I had An hour and a half massage with Fan yesterday with cupping and I feel amazing today. The entire experience , front desk and entire staff was welcoming and cheerful!, the facility was spotless. ! . I would love to be able to take Fan back to Florida with me as she is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had. Try the CUPPING as it’s incredible!Thanks Massage Envy for another A+ experience!

Amy(Litong) is amazing. She has helped a ton with various issues over the past year. She’s a great match for someone who needs a therapist to work with athletes or active people.I have been to a number of massage envy locations, but this one is by far the best. All staff members have gone above expectation to help with scheduling and finding the best match with therapists.

This was a great massage! I have had mixed experiences with other Massage Envy locations and therapists, but Fan (Xuehua) was fantastic... really responded when I made requests, great technique, clearly could assess where I needed work and focused on that. I will definitely go back!

Massage with Tao was very good, but the schedule I had been given stated a start time of 12:45, so I only received a 45 min massage.

Branda was great! If you’re looking for a relaxing massage with less intense pressure - I recommend seeing her! Front desk staff are also very helpful.

Amy is Great! She makes you feel at ease and has great technique. She constantly checks in to see if everything is going well and is always very professional!

I go to Massage Envy every month for chronic shoulder pain. I see Gayane every time and I always feel so much better when I leave. She is professional and very good at applying firm pressures in the places I need. She is the best!

Malaya is a wonderful esthetician. I love getting my microderm facials with her. She’s thorough, sweet and professional. Highly recommend. Also - Tao for massages. He is amazing. I truly enjoyed my 1.5 hr massage with him. He’s thorough and a great massage therapist!

I always feel better and so relaxed. I usually have Amy gets the pressure just right. But I have had several others and everybody does a great job there and it’s always neat and clean.

Jen is an AMAZING masseuse. She is very well trained and cares about the client. She frequently checks in during the session to make sure the pressure is OK and that you’re doing OK. Highly recommend.

This was the worst massage. She didn’t “massage” my back. Just went in a lot of circles on my back, and on occasion, would do massage strokes. I told Sherline that I wanted a full body with some focus on my low back. After a while, she asked “are you good with the back”? I said yes. Within the first 10 minutes of the massage, she had said something that I couldn’t understand, then just walked out of the room, and came back within a few minutes. Disappointed. Won’t be asking for a service with Sherline again.

I always have Fan for my massage over 10 years. I moved with her from Waltham location!! Thank you very much for taking care of me so well for a long long time. 😄

Front desk told me I was all set at the end and asked if I wanted to tip. I said yes and specified an amount for tip. I knew I needed pay a separate amount for an additional service but was told only I was paying for the tip on this card. Today I find out I was charged for BOTH the tip and the extra service on the same card. Was never told the amount and when I signed it was only for the tip. The man at the front desk could have cared less and when I called today to ask what happened he could have cared even less than he did yesterday! I will NOT be returning to this location. Shame, bc the aesthetician Malaya was amazing. But his sneakiness turned me off this location for good.

Fan has great massage skills and knows her acupressure points. Has appreciated her massages and is most helpful in relieving my lower back pain.

I love going to Massage Envy in Arlington. Monica is the best massage therapist I’ve had. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and helps relieve pain and stress in my neck and back. I always look forward to my monthly massages.

Receptionist is friendly, clean facility but therapist needs to be trained more. She just aggravated my pain and did not release any tension in my muscles. Unfortunately I was very disappointed.

Jennifer was awesome. She focused on my areas I had asked and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Definitely will be back!

My masseur and I really got in sync in this third, most recent visit. What he can accomplish in an hour is amazing, given the extra attention he gave to the left shoulder blade, where I carry most of my stress.

