Absolutely rudeness young lady at the front desk with the piercings in her nose was extremely rude. Sold me a gig bar actually two of them and one of them did not work she would not refund me. The money said too bad and was rude and aggressive, and I will never go back there again, their prices are higher compared to other vape shops. She tried to charge me $25 for 1500 puff geek bar when they go for 1999 so I don’t know what her problem was that day but overall horrible experience and the staff is rude all the time , so if I do go back, they will get treated the same way they treat me with rudeness other than that. They have poor selection, poor training and overall they’re just poor customers. They don’t know how to talk to people.

That skinny girl sucks big time, have been there couple times n every encounter with her is a nightmare,she has a nasty altitude she feels that u r not supposed to ask questions about their products today 1st of June she told me to take my business elsewhere in front of other customers. This is a place that I spend a lot of my money. Wil never come back there other places I can be appreciated as a customer ✌🏻

Nice place but doesnt have a big variety of E-liquid. The place has a nice variety of smoke paraphernalia 👍🏿.......

One day while shopping i came to know my juice was out of stock ,i was going to leave. However the lady helping me out gave me a litto vape, the flavor written on it felt vibrant so i assumed maybe i should give it a shot .Well i did ,and i was surprised because it was full of flavor .May not need juice anymore ,Ill be back.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. The staff was unhelpful, the products were overpriced, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I wouldnt recommend anyone wasting their time or money here. the one is so bad shop

Walked in there and wanted to see wat the flavors were in vape juice and I needed to start smoking again and he said that the strawberry,watermelon, bubblegum was going to be good for me and I told him that I would try it n I put it in my vape tank and I said I guess I will have to get it again bc it is good. Thank you for your help!

I had a friend who came in for 2 vapes for 10$ but when i came in she selectively discriminated me and said i have to pay 2 for $20 which is so unfair because my friend who came in was flirting with her which is why she discounted him. very unprofessional. i am talking about the girl today that’s working day shift wearing a hijab

This place is horrible. I was given an OPENED box. And the product not only was DIRTY but it doesnt even work scuffed and the siliconegrip was open as well. I called to ask for help and they told me to contact the actual puffco company. Like who did I buy this from ? Rude and very unhelpful. Do not buy things that are over 50 bucks here. They will not help at all. Waste of 100 bucks if you ask me. 🙄

Y’all trippin this smoke shop is bad with rude employees don’t know how their business is still running. Employees are picky choosy and don’t actually help for nothing. Rude attitude when you first walk in you can read the energy. I wish i didn’t give it one star but overall the place and people is 0, y’all go mess with king pipes though !! I suggest it

Always have had great customer service, great prices, and a wide selection of products. Your one stop smoke shop for most anything. My guy Jay is the best worker there and he’s been super helpful since my first time goin there. Will definitely return before the weekend. Five stars out of five.

The workers are super friendly, and very helpful! If you don’t know exactly what to get , or need some recommendations they are quick to offer suggestions. They have a really good selection and a variety of brands to chose from. I would definitely recommend this place.

Same owner as 3d smoke on Matlock. As well as next gen. They were kind polite and helpful. They like a quick sell but they make sure you get whats best for you. Not the most expensive. Highly recommend there are many items to meet all your smoke needs. Wide range of shoping.like knives tattoo items and incince. Go you wont be dissapointed.

I have been looking for a new hookah for a while... went in and was impressed by the options. I am extremely picky on what I was wanting but they went above and beyond. The hookah I went with is extremely nice, and they worked with me to get the best looking one for my place. It was definitely a smooth smoke. They took their time, no rush, and showed many options with additional items such as coal, and new shisha. I will be back again and referring to them.

The employee or owner who is there a lot is very nice and helpful. I havent been there in like a year and half, but he still seemed to remember who me and my significant other was. Great customer service.

Husband called asking for humidity packs and all they could say was come in an we will hook you up instead of answering the question. We went in person and place seemed fine at first but the employees were beyond High. One of the females called her self helping us and couldnt even function. the other employee showed her what we wanted and she stood there staring at the cigarillo wall and told us she doesnt even know what he pointed at and forgot what we went over there for in the first place we pointed at what we were trying to see and when we asked a question about the inventory, all she could say was theyre that size and pointed at the humidity pack. she was no help at all. we had to answer all of our own questions. not worth the time at all. NEVER COME HERE if you want actual help. TRASH....

Its a decent shop. They have a pretty good selection of everything that they carry in stock. Prices are the same as most other smoke shops. Friendlier staff would be nice. Ill keep going back when I need something now and cant wait for mail.

I know Im one face among many but they always make me feel like me walking in was the best thing that happened to them that day. Whether they actually remember me matters not because they make me feel like they do. These days smoke shops are a dime a dozen with virtually the exact same products with nearly identical prices, what sets this shop apart from the others is amazing customer service and genuine appreciation for their customsers and gratitude for our business. If I was going to think about stopping smoking I would legit reconsider just so I would still have a reason to stop in. Ahfugyeah.

I don’t smoke any kind of product. I went to this place to check it out as my friend is interested in opening a smoke shop. We were amazed by the amount of inventory they had. The music was good, temperature was relaxing and it gave a great vibe! The owner did an amazing job with the store 👍🏽

It use to be a great place, always had coils and good juice in stock. Now it’s under new management and they either don’t have stuff in stock or they give you the wrong stuff even after explaining and showing what you need. I don’t recommend this shop anymore.

The workers are super friendly. And they do have a great selection of flavors and hukkas along with many other stuffs. I couldn’t find the paan flavor here, that was only thing they lacked. Other than that, it’s an awesome place. I got my hukka from here.

I had purchased a disposable Uno Mas vape about a week ago. Today I opened it, and it didn’t work. So I went to go speak to the people at 3-D, and they would not exchange it. They offered me a deal if I wanted to buy another one. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t exchange a product that didn’t work. Why would I want to spend more money when the product that they sold me originally should have worked.I didn’t want a refund or to spend more money. I simply wanted a working product. I’ve been there plenty of times to purchase my Vape’s, I just thought they would’ve had better customer service than that.

Great place for all your smoking necessities! When I walked in I was blown away with how many products they had for sale. Literally everything! Also, the customer service was next level. Not only did the guy explain certain products to me but he was also very friendly. This place is a must go for everything smoke or vape. Highly recommended!

Large selection, lots to pick from for glass and parts. Decent selection of vape juice flavors only a few brands like Naked and Twisted juice but almost all their flavors available. Answered all our questions and plenty of cashiers to help out.

Staff was knowledgeable I think if they were a little more than personal with you while deciding on your purchase this would be perfect place.

Jay were so helpful. Gave us a lot of personal attention. We both left with a glass pipe & have been very happy with them

Ok yall... I dont normally do bad reviews...this place isnt terrible but at the same time, my experience with them wasnt the best. I went to get some vape juice and Im trying to pull myself off of nicotine...Im down to 2mg. Because they dont mix the liquids there at the store, they tried to tell me other stores dont do it either. They also tried to convince me to go back to 3mg or to 0, saying that there really isnt much of a difference between them...and Im sorry but after being addicted to it since my teens and noticing the changes in my personality when downgrading, I have to say theyre completely wrong...in my case at least.I can understand wanting to make a sale...but I think it could have been done better.Anyway...if youre interested in a shop with all kinds of pipes, this one has a fairly large selection.
