This is our third time at Purity Spa. My guy and I had the couples massage. Karen is a goddess! Karen ‘s style and techniques helped relieve the tension in my guy’s muscles giving him the relief he needed. The front desk ladies are equally as nice, friendly, and professional as well. The ladies at the desk are very accommodating to the clients needs. I strongly encourage everyone to try Purity Spa for themselves, you will be back!!

I always get the best facial here! Maryam and Dolly always give a customized experience and make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I cant wait to come back for my next one!

I bought a massage combo, deep tissue with oil and hot stones for my moms birthday. She said it was great! She really enjoyed her massage therapist (Margo I believe?) and feels much better. The ladies at reception were also so kind and lovely to talk to.

Amazing is an understatement, starting off with the very welcoming staff to the ambience that this place offers. I booked a prenatal massage with Karen and it was hands down the BEST ever! The way she set up the room, the smell, the oils and her magic hands exceeded my expectations!!! I will definitely be back and recommend her to anyone going for a massage as they offer a variety to choose from. Thank you Karen and thank you Purity Spa for this amazing experience and much needed relaxation moment that took me to another world.

I came to Purity Spa once back in February. The massage I had from their wonderful massage therapist, Karen, was absolutely amazing!!! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff was very friendly, and offered me water or tea upon waiting for my massage. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a mishap that happened with my card being on file. After my massage, I was asked if I wanted to come back again (which I did), and that they had a special promo that the next massage session would be $95. I agreed, but they said they had a new rule which required a card to be on file, but they assured me that my card would not be charged until after my next massage appointment. A few days later I checked my account and I was charged $95.It ended up being a mistake on their end which I completely understood, things happen. They were really nice about it when I called and offered to cash app me the $95 or said I could go through my bank to dispute the charge, and they’d refund it that way, whichever way I found convenient for me. I told them I didn’t mind disputing it through my bank to save them the trouble. I received a temporary credit from my bank. After hearing from my bank in a couple weeks, they told me no issues were found on Purity Spa’s end, and the temporary credit of $95 would be taken back. I was very confused and frustrated because I was told by Purity Spa that if I disputed through my bank they’d take care of it. Long story short, it ended up with me going back and forth between purity spa and my bank to get this resolved. When I reached out to purity spa again, they said the manager would reach out to me, but they never did. I had to follow up and they thought that the charge was originally valid. I had to keep emphasizing that it was a mistake. I never went to the 2nd massage appointment, I had only visited here once, as previously stated. Eventually, they realized the error was on their end and they apologized for the inconvenience. The credit remained permanent after that.The only reason I am writing this review now in August is because I’ve only had 1 massage since this and if I’m being honest, it wasn’t great. I really wanted to go back to Purity Spa again but then I remembered this issue. I’d love to come back and have Karen as my massage therapist again. Although they apologized, and I completely understand mistakes happen, I just feel as if I wasn’t offered an incentive such as a discount or anything else after this whole situation happened. It was a lot of back and forth just to get $95 credited back to my account for something that wasn’t my fault. This is a really great massage place!!! I just wished this situation was handled better and I was atleast offered something after all the trouble.

I attended purity spa with a bridal party to celebrate my friend’s bachelorette. The whole staff was kind, warm, and inviting. Personally, I had Karen as my massage therapist for a 30 minute massage. Knowing I only had 30 minutes she quickly asked me what I was searching for to ensure she attended to areas of need. Karen set up a calming environment and used the perfect medium pressure to address my neck, shoulders and back. I left feeling calm, loose and refreshed. She offered tips to maintain flexibility- but I will definitely be returning for Karen’s services soon!

The front desk was friendly and attentive. The spa is clean and well maintained. Margo was absolutely amazing…she worked through a lot of the stiffness in my shoulders, and I felt much more mobile and relaxed after the massage.

My experience at Purity Spa was pleasant. The facility has a welcoming atmosphere, nice and calming. Staff very professional and accommodating to honor the Groupon rate. The gentleman who performed my massage was skilled. I left there feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

I have been going to Purity for about 2 years now, its only continued to improve and enhance its service offerings! My profession is rooted in physical labor and takes a massive toll on my body. Recently, I booked a 90 min deep tissue with Karen. With her 15+ years of professional experience, there is really no need to tell her whats bothering you - she will figure it out through your muscles & ensure you leave feeling relaxed and realigned (bonus: she recommended certain stretching styles to help me strengthen my issue areas). It was pure bliss, I already booked another before leaving.

