I think whether or not you like this spot will just depend on your taste. The interior is very cute and comfortable. I love the decor and the layout. It’s not a very refined place so as far as food quality, drink service, etc, it doesn’t give the true grown and sexy vibe one might seek if preference is to be around a mature crowd. Our service was a bit slow and the drinks we had weren’t great. I was also thrown off when we were brought canned soda and Costco water vs beverages in a glass. But again, i think the decor made me have higher expectations. I think this is a solid place for a younger/less mature crowd looking for options outside of DC.

If you prefer to experience this restaurant and lounge, bring 20 dollars and be prepared to stand up in HEELS!!! Everything is reserved, even the seats at the bar. The food is overpriced and classically basic street food you can honestly make at home or get from a food truck with better portions. As for the music, the DJ doesnt play the crowd. It was new aged rap the entire night, and their aim is to make you deaf before you turn 30. It was beyond loud. Overall, go to DC. Its free, you can pay for restaurant quality service and get a meal youll actually enjoy.

One of the Manager was very disrespectful. Very disappointing. Made a reservation a month ahead for 4 people, one of my guest cancelled last minute leaving us with 3 people, got to the place and explained everything to one of the managers and he insisted we seat at the bar, mind you there are ample amounts of tables available. The manager then went on to say we are cancelling your reservation because you should have said something earlier. He was so rude and just brushed us off. Leaving us to find seats by ourselves. One of the worst services that i have ever experienced. Ended ip spend $600. Will never return to this place. The worst customer service i have experienced.

Horrible service and the atmosphere did not pass a vibe check ! The DJ set up equipment right behind my chair and needed me to move up in my chair while dining to plug in a cord. The menu was trash and my margarita taste like pickle juice.

Tonight had a great vibe at this spot for my first time. Hooka was 35, drinks at regular high prices 13 to 15. But the best part was.the dj @djwindycity was the best part of the vibe, thanks for the great mix of r&b and dance music. Not straight rap all night. Also great seating and wall art cool spot.

One of the owners were really helpful in a near mishap with one of the lower workers, who was seemingly targeting me as a gay man. But its all good. The vibes were cool, drinks were ok.

Good food. We originally were sat in the lounge but it was too much hookah smoke, I found the main dining area much more comfortable. Good food. Not super authentic Mediterranean flavors but it was decent and tasty. The dj has nice music and thankfully didn’t play it too loud.

Amazing staff, however we love loud music but this time we visit it was extremely loud we can’t even hear what each other was saying it was hard to order. We always have a blast going here it’s always a vibe and hookah’s are great we usually get watermelon mint. Make sure to make reservations for party 4 and more.

Great place to have a fun evening. This place is not cheap but you will have fun. Also the place will be crowded Friday and Saturday evenings.

Listen, I can be picky.. it’s Jan 2024 for reference… the best service I have experienced in a while. I did not try the food but the hookah and drinks were top tier AND FASTTTTTT. It’s a vibe!!! I was so satisfied with the service even if it was several people serving the purpose of need! Stop by I would be shocked if you were disappointed!

Maybe because I am not a big fan of loud music, I did not appreciate the place too much. I thought it’s a lounge bar where people suppose to talk with a soft background music, and not a night club where you can’t hear anything after 9 pm. Overall not bad, but music just made experience a bit iffy taste.

It was ok. Hookah was affordable and strong 👍🏾. It was packed but no real vibes. Ppl were just sitting. Service was mediocre and DJ was all over the place with the music.

I ordered a delivery order from Caspi via Grubhub around 5:43 PM. A Margarita Pizza and a Caesar Salad. The driver reached me earlier than the ETA, which was nice, and the pizza was still hot. Not warm. HOT. Now, the toppings did slide about during delivery but that was less likely the drivers fault and more the fact that the pizza was fresh out of the oven when placed in the box - hot cheese does not stick to things. In other words pizzas made out of fresh ingredients, just out of the oven, are going to have toppings that move around during transit. This is just a sign on how fresh it was.The pizza was good and hot. In fact I did burn the roof of my mouth. It smelled and looked too good to let it cool off! And the Caesar Salad was pretty big for a side salad. Everything was great. Five out of five.

This establishment cancels reservations the day of so book accordingly.I had a reservation booked a week in advance, and they canceled my an hour before. Manager said it wasn’t “accepted”. But I have a whole confirmation with the reservation accepted.

