Ashburn Cigars & Vapes

Best selection in the area there are too many tobacco shops that have stale cigars. They have unique selections and options that no one else has. I have been to sterling, ashburn, and Leesburg and this is my favorite cigar shop so far.

Went in today and was assisted by Brendan. He was very knowledgeable and really helpful when it came to making my purchase, as well as answering a number of questions I had. This is the only shop in town I go to because theyre great!

Love this Shop!! I have been coming here for over a year now and I have always received the best customer service you could ask for. They have a GREAT selection of juices. The prices are fair and never increase. The owner is very nice. When you come here you will find what your looking for.

Zach has shown me for years now how great of a store he runs , and you can directly see that through his employees. I don’t go anywhere else because my experiences everywhere else don’t compare to here. I had multiple problems with e-devices and they helped me out every step of the way. If you go anywhere besides here, you’re making a mistake.

Dont go theere much but when i do never have what im looking for for instance premiere prerolled cigarette pre rolled papers, bought tobacco very old and not smokable had to throw out staff act like their not interested in your needs,so Ill go somewhere else,

Pros: Ok selectionCons: Poor customer service: Tried to return a vape pen that didnt work and they dont offer refunds after 24 hours, told him what was wrong, even tested it, still didnt offer a refund or exchange, offered for me to buy a new one with a discounted price instead, why would you even offer for me to buy something again if your merchandise does not even work?Over priced too, found the same pen for half the price online, save yourself the trouble and dont come here.

Manager is very helpful but not intrusive doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need prices are really good compared to the other shops in the area. If you don’t see what you want let him know and he’ll get it for you I.e coils, juice ect.

Zak is very knowledgeable. Prices are good. Very easy to get in and out. The staff is very pleasurable. Wide variety of products.

Good selection, but the guy behind the counter won’t take his headphones out, so after repeating what I wanted 3 times, he sold me the wrong product. Not worth the exchange or the extra time

Meh. Another shop trying to get into the vaping game. They have a basic selection of juices, coils and mods. The clerks are not knowledgeable about vaping. Its all flash (literally. Youll see it when its dark outside) and no bang.

On multiple occasions Ive come to the store when theyre supposed to be open, only to find that the worker doesnt show up until far later then the opening times written on Google. Go elsewhere.
