completely relaxed and even drifted off to sleep a couple times, lol! When she was done and I looked in the mirror, I loved what shed done - having never had my brows laminated, they looked amazing! The lashes were also perfection. Seemed like a very nice place but when the bill came it was double what was discussed and on my email bill. So when i complain she says in a strong accent from a foreign country that she told us she was doing new lashes , we didnt understand and i said you suppose to claify your going double the price my wife is asian so her english struggle to and their obvious communication problems and she never try to explain double price a 220$ bill instead of 105$ she just want money after. So me as a husband saw the scam she knew my wife not understand and she think she can charge her extra and we wont care… then they call me and say im rude because i not pay the 200$ only the aggreed 105 $ and we had to wait 25 mins just to pay because she didnt know how to use machine then ask for cash. too bad people feel the need to scam because the lashes were done well

Seriously the best place to have your lashes done , the first time Alla met she nicely declined to work on my lashes .Why? They were in poor condition, she suggested me to use a lash serum for 2 months & then get back to her which is what I did. It has been 2 years & I have never looked back.I’m updating on my experience getting my lashes done since 2019, Alla & her team are doing a wonderful job, coming every month from MD.I think that’s says all.

I went to see Alla for a full set last week and waited to see how my lashes held up before writing my review, but I think I’ve lost maybe one single lash so my 5 star review has been confirmed 🙂 I had been going to the same lash artist for maybe 6 years and we all know making a switch can be hard. Booking, even last minute, was so easy. Alla was so friendly and listened to what I wanted and then went to work to try to create my perfect set. When she finished she had already gone over the allotted time but she truly wanted me to be happy so she offered to spend more time lashing if I wanted. At the end we discussed what she could change next time to make things even more perfect for me now that she understood what I wanted. She did an amazing job and you can tell she really takes pride in her work and her business. She hyped up her other lash artists as well so that I would feel comfortable going to anyone there. I’ve gotten many compliments on my lashes. I’m truly impressed (and I’m picky) and will be back soon for my fill!

I got lash lift and tint with Elena. I’m mainly not happy with the process because it was impossible to communicate what I was looking for with Elena. She was lovely but her English is very bad (even though the website advertised that she speaks English). She couldn’t answer some very basic questions at the beginning on what degree of lift I wanted. There was zero explanation on what was going on during the process and since it was my 1st time getting lash lift, I had no idea what was going on. At the end, I saw a lot of black tint left on my lid, asked her about it and she couldn’t explain if it will be washed away or not. She ended up having to use Google translate to let me know. It’s very disappointing but I don’t think I’ll be returning back.

I’ve been going to lashes look for multiple months now and consistently going to Irina. The studio is clean and irina is amazing at what she does. I recommend this studio all the time to friends. If you’re looking for someone to help you get started with lashes, book irina now!

I have had a lot of experience with lash extensions, and I can tell these are excellent, very well done and long lasting. Alla was amazing, took her time, and did exactly what I asked for. In most places I have had lash extensions, I would only trust them to do one type of extension, but Im excited to finally find a place with techs skilled in a multitude of shapes and sizes! I can only speak on Svitlana. Before I found this place I spent a year looking around VA for a decent lash artist. SVITLANA IS GREAT! She listens to me and she doesn’t glue multiple natural lashes to a fake lash (my biggest pet peeve is when I see the lashes fall out and I see multiple natural lashes on a fake lash). I prefer a more natural look and Svitlana worked with me for a session or two to get the right shape and I loooove my lashes. Also, Svitlana is great at communicating if she’s running late or if I’m running late.I think the pricing is a bit much especially when I got my lashes done by this studio the first time. I did not like my lash artist then bc she didn’t listen to me and kept rolling her eyes when I was trying to explain stuff to her. AND she glued multiple natural lashes on fake ones. So my natural lashes were being pulled out in clumps. BUT for some reason I gave the studio another chance and chose SVITLANA and she has not disappointed me ever since I’ve gone to her.The studio has a lot of parking and it’s clean.

