They are extremely kind and listen to your spots not to massage due to possible pain or issues in that area. I’m incredibly pleased with the service provided by this establishment and have been coming here for over almost 2 years. I went in for a massage,the man was sick and coughing continuously. I said I didnt want the massage and since you have to pay before the massage,they would not refund me. Not only did he not refund me but added a$10 tip for himself.I was very angry and will definitely never go back

I usually go every 6 weeks for the last 2 years. I noticed that they had remodeled and set up more privacy. I just read all these reviews and everything that people have mentioned, they fixed.Yesterday, I was in terrible pain in my shoulder. I was able to tell Toni exactly where I was hurting. Today, the pain is gone! Usually I just go there to relax and relive the tension.It is true that the communication is not the easiest but I have a finger and point. They try really hard to smile and make sure you feel comfortable. To be honest, I am not interested in talking during my massage.This place charges basically $1 per minute which is so much better than other places. It is extremely clean and relaxing. I always fell great when I leave so I highly recommend Silk Touch.

Stay awayPaid for 1 hour massage got a body rub instead and was cold the entire time! she walked on my back it hurt SO BAD! I had to tell her to stop! Back still hurts they make you pay 1st then tell you to tip after Eventhough Im still in painWasted time 😭😥Update:Wow just learned the owner insultsted me for their lack of professionalism & training. I suggest you dont call customers names since they keep the doors to the business open.

Even though I pass this place all the time Ive never been there until today, and it was amazing. I get massages probably once a month (and have for the past 4 years+), so I know a good massage when I feel one. This place was so relaxing and the masseuse was perfect at reflexology. I got a 30 min reflexology and 30 min body massage. I could feel my nerves relaxing, circulation increasing throughout my body, and I literally felt knots in my shoulders/upper back let go. Definitely go here if youre in the area and needing a mind/body relaxation!

Totally disappointed. Very rude older lady with weak hands. Used her elbows the whole time . Left the room many times to greet walk ins. Also finished the massage 15 minutes before time. The had the nerves to demand a tip .

I’ve gone here for years and have loved it! I’m guess it’s the change in management but recently is has not been good at all. They now only accept cash. No big deal I Can get cash and be prepared. But I went in to get a foot massage. 1. It smelled funny (again NBD i Can get past a smell) but They have a sign with pricing for a 60 min and when I asked for that the lady said they don’t do it. Correct your sign with options y’all actually have! Sad to say and see it but this place has gone down hill. I miss peter.

5 stars for the massage alone. Ive been to parlors with expensive furniture, art, fountains and pricing but have never received a massage to equal the expert and intuitive experience I received from this humble parlor. Its true that they speak very little English but most people are paying for a massage not a conversation. The one hour deep tissue with hot tickles l rocks and joint manipulation left me feeling like a newborn jelly fish.

This place has a bad vibe and it looks nasty on the inside. Went in today after my workout looking to get a foot massage. Walked in and nobody was in the front and it looked creepy. Few seconds later a lady walked from the back and said 20 mins and pau right now with a tip. I walked out after that. Ill just keep going to one in Arlington mall. They always give good service.

If you are looking for a place that can give you an amazing deep tissue message. This is the spot. He made sure to focus on spots that were extra tense. His attention to detail was over the charts. This is my new spot for massages when I am in the North Arlington area.

Horrible experience!!!!!!! Do not go here!! Massage wasn’t good. She spoke no English & didn’t utter one word to me. She never smiled either. Felt like she just wanted to get it over. I used a Groupon & when I was leaving I tipped 15% on the ACTUAL price. She wrote on some kind of device saying I didn’t tip her enough. I then gave her 20% and she still said not enough. I have never been treated so rudely!! Totally unprofessional service!! I walked out the door & will never return!

Please keep in mind, Ive been going here for a year now. If it werent for their expertise I dont know where Id be today as I suffered a terrible fall one year ago; which was why u started massage therapy.Tonight I went in for my free massage. Stella was my masseuse tonight. STELLA IS AWESOME!!!! She has treated me before and I was extremely happy with her before too. A friend of mine and myself received a gifted groupon yesterday. They were able to get us in immediately. Im always a walk in and I never have a wait, I love that.Most of the woman there are great. I love that they are thorough. However last night I was asked what area I needed work the most and the guy completely avoided it. I sit 10 hours a day and my lower back and hips are my go to spot. Why ask if youre not going to relieve that area?Then as we are leaving, both masseuse were standing around waiting for tip. I DO NOT like this. Do not expect this. That is just plain rude. Bring the water, thank us for our patron and go back to work or clean up. Normally when I feel this pressured over a tip, I wont leave one. But I did leave each of them $5. Not the greatest tip (keep in mind, these were gifted to us and meant to be completely free). But what really got me, was the FIT the woman threw and the anger the man displayed.I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Keep in mind Ive been coming here since January. I genuinely like this place. But getting difficult to recommend when people stand around and expecting tips. I rate my tips based on service received. Bad service = bad tip. Good service = good tip.

