I am extremely happy with the results! This was my first appointment at the salon and everyone was very friendly. I scheduled an appointment for hair extensions consultation and ended up leaving the salon with hair extensions on. My appointment was with Mojee T. Very sweet and caring lady! During my consultation she said she had time available in case I wanted to have the extensions done the same day and I said YES! I decided to go with extensions after noticing how thin my hair was getting and how unhappy I was with it. I purchased the extensions few months ago and was undecided if I should go for it or not but after so much thinking and research I found this salon and decided to try it. I love the results and I will definitely go back!

I recently visited for a men’s manicure after years of biting my nails, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Nikki was incredibly kind and super nice. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results were fantastic. I will definitely be returning to Nikki again!

My experience at Evolve Salon was amazing. I was a little nervous about going to a new salon in town. It has also been several years since I had my hair professionally cared for. My hair was overprocessed at the ends and needed a few inches taken off. It was also one-length, thick, and felt very dry.I chose Soozan as my stylist. She is amazing, warm, and very personable. We chatted for a bit about what I was looking to get done to my hair. Not only that, but she gave me a few of her recommendations for what she thought would be a good fit for me, and we just went for it. I trusted her completely with fixing my hair, and I am so happy that I let her take the lead. My hair turned out so beautifully, from the toner color we chose to the cut with gorgeous layers. My hair is so incredibly soft, too; I cant believe it. I was so happy with how my hair turned out.

I recently got my hair done by Andrea and she is amazing! I’ve been to multiple salons in the area but Evolve has been by far the best. Andrea is super professional and took the time to answer all my questions. We had a great conversation about color, and how to manage my hair. Other staff members like Yris, is always super friendly + helpful too. And Samantha always makes me feel so welcome! Overall, it has been an incredible and clean experience, and I will be going back again.

Evolve Salon is clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Chris is a “cut above the rest” in the industry! He listened attentively to what I wanted which resulted (for the first time in a long time) in highlights and a cut that exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him and the salon!

I always have a hard time finding a good salon. Mojee was my hairstylist. She gave me a beautiful haircut and styling. I appreciated her tips for taking care of my hair and how nice she was. The rest of the staff was also very sweet and friendly. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my family/friends.

Andrea is sooooo talented and skilled. I get so many compliments on my hair. I was stunned at the transformation and she just knew exactly what I wanted. From the start, I was warmly greeted walking in! The salon is so clean and beautiful. When I sat down, we looked at pictures and ideas and she made what I visualized it into a reality! Andrea listens, she’s highly skilled, educated, she knows what she’s doing and actually makes eye contact with you and wants to align with what you want while balancing what you need- healthy stunning beautiful hair. She’s professional and fun. Andrea made sure I left her chair smiling, well, I totally did! I still do every morning when I stare at the transformation from dull brunette flat hair to layers and dimension, it just looks so much healthier. I was able to keep the look fresh after the appointment with her recommendations and play with it too to change up different styles depending on my mood. I felt super comfortable while I was there and that’s important, being myself during the appointment. I loved how she allowed me to feel heard when it came to the color and cut. What was also very important to me was that she is educated about the overall foundations of healthy hair. She used a treatment right after the color to make sure it stays super voluminous and doesn’t damage my hair. She made a huge difference and I love it so much!! All the staff is fun and so nice! Samantha is so sweet and just made me feel so welcomed from just answering my call from the beginning to make the appointment. That doesn’t happen in this town, she made me feel like I mattered when it came to my super busy schedule, she was flexible booking me in and it was meant to be! They want to take care of you genuinely and are good people. Five stars and beyond!! I now continue to go back for blow dry and style until I touch the color up, it’s worth it! I enjoyed my experience and highly recommend Evolve salon.