The place was awesome and the service too especially the Shisha guy.Only downer to it I forgot my vape there that I had just bought, when I walked back they had closed next day I called the girl on the phone won’t pass the call to the hookah dude who served me nor the guy who was in charge.. it was a basic move and a cheap one. Shame coz I wanted to go back but since they are not honest I probably won’t and won’t recommend it either if you care for safety and honesty

My three friends and I went on a Friday. The place has great music (DJ) and our bartender was great. Their hookah was fair priced I think $35. We sat at the bar because they said after 9:30 the minimum amount for a table was $300. Only other tables were two seaters. So if they didn’t have space at the bar which includes about 12-15 stools we would have left. We got there at 8 and there weren’t available seats until we left so be prepared to pay if you decide to go.

Caspi is a place you go to to have a nice chill time with friends and feels like home and the food is amazing . Customer service is amazing especially Badr, he is always attentive and going beyond to make sure your experience is amazing. Their hookah is also amazing and have variety of house flavors . Lovely spot and they music is hopping. Shoutout to the bartender Vedr who made me an espresso martini on demand without them having it on their menu. It’s super greatly appreciated it and I really needed it after this work week 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 ps definitely add it on your menu you will not regret it! Only recommendation would be to add the baileys as a floater on top so you have a more espresso look versus the milky look, which is just more for aesthetics 😅

Ladies night at Caspi Lounge definitely brings out all the feels! It’s a vibe that you really can’t find anywhere else. From the music to the drink specials to the hookah, it’s an amazing place to just unwind. The promoter BaldHead makes sure that the vibe is just right all the time! He never disappoints and treats everyone like family. If he’s there, just know you will be taken care of. I definitely recommend Caspi lounge if you are looking for a place to just vibe out and let loose. They literally have something for everybody: Ladies night on Wednesdays , Hangover Fridays and Sunday brunch! It’s truly unmatched.

I love Caspi’s. The food is great and on Thursday’s it’s really fun. I recommend going there to let your hair down and then go next door to the Mexican spot to feed the liquor! lol

Had a really great time on a Friday night. Hookah was on point and the bottle presentation for my friend was pretty awesome. Only issue was the astronomical unreasonable prices for a table. It didnt feel too fair of a price but we still went ahead and paid as a group. Overall tho not bad of a night.

We went for a late evening dessert and drinks visit. Dessert was a noodle and cheese dish with honey. A nice variety in the desserts. Most people come for the hookah.

Great little hookah lounge and restaurant. Food was great, Hookah was ok, but glad someone comes around to replace the coal. They have a bar, tables, and sofas and chairs mainly in the inner room. After 10 pm or so, they had a DJ, who played a great mix of current rap, pop, and Arabic songs, even the 90s classic Habibi, Habibi song!! Definitely check it out if in the Pentagon City area.

Always a guaranteed good time whether I visit on an early weekday or late on the weekend. Great customer service, superb quality food/drinks, atmosphere is awesome, and everyone is friendly. You cant go wrong!

After I was turned away from another hookah lounge I went to this one. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Security asked would I be seated even though I had no reservation and I was seated immediately. My order taken and my drinks and hookah came out quickly. Atmosphere was amazing. Prices very reasonable. Only problem I had was they didn’t have the beer I wanted but they did have an alternative that I did drink also. I would definitely recommend this establishment. I would definitely return again as well.

Nice little lounge especially if you enjoy doing hookah.. atmosphere is decent as well. When they have a dj playing the music is very loud though hard to hear when you are trying to talk with others

If you know me you know I love food, service and an amazing atmosphere. Caspi is definitely the place to be. i was there for my cousin DayDay bday and took care of us the entire time. 10/10. Manager, staff and cooks awesome.

My first time here and Yoshi somehow made me feel like a regular with a packed bar (I later learned she was new, but sis works the bar like she been here). She remembered my drink without me having to repeat it and checked on me often.The DJ was a vibe.Not overly packed.Decor is nice.The hookah left a little to be desired, but it may have been a fluke. Might update this part 😂Definitely recommend.

One of my favorite places. Great food,service,dj and the vibe is unmatched. Kayla is the best bartender in the DMV. I just had my girl B-Day there recently on a Wednesday Ladies Night. Baldhead took care of everything. He even had her some cups with her name on them. I had to leave early and he made sure her and her guest felt at home and free to be themselves. Till this day they still talk about how they never felt so safe to enjoy themselves and dance all night unbothered in a lounge/club setting. Thank You Baldhead Ent. and Caspi Lounge!! You guys are the best.