I had an appointment for a treatment. The esthetician stopped after about 5 minutes saying she couldn’t continue because my skin had started to bleed. I was mortified. I’ve had treatments at other places before and never experienced this. When I got dressed and was leaving she was on the phone with the manager. She said the manager would call me then next day. The manager did not. I emailed and called over the next few weeks and never received a call back. I had been given a gift card for Massage Envy. I tried another location. This time I was the one who stopped the treatment. The esthetician was using an electric back massager. I had already told her once that it was too much pressure and it hurt but she said it was supposed to and kept going. After a few minutes I told her to stop and I wanted to leave. I was not charged for this appointment. The next day I had bruises on my back. Big blue black bruises. So now I have a useless gift card. I’ve tried to reach a Massage Envy corporate office. The phone number and email I found searching online did not work. I called one of the local locations and had no success getting the correct information from them. DO NOTPATRONIZE ANY LOCATION AND DO NOT PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR ANYONE YOU KNOW.

Excellent massage therapy. Her fingers find the spots that hurt and she applies the right amount of pressure to relieve the hurt. She is awesome!!

I have been seeing Monica B. at Massage Envy for a year now- she really is a miracle worker! I know that sounds like an exaggeration but trust, she’s that good! She’s also really friendly, sweet and professional, but most importantly- she gives the BEST massages.I’m a hairdresser so I spend all day on my feet, but I also spend most of my working day bending, standing in less than natural positions & lifting my arms above my clients’ heads, a lot of the time with a blowdryer in one hand. After a while my back is burning & it feels like I have rocks in my shoulders, along with the expected overall muscle exhaustion that comes with standing all day. Being a professional who uses my body in my work, I need a professional to help relieve the pain that accrues & to hopefully alleviate any long term damage that can occur. I love what I do & she is integral in allowing me to do it.But that’s not all. She has such great energy- she is so intuitive, with her massage but also as a person. I have had a couple massages in my time & so many of them have been great, thankfully, but just because someone knows anatomy doesn’t mean they know how to make someone feel good emotionally, & that is super important to my experience. I mean, I don’t want someone I don’t like putting their hands on me- simply put, it’s not relaxing & I need to come away feeling a little healed. She does that. She’s wonderful & I will continue to see her exclusively as long as I can.So if you want a great experience all around, give her a try. I promise you will love her!

Front desk (male) not so pleasant, not friendly at all, and to be honest not so bright! I didnt get to fill out a form what I wanted to concentrate on, because he said I filled it out before, yeah like 3 years ago! Our massages were not a full hour because we were called in late and we were there on time! We requested to be in one room and were not. I didn’t feel relaxed. In my room there was a dirty sheet on the floor probably from a previous customer. My friend’s masseuse Tao barely speaks English. Branda was good, but eh 😐. The best part was the promo they had going on at that location so we didn’t pay $150. Overall, not a satisfied experience.

Overall a disappointing experience. A one hour massage was closer to 35-40 min (max).. And it was $145?! Facial itself was ok but likely wont be going back.

I’ve been coming to the Arlington Heights location for 15 years. I almost went elsewhere a few years ago because my longtime therapist left, and one of the massage therapists kept trying to sell me upgrades. Then I discovered Elaine! She is a gifted massage therapist who does real therapeutic body work.

Jennifer is great. She is quickly able to address any areas of high tension and work on these areas to improve my pain levels.

Andrea was great on the phone when I called to book, Edward was so professional and courteous when we arrived, Gayane was amazing and made me feel very comfortable

My first time coming to this location. I called to make an appointment for a massage and it was extremely easy and fast to make it!!! I went in for my appointment the frond desk was absolutely awesome super nice big smile on their face, I loved it, it made me feel welcomed. My massage therapist was extremely amazing as well I think her Name is Fan( sorry Im not good with remembering names) I recommend this location for everyone! Cant wait to come back!

Ive been a Massage Envy customer for about 15 years. I have send few that work well for me, but try to go see the same therapist as often as I can, because she is amazing! The great thing is that I know that a lot of customers have their favorite, which speaks to the variety of styles that can be catered to.

Poor experience, over priced, dramatically less than 1 hour.Wife was charged $150 for a facial that lasted less than 35 minutes. She was very disappointed. Waste of money unfortunately.