Words can’t express how amazing my experience was at Evolve. From the moment I called to make an appointment, Samantha was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to help me meet with a stylist as soon as possible.Working with Mojee was incredible. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional, and really listened to my concerns and questions regarding what I wanted to do with my hair now and in the future. She completely transformed my hair to be healthier and shinier, which has helped me look and feel my best. My interactions with Iris were wonderful as well as she provided additional information about the process we were undergoing in my native language, which helped me better understand everything. LOVE the cut and style Sonia gave me today. Ive been looking for a quality salon with great service and I finally found it!!! She took time to consult with me and really discuss what hairstyles would be best for my face shape, hair type and lifestyle. She even styled my hair two different ways so I could see my everyday look and a wavy look for when I have time to curl my hair. THANK YOU SONIA! Evolve is hands down THE BEST salon in NOVA! I have been a customer since they opened and its my go-to for everything! The staff are all amazing and the best in their trade. Dara Dara Dara! Go see her!I came in with long frizzy hair that didnt know what it wanted to be in life.Dara listened to what I wanted and worked within my budget to give me the best results I wanted with my highlights and coloring.She also gave me the perfect cut off that is fun and playful and helped bring my hair game back to life. She used great products that left my thin hair looking great for days after my appointment.Lastly, she was simply a pleasure to spend time with while I was in the salon. Glad this is the first salon I decided to come to in this area.Before and after photos included.

Andrea did a great job. She talked with me before she decided on the best cut for me. She considered my hair type, age, and what I wanted. I have already rescheduled with her. I am incredibly pleased.

I have come here a few times and usually liked it. However, last time I came (couple weeks back) they called me (1 hour before my appointment) saying asking if I could reschedule for another time that same day, like 45 mins later. Normally this is fine but I had back to back appointments that day since I was only in the area for 1 day. I was annoyed since I had the appointment booked for over a week, and they could have told me sooner. I said no, since I had back to back appointments, and since they asked me it seemed like no was an option. They said okay and I came at my scheduled time. However, I saw that the hair stylist I was supposed to see, Andrea, not only had someone in the chair but had somebody waiting to be in the chair after the current client! I had to basically sit through an entire other appointment, Im assuming that the client booked last minute and thats why they tried to move me (instead of moving the client who booked last minute). Pretty rude and unprofessional. Finally, after 45 mins of waiting (past my appointment time), Andrea took me and gave me a hair mask as an apology. This didnt do anything since it just made me more late to my next appointment. Overall will not be coming back ever again, which sucks since I really did like the place. I could feel the other stylists staring at me the entire time, as if they were annoyed with me due to me being annoyed with them?? so strange. Im not trying to be uptight, I am pretty relaxed about this kind of thing, but I just didnt like how I was treated. Also I didnt really like how my hair turned out either. It felt really rushed, which I understand why, but I feel like I deserved to have it turn out better. Dont come here if you value your time.

Mojee is absolutely fantastic! She took my weft see in extensions out that were destroying my hair and put in tape in extensions and they look so natural and amazing! She is such a great hair stylist and person! Highly highly recommend!!!!

This was my guest visit to Evolve Salon and I truly enjoyed the experience. Working with Soozan, she added some highlights to help with my transition to my gray “sparkling “ hair. Soozan recommended a deep conditioning as well. After a trim and style I felt glamorous and my hair was soft and bouncy. I just love it. Soozan and the team are amazing The salon is busy but the environment & staff team make it a welcoming & comfortable place. I look forward to my next appointment!

I love Evolve Salon and Spa! Such a wonderful spa where they can do everything from hair to nails! I got my eyebrows done with Niki! Absolutely amazing! And I have no words for Samantha! Update: The salon coordinator, Samantha, contacted me and scheduled an appointment to fix my hair color, free of charge. Melissa was very attentive and went extra mile to fix somebody elses mistake. The result was outstanding, thank you! Upgrading my review from two to four stars (still missing a desired haircut).It was my first visit to this salon that unfortunately left me unsatisfied. I got coloring, haircut and eyebrow shaping. While eyebrow services were amazing (thank you, Azra!) the final color got me a brasiness despite the fact that Ive always used ash toned hair colors and asked for root touch ups (the stylist tried to persuade me that it was my natural color and never asked what my preferences are). The haircut took about 5 minutes and I got a feeling that my hair wasnt cut at all. For $250 I hoped to receive better and more professional services.