My husband and I had a couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The overall experience was great (very hospitable, offered water and snacks while we waited) but the showstopper (for me) was the massage I received from Margo! It was nothing short of amazing. Needless to say, I will be back very soon. I usually receive this level of service when I travel abroad, so this was a very refreshing experience.

Easy scheduling, friendly, on time and comfortable service. Nurse May was knowledgeable and patient. She did not try to up sell me which was much appreciated. From a business perspective though, I should have left with a list of additional services since the service I got should last months to 1 year. I highly recommend this reputable business!

I had an amazing time while I was there. I had the Queen Package. Aziza who did my facial head and neck massage was absolutely amazing. I could tell that she loves what she does and takes pride in taking care of her clients. I truly felt like a Queen today!!!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. The receptions are all so kind. They have water , coffee and tea available as well as some snacks. Karen is the best masseuse in the DMV. She goes above and beyond.

Fantastic experience at Purity Spa! I received Botox treatment on my forehead and around my eyes and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! First time massage for my husband and I and it was beyond our expectations! The staff honored our Groupon without me having to purchase it and were super helpful with booking a time and day. When we arrived, Karen and Aziza were wonderful. Took the time to come out and introduce themselves and shook our hands which was engaging and reassuring to us. Karen explained different add ons we could purchase in addition to the standard 1hr massage but did not pressure us at all. She suggested sticking to the initial massage and trying something different next time. We really enjoyed our massages. The pressure was perfect and the entire experience was wonderful. I recently visited Purity Spa in Arlington, VA, for a Juvederm Ultra XC injection, and I couldnt be happier with the experience and results! Mary, the practitioner, was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease.Marys professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her gentle and precise technique made the injection virtually painless, and I was impressed by her attention to detail.The spa it is a clean, calming environment, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I discovered Purity Spa through a Groupon for the Perfect Derma chemical peel, and here I am, three peels later! My skin is smoother and brighter than it has ever been. Maryam is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The massage that comes with the peel service is heavenly, making the entire experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend Purity Spa for anyone looking for top-notch skincare and a welcoming atmosphere!

I had a Med Span appointment with nurse Mary; she was azamzing, attentive, and skilled in performing various Med Spa services. After procedures, I had no bruising or pain and could go to work the next day. And I looked amazing. I will go back to Mary again and again.

My experience at Purity Spa was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was my first ever facial and Maryam made sure to explain the treatment and products to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Karen was incredible! Really knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of the body, muscles and how to treat them. She gave me some tips on working out safely as to not stress my muscles and how to prepare for massages and relieve tension in my body. Felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are super accommodating and attentive, offering tea, water, coffee as soon as you enter. There was no intimidating upsetting or anything of that sort. Super clean, lovely and relaxing space. Truly a 5 star establishment. I’m so impressed by Karen, especially & I’ll definitely be back.

Karen was phenomenal!!! The massage was not generic. She customized my massage to my body’s needs; more focus to certain areas, lighter pressure here, pressure point there. She also gave me homework! lol! I’m literally making my next appointment as I type this review. Come see Karen, but just don’t book her too much ‘cause you’ll take up my potential future appointments :-)

Margo and Vadym did such an amazing job with me and my wife. They took their time, were very attentive to our problem areas and made sure we were completely satisfied! We had an amazing experience and plan to go back many more times to see them! You will not regret requesting either!

Karen is amazing. I would recommend people book with her. She made me feel so comfortable. And me being 38 weeks pregnant - it’s been hard to be comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see her.

I havent been able to come in for a service because every time Ive had the misfortune of speaking with the receptionist Deshawn (sp?) I was rudely dismissed. The first time I called, I had questions about products which she disregarded. I still went in to purchase something later. I spoke with someone else Who was very sweet & we toggled back & forth trying to get an appointment. I then get a call from Deshawn telling me that I just cant come in for the appointment, when I asked why she told me she has other things to do that evening ... evening? 2:45 is evening? Also, just rude! It was already difficult trying to get an appointment with the injectors availability being so limited.