Firstly I loved having eyelash extensions - they make such a difference. I choose to go to the best - Lashes Look! Mine done by Svitlana - a highly experienced lash technician. She is a professional who will take care of your eyes the best way possible. Knowledgeable, creative, friendly and fast - she does amazing job while you are literally resting in a very relaxing ambiance. Ive been going to Hala for a few months now, and shes simply amazing. She takes so much care and detail into everything she does, and Ive gotten nothing but the best results with her. The first time I saw her, she was able to take me on extremely short notice when I made a mistake about my appointment time with someone else. After my appointment, my lashes started falling out very quickly. I called to ask about it and Hala was so sweet, as always, and very concerned and apologetic. She made time to see me the next day (I couldnt come in the same day). She used a different glue, and it was like I had nothing on my lashes -- it was so comfortable! She also made sure to give me exactly the look I wanted and made me look beautiful with lash extensions in a way I didnt think was possible! Ive also gotten a BB Glow Facial from her, and the results were incredible. I had beautiful color in my face that looked radiant and it looked so hydrated and flawless for weeks! When I was traveling for 3 weeks, including a beach trip, she made sure to do an amazing job with my lashes so theyd stay on until I got back. I absolutely love Hala and will always book my appointments with her! :)

I took a lash course with Alla in 2021 and it was exactly as advertised!I had already knowledge about lashes but Alla upgraded my knowledge. A good friend introduced me to lashes look and I’m so glad she did! Anna is the one that does my lashes and let me tell you this woman is a true artist! She really knows how to make every eye shape look so beautiful. I told her how I wanted my eyes to look bigger and she did exactly that. I get the lash mix every two weeks and I could probably go three weeks because the quality of the products they use are so superior that I only get minimal fallout and I’m pretty rough with my eyes. I have tried going to other lash studios with cheaper rates but honestly no one compares to the artistry and talent that Anna has. My lashes are always SO perfect when she does them . I haven’t been to the new studio yet but they always make the room so comfortable and peaceful. There have been a couple of times where I have fallen asleep because of how gentle and relaxing Anna is during the sessions. Honestly this is hands down the best lash place in the area I just can’t even explain how good they are. Also they have colored lashes and glitter lashes. I got addicted to the green lashes and of course Anna just always knew how to make them beautiful. Trust me you won’t be disappointed by this place.

After I got my lashes done for the first time at Lashes Look Salon that’s the only place I go now. First of all, the salon itself is very neat. It is clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing, you will always find fresh fashion magazines to skim through, water, coffee and more. My technician, Anna, is very professional, but she is also very sweet, kind and compassionate. You can definitely call me a rather picky customer, but she always listens to what I want and always gives great professional advice on what would look best and compliment my eyes even more. The quality of lashes is great too. They are lightweight and soft, and they stay on longer as compared to any other salon I have been too.The bottom line is Lashes Look is your place to go if you want to receive great service! They will make you feel and look so beautiful!

I’ve been going to Angie almost a year now and each time I’ve experience exceptional customer service. Angie’s eyelash extensions are always beautiful and they last 3-4 weeks. I rarely wear makeup so my lashes must be on point! The length and fullness is important for me and Angie takes her time to make sure she’s giving me exactly what I want. A client recommended this hidden gem 💎 to me and I called the next day and got in the same day. They do offer many services but I started with a face lift massage and OMG it was great! The location is in Columbia pike, Arlington. Very well organized and decorated space while the parking is super easy. The spa room is clean and cozy the tools were advanced. Olena ( Ellena) did a fabulous job. Her massage was so relaxing and the atmosphere was excellent . Very quiet place that allowed me to relax and adrift to sleep 💆‍♀️ I can’t recommend Lashes look enough and surly I will try every service they have.

Very happy with this place. I left my previous lash artist due to poor customer service over years, aggressive sales, disrespecting boundaries + my time, and limited appointments/not enough lash artists to fill in the space if one is to go out of town. One time my prior lash artist even left in the middle of our appointment to go to her shop her family runs across the street for 10 minutes and came back 45 minutes later and offered no apology or discount - as if it is normal or professional to do so.Contrary to here, I feel respected, comfortable, and honestly my lashes look and hold up so much better. The business also looks clean and professional. Svitlana did my lashes while my prior lash artist continued to harass me with 6 calls and texts during the appointment just because I canceled with her several days in advance. A week and a half later, my lashes still look like they did when they were done - they have a natural shape and are full. I had such tacky lashes before that would be rushed and carelessly done in a 30 minute touch up and look sparse a week later. The glue also did not burn my eye, which Im also not used to. I am so relieved to have much better professionalism and customer service and to have my time and needs respected - Im much happier paying people who deserve it.

I have been visiting Lashes Look studio for years: I both had lash extensions and brow shaping done there as well as annual micro needling sessions which really help to deal with my pigmentation.Recently, they added massage to the list of their services and I had Elena perform face massage. I just wow-ed out loud when saw myself in the mirror after it. I didnt know my face was puffy till I saw it after massage - it looked smaller, very fresh, and youthful. Massage takes about 45 minutes and should be taken as a course to achieve the best results - Im definitely writing it down as my resolution. Its a great way to delay/skip botox and look & feel amazing.

