Figured I’d try this place today. After trying my lost Mary vape, I started to realize it tasted different. I had a feeling it was not a real Lost Mary Vape so I looked up all the ways to spot a fake lost Mary. 1. The color of the light is blue which is not right. 2. The sales associate took the packaging/box after I purchased it. He’s smart because the QR code and packaging can also give away whether a vape is legit or not. It’s dangerous to smoke fake vapes so beware. Will not be back

I always come to the shop they know me there I come in tonight to get what I usually do they never can find what I am talking about unless one guy is there he couldn’t find what we were talking about didn’t understand we go help him find it and as he’s paying he says can you hurry up a little bit as card is on scanner saying we are closing so can u rush ??? Went to thicker cloudz today. I was given a free mini vape for a review. The flavor I got is “dessert breeze.” The sales associate said it tasted like blueberry. I tasted no blueberry. It tastes like garbage. Literally. Completely disgusting! (Not blaming sales associate. He was very nice).And I got my normal flavor vape, triple berry ice, and it tastes like liquorish candy which I dislike but it’s tolerable (a different taste than all other times I purchased the flavor). The color of the vape itself has also changed. Instead of the vape being purple at the bottom it’s now more of a plum color. Maybe tomorrow, without whatever tastes I have in my mouth today, both will improve in flavor. I’ll update.

This is a relatively new dispensary, but is well stocked and staffed appropriately. Because it’s newer, the person helping me wasn’t as knowledgeable on the products I was interested in but was able to get the information needed and direct me to appropriate products for which my wife is extremely grateful. Last, as a caveat, I am from Washington State so my impressions are couched by my experience with my local dispensary.

Found Thicker Cloudz on Google when I was looking for hookah shops in the DMV- so excited I found this place. The employees were amazingly helpful and the shop is huge and clean. The girl working at this location at 9:00 PM is horribly unprofessional and unethical.I called to inquire about the price of a product and she refused to let me know “due to competitors”.I called back and asked about the pods associated with the battery which she informed me that they do not sell. I asked about this since an employee I spoke to at this location a few months ago mentioned that they do have pods but were out of stock.I then told her that it would be a better use of our time if she would tell me the price of the eta battery now, and she accused me of being VIOLENT AND ABUSIVE and then hung up.This is wildly unprofessional and dangerous language that could lead to legal repercussions.Please check in with this horrible employee and manage her accordingly.

I have tried many other shops in the Alexandria/Arlington area and none of them compare to this location. I constantly find myself willing to sit in traffic, and deal with idiots on the road, just to stop by. The staff is super helpful and make useful suggestions about flavors/coils. You need to stop by and take a look.

This is by far my favorite smoke shop in Arlington. The people are super friendly, the shop is CLEEAAANNNNN. Like spotless and so incredibly organized. The prices arent too bad, they have deals going on regularly and they always have a huge selection of basically anything you want outside of a dispensary.

I’ve been coming here for awhile and I’ve never been a fan of writing reviews at all, but yesterday I came in for my favorite Shisha flavor which also looks amazing whenever I come in but Roxy the employee there also she’s about the only worker I see whenever I come in and she’s always doing something to make everything look better then it does, but yesterday she was the only worker there about 3-5 people in the store, I stood there and watched go back and forth with these indecisive costumers and still have a smile by the end of every transaction, after she finished with mine I made sure to tell her that the store looks amazing, and she told me about decorations that she was excited to put up, she is truly an outstanding employee but I always tell her she runs it as if it’s her own! All the employees are really nice and they will help find just what you’re looking for. I love Thicker Cloudz and I highly recommend this store out of all the tobacco stores in Arlington, VA.

Been coming to Thicker Cloudz since they opened and ever since then their service has been great! I would usually get pre rolled tips in a amount of 100, which I noticed they did not have and I asked if they can bring them in, the man was so kind to take down my name and number and said he will try to order them and give me a call when they do arrive. No longer than a week he had called me back to let me know they have received the pre rolled tips in the 100 count. I am so happy they were able to get these for me . This will be the only smoke shop I’ll be coming to . Also staff if so kind and they have over 100 different flavored vapes and such at a good price !

I absolutely LOVE this place their so welcoming and they know exactly what their selling and how to make it worth my time. I buy my delta 8 and disposable vapes here and my glass I get from here as well I’ve never had an issue with my products from here definitely 10/10 recommend! I absolutely love this place, not only do they have everything I love they are just absolutely amazing. I have a hookah I bought from here and it’s been a blessing! Especially when I have friends over. They also have delta 8 and delta 10 which omg are amazing! They have so many things there that are absolutely awesome! The edibles are really good, the disposables and carts come in so many flavors and looks overall this place is amazing. I also have a water pipe that I recently bought and I haven’t had one issue with it like I’ve had with old ones from other stores. And I got a vape mod from here that has been an absolute awesome thing to use it doesn’t leak or cause me any issues and there’s so many different kinds of juices. They also will order things for you especially if you ask for a certain juice if they don’t have it they personally order it for you and will call you as soon as it gets in. But my all time favorite thing from there is Kratom, it helps with anxiety, pain, stress and so many other things and it has helped me so so much especially with my sever anxiety. I definitely recomend going to Thocker Cloudz you will be helped with everything you need!