This spa is very nice, and smells so good upon enrty. The staff is very kind as well. I enjoyed my massage by Vad, and facial by Aziza, they were so gentle and professional. I suggest your next spa day be with Purity.

At the beginning of May I went to have a Botox treatment and I wanted to fill in my smile lines. My birthday was coming up and I wanted to look pretty. A doctor named Mary treated me and she convinced me to fill in the upper part of my face. Which was the best for me. Now I have 2 horrible lumps on my face, I am sad and depressed. I went to the hospital and they told me not to touch them, to go back to the place where they did it and solve it, I came back but the lumps are still there right now I wrote to the doctor again and she told me what do you want me to do? the hospital doctor told you that dont touch it its a nightmare what Im experiencing every day putting on makeup to try to cover it up.I am really very indignant how there can be people so ruthless and bad. I went to purity spa in the month of May to get botox (which didnt work) and to fill in my smile lines by this lady or nurse named Mary after injecting me with a filler and ruin my face, today he dared to charge $650 from my account, I already PAID $950 FOR NOTHING PAY FOR MY FACE AND ON TOP OF THING MY TAKES MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! ITS THE WORST PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I WILL SEE WHAT I DO BUT I WONT REMAIN QUIET DONT GO TO THAT PLACE!!DONT COME TO THIS PLACE ITS THE WORST, THEY HAVE HARMENED MY FACE AND THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE BLOCKING ME FROM ALL THEIR NETWORKS SO THAT PEOPLE DO NOT FIND OUT DONT GO TO THAT PLACE ITS THE WORST

*No false accusations here, of course you’re going to say I’m lying haha*The owner and salon manager are highly ignorant, I won’t pin “racist,” on them because they have an African American assistant. Mary, the owner, agreed to rent the salon every weekend through a booking platform that connects stylists to salons. I did not meet Mary in person but she was KIND OF nice on text at the beginning, then I came in to try the space out (paid of course) and upon greeting everyone in the room, Maryam was very stand-off and had extremely offensive energy. She only said “oh I was expecting you at 11,” even though I communicated that my client rescheduled and was told that’s okay. She didn’t bother to introduce herself, ask me about my expertise- nothing. My appointment goes okay aside from the weird vibes in the building and as I’m wrapping up, their help says the manager asked that I call her. I call and her (Maryam) and attempt to introduce myself AGAIN and she immediately jumps to “unfortunately someone just booked all 3 booths for the next 2 months, I don’t know why Mary told you this and that etc.” I asked her what is the actual reason she doesn’t want to rent to me and in cowardice fashion she doubles down on the idea that someone magically rented all the empty booths that no one has been at for months! In fact, it’s still available to rent online and it’s been available for months, and I’m also sure it’ll stay available for months. Good fortune doesn’t just happen to those with poor character. The giveaway was the helper bringing me the card, when I was asked how everything I told her good but I can’t pick up on the vibe. She said the only thing is that they’re big on “presentation,” which is normal for a salon. But the issue here is; I don’t work for them, there was no preferred dress code communicated and even being dressed down all of my items costs more than all of their outfits combined (Balenciaga, Marni, Saks, New Balance). I’m also a New Yorker so I take high offense to someone dressed in Ross head to toe trying to tell me about presenting haha- not even to tell me about it but to go and talk about it to others as opposed to sharing your preferred aesthetic. I wanted to rent the salon because it was a decent location for a decent price, my books stay full, they obviously need the money after halfway investing in a salon they expected to profit more off of. I’ve had just about enough of these middle easterners coming here and acting like they have a upper hand over anyone that isn’t white to be honest. I typically let things slide, but this touched my spirit today. Ugly people will never succeed, and I’m talking about on the inside; not shallow beauty.

My beautiful technician Maryam took care of all of my concerns with my skin. She has a lot of knowledge on products. I purchased all of the products she suggested because she showed confidence in all of her answers. I will definitely be back. The results are amazing! 10/10 recommend any facial at Purity!

Soudi was absolutely amazing. I had the best electrolysis procedure with her. She is very attentive, asked the right questions, I highly recommend her. This is the only place for electrolysis I would goto. The front desk ladies are always warm and welcoming. It feels like a family every time I visit purity spa.