This was the funnest brunch I’ve been too. The music was hitting the food was amazing. The service was great. The hookah was smooth and it sent over priced. Bottomless mimosas was 30 which I don’t think is bad. They are pretty strong too. I’ll definitely be back here soon

This spot is straight hood. Looks can be deceiving from what the website shows. Its crowded over the capacity of people, hookahs everywhere. I thought this was a restaurant that would be nice and chill. It was a club setting with a lot of trap music and that kind of vibe. Too each is own, but not mines. Dont go on a Friday night. I seen way too much. I left.

Suggest they remove the gratuity from bill. Guy seated us took hookah order. Didnt see him for almost 30 minutes after. We had to flag down other employees to place drink and food orders. Next time we saw him we was almost done with food. The guy bussing the table had to let him know we was ready for our bill. Im rating 3 stars because the food was on point, the atmosphere was nice, music was cool and other employees made up for or original server. Need soda options as well. Over priced can sodas, torn furniture and bad service.

This place was AMAZING on every level, the service was A1 from the time I arrived to when I left. Food was really delicious, the staff was so polite. Great layout, good vibe wonderful lighting and very clean. They can definitely accommodate large parties such as mine of 16 people. Hookah and drinks where really good. For ambiance only. Drinks are small and over pricey. Why did my margaritas arrive in a shot glass? 🥴 bathrooms are tiny. Food is salty. Go for hookah (weak) and a sexy place to get drinks. Tables were overpriced too. I didn’t pay but I heard the price and just stuck with my $3 bottle of water lol

Environment is great, the staff is very nice. Cool environment to hangout with friends with dj and if you don’t mind loud music.

Hi guys, this place is not for enjoying, here is why:1) they use pineapple top a few times for different hookahs/different customers( inside info from workers )2) disrespectful staff( if you close your check they will ask you to leave the table ) I also ask a manager few times but nobody showed up3) in lounge is relaxing music should be, in there it’s some hard bass loud music, you won’t here your friend who sits across the table ( if you’ll ask them to volume it down workers will says: “ there is people dancing” but I newer saw somebody dancing)They can make pretty good flavors of hookah and also they serve alcohol, but if the alcohol is not the main point for you, my suggestion go to Cloud Lounge to relax and enjoy your time there.Guys, you don’t need to be in restaurant business to understand that this place is far away from average score, thanks for attention hope it was helpful

Love the atmosphere. Very attentive staff. Drinks could be better. The chairs could be sturdier as they wiggled a lot. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nicer lounge. Security pays everyone down and makes sure theres no trouble.

Ok I loved this place. Very hyped atmosphere. The music was good however its was way to loud for me. The waitress we had was not very experienced in keeping customers happy. I would go back but defintly taking ear plugs.

Nice little spot to chill with friends. The staff is very friendly, the DJ is their best asset. The hookah was also good however the drinkssss not at all. We didnt taste the food so I cannot comment on that. I will definitely go back and I recommend the place

Food was decent. Cool setting with a live DJ and option to enjoy hookah. They also had a dessert menu which was cool. Little over priced and didnt like paying automatic gratuity for a party of four without explanation prior to the bill arriving

While attending Sunday night I witnessed a patron continuously beat in the face by security when they could have just locked the doors and called the police. Then the “promoter” came in yelling and making the Dj turn off the music, causing a scene. Very unprofessional. I would not come here after 8pm.

I went there on 1/22/2022 at 8:30pm and the service was horrible. Poor customer service, the venue is nice but the employees are horrible. The hookah isn’t good either. And a waitress was reaching over trying to take my plate and I wasn’t even finished eating plus the manger is a liar 🤥 he told me and my group that all the tables were booked for 10:00pm and he couldn’t seat us at a table for 8:30PM because the tables were all booked for 10PM but yet I went online while there and was able to book a table for 10pm.

Food was nasty and bland. We told our waiter that we wanted him to take it off of our bill - we only ordered 2 wings and fried shrimp. They refused to take it off the bill and charged us because it came to our table. In addition, we refused the second order of wings- didn’t even touch the table or leave the waiters hand and they still charged us for it. To compensate, they gave us a free shot when all we wanted was our money back.IF I go back, it will only be for the music and hookah but I can get that at other establishments with better customer service.

The place has great ambiance. But for the high price tag on well drinks dressed up as top shelf drinks!!! It’s not worth it. I woke up with a headache from drinking that bs!!! Woodford Reserve doesn’t give me a headache because it’s gluten-free. My friend had the same experience when she ordered Tito’s!!! She awakened with a headache. Paying top dollar for cheap liquor is not my idea of a good time!!!