I got my eyelashes done two weeks ago with master Irina. I left with beautiful, soft, realistic-looking lashes. Irana is absolutely fantastic! She was very receptive to my requests (long lashes but they have to look natural) and very gentle. I have had no pain or problems with my lashes during these two weeks. I love Lashes Look! I started using them last year when the studio was off of route 50. I love the new studio and the quality of service is still 10/10. All of the lash techs here are amazing! They do a great job of somehow making the lashes look dramatic and natural at the same time, and I’m constantly getting compliments about my eyelashes! The eyelashes also last days without falling out, and they just get more natural looking as the weeks go on instead of looking weird and sparse. I’ve tried a few other places, but keep coming back here for the best eyelash extensions! Can’t beat the quality!

I have just arrived from New Zealand so was scared to find a new lash place. I found Lashes Look Studio and I am so happy. I got mine done by Svitlana and she was so meticulous and gentle. The pic is 3 days after I got my lashes done and I haven’t had any lashes come out at all. I can tell they use good products and the lashes are so light you can barely tell they’re on.

Alla and Anna are both very talented. Everything in the studio is very clean and they are extremely detail oriented and professional. They create beautiful lashes and brows every time! They also care about your lash health and will give you tips and monitor your natural lashes to make sure you have a solid base to work off of. They also prioritize healthy lashes and will not give you false lashes if your natural lashes are not strong enough to handle them. Trust them completely and highly recommend them!

This place is an absolute hidden gem! Ive used the same place for over five years; however, after my first visit Im hooked! This was my third visit! My lashes look amazing and natural. The staff is so accommodating! Upon entry youre greeted with a hello and offered complimentary beverages and snacks. Ive never had to wait over five minutes! Very upscale environment!

They talk to you, explain all the details to ensure you will get what you come for, and not just rush to get it all done regardless of the results. I regularly have my brows and lash extensions being done at Lashes Look and Im in love with the professionalism of the salon staff. Appointments start on time, the place itself is perfectly clean and looks cozy. My lashes last well, do not cause any discomfort, and I keep on being asked where I had that done. Im always happy to share that :)

My recommendation is to Avoid This Shop At all costs!! I had an 11 am appointment that was pushed back to 11:30 because Alla was running late. I arrived on time and waited another 25 minutes for her to arrive. Prior to starting, I explained that I wanted my lashes to be long enough to cover my hooded eyes. I’ve been wearing eyelash extensions for 6 years in Seattle and recently relocated here, this was my first set here. Trying to find a place with a good ratings and a large number of reviews was very difficult .This shop only shows 18 reviews ( though Alla tells me she’s been doing this since 2012,) with a 5-star review., so I tried it.Once Alla completed my lashes and showed them to me, there was pulling due to adjacent lashes being stuck in the glue to an adjacent lash. The lashes were so short they were not that much longer than mine and I told her it looked like eyeliner rather than lashes. Then she explained that as a policy they will not put extensions on your lashes that are longer than 2mm Longer than yours. She didn’t tell me prior to doing the work and she charges $225 for a new set. I had 4 painful spots in the eyelashes that she put on that last 2 weeks. There were numerous clumps of glue poking me in the eyes. This was the worst eyelash extensions I’ve ever experienced.When I needed a fill,I had to search again and take a chance at another place. I went to an amazing shop in Fairfax and I ended up loving their work. However they insisted that the previous lashes had to be removed and a new set put on. They informed me that there was glue sticking my eyelids together near my lash line and the glue clumps were dangerous near my eyes. They didn’t want the responsibility of the previous job.I tried to be nice and just give a one star rating without explanation but they kept reaching out to me about the rating They offer to redo the work to make it tight but I explained I was not interested in coming back for more of that shift work. I asked for a refund, and instead of being concerned about what happened to me or being concerned with customer service, this is what Alla said to me:Hello Rebbeca!This is Alla from lashes look studio .We don’t offer refunds on the work that was not done poorly .I am international judge for Eyelash extension championship as well as VA licensed esthetician, I have been doing eyelash extensions since 2012 , I have never ever experienced a client to have pain or discomfort in a past years .I am not sure that the person who did your lashes - was qualified enough to actually judge my work , or had a normal work etiquette.I am always responsible for the health of my clients lashes , and I did explain in the very beginning that we will be fixing lashes that are 2 mm longer then your natural ones . I did them even longer , according to your wish.After all, I would like to say that we offered you to fix anything you don’t like - we have 5 more estheticians working at the studio .The worst response ever! Alla is basically telling me I don’t know how my own eyes felt. She doesn’t apologize or try to assist me. She is only concerned with telling me how good she is and that she’s never had a complaint before. If that’s true, why are there only 18 reviews for her shop after so many years. I think she either deleted them or restarts her reviews page to reset the bad reviews.Do yourself a favor look elsewhere for the sake of your eyes!!