Just went again 3/17/24 and saw Vadym for a sports massage- he was great! Listened to where my focus points were and adjusted pressure as needed.2023 review: Linda was excellent! This was my first time going to Purity. I went for a sports massage focusing on my legs as I’m increasing my distance runs. Linda focused where I needed her to and found out she personally has experience with distance runs which helped! Staff were polite. 2023

The purity elegant massage was heavenly! I usually get a sports massage or deep tissue but this was a nice change of pace- it was so relaxing! Vadym was magic!

I really enjoyed my massage with Vadym. He is very knowledgeable. After a long time of neck pain, I was able to sleep through the night without pain. I am definitely going back.

Purity Spa is my favorite place to treat and care myself. All the services I have received so far were excellent. I always got refreshed not only physically but mentally after each service. Everyone is so nice and kind and the prices are reasonable. I cant wait for my next appointment!

Update: 7/26 Tried their deep tissue massage this time! I had it with Karen, omg I was so scared at first to try because Im a light-medium pressure girly but I’m telling you, it’s amazing!!! It’s not what you think it is when you hear deep tissue massage. You can also tell them beforehand, Karen worked with me and my body to ensure that I get the max benefits without much pain!Went back for another facial and Maryam took care of me. She’s the best! I used to hate extractions but she made me comfortable throughout the process. I always enjoy my visits here and I can’t recommend this enough!Best facial I had in a long time! Dolly went above and beyond to explain everything as it’s my first time availing their services. I could see the results on my face with just one session. I had the elegant facial, which I highly recommend. Overall great experience and I’ll definitely come back!

Ive visited Purity Spa several times for massages, and today, I had the wonderful opportunity to surprise my mom with her first massage for her birthday! Her experience was truly exceptional. The massage therapist, was not only excellent but also incredibly accommodating to my mothers needs. From the moment we stepped in, everyone at Purity was welcoming and kind. We genuinely appreciate the outstanding service provided by the ladies at Purity Spa!

Karen was AMAZING. Not only was she knowledgeable and extremely skilled (shes been doing this for over a decade), it was clear she is passionate about her work, and it shows through her effort. From the moment I called in to make an appointment, the people here were extremely kind and accommodating. Karen and Mike took care of us during the couples massage and they were both perfect. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time and gave us an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic experience. We added hot stones to our package, which was the right decision. Rather than just laying the stones on us, they massaged our bodies with the warm stones and oils and it felt incredible. Everyone we interacted with at this spa had great personalities and were very professional & accommodating. I recommend this place 11/10.

Worse experience Ive ever had! Customer service was amazing however the person that did my massage was very ruff with me and its 2 days later and Im hurting! Wouldnt recommend this spa.

My husband surprised me for my birthday with a Prenatal 90Min massage and a 75Min Facial! I absolutely loved it and would definitelty visit again!The prenatal massage helped relieve a lot of hip and upper back pain. My massage therapist was so sweet and made sure that I stayed comfortable the whole time. The smells and the music was just right and the pressure was excellent.I hadnt gotten a facial in a long time. The 75 minute facial was just what I needed to disconnect and get pampered. There were so many amazing smelling products that helped combat hydration and also acne which came from baby #2. Also all products used were safe for pregnancy.Overall, great first time and wonderful experience for my birthday.

I am so grateful to have found this place! Ive had the best massages here by Karen, shes so talented! Always looking forward to my next visit.

It was my first time visiting Purity Spa but after my massage with Margo I can confidently say it won’t be my last! Everyone was so professional from the moment you step in and the atmosphere was inviting. Margo asks if you have any problem areas to work on, before she starts. It was the perfect amount of pressure and she worked out all my knots. Hands down the best massage I have ever have!!!

Everything about this experience was fantastic! The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and thoughtful. And the esthetician, Anna, gave me the best facial Ive had in Va since moving here from NYC.