I rate Evolve Salon with 5 stars, as it truly stands out as the best hair salon I have ever experienced. I am in my 60’s, so I have been around the block and seen my fair share. I started going to Evolve Salon 3 years, and my visits to Evolve have consistently been a great experience. I am always treated with the utmost care and attention, feeling truly pampered and valued during each of my visits. The Salon is well-managed and the entire staff, starting with the check-in associates are professional and respectful. Co-owner Sonia Kasbarian does my color, cut, and blow dry and she does a wonderful job. I often go a week without washing my hair, because I can never style it as perfectly as Sonia does. Not only is Sonia experienced and talented, but she is a kind and caring person.Yris, who typically preps me by applying gel on my hairline before coloring, ensures that I am comfortable and offers me a drink. When my color is ready, Yris does a great job washing and rinsing my hair. After the wash, I get pampered more with a damp warm scented towel wrapped around my hairline for a few minutes.Evolve Salon has truly set the bar high with its exceptional service and skilled professionals!

Overall amazing experience! This is my first ever google review and I’m happy to recommend Evolve because they saved my hair! The salon coordinator Samantha is so sweet and helpful, she matched me perfectly with my stylist Soozan who understood exactly what I wanted and brought my vision to life. I previously had my hair dyed at another salon in the area and they gave me the completely wrong color and style, but when I went to Soozan she took care of me and gave me a result I absolutely love.

Best Kept secret in One Loudoun. I have been a client since 2016. Reminds me of Cheers.. everyone knows your name. Great staff, excellent cuts, color and my fav, the Brazilian Blowout. 5 Star Results. And the surprise? The shampoo/head massage by Iris is an amazing Zen experience. 2024 update- I stopped coloring my hair and the new me is fabulous. Still get amazing cuts and conditioning treatments from Sonia and Iris!

Great salon with an amazing staff. Have had haircuts by multiple staff members over many years, and always leave happy. Make sure you get the hair wash/head massage by Yris if possible...its worth every bit of an extra tip for her!

Samantha the owner was extremely accommodating and great to work with.Absolutely amazing massage with Chelsea.Her knowledge and experience really show.She tailors the massage to meet each person’s need. I’ve already booked my next one with her.

This was my first time at this salon. I wanted a change and Evolve had great reviews. I scheduled an appointment with Mojee for a cut and partial highlight. She knew exactly what I needed and wanted for my hair. I have very dry and fine hair. She recommended a moisturizing treatment and told me to start using leave in conditioner. My hair looked and felt great. She was also just a joy to be around. Very warm and not at all pushy. This place is a little pricey but the service is great and the stylists really seem to know what they are doing. Will definitely be back.

I had a facial with the new aesthetician Azra today and she was amazing! She explained to me the correct way to use Vitamin C and retinol creams and gave me a relaxing facial and hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage. I also get my hair cut and colored here by Chris and Niki does my nails! You cannot go wrong at Evolve!! Run, don’t walk for all the things you need at Evolve!! ❤️

I love this salon and I LOVE Mojee! She is honest, knowledgeable, experienced and never steers me wrong with the things she recommends for my hair. I trust her completely and know that my hair will look amazing when I leave. I moved out of state and still come to Ashburn for her to do my hair. She is THAT good!

The staff at Evolve helped save my hair when it had been accidentally fried by a stylist somewhere else. They took me in, walked me kindly through all of the options, and made sure I felt heard and cared for through each step. We were able to fix the color and damage, and created a plan to get back to healthy hair over the coming months. I can’t recommend Evolve and Mojee enough!!!

I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Valerie. I am the type of person who gets nervous doing their hair because I have dark brown hair (so its really easy to color it wrong). When I went to Valerie the first time, she made me feel super comfortable and did exactly what I wanted. I got a foliage the first time and it lasted really well. It was exactly what I wanted and she knew exactly what I wanted. Recently I got it toned to freshen it up. She is so professional and a ball of positive energy!

