I’ve been going to this location for my massages and facials for years and always loved the results. Nicole is the best at massages and really attentive to what you’re looking for. She’s helped my back so much during moments where I thought I might need PT.

Grezelda is wonderful. She is attentive and listens very carefully to what I want. I appreciate her checking in with me on how much length I want cut off and ensured I was comfortable throughout the haircut (I get very anxious about haircuts). Highly recommended-very communicative, friendly, and skilled hairstylist.

I had the best massage of my life today with Nicole! She was light in some areas and used more pressure in others. I am so relaxed now and can’t wait to go to bed.

Morvarid (Zahra) is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. She does my highlights and cuts my hair, and I am always getting complements on the color.she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.She is a master - I thank her and highly recommend her!she is a truly talented stylist and I always enjoy my appointments.My hair looks and feels fantastic 😍

I went to Radience for fillers with Angie and color and cut with Grezelda...both were experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. As I am new to the area and didnt have any recommendations I took a chance....and it payed off 100 times over. This is my go to place for all my pampering needs!

Ive had two surgeries this year and have gotten out of my stretching routine. I needed some body work with a skilled technician. Nicole has very good hands, and a full understanding of anatomy. Not only the immediate muscle or tissue, but where spot treatments would likely radiate. Kind of a reflexology understanding. Ive had 2 long sessions so far, and hope to have another before Christmas.Highly recommended!

I recently moved to NoVA from Seattle and am so glad I found Radiance Salon & Spa. The Salon is beautiful and the staff is always warm and friendly. Love Angie for fillers. She is kind, offers great suggestions, and takes plenty of time with me every time I’m there. She’s the best. I have also had waxing done with Christi — also amazing. Christi made sure I wasn’t red or blotchy when I left. Going back for a facial with her in a few weeks. Can’t wait.

Relaxing spa salon experience in your own backyard! One starts off relaxing in a cool, dark waiting room. My recommendation to them would be to offer drinks and some reading material while you wait. However once I was taken in for my appointment, I could not ask for better service. I had a facial with Mindy and she was lovely! This is a great place if you want a great value for your spa dollar.

I went to get grayish/silver hair. Hair turned out almost grayish, which I loved. But she did toner the next time I went and killed the gray I had. I requested Andera to trim my hair roughly an inch and she ended up cutting 2-3 inches. My hair is short. All my hard work of growing hair for the last 6-7 months went to vain. And she does NOT know hos to blow dry. The 1st time, I thought it was due to lack of time. But the 2nd time I went, she did worse job at blow drying than the 1st time and she had plenty of time. I probably will never go here again. Or maybe I should go to another individual at this salon.

Allan has completely transformed my hair with the calligraphy cut. Really- I have straight, long hair which always laid limp and lifeless. I came home after my haircut and my husband was blown away. I picked my 6yo son up from camp and he DIDNT RECOGNIZE me- literally looked straight at me 3 times and I finally had to approach him and say his name. Im a no-fuss chic- so I was pretty upfront about style time. From start to finish- shampoo, cut, and style- it was 25 minutes and I looked like I had model hair.

I decided to try the “newly advertised” Caligraphy cut thinking it was going to provide an amazing new/fresh look. What a bogus way to advertise razor cutting your hair (for a hefty price of $105+). Not only did the stylist barely cut anything at all, the razor cut caused major split ends and frizz. It does NOT cut down on drying time!!! Save your money!

Went to get my hair cut and the stylist butchered it. Asked for one inch . did 2 inches at least if not more I have short hair both sides are uneven and there is a flat spot on one side. She never consulted with meAssumed I wanted my hair not blown dried since I came it with it wavy. I will never go there again not sure of my stylist name. Victoria tried to fix what she could after I complained. Its more like a pixie which i did not ask for.

My hair was a disaster when I arrived after having a baby and neglecting it for months. Kelsey listened to exactly what I wanted and completely restored not only my hair, but my confidence. I would 100% recommend her to any of my friends!

Cassie always does a great job with my hair from highlights to cut or even just a blowout. The staff at the Broadlands Salon are always very attentive and welcoming.

When I left this salon I was so upset I cried! I asked for highlights and lowlights. The person that did my hair clearly had no hair coloring experience. I told her I wanted the lowlights to be the color of my base color and the highlights to be platinum blonde to break up the yellow my hair had become and to bring my base back to normal. She had no clue how to do this! When she was done my hair had no highlights, no lowlights, and was still yellow. Its looked exactly the same as when I came in. I asked her flat out, where are the lowlights and highlights? This is not what I wanted. She said look this strand is highlighted and this one is darker. Not only that but she did not know how to blow out my hair. It was frizzy and not styled the way I had asked for. At this point I was on the verge of tears so I just paid and left. I didnt know what else to do. Today I went to a new salon that was amazing! The stylist there confirmed that there is no way the person from this salon did any lowlights and most likely no highlights since there were none anywhere near my roots. I am not rich and do not have the means to pay to have my hair done and then have to pay again because the person did not do what I specifically asked. This girl was new to this salon, but I would hope they would screen their new hires better! I must say the receptionist was really nice though. That was the only positive.

The Salons Covid-19 protocol made me very comfortable going to get my highlights and styling. As always Cassie did a fantastic job with my highlights and cut.

Even in the throes of a pandemic, Radiance delivered! My color is perfection, as per usual. Grezelda is a star! I felt extremely comfortable with the measures they took to make the salon safe.