I got a couples massage for me and my wife (60m). There was an accident on our way which made us 10m late. They allowed us to come in and take the rest of our allotted time, which is fair.To start with the positives, the talent was good and I liked my masseuse. I asked for hard which I felt like I received. My wife asked for softer, but then asked for it harder halfway through which she said she didnt feel any difference after asking. The beds were heated, which felt nice.The bad, the room was not sound proof and we could hear everything right outside the window from the traffic and the restaurant music that was across. The masseuse both asked us what we wanted to focus on during the session and both my wife and I did not think that was honored at all. My headrest was stiff and angled strange and gave me a headache. I was super grateful when it was time to turn over.Overall, the experience was nice and friendly and i liked the pressure my masseuse was able to give me, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Normal price was about 299 for this kind of massage (non member) or 150 pp. For that cost, I expected a lot more put into the service. I will not be returning. The cost for this service I would have only paid about 60 pp. I gave 2 stars for the experience and an extra star for the good, if rushed, massage.

I showed up to Purity Spa excited for my massage that I booked through ClassPass and unfortunately left the spa 5 minutes after arriving. I was notified when I got there that I would have a male massage therapist, I’m sure this therapist is great, but as a young female I did not feel comfortable going through with this massage. The girl at the reception was kind and called the manager however the manager said that I could not be switched to a female therapist and if I left, I would have to pay the full price for the massage and not be rescheduled. This was very upsetting and I just lost a lot of money with no service completed. The only communication I got before my appointment was an email that asked for my phone number. Never in the days leading up did they ask me which therapist I would like or informed me the name or gender of the therapist that they assigned to me. This was very unprofessional as I have gotten massages before and the locations are always proactive in making sure their clients are comfortable and reach out well in advance to ensure a good pairing of client to therapist.UPDATE: No one has reached out to provide screenshots as mentioned below. I even emailed the salon asking for what screenshots they were referring to and have not received a response. In addition there was NO option to select a masseuse by name or gender as they stated below. I would beware of booking because they were unable to provide any empathy or remedy which leads me to believe they do not care about the comfort of their clients.

Karen is a very easy going, kind person and a great massage therapist! She has 14 years of experience and it shows. Karen knows what she is doing and intuitively knew the correct pressure to apply to my body and the way she uses the hot stones is amazing. When I left I felt so relaxed and even went home and had a nap! I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was so very kind and helpful as well. I would recommend Purity Spa to anyone who looking for a great place to have a massage!

Karen was great. Found the parts of my body with the most tension and worked through those areas effectively. Also provided recommendations for additional services that would help. Overall I would recommend.

I go here for micro-needling and Maryam is fantastic! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and gives a killer massage during the treatment as well! My face has never looked better. She has offered me great advice and taught me so much about skincare so I can upkeep my microneedling results at home. She never tries to sell you anything and genuinely cares about your needs and wants you to have the best possible outcome. The office is also very serene and clean. I usually go early in the morning so there is always plenty of parking right out front.

Everyone at the spa was pleasant and professional. I visited for a 90 minute deep tissue massage today that exceeded my expectations. Karen the therapist has great skills at working the muscles. I really liked the scent of the massage oil too. I highly recommend them to anyone considering.

I am 15 week pregnant and had a prenatal service from Karen. I had a back and shoulder pain since pregnant, and Karen pressed the exact spots that I was suffering. Karen is so friendly, personable, and created warm and welcoming environment.

Ok I went back for a massage. Last time I had a message with Karen, which was perfect. So this I went back and decided to have a massage with Margo, she is also very talented with strong hand capable of deep tissue massage. I loce the massages from both of them.Finished off with Maryam for a relaxing/wonderful facial was absolutely amazing. Felt very refreshed.Kudos to all of them. 5 star in my book.Had my botox done at Purity Spa. It was an amazingly pleasent experience. Everything was done profesionally, from the warm, caring inviting staff, to a welcoming manager and a professional botox injection by a capabale professional. I highly recommand Purity Spa. Take my word, it will be the best experience that you will have.

Purity Spa has become our favorite spot to treat ourselves with a massage. They offer fantastic deals, and their masseuses are simply one of the best weve ever experienced. They are great at relieving tension and knots, even surpassing our experiences at luxury places like the Four Seasons. Highly recommend this place and we are already planning our next visit.

Karen was AMAZING! She is truly a gifted healer. I felt like a weight was literally taken off my shoulders. Had a lot of tension in my neck and upper back area and felt like it was all released. Definitely coming back!