This may be the best haircut I have ever gotten! Sonia was so sweet and attentive to my concerns. She gave me the exact cut I wanted and styled my hair to perfection! My hair is perfect every time I go to this salon! The appointment application makes it really easy to schedule services. I drive from Maryland to come get my hair done every few months! Its worth it! I get the hand paintedBalayage highlights and they are perfectly subtle and frame my face nicely. This time i got the Brazillian Blowout too!

I don’t know even where to begin. Soozan is the most incredible beautician and stylist I have ever been to. It’s as though she could read my mind with what I wanted, and even though I told her it came out even more beautiful than I could’ve expected. MOJEE is the best! She understood my wishes immediately and made a perfect hairstyle. She really has a great feeling for what suits you. I have already recommended her to my husband and sister, and both are also absolutely thrilled about their haircuts.

Front desk was kind and the salon looks nice. But the stylist I saw was beyond rude… first off she tried to upsell me on services I know I don’t need and insulted me repeatedly. I came in there letting her know I felt super self conscious of my hair and she continued to repeatedly essentially laugh at me and the state of my hair. I walked out and cried the second I stepped out of the door. Great service….

This was my first time going to Andrea. I wanted a single process pull through but still wanted dimension and I had no idea to where to go from there. She did a partial balayage to darken my hair because it became too light during the summer. I love it and will definitely be going back.

I came here for a toner. I have to say I was very impressed. You can tell this establishment was created by management who truly appreciate quality. I was very impressed how all their products are Kerastase. I had the pleasure of working with Andrea and her assistant. They worked together to make sure that my hair issues were addressed properly and overhearing their conversation amongst each other, they were professional and truly knew what they were doing. My hair was extremely yellow beforehand and I left that salon looking amazing.Also, want to point out the professionalismI saw from the team when they had a rude customer.

I loved this place so much, it was a very comfortable environment. My nail tech Nikki made getting my nails done so fun she did an amazing job and was gentle and we had great conversations and she treated me like a friend and not just a client which I really liked.

I first found this salon after being directed towards Soozan, one of the best hair stylists/colorists in the DMV area. It was my first time touching my hair truly, and I would not have had it any other way. Soozan works with such preciseness and delicacy, that she really treats her job as a form of art. I genuinely feel like her muse every time she is working on me. Everywhere I go, the amount of compliments is unmatched! The salon in general, is a very nice and comfortable atmosphere to be in, considering the amount of time spent there. She is such a talented and sweet woman. She was so kind to me and offered me drinks and was very honest with me and made me feel very safe. Evolve is a wonderful place to go for men’s or women’s haircuts. Mojee gave me a great haircut yesterday and was a pleasure to speak with during my time at Evolve. I also brought my mother in a couple months ago, she had a great time and was very happy with her cut from Sonia!

I booked a last minute haircut at Evolve and went in with high expectations because of all of the reviews I read. The hair cut was fine, but the overall vibe and feel of the salon wasn’t my personal favorite.The staff was pretty cold, not very talkative or welcoming. I immediately was met with an upsell. Every time i spoke to my stylist I kept having to repeat myself because it felt she just wasn’t paying attention and she spoke mostly under her breath. I watched a handful of people throughout my entire haircut eat and snack at the color bar. The shampoo stations are located directly across from the nail salon station so the entire time I was getting my hair washed all I could smell is nail polish remover. The salon feels pretty crammed into the space it’s in. Like I was greeted, I was also sent on my way with upsell on product without any explanation. Overall a very mid experience.

Actually, this is Meg Chow I’m using my husband‘s Google account. I just wanted to write and say I had the best haircut I’ve had in over 60 years I look like I stepped right out of Park Ave., Soozanne is awesome and truly gifted as the rest of the staff Soozanne is truly an artist and highly empathetic and intuitive. I will be coming to her for the rest of my days. She is phenomenal. I got compliments left and right when I left the salon thank you thank you thank you Soozanne!!!

It was my first time to Evolve hair salon and the front desk was warm and welcoming; the ambience and setting is very relaxing and everyone seems friendly!! I’m so glad to get my new hair style from MOJEE! Pricey but worth every penny. Chris is a color and style genius. Yris’s shampoo and conditioning is a little bit of luxurious pampering as well.