I came in today due to sleeping wrong on my back the other day and it was getting worse. Peter was my masseuse and I thought he did an awesome job at my deep tissue massage. The people are a little hard to understand but its not the worst. They were so nice. I will be coming back in the future.

Been there a few times for reflexology and a full body massage and they were ok but today I went for a deep tissue massage and it was horrible. Honestly all that I received was a man kneeling on me. A few times he wasnt even on a muscle he was on my spine. Had to move to get him in the right place. Idk if I will go back anytime soon for a deep tissue massage. Then when u pay its like u have to tip because they are watching you like a hawk felt uncomfortable today

Shady af. I went to get an hour massage, the lady asked to pay first and minimum of $30 tip. They are definitely selling other services. And charging $1 for the usage of debit/credit card is illegal based on visa/cc company agreements. Do not recommend.

This place is well run, very clean, open long hours, always have a masseuse available and no matter who it is, it is always a wonderful massage. The prices are the BEST. Ive had many 1 hour Swedish massages, 1 hour deep tissue massages and a 1 hour hand/foot reflexology massage. Ive made appointments and occasionally shown up without an appointment and they are always accommodating. I highly recommend Silk Touch. I would give it more stars if I could.

3 isnt bad, its average. Kind of seemed like I was getting a lady, which I prefer, but didnt specially ask for like I usually do. But then a man came in. Peters English was just sufficient to barely communicate, slightly better than some Asian masseuse Ive had elsewhere. He did more broad Swedish and didnt seem keenly aware of muscle insertion points, nor sit on knots without promoting.As another reviewer noted, it was fast and somewhat odd. I told him its due to computer work and needed my back/shoulders/neck, but he didnt touch my occipitals. I couldnt explain that sufficiently for him to understand but boy are occipitals important! Id come back, theyre actually open until 10:30 which is the latest Ive found around here.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and the price point of services. I have never had a bad experience and have introduced several friends and all have had positive things to say. My boyfriend and I did a couples experience and have plans to make this place a date night destination.

I was greeted very warmly and had an amazing massage session. They focused on areas where my aches was most problematic. It has been two months and the aches are still nowhere to be felt! Thank you Rob and I will come back if I need massage.

I had a groupon for this place. I had made an appt the week before and guy had asked for my voucher #. I get there and the guy is acting caught off guard that I had one. He goes back into the back where he and a lady proceed to have a strong discussion about it. They both come out and he shows her my groupon. Then she gets on the phone and has more strong discussion about the Groupon. By the way they are not making me feel welcome. Last straw was a man comes out to pay for his services and the lady is DEMANDING A $15 TIP. That was the end of me. I walked out. So did not get my birthday massage.

30 minutes with hot stone massage at the end today was PERFECT. 🙏She did leave the door cracked a little to listen out as she was alone at 11:30 a.m., but she did close it once someone came in (thankfully) .🤔Im not shy, but, yeah, me in my panties isnt for everyone. LOL.😉Massage was great, Swedish, [with not alot of oil used at first.], but more added with use of stones. Ask for Mei!😎

Ive visited this place regularly since 2017. A great place to go for a massage. While it is not staffed with Lmt it is a legit massage establishment. The staff has always been couteous and proffesional. The place is clean and taken care of. Reasonably priced.Ive always left there relaxed stress free and looking foward to my next visit.

No privacy. Lots of distractions going on causing you not to enjoy a relaxing experience.They make you keep all clothes on. They dont use oil on the back massage.No relaxing music. People walking in and out and too much noise during massage in an open space.

I like going here because they do not mak you sign up for an membership unlike Massage Envy…but every-single-time they ask for a tip. Thats so unprofessional and rude. Let the customer decide if they want to tip or not. Youre already making $1 a minute. I dont know if thats a foreign thing or not but if they ask again I promise my friends and family will take out business elsewhere.

I did pedi and it wasn’t clean at all. I also waxed my eyebrows and the lady who waxed it completely removed half of my eyebrows and then charged &12 for waxing! Are you serious?!

Bought a Groupon for my husband and I to try out reflexology. Tried to book an appointment when we had childcare but I was told they dont accept Groupons on Saturdays although there is no day of the week stipulation noted on the Groupon.

The masseuse didnt speak any English and the massage was more like just her rubbing oil on me in a rushed and very nonrelaxing way. Then I watched as she stared at the clock for the last 20 minutes. I was very disappointed.

Vary professional! The massage therapist new the areas of pain , tennison, and stress . It Is like lora could feel them . Gentel when is a tender area and firm in the bigger muscle areas . I would recommend Silk Touch ! Good massage at a affordable price!