This was my first massage at Purity Spa thanks to a birthday gift card from my family, and it was the BEST! I was greeted warmly by the lovely ladies at the front desk, who offered me a beverage and were very kind. Karen was my therapist, and before the massage began, she assessed my needs and communicated exactly what she was going to do. She is a very experienced massage therapist, and the whole experience with her was WONDERFUL! I asked for a relaxing massage, and she delivered. She was also able to get all of my knots out, and pinpointed exactly where I had the most knots and tension. She gave me great advice on stretching and techniques to prevent future knots. I left the massage feeling extremely relaxed, stress-free, and like a new person. My body feels significantly less tight. I cannot recommend Purity Spa and Karen enough! I will definitely be returning.

A hidden gem in Arlington! The staff is absolutely wonderful and they have given me some of the best massages I’ve ever had.

I had the purity elegance facial with Maryam and it was fantastic. Everything was amazing and the staff are all so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back because honestly this was better than most spas I’ve been to around here! Highly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

I had such a great experience at Purity Spa! The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. I had a facial done by Dolly, who was ver knowledgeable, gave me advice, and explained my skin care needs. My deep tissue massage was done by Karen who is amazing!! If you like a deeper/harder massage I highly recommend her. I had such a relaxing experience and will definitely be back.If you’re going for a massage and facial, I recommend insisting that the massage be done first and the facial be done second.

SUPERIOR in every aspect! I am a nurse with chronic back pain. I dont get massages for relaxation, I get them to control my pain. I am very critical of people and places that give me a massage. I have recently moved to Arlington and have now found my place and person to give me relief.Olga is extraordinary! She listened to what I had to say and was able to focus in on where I was having pain. She used a variety of massage techniques and truly is a master of what she does. In addition to being an exceptional masseuse, her wonderful manner is calming and relaxing. I left with an incredible reduction in pain and even more so the next day.The entire experience at Purity was exceptional. The phone reservation, people at check in, waiting room, massage rooms, all were inviting and relaxing. Dont hesitate to book a service at Purity and definitely book Olga for phenomenal massage.

Most wonderful experience with Purity Spa. I had to cancel my initial appointment, they were so accommodating and allowed me to reschedule hassle free. Warm welcome by the front of house, greeted by last name, offered sparkling/still water and my therapist Karen was already waiting for me. Karen was amazing - I am still floating. She assessed my needs, offered a pillow to keep my well endowed bosoms comfy (a first), explained her technique/what to expect. The beds are warm, good quality and the face pillow is comfortable. Quiet, clean, peaceful ambience. A warm weighted blanket was placed on my back while the lower half of my body was massaged (another first). Amazing! And no pressure to leave a tip though I gladly left one. Every staff member I encountered was kind and gracious. I will definitely be back.

This was my first experience with Botox or filler. And WILL be going again.Everyone I interacted with in the spa was incredibly kind, personable and helpful. My technician, Mary, answered every question i threw at her with it being my first time. It was quick and easy! She listened to what I wanted and explained alternative approaches so I wouldn’t make a rookie mistake with poor requested areas. She was accommodating to if I was uncomfortable or in pain. Having a higher pain tolerance, the pain was hardly there and no where near what I was expecting from my research online. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I’ll see you again SOON!

Wonderful experience!! Would 100% come back. My wife and I bought a 60 min couples massage off Groupon. The staff got us scheduled quickly. The spa is very clean and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Every single employee offered us refreshments while we waited. My wife had Linda and I had Karen. Both were amazing. Linda was respectful of my wife’s post-partum needs and tailored the massage accordingly. Karen asked for my needs and also adjusted accordingly. The beds were warmed, the oils and stones were hot but not uncomfortably so. We both walked out relaxed and feeling amazing. It was all so perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will be coming back!

Karen, Mz. masseuse was great! Karen was professional, friendly, informative, confident, expedient, and skillful.She introduced me to the ‘hot stones’ massage feature, in which, for over 25 years of getting massages _ I was too fretful to try out. Karen respected my hot stones frights :), but quickly realized 5 min into the deep muscle massage that we would need muscle reinforcements; and it would be the hot stones, worked in the hands of Karen that made the massage a therapeutic success. I would def try Karen again!!The parlor is clean and quiet, and the receptionist are friendly and helpful.This was a good buy!!