Mojee did such a wonderful job - I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. She took the time to listen and really understood what I wanted. My appointment with the salon was for an updo. My stylist was very nice, but there was a language barrier. I showed her pictures of the hairstyle I wanted. She was just not understanding what I was requesting despite the pictures. My hairstyle had to be fixed prior to me going to my event. The stylist was very kind, but did not do my hair the way I asked her multiple times.

It was my first time to have hair service there. I booked highlight+toner+haircut+blow dry which is $250 with Mojee. The stylist told me that my hair color is too bright. she did single process for me with dark brown color, which covered the white hair near front head. She asked me to schedule highlight next month. She charged me $263 , which from website , should be $165 for the single processing (automatically add tip 60%!) . I am not satisfied with the result , so does my husband. We want a feeling of fancy not that conservative.Then one employee contacted me and asked the reason. She explained that I had a deep condoning which is $55 and refunded me that part cause I never asked to do it. Also offer me wash away the toning. I don’t want hurt my hair with chemical again in short time so I refused. I asked why I had toner and single processing both ? She said single processing only include root… I feel I spend highlight money but only see the haircut result, my original highlight faded, no obvious quality improvement of my hair.On the third day after the service , when I blow dry my hair , I found a lot of white hair which should have been covered by toning or single processing with dark color. I called the salon for total refund. The owner contact me , after he saw the picture , he refunded me the single processing fee.

Got my nails done by Niki yesterday and had such a lovely experience!! The salon itself is gorgeous and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Niki was such a sweet person and did a beautiful job on my nails!! Will definitely be coming back in the future!☺️

I booked a last minute appointment for a hair cut and toner and was a bit nervous since I had a bad experience with haircuts in the past .I had Andrea who listened my concerns and did exactly what I asked for,I got the best haircut ever !She is an amazing professionalSalon had a nice vibe and they use amazing products

I went to Evolve recently to get a haircut from Andrea. Shes cut my hair plenty over the years, and better than before with my thick wavy hair and beard. She expertly blends my hair to slick back without looking boxy, not expose cowlicks, and fades the beard to the haircut. Shess a pro and knows her craft.

I have been coming to Evolve since it opened and seeing one of the owners for my hair for over 15 years. Evolve is a very clean, calm and professional atmosphere. The stylists and shampoo staff take excellent care of you and you leave feeling beautiful! They offer specials frequently, so take advantage. My hair was in dire need of color correction. My hairstylist I normally go to is in Maryland but has been very ill. I called up evolve salon and they booked an appointment for me to see Andrea Prudencio. Andrea was very professional and helpful on giving advice on what needed to be corrected and what she thought would look best and listen to what i wanted as well. After everything was completed cut and blow-dry I walked out of there with my hair looking better then it looked in 5 years. The cut the color and the styling was amazing I definitely recommend going to see Andrea.

Chris Whitmore is an AMAZING hair stylist! Every time I go in for an appointment, he is able to shape my hair into exactly what I ask for and gets it perfect every time! I have come to him every time I chopped my hair short, hes done amazing blonde highlights that are perfectly blended, and I always leave the salon looking like I had a blowout. I highly recommend Chris as a stylist, he makes the process an overall great experience!!

I was told over the phone that my blowout price would start at $45. I am very understanding of standard practice purposes when running a business so I am not upset that there was an additional fee to be added for using a heat tool after the blowout. However I am not understanding of the price being quoted to me as DOUBLE what I was told over the phone when scheduling my appointment. Had I known I’d be paying $95 for a blowout I would’ve never driven out of my way to this salon. I was told I have “too much” hair- and while I tend to be on the less sensitive end opinion wise in most situations, i think this type of language is completely inappropriate for a professional service setting. I left the chair before wasting any more time and am advising anyone reading this review to do themselves a favor and stay away unless you have firm confirmation of price expectations before arriving. I am extremely displeased, now am not going to have my hair done for my event today, and don’t have time to do it on my own.