In the past Ive been here and it was a great experience. Not so much anymore. There can literally be open tables with noone in the there but if you dont have a reservation or party of 4 or more they will turn you away. So that says to me they would prefer big spenders and not casual patrons. Its unfortunate cause it really is a nice place, but I will never try to give them my money again. But then again they dont even want it...

Used to enjoy the place because of the food and lounge feel of it. However the service has always been terrible starting with the long waiting time for orders, order mix ups all the time, no attention from the waiters, need to literally get up to call someone over to order or get the bill, watching your prepared food sitting on the kitchen counter getting cold and no one bringing it to the table. Also the place and furniture are outdated and not very clean. Will not be coming back anymore.

This place used to be my fav bar on weekends until the pandemic hit. It feels like overnight they changed out the menu, service, music, vibe and the overall demographic shifted. I used to walk in and be greeted by a host an now I see an unwelcoming bodyguard. This place used to be Turkish with character and now it has lost its identity and soul.

Great spot . Super cool interior . The food looks good but I have never eaten there . I usually go for hookah and drinks . They pack their shisha well and use the charcoal lights that last longer . Good bar selection . Def a good date or hangout spot . It gets pretty busy on the weekends so a reservation is recommended.

This place is a scam, came with a group of 5 and the waiter demanded for our group to pay $350 after 5 minutes of us sitting at our table. It made zero sense. The waiter was so disrespectful and made it seem like there was a $350 minimum when that minimum was never established from the start, BUSINESS OVER ALL WAS MESSY I personally have bartender/been in the industry in D.C for 6 years plus and Ive never experienced anything like this before. Super unprofessional and tacky they way this place carries their business!!!

Good place, great drinks and service, but hookah really strong. You can not smoke long time and enjoy it. Please change your hookah charcoals from regular one to coconut charcoals, your hookahs gonna taste much much better

Incredible place-food and service were stellar. As a flight attendant, finding a great place within walking distance from my hotel (Sheraton Pentagon) is priceless. Great ambience, attentive staff and owners-food was amazing. Honey cake and Azerbaijan tea is a must have treat! Can’t aait to come back!

It was a great first experience its usually hard to get in but we went on a sunday ,so they seated us quickly. Music was poppin if you like hip-hop and R&b vibes. Food was great , reasonable prices and great experience and hookah was nice. Customer service was excellent.

I’m quite disappointed by my last interaction. The new staff is incredibly rude towards people of color after we paid a bill of $455. The shisha guy advised our table of 6 that’s it’s our responsibility to call him over and it’s not his job to periodically check on our party. His attitude disgusted us so bad that we paid our check and politely departed. I’m quite disappointed and will not return to this establishment if they don’t support people of color with respect and dignity. Thank you!

Terrible place I ordered a hookah which on menu was 16$ and later when I ask for check they told me it’s 38$ and I’m like what!?? Oh we did not tell you if you order a hookah after 8 o’clock you will pay 38$ for it .the funny part was I ordered the hookah at 8:01 . I was so mad and unhappy for service not to say Also hookah was terrible. I will never stop by this place ever again .

Went there Friday night around 10pm. Place was decently full but we were greeted and sat within two minutes. The vibe is Turkish/Mediterranean with a nice upscale ambiance, definitely not your typical hookah lounge (in a good way). Service was on point, never had an empty glass or empty plates on the table. Im a picky eater and I can say this place has GREAT food! You cant go wrong with the Kofte or Borek. Our server was very attentive and friendly, made the whole experience that much better. If you want a nice upscale hookah bar, ditch Darna and come to this place.

Beware they drug their customers!!! And security knows about it. Not sure if they target certain customers but I visited this establishment, ordered WATER no alcohol and a hookah. We ended the night SICK, stomach cramps nausea, and unable to even drive home.My friend passed out on the middle of the floor and after being carried out by security they made a comment about them being “sick of this happening” I asked if this happens often because there was a line of women in the bathroom complaining about the same issues as well as throwing up (around the same time I had to throw up) SHADY to say the least. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK

After hearing about Caspi Lounge, I was excited to finally visit. We were welcome in around 7 pm Friday night and seated quickly. My friends and I were informed that we have to leave at 9 pm when the reserved guests arrived.I asked for a Tequilla sunrise for $12, our waitress Sade, offered Casamigos and I said sure. Since this was myself and my friends first time visiting I had no idea this would be an up charge of $4 now making my drink $16 for a Casamigos Reposado, which was not what I asked for. Sade didn’t explain the difference of price AT ALL. I also enjoyed chicken wings and fries.I see gratuity is automatically included here so it seems that our waitress was upgraded our drinks to increase her tip. This whole ordeal makes it very unlikely that I will come back. If you do go, be aware of the self serving team.