I had two services, and they both were outstanding. My massage was spectacular; just the proper pressure, and the therapist did a great job of figuring out my desired pressure. I also had a facial; it was more than the feeling and helping my skin. I learned about taking better care of my skin from the technician. The front desk manager was so accommodating with my schedule. I will be back for more treatments. I highly recommend it.

Another great experience at Purity spa! I had a prenatal massage done by Karen and it was absolutely wonderful. I felt that I was in very good hands from the beginning because she explained everything to me ahead of time and even showed me the best way to lay on my side to be the most comfortable. She also shared with me some great insights and advice to help prevent swelling for the rest of my pregnancy. She also some how managed to get knots out that I thought were impossible! She’s amazing.I love that in both my facial and massage experiences at Purity, I’ve walked away with additional knowledge on how to take care of myself. There isn’t overly selling or pushing if their products (which btw they carry amazing products, I love Osea!) just pure advice.Can’t wait to go back again soon

Absolutely incredible! My husband bought me a deep tissue/hot stone massage after experiencing one himself with Olga. Needless to say it was everything my body needed, especially 6 months postpartum. Olga was very accommodating and exceptionally skilled in massage therapy. She made sure to focus on all the areas in need, and was also very kind and attentive. I definitely plan to return in the future.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL I WAS LITERALLY SCARRED - I was left with several scars from a procedure I had done here. All I wanted was to have them cover the fees for the medical procedure my doctor said was necessary to fix what they had done to me. The owner was heartless in response. She claimed that my doctor, who works at GW was trying to scam me and that all I needed was to exfoliate/do a chemical feel. Then she said she would not take responsibility for anything when I said that I wanted the treatment that my doctor suggested. PLEASE BE SAFE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The platinum hydrafacial was very relaxing! Customer service is excellent as well.I do recommend not getting this facial right before an event if you havent ever had it before. It was very exfoliating and took about a week for all the dry skin to fully come off.

I just went Purity spa to have my service done, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is engaging welcoming on top of the atmosphere being extremely clean and perfect for zenful afternoon !

Karen is the best especially if you want deep tissue. Have knots you didnt even know about? She will find them and massage them into submission! She also is a good conversationalist if you want that (I enjoy a good therapy session with my massage therapy).The whole staff is a lovely bunch of women with great personalities. Highly recommend

It was a decent massage. The staff was very friendly and kind. Our massage was cut about 10 minutes short which was disappointing. The facility was okay, it seemed fairly clean however there was a strange smell in the building. Possibly just from it being an old structure.

Linda greeted me warmly when I arrived. She led me to a candle-lit (battery operated) room with a very warm bed awaiting. She was experienced and gentle, which I requested. Before I knew it, the hour was up, and I felt marvelous. Definitely a great massage.

I’m a bit over 4 months pregnant and have been experiencing a lot of discomfort lately, so my husband purchased a Groupon voucher for a 1hr prenatal massage at purity spa, I was looking forward to it since I had been in a lot of pain and we had visited there prior w/a good experience. He called Saturday morning 7/29 to see if there was any availability for a prenatal massage and he was told yes to come at 530p on 7/29. We are located in silver spring so we started making our way about 1hr prior. On our way over we were caught in that horrible storm that was pretty unsafe to drive or move about in. Once the storm subsided on our side we continued to make our way but we kept running into major traffic due to road closures from trees and debris blocking off the road. We called to let the spa know we are running behind due to this and they and said that’s ok but they couldn’t accommodate an hour massage, so whatever time we arrive will be taken from my service which was disappointing because we thought they closed at 7p but we were told they actually close @ 630p we said alright and continued to make our way to them. As we kept driving we kept getting turned around due to even more road blockages from the storm our navigation wasn’t given us any other route alternatives that weren’t blocked off. I called the spa back to let them know we are still stuck in this mess is there anyway we could reschedule bc there’s no way we would get there on time. The receptionist said she would need to check w her manager and get back to us by the next day. We were notified the next morning that I could not be seen bc we cancelled within 24 hrs of our appt even though there was a natural disaster and we had no way of making it there within a reasonable time. All they could do was to offer us the same Groupon voucher at the same price. So disappointed! Will not be returning!

