I love coming to this shop for their sweet deals on escobars - they always have a buy 2 get 1 or some other special happening. The staff is nice and friendly, the place is very spacious and it has everything you need. From cleaners, pipes, CBD and even Kratom. Highly recommend this place, especially to my friends who vape. This place will help you save your money! Plus the location is extremely convenient - right on Sheridan at an intersection. Thanks again for the help!

They cant give you a price of anything over the phone, they lost my service. Nor does the employee that was in there didnt even know simple things like any side affects to smoking. I know what they are and brought one up and got a deer in head light look cause I was looking for something other than disposable vapes.

These guys barely do enough business to be in business but the Hispanic worker here with short hair has a major attitude issue. I had kindly mentioned to them that the prices of their hookah tobacco are about 40% higher than any of their competitors! They tried charging me 8.99 for a box of tobacco that was listed for sale on the shelf at 3.99 when I asked him about it he says he doesn’t make the prices! I told him I buy here all the time and that he should pass on to the owner that the prices were high… he responded “ I CAN AFFORD TO LOSE A CUSTOMER!” Well I hope you can afford to lose more cause I will never step foot in that shop again!To the owners of this business. This was 1/22/23 at about 2:50 pm whoever you have working needs to be fired for this kind of behavior!Update: the owners of this business reached out to me personally and made efforts to resolve this issue! I am very happy with the response and the way this was handled!

I’d leave ZERO stars if I could. I went in for the first time yesterday & will not be returning. The bigger Hispanic guy working there almost didn’t sell to me cause he read my ID wrong. The moment he realized I spoke Spanish he started talking to me in Spanish & saying some very vulgar things & being very creepy. It made me extremely anxious considering it was just us two there. He gave me a free vape to get me stay & kept trying to flirt & continued to stare at me & stared at my breasts the WHOLE time, kept making it obvious he was checking me out. Told me to keep coming back & back. The most uncomfortable moment ever. I don’t understand why they let people like that work there. Anyway, won’t be coming back.

I just went into the store and I must say Beverly is very sweet and very kind and very patient she knew all of her smok Vapes she could recommend you flavors and certain pods if you want rechargeable or throw away or if you like to refill your own tank with a mix of flavors. They also have a great deal of other items including bongs torches gas masks ashtrays dab devices but they have a huge assortment of smoke vape pods so if your into vaping or just smoking please stop by best vape store so far.

I broke my vapes glass tank and the big guy behind the counter did not want to help me from the beginning. He didnt want to help me take the tank off, and when I did it, he didnt want to touch it because it had vape juice on it. I asked if he had a paper towel so he could see if he had the tank I need so he got that took a quick look and said nope.I get if their sold out but I tried to ask if he had anything else thatd work or knew anywhere for me to look and he just shut down. Saying no to anything I asked. So I went down a few shops to the pipe glass and vape shop where they helped me find a new topper. They were great. Ill definitely be going there again, but not this place.

Earlier this week I came in a purchased a lost vape quest. Unfortunately there have been a lot of problems with the lost vape q lately. The one I purchased started to swell after the first charge. Thankfully when I brought it back in with the box they were able to help me out and get me a replacement. The gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. Thank you for the replacement and I will definitely be back!

The selection was OK the woman working behind the counter Was unfamiliar with the products and it seemed to frustrate her when I wanted to look at something else Even though I was the only customer in the store And then to top it of I bought one nic salt juice One pod mod that was on clearance for $35 And my bill came to almost $70 now call me crazy but that seems a little steep.

Go to glass pipe and vape literally in the same lot. These guys bent me over my own kitchen table on a disposable that goes for 20 bucks less everywhere else.

Lady who works at this vape shop doesn’t know anything about vape products. She sold me wrong items and was no help. I do not recommend this vape shop.