I’m told what to expect before we start, and she always gauges my comfort level. I feel relaxed and pampered. My skin glows afterwards. It’s clearer and brighter for weeks!

Love working with Marissa! She’s very attentive and knowledgable.

I went in in October and am just getting around to writing. I never write reviews, especially negative ones, however, I am still bothered by this experience.My massage therapist Fan was upselling me the whole time I was being massaged. She didnt stop. It was very annoying.The bigger problem, however, was that she did 90% of the massage with a massage gun. I have been to Massage Envy locations before and that have never been the case. For the $190.00 I spent, I could have had my husband do my back with a massage gun purchased at TJ MAXX.Overall, a dreadful experience.

Sherlin.N was amazing, amazing!!! 5 stars. I had been seeing her average once a week for the past month. The front desk staff and manager were also amazing. The reason for the 3 stars is all facilities need some updating . Inconsistencies in trying to find a good therapist and having to over the past 6 months use my paid time to finaly find someone good like Sherlin.N to have had to cancel my membership just before meeting her because I joined hand and stone. The only flaw with her and massage envy in general was I needed a deep tissue therapist the main reason I joined and sill up today not finding one since they closed Walthams location. Crazy and a waste of my membership I expected

I went here for a prenatal massage and I was hesitant because I know some masseuses wont massage certain areas because they can stimulate labor. Im a researcher so I looked for evidence of this and found none, and I read on massage envys website that they do not subscribe to this belief and refer to it as a myth. So I went with the hope to get a foot and leg massage, maybe a little lower back. I checked in with the receptionist who barely looked at me, and was taken to the tranquility room to fill out some forms- at no point did the forms let me know that there would be certain areas of my body that would be off limits, or that there would essentially be very little pressure during the whole massage, more like rubbing. I met with the masseuse and I told her exactly what I wanted, she told me she would not touch the arch of my feet because its connected to my stomach. I expressed that it was the whole reason I was there was due to foot pain, she encouraged me to try, but again the pressure was so soft, and no matter how much I insisted that she focus on my feet she would massage my calves instead. I felt like I was spending the whole time explaining to her what I wanted, and she would say yes and then not do it. I finally got tired and asked for a lower back massage but again the pressure was so light I didnt feel any relief just frustration which caused me to be angry and tense because the hour is 150$!!!! Thats a lot of money for just like....a rub with no attempt to really relieve tension in the muscles. Im super disappointed, and while this is my first time as this location Ive been to massage envy before and ive found that the quality of the experience has gone way down hill and I dont understand how they justify how expensive their prices are.

Elaine is truly the best in what she does!!!! She knows exactly how to make the most of the short time I had with her. 60 minutes is just never enough!!!! My shoulders and lower back were super tight and causing me a lot of pain. She got my body back in working order. I would definitely book with her again!!!

There’s so much that was wrong with this visit. Let me just say I didn’t leave a tip, the woman that gave me massage, it wasn’t a massage. Just so much wrong. management never called me to ask so don’t really think they care anymore. Been going there for over 14 years, never have thought to not leave a tip. Maybe things have changed but when I use my membership at other massage envy locations I’m offered a hot cloth or warm neck wrap before heading to the “quiet” room to wait, this did not happen. While waiting, an older lady came in and sat down and apparently knew one of the therapists. They proceeded to have a loud conversation for the next 5 minutes( I now know about how her coccyx was bruised ). I prefer med-hard massage it’s in my profile as preferred. Therapist greets me and confirms this before my 90min session. I start on a hot table and since I’m exhausted I am very ready to relax and enjoy but my therapist throughout the entire massage basically used her fingers and kinda poke rubbed me very lightly, now I just kept thinking she’ll remember med-hard and I didn’t need to tell her her job( my bad)but this was all she did throughout. When she asked me to turn over she finished by trying to shove her hands under my body for the last ten minutes. Did I say I was exhausted? In and out of consciousness does not equate to a good massage. When she asked me to turn over on my back the last 10-15 minutes was her jabbing her flat hands under my back like she was trying to poke something under me and the big neck and head finish was a quick ruffle of my hair. My time is up, I get a “our time is up” and she turns the lights on full bright. Uhg.I walked out feeling aggravated and definitely NOT relaxed whatsoever. I’m not one to have a confrontation so I just said thanks and went to check out, where I initially said to leave 15%. But then thought how awful this experience had been so made the decision to not tip. While explaining the experience to the woman at the front desk the loud therapist was sitting behind the desk so I was trying to convey my frustration very quietly and calmly when another client (running late) barked at my back to the woman to just check her in(Karen move)and I snapped. ( not my problem your late). Just a pretty awful visit all around.