I initially went to Purity Spa for a massage with Olga, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Not only was she professional, Olga intuitively knew what to focus on. From there, I’ve gotten various other services, and had equally amazing experiences. It’s a small, women-owned business and it feels very warm and welcoming. Mary, Maryam, Nushan! They’re all great!

I used Classpass and the booking experience was smooth - please note that Classpass time availabilities may not match up exactly with Purity Spa availability - I believe this is due to some app issues. They contacted me immediately to find a good time and it all worked out!

We were not impressed with the massages we received. They barely used any hot stones during my session. The couple massage room is very small. Come on time or your massage time will be shortened. Never experienced that before, ever. Will not be a returning customer!Update based on response from owner: There was no mention of the massage breakdown in the Groupon or when I spoke to you prior to booking. Why would a person assume that a massage session will only include a 15 hot stone session if the spa package was 60 min (deep tissue and hot stone)You were also quick to tell me about your cancellation policy but never mentioned what will happen in the event a person is late. Please be more transparent and forthcoming with the information that is provided to customers prior to me booking or purchasing a package from your company

Wow! What a pleasant find and surprise. I have been dreaming of a deep tissue and hot stone combination massage, I have finally found the best! My back is riddled with knots and issues from physical labor, athletic injuries and restaurant industry abuse. Linda detected every problem, including my hip impingement - she is now working with me through a treatment plan to rehab concerning areas in combination with my PT schedule elsewhere. Professional, clean, to the point - this is REAL pressure and corrective massage - not just for “relaxation”. 10/10 recommend!

Sadly, my second time here but not as good as first time. 1. when we arrived in the room the male physician started to talk about the add-ons(cbd oil and hot stones) 2. he also kind of forced tip even before the message started (I ended up gave the tip to front desk but it’s really uncomfortable for you to ask customer for tip before service) 3.I arrived with my partner for couple message on time today at 3pm, and the message was cut off earlier around 8 minute.

My masseuse (Linda) asked me what specific ailments/areas I wanted her to work on, then used quite forceful techniques that were just what I needed. The spa itself is clean, has a good vibe, and even had quite a bit of on-street parking available (on Sunday, anyway). Convenient to Clarendon Metro station. I am planning to go there again. RECOMMENDED!

I had a 90 minute Elegant massage with Karen and massage experience I have had in the city. She explained everything, adjusted her pressure accordingly, and gave me snacks at the end. I will be coming back and asking for Karen.

Good place for a massage, staff is great , location was alittle difficult to find, do consider leaving a little early for two reasons 1) to make sure you find location and get in the spa.. also 2) so that the person who is giving the massage has time to explain what the massage intells so you are aware of how they do things and so it won’t eat into your scheduled paid for hour, also this was my first visit and due to a traffic accident i was not able to get there on time for my appointment, and only had a half an hour left for an hour massage and was not even offered not even 5 more minutes considering the time.. ughhhhh.. also they weren’t able to offer a rescheduled appointment.. Since then after my first experience the owner of the company reached out to me and was very understanding and sympathetic concerning my experience and offered me an hour of the same massage I initially scheduled and it was an amazing experience, and could not have asked for anything more.. not to mention but the place was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the smell and aroma of the purity oils was very therapeutic.. ❤️it.. and thank you so much for a job well done.. this is a must go to!

Mary is fantastic! I came in today for Botox treatment and she was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. She provided my eyebrows weren’t even but could be fixed with Botox among other things and overall was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for Botox!

Dolly is INCREDIBLE! She applied the Perfect Derma Peel for me. She was so patient and took her time with the application process, bascally giving me a mini facial (cleaning, light massage) right before to prep my skin. Dolly was very knowledgable and well aware of the differences that ethnicities have when it comes to certain treatments. I aprpeciated her honesty and overall excellent care of me. Had a pretty good experience with getting a facial done here despite starting 15 minutes late, but though my esthetician seemed pretty knowledgeable and experienced, the advice about how my current skincare routine isnt working is pretty hard to take seriously from someone trying to sell me their products.

Nooshan is amazing. She is so gentle and clearly knows what she is doing. My face felt amazing afterwards. No one tries to push products on you, they simply give advice and take great care of you when you are there. 10/10 recommend. I will be going back ASAP!