I was concerned about getting my eyelashes done because of an allergic reaction i experienced in the past. This place put my mind at ease by doing a “lash test” prior to getting a full service. I had no reaction and ended up getting my lashes done the next day…This place did such an amazing job!! I will definitely be going back :)

The employees were all professional and nice, but my first issue was that I made an appointment with Alla and when I got there Ashley did my lash extensions. She was very sweet, but unfortunately the lashes are already coming out in little groups and I got it done today. I’ve lost about 15 lashes from one eye. It’s just not worth $200+ And two hours of getting it done if it’s only going to last for 4 hours. I haven’t gotten them wet or done anything to make them fall out. Super disappointed.

Firs off,the spa itself is gorgeous!Very clean,calm and inviting.I went for a facial with Hala and let me tell you,SHE IS AMAZING!the room is comfortable size and the table is very cozy.Hala used just the right pressure and nice slow tempo through the treatment.My face was glowing when I left and I know I will most definitely be back!

Had my eyebrows done in this studio yesterday, not but Alla but by another girl who works for her… definitely not recommended ! I asked not to make the eyebrows too dark ( I have fair hair) … they turned out DARK 😫 the shape was also ruined, doesn’t look natural at all … the eyebrows line is receding now and it will take me couple of month to grow it back 😭😭😭The place itself looks nice and the people who work there are super friendly …but probably eyebrows are not their specialty 🤷🏼‍♀️ wasted money and time …

Do your skin a favor and book an appointment with Alla! Went there for my first BB glow treatment and I couldn’t be happier. Smooth and glowing skin afterwards. Studio itself is very nice, cozy and clean. And the whole atmosphere is very welcoming. Alla’s work ethic couldn’t be better, she was extremely professional and since it was my first time, she explained me every step of the way. Again, I was extremely pleased with results and I can’t wait to go back!

I went to lash look studio for the first time and got the lash mix full set. I loved the way my lashes came out. It’s exactly how I wanted them. The studio is clean and lash techs make sure to sanitize. I already have my next 2 fills scheduled and plan to make this my go to spot.

Finally found the perfect spray tan! Im very pale and have been doing spray tanning off and on for years. The spray tan I got from Beatriz was amazing! Shes personable, wonderful at her craft, and my tan looked very natural. There was no smell like Ive had with other tanners as they develop. The development of this tanner was very fast. In 3 hours I went from porcelain pale skin to looking like someone who can actually tan. It was even, very natural looking, and has lasted 9 days so far! Highly recommend tanning and Beatriz!I also got eyelash extensions with Svitlana. Shes fantastic! The area is super clean and very relaxing. She makes the whole process very easy and the results are phenomenal! I will definitely continue to work with her.Highly recommend Lashes Look, and Beatriz and Svitilana!

This was my second time having my eyelashes done by Ainura. First, I want to give a shout out to the organization and overall cleanliness of the place. They have some snacks, water and coffee for you in the waiting area. The background music is so pleasant to listen while you are laying down with your eyes closed. My eyelashes lasted for more than a month without refills. It is the most amazing job! It takes about 1h30min to 2h, but Ainura is so sweet and gentle. A pleasure to have a conversation with and she is always more than happy to accommodate whatever need you have so you are comfortable during the procedure. Again, Ainura is an EXCELLENT professional and I recommend this place for anyone who wants to have beautiful eyelashes that last for so so long.

I got my lashes done for Christmas, After waiting 24 hours of not getting my lashes wet, they fell off in clumps the next day. I also ask for individual lashes and clusters were used. After spending 200.00, I was very disappointed of the work and quality.

Had a great experience! She was on time, it was relaxing while she applied the extensions, and they looked great afterwards. Just a heads up that the fuller the lash extension, the longer the time it takes. The fullest set took about 2.5 hours to complete. But they look incredible. I will be back!

Amazing service by Anna and Alla. During a busy holiday season, they were able to accommodate me. Anna is a true professional in what she does and I trust her 100 percent with my lashes!

Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience. Way, way too much glue was used and I went home with clumpy, fake looking eyelashes. Ive never had an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions, but this time, the use of too much glue caused major itching in both eyes within 24 hours and a swollen right eye within 48 hours. I saw an eyelash specialist a couple of days later to deal with a painful eyelash removal process. I was told that too much glue was used and clearly not the right kind for sensitive skin.

To text and confirm an appointment and then completely bail on your client. While I truly enjoyed the previous services I had received from this place, I will never be going back. After a long 40 min drive to get to make my appointment, I get there and no reply. No answered the phone and no one called to cancel. completely unprofessional.