I just met Lisa for the first time and had a 90 minute massage. She was excellent. I will be asking to see her again. I highly recommend her also the massage envy in Arlington mass was very clean in the staff very professional.

Andrew was amazing. Was one of the first Massage Envy appointments that felt fully professional.The pricing seemed a bit high ($130 for an hour massage) but certainly will give Andrew credit for his work. He’s worth the price!

I had extreme right sided muscle pain, and Andrew applied the proper amount of pressure. My goal is to alleviate that tightness but he recognized aptly that in one session, it wasn’t realistic and gently massaged my right side while releasing imbalances in my left. Looking forward to my next appointment!

A vigorous deep massage. Sterlin regularly asks if the pressure is OK. She also adjusts to deal with new tightness she comes across. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for a deep tissue massage.

Charlene is simply awesome finding knots and getting rid of them.I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and see her on a weekly basis and has successfully relieved me from major body pains.

It does take some time to find a massage therapist you like, but once you do it’s awesome. If you like deep tissue massages, I highly recommend Senira at the Arlington Heights location. She’s amazing

Branda was awesome! I had a tension headache when I arrived from grinding my teeth at night and being at the computer for work. After my visit, I left headache free!

Branda does a great job! She’s gentle when you need her to be but she can also go hard to get out all those tough spots. I highly recommend Branda!

Unfortunately I can not recommend Massage Envy. I was very disappointed. There were poor techniques that were used and I was left feeling bruised and in pain the next day (the opposite of what I was hoping for!) I will not be back.

Staff is friendly. Facility is relaxing. There is dimly lit waiting room and staff offers you a neck warmer upon arrival. All of the therapists I have had at this location have been competent and some have have been fantastic. The stretching session I had was not that great, but they may have improved the program since I read there.

I am very unhappy with the fact that I could not get a refund for a gift card. They are unable to schedule an appointment to my choosing, and second they want me to go somewhere else, so I can receive my massage. What is the point if I can do it where its close to me? This is not convenient and the customer service is very poor.

Location is clean and they seemed to have proper precautions in place for Covid-19, but I have my account set up with all of my preferences. Ive requested medium pressure. My therapist provided a clearly deep massage. Most of the massage was applied with her elbows and knuckles grinding into by bones. I am in a terrible amount of pain today (the following day). Ive spent the day laying on the heating pad with ibuprofen. The front desk requested that I make payment before services were performed and since I was using my card for a tip, I needed to do so prior to the massage. I will not be back to this location.

I have been to Massage Envy in Arlington several times, and even became a member 2 weeks ago. I have had very good massage therapists, but the front desk staff are so annoyingly arrogant and unfocused on the customer that I hesitate to recommend them. I have given my feedback to them as well. If you can learn to ignore the attitude at the front desk, it is worth going for the massage!

Just came out of my massage and I was very pleased. They offer an introductory rate of only $39 for an hour. The therapist and front desk staff was very friendly. They presented me with the membership program and it was a no brainer for me to sign up.I highly recommend this location.

Nice place to get consistent massages from professional therapists. Hard to get appointments on weekends unless you call early in the week. Neck warmers offered upon check- in. Quiet room for waiting.

They cancel the appointment on the day of the appointment with NO APOLOGY and say it is in the contract that they can cancel any time. However, if you are sick and need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours then you are charged full amount. Very rude front desk staff. Never going back there.
