From calling to schedule an appointment for a couples massage to entering the building to leaving was amazing. Excellent customer service was provided by Kim and Mackenzie, they were our masseuses and they were kind and respectful. The room where we had our massages was clean and organized and had a calm aroma. We had a little hiccup before our appointment time and I called them to notify them and were sweet enough to assist us to get the best out of our massages we were anxiously waiting for months (we couldn’t find time to schedule a massage due to work but they were able to book us about a week from the time I called). Thank y’all for making sure we enjoyed our massage.

I prepaid/booked and scheduled for a 430-6p appointment and while I arrived 5 minutes late the door was locked and and nobody came to the door after knocking and several repeated attempts to call and text. I never even received a courtesy call or message telling me that they had to leave early and if I could reschedule the appointment. I will definitely be getting a refund one way or another and taking my business elsewhere.

I have enjoyed 5 massages here. The location is convenient and quiet. The room I have been in is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Both Kim and MacKenzie were responsive to my requests and created a relaxing environment. I felt safe here as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were scheduled for a couples massage, he had a Swedish massage and I had a prenatal massage. True Balance had everything necessary to keep me and my baby comfortable being 8 months pregnant. They had all the pillows for me to lay on my belly and then a wedge for me to lay on my back. McKenzie did my prenatal massage and it was the best massage I have had. Her fingers worked like magic; smooth and buttery! I highly recommend this location for any pregnant mommas out there.

I have seen Kimberly twice now for a therapeutic massage and I will continue to be a returning client! She really knows how to work out all my problem areas and leave me feeling refreshed and relaxed. She always makes sure I am comfortable throughout the massage as well. I booked a 90 minute massage with MackeinzeM. It was fab-u-lous!! She hit all the spots I knew about and hit many more that I did not know about. She made sure I was totally comfortable and relaxed. My experience at True Balance was amazing. Kimberly & McKenzie had the most welcoming spirits. I had the pleasure of McKenzie handling my Swedish massage and my my my those hands were heaven sent! Omg this girls are amazing my husband gifted me a massage and I enjoyed it with my mom.They took care of my mother feeling cold, offered a hot tea and the oils used during the massages smell wonderful.I will definitely come back for more

It was a pleasant experience. My body feels good. The therapist is really good. She pay attention to detail. Top notch service and very high level of professionalism. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The toilet is very clean. The place smells good. I always forgot my self in the room after the massage. You need to come here to feel the same I experience I felt. I’ll be back next month. What I love is that the therapists can tell me exactly what’s going on in a particular area of my body and give suggestions for improvement. Additionally, the environment is clean, friendly and relaxing.I’m pretty active and like many women, I carry stress in my shoulders and back. True Balance always relieves that.

What a great place to have a therapeutic massage. My masseuse was very considerate ensuring I was comfortable with the temperature and the pressure throughout the massage. My 90 minute massage ended way too soon!

Scheduling an appointment was easily done online. Today was my 2nd appointment with McKenzie, and I have already scheduled my 3rd. I asked McKenzie to focus on massaging my shoulders, neck, and back due to stiffness and soreness. She did as requested and I feel so much better.

I am a RN. This year with covid has been a beat down, leaving me hurting. Massages with Kim have been very therapeutic. Her wheel house of skills are phenomenal. Any friend I have recommended have reported the same relief. Very professional, effective and therapeutic.

So I went here awhile back and ever since then Ive been debating whether to leave this review as I did feel bad for the girl. My wife and I came here for a nice couples massage and everything seemed fine until about 10 minutes into it, something was off. After a little while I realized that the person massaging me was actually falling asleep. Very strange and unprofessional. After we left I mentioned it to my wife who then told me that the girl massaging her was also acting strangely. She then realized that what was happening is that she was trying to keep the other girl awake using hand signals, etc. As I mentioned, I did feel bad for her and I suspect she was exhausted and was obviously very late in her pregnancy but I thought I should at least leave an honest review in the hopes that they might be more careful in the future. I wouldnt let this stop you from going there, benefit of the doubt and everything, maybe it was just the circumstances of that day. But no hard feelings although I didnt really get the experience I expected or paid for.

I’ve been to so many massage places, but I recommend True Balance to all of my friends. They are professional and relaxing but really get to the spice of my muscle pain.

Jaz, is the best. I have been diagnosed with neck spasms and the orthopedic physician advise to do exercises, steroids and get a deep tissue massage. After suffering for a month, I finally called Jasmine.Honestly, I am able to turn my neck further than I have in weeks. Ive already booked my next appointment. She is such a sweet person and very professional. People please book an appointment asap.