I had an amazing facial with Jillian! I wasn’t sure which to try first but, after discussing my skin concerns with her, she advised me to try the Honey Enzyme Facial. It was heavenly! I felt comfortable and pampered through the entire experience. I’ve gone through some recent skin changes and wanted an expert opinion on products. She shared what she thought would work best for my skin and provided a few samples for me to try some new products out. I am already excited to come back for my second facial and brow services!

Chris is the best. Have been going to him for years and always a perfect cut and color.

I visited Evolve salon for the first time today. I was a little nervous since my previous haircut at a different salon left me a bit dissatisfied, but Mogee was amazing!She is super sweet and accommodating. I felt like I had known her for years. Mojee did an amazing job, she gave me exactly what I asked for and was so sweet. I had a lot of dead hair but wanted to keep it long and she was able to get rid of most of the dead hair without cutting too much. Great experience, I will definitely be going back here for my next haircut.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. It’s cheerful and always clean. They hire the best professionals. Niki is an exceptional nail technician and does great pedicures. I had Linda shadow my eyebrows (a form of tattooing). I am thrilled with them and have gotten a lot of compliments. I’ve had a terrific massage with Jillian. I would highly recommend this salon.

I just moved into the area and have been looking for someone that can do blonde hair (highlights, root smudge, gloss, etc). Its been very hard to find someone that can do exactly what I want (as I have early grays) but I tried this salon and saw Soozan yesterday and my hair looks amazing. She did not disappoint. Shes very skilled. She listened to what I wanted and some of my past experiences and what they got wrong and looked at some past pictures of me when I liked my hair color and got everything exactly right - better than what I had in the past, actually. She also gave me a very chic haircut to top it off. I *highly* recommend Soozan.

Mojee cut my sons hair. It needed to be fixed from a bad cut with a different barber. It doesnt look bad, but it also doesnt look great, especially considering the price I paid for a childs cut. I asked her to cut his hair with scissors, and she used clippers, which was part of the problem with the other bad cut. It was difficult to communicate with her. Im not sure if she didnt understand what I was asking for or just didnt want to do it the way I asked. Either way, she had an attitude at times and was somewhat rude. We didnt feel comfortable there.

Super clean place!!Dara is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met.My first time and it could not have been better. She gave me perfect balayge that I wanted and I absolutely love it. She is very kind and warm. I am happy and grateful to know her in my walk of life.

Unfortunately, I was at the mercy of Florida for the past six years. The first job opportunity posted for the Mi-Atlantic, I jumped on. So glad to be home but a lot has changed. One Loudoun has many offerings for a lifestyle that requires almost no effort to travel. I found Evolve online and gave it a shot… I was desperate, and had no idea of what the outcome would be. Having said that, I am so pleased that I took the chance. Evolve makes you feel like you’re part of their family, between the receptionist, owners and the rest of the staff, they all come together and help each other out. I was initially scheduled for an appointment with Dara, and I am so grateful I was. She listens to my every request and makes sure I am completely satisfied before leaving the salon. In addition, she so calming, positive and personable at the same time. I would recommend both Dara, as well as this salon, to anyone. If you schedule with Dara, I assure you she won’t disappoint!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked a haircut and full highlight with Mojee. I am new to Virginia and trying to find a good salon and stylist to keep up with my blonde highlights. I am naturally a brunette and have been adding blonde into my hair for years. When I got to the salon Mojee asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted my blonde highlights touched up. She then suggested also changing the color of my undertone and she showed me a picture of a clients hair she did which turned out very blonde. I thought it looked really good so I agreed to let her dye over my natural brown. Huge mistake! The color turned out very warm with a strawberry blonde/red color at my roots under the blonde highlights. She tried to fix it by adding more blonde highlights but it didn’t help. Another stylist in the salon commented that my natural hair was too dark to bring it up lighter in one session, as a master stylist shouldn’t Mojee know that and not suggest it to a client if not obtainable?? She also took a cigarette break while my toner was in and came back smelling like smoke which is very unprofessional at such a nice salon. Another thing that bothered me is that she pinched my cheek while trying to correct my color because she knew I was upset. Maybe she was trying to be comforting but that is very off putting! Definitely will not be back at cannot recommend this salon or Mojee.