Although me and my girlfriend had a great time, the drinks were great and strong, you could until they have some work to do as far as the upkeep of the venue other than that it was good. As well as a great crowd.

Full of dishonesty! I called them and made an reservation. They told me they will save us table and when I asked what the minimum fee since it’s Saturday, they told me there is no fee! So we drove 50 min to Arlington and the guy told us. “Oh. Sorry. I don’t know what u talking about. It’s $120 for 2 person a table!” WHAT!!!!! $120 for 2 person for hookah ? Why don’t you tell us on the phone. Full of dishonesty. I will share this bad experience with all my friends in DMV area. 0 star

Service was excellent. Everyone was really friendly. I am on a restricted diet and they totally accommodated me without any trouble. Ate at picnic tables outside. And the bartender had a fantastic accent.

Drinks on point and hookah is fire especially with the pineapple head fusion hookah. Music is dope. Overall a vibe and good energy and definitely recommend to chill with friends/date or even by yourself

Was a fan of Mazagan before and was looking for that, but pleasantly surprised by this upgrade of a place! The hookah has a fruit head option, which is a must for me. Seating in the hookah area is great! Staff is very attentive in changing coals/bringing water and taking orders. And the FOOD! We got the mezze platter (great falafel, hummus, etc) and the lamb shank. It was so delicious, definitely full and happy about it. Also got the Turkish tea which came in this adorable cast iron teapot that Ive been eyeing to buy myself. Great experience! Im leaving DC in two weeks but Im still planning to make it back before I head out.

I actually came here looking for Mazagan (the Moroccan restaurant formerly here) and was not at all disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Excellent aura, nice hookah bar, and good vibes.

The trashiest hookah place around. All they do is stare at you. The employees are so rude and unprofessional. Plus they play BLASTING music to the point you can’t talk to anyone and there’s 2 people in the whole place. It’s not a club. I will never come back here.

I was there yesterday and really liked it. Nice atmosphere and very experienced staff. I tried there Shrimp 🍤 Shish kebab it was delicious. Also if you like eurpean beers this is the Place to go. They have got various international drink list 🍸 🍷 🍺 .

This place is literally making everyone sick, my sister was sick in October and friend , my friend was sick and several other ppl, steaming from October of last year until now, I was very I’ll after consuming the water , and food on March 21st , today I was sent a post that someone on Instagram experienced the same illness and so many ppl at least 100 had the same exact experience just over the past weekend steaming from April 1st til today. Please be cautious , I notified the health department , and the police department and they are investigating the matter at hand immidiately! The promoter who does the brunch and the Wednesday party was online making jokes , and siding with people making very ignorant comments. And showed no remorse for the victims who were fainting and they sat them on the curb and called for no medical assistance. It was also stated by one of security guards that this situations happens a lot and that they are sick of it! This is unacceptable, Caspi lounge and the people who promote including bald head entertainment( that’s the name of the promoter group) should be held accountable! They were also promoting to still hold an event for tonight . Knowing that people are fainting and hospitalized left and right! So negligent! Please be careful where you chose to spend your money and drink tap water!

Honestly... the food is mediocre at its best. Over priced microwave food. Also, please if you’re going to have hookah inside... at least don’t close the room. I can’t breathe inside from all the smoke. I do not recommend.

My experience in Caspi was great. Food was delicious, friendly staff. I liked their interior! Couches are comfortable and fancy. Really good spot to chill after long busy day

Very authentic and delicious food. The location is convenient and you can find a lot of street parking spots. Would definitely recommend to those who love mediterranean and caucasian food.

Bartender and servers were standing around on their phones so it was really hard to get service even though the place was empty inside. The drinks were not good. The place smelled bad inside, like a bathroom. I don’t have anything good to say unfortunately.

Never going there again this place is Beyond trash. There hookah is garbage 🗑 drinks are watered down. The Customer service is horrible. Yes people in there were throwing up in the bathroom.

First time ordered for delivery...food was great! Falafel delicious. Lamb Shish Kebab was excellent- also rice and vegetables. Ordering again and will probably visit soon.

Went there for boxing watch party. Reasonable cover charge, awesome mixed type of crowd, great bartending staff. I would definitely go back.

The workers didnt have a mask on handling your food and drinks Wasnt safe touching other peoples dirty dishing with no gloves on then bring food/drinks to you without washing there hands Not everybody washes there hands after using the restroom....COVID hasnt left