After my hair stylist left the industry when Covid hit, I spent the past 2 years salon-hopping trying to find someone who I felt was in sync with what I wanted (which is what I was used to having). Its frustrating to date; trying to find the right person or salon for you. Thank goodness my search is over!! Evolve and Soozan are just right - she did a fantastic job and Im so pleased with the result! She listened, commented on the pictures I showed her and made sure we were on the same page. The salon is clean and relaxed; all the stylists & team were professional and welcoming. If you are looking for a new salon, give Soozan & Evolve a shot.

I received a wonderful facial from Madison while I was there and was able to see immediate results on my skin. I have acne prone skin so they suggested I get the Fire and Ice facial and as soon as she was done with the facial my skin felt smoother and had a better complexion. I am very excited to continue visiting Evolve Salon and Spa to aid in my ongoing battle with acne!

Out of the blue, having been a customer at this salon for almost a year, i go to make an appointment, and they insist i give them a credit card. Now why would i give anyone my cc for simply making an appointment? It’s absurd. I have had fraudulent charges on my AmEx repeatedly, having to cancel and get a new one 3 times in the last year or so. And, it’s the systems such as this salon uses to “keep your credit card on file” that get hacked. I now have to find a new salon due to the arrogance of the salon owners thinking i should hand over personal data in order to make an appointment.The owner only cares about their issues, not mine. They continue to espouse their security, however, American Express has the highest level of security yet my card has been compromised multiple times using the same systems evolve uses. The issue is they take your credit card via a reservation system but not a point of sale system. Big, big difference.

Valerie is the most genuine, talented, and kind stylist I’ve ever had. She really listens to understand the look you’re desiring and will offer her expert opinion to help achieve that look. I know that If I go to my appointment with a vague idea of what I want, she’ll run with it and I’ll leave feeling like an absolute queen. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and I HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone who hasn’t yet had the pleasure of sitting in her chair.The salon is clean and stylish and the entire staff I interacted with were all kind and welcoming. Both my husband and I go here. This is such a pleasant , relaxing salon. Lydia does my weekly shampoo and blow-dry because I have very long, thick, curly hair and a should-neck injury, which makes it difficult for me to do myself. She is both very skillful and delightful. The saloon atmosphere is always very clean and welcoming.

I tried many hair salons and stylists in Loudoun and I can confidently say this salon is the best in terms of profiency and price. Soozan did amazing wok on my hair. I used to go to a barber and I never really liked my hair. My wife convinced me to see her stylist and Ill never go anywhere else again. Ive learned to actually enjoy my hair and always feel that, as far as hair is concerned, I look better than everyone else in the room. Even when I dont do anything with it, it still looks 1000 times better than when barbers would cut it. I cannot recommend Evolve highly enough.

Local salon has all the niceties that I’m looking for. Hours of operation always coincide with my busy schedule. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My stylist and colorist is Ashley. I can’t say enough good things about this young lady. When I sit in her chair, I was always leave looking fabulous and feeling beautiful! And this business does so much more than hair!

I don’t trust anyone with my hair, which of course led to me ruining it all on my own 😑 but ashley worked some kind of magic and i didn’t have to cut all my hair off and i couldn’t be happier! she trimmed, reshaped and evened my botched chemical cut out and i was even happy with that, but then i came back and did a treatment for my split ends and it’s helped so much! it’s a long process to get my hair where i want it but i’ll happily travel the 40 min to see her !! 💕

Tony cut my hair and put his heart into it. All my layers were even and he did an awesome job giving me the V shape I wanted in the back and framed my face nicely. Sonia took great care to listen what I wanted for my eyebrows and did a very nice job waxing them. Evolve creates a relaxing experience.

Worst haircut I’ve had in along time. The stylist was supposed to be level 3. I was specific in what I asked for: No bangs - I now have bangs. No shelf in the back - I now have a ridiculous shelf across the back. Keep the length - It is now cut to the nape of my neck. It’s a chopped up mess and I look ridiculous but there’s not enough hair to fix it. It will be months (or years) before it grows enough to shape it back to what it was. I could have saved $100 and chopped it up myself.UPDATE: The owner contacted me because of my bad review. He kindly offered a redo and met me on my availability. While he may have been trying to do the right thing, there was nothing he could do because my hair was cut so short and thinned out. There’s not enough hair to do anything with.He provided a conditioning treatment for free and tried to shape it into something acceptable without cutting it any shorter, but he did not know how to fix it. It still looks awful.Finally, because he was unable to fix it, he refunded my initial payment, which is as it should be. I appreciate the refund, but does nothing for the years it took to grow it out before or the years it will take to grow it out again. In the meantime, I look (and feel) ridiculous.I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.

I had Lindsey for a hairstylist here. She saved my hair. Did an awesome job. Came in expecting something and got an even better result. Would definitely suggest this place. Only downside is it is a bit pricey, but I am particular about hair and beauty services. You definitely get what you pay for here. Beautiful results.

I got my nails done by Nikki and she is the best! She is so sweet and carried on a conversation with me through my entire manicure. I havent had a manicure in over a year and I also bite my nails so my fingers were in bad shape when I came in. Nikki got all of the dead skin off and made my hands so smooth. She is a miracle worker!

I went to Evolve this weekend for a 60 min Swedish massage, gel manicure, and regular pedicure. After my massage, which was excellent, I was told to sit in the waiting room until I was called for my mani/pedi. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk to see what the hold up was. Turns out, no one had checked me in for my mani/pedi. The nail tech was at her station waiting for me the whole time and I was in another room waiting for her. This caused me to be 20 minutes behind schedule and running late because of the disorganization. My mani/pedi service was good, however, they do not have matching colors for gel polish and regular polish (which I did not know until after my pedicure) so I had to get completely mismatched colors (which I did not want). I will not be returning to Evolve.

Jillian at Evolve is amazing! I feel 10x more relaxed after I leave my appointments with her. I have already noticed a difference in my skin after two months of facials with Jillian!

Tony has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I absolutely love him! He knows EXACTLY what to do with my hair which is very long, thick and blonde. This past summer I decided to color my hair for the first time to a more lighter platinum blonde and he mixed up a special color to blend everything just for me. I absolutely LOVE it!! I am in college and go to school in a different state so I can only get my hair touched up when I visit for breaks. Let me tell you, this color STAYS for sooo long! Ive never been so happy and in love with my hair! The last time I got my hair touched up was near Thanksgiving week and it still looks fantastic and my roots are barely showing and still very blended. This salon is A1 and Tony is THE BEST!

Tonyb is an artist extraordinaire! I started with a Brazilian Blowout and haircut which turned out to be the best decision regarding my hair that I have ever made! Next I was on the fence about his recommendation of high/low lights to blend with my silver natural highlights as I did not want root lines! Amazing outcome! My daughter has also been too tonyb with amazing results!! 5 stars!!!!

Tony is not only an incredible artist with an amazing eye and vision for whats BEST for you. His skill level is unparalleled....he truly LOVES his job- and he is so very passionate about each and every aspect. Tony really takes his time to ensure that everything turns out beautifully and that you are incredibly happy with the end result. I just cant say enough about Tony- he has literally transformed my hair and salon experience on so many levels.

Spoke with some of the employees here. Every time I have interacted with them they have been rude or disrespectful. I’ve heard multiple negative opinions about this place from living in the area. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. From experience of someone close to me, the harass negative reviews to threatened the reviewer to take it down. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of their reviews are fake.

Ha! Stay away from this salon unless you have lots of time to waste. Made 2 appointments with Dara which both have been canceled. Poor ownership, poor management. Ive never even stepped foot in the salon was trying to become a new client.

I just want to say mozzie is the best she just did magic on my hair I had went there with all fried and damaged hair ,when I went there I was very disheartened to chop all my hair but mozziee said me trust me I will change your hair and after an hour yes she did really change my hair and after a long I could see myself again in different look which was totally me worth the time and money spend ,if you wanna magic done to you hair its a place specially mozziiieee you rock and definitely evolve wanna be back again to do my hair treatment again thank you to the entire team
