Amenity Day Spa

Amenity Day Spa is such a relaxing place to go. With calming spa music and water features throughout the building, it was such a tranquil experience. Before my massage, I was given a warm, comfortable robe to change into along with socks and slippers. The changing room had a shower, private changing stalls, and lockers to store your private belongings. While waiting, I was offered a drink (champagne, water, tea) in the sitting room. I had Rayonne as my massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and made sure to work on my areas of need. She did an excellent job. I loved the heated bed and towels, relaxing music, and ambient lighting. The whole spa was very clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Jennifer gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My body feels so loose, flexible, and relaxed. I had knots under my shoulder blade and on my lower back that have been aching for over a year and she was able to work the knots out, and I feel like I have a new body. For someone who’s been a massage therapist for almost 20 years, she knows how to massage every body type there is which is really important. I had to rebook with her before I left, highly recommend Jennifer!!

Each time I book at Amenity Day Spa in Ashburn, its always a great time! I met a lovely group of Staff on the way out last evening after my massage with Rayvonne, who is of essence. I hadnt booked in awhile so to revisit and still enjoy is awesome!

The couples massage and body wrap experiences Chocolate/Strawberries Massage Escape Couple with Jennifer and Colleen were amazing. Very relaxing and leaving our bodies very soft. Id definitely recommend. The front staff could use some work, thats why I left 4 stars. After confirming our names they showed us to the dressing rooms, gave us a clipboard to fill out paperwork and offered drinks. They didnt confirm what was included in the package or see if we wanted to add on anything. As new clientele, unfamiliar with the services offered, that wouldve been good. Also, Id forgotten what the package included and couldve enjoyed a glass of champagne, but assumed that wouldve cost extra when it was offered. The ambiance of the relaxation/waiting room was very soothing. The couples room and rainfall shower between the body masque and massage was very soothing. Im so glad we started our anniversary weekend celebration with this experience!

My partner and I went for the couples massage and it was lovely! We did not know what to expect because we had never been at a spa before but they exceeded any expectations we could have had! Colleen and Jennifer did our massages and they did great! The Petals From Heaven Couples Escape massage is about an hour, 15 minutes of scrub application, 10-15 minutes of time spent in the rainfall shower, and 30 minutes of a massage with floral scented lotion! My partner did the Mens Signature Facial and his skin was glowing after! They offered us complimentary champagne! Prepare to be there for about an hour for each procedure/massage though, as they do not skimp on time and want you to get what you paid for!

I got the vitamin C brightening facial, and Rubi was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, superb attention to detail, and wonderful massage as part of the service. Will return again and again!

Today was my third time at Amenity...the first visit was a month ago my husband and I as a wedding anniversary gift. We both received an extraordinary facial, I also received a body massage and a powder dipping manicure and pedicure...Everything was wonderful, the staff, the attention, the delicacy of the place and the quality of each of the services received. On the second visit It was a consultation appointment with Rubi...what excellence...and today I returned to do my powder dipping manicure again and Kelly is extraordinary professional...Thank you Amenity for so much professionalism and good service...I already have my appointment for Going back next week with my sister! They are great!

Visited Amenity Day Spa for a Gentlemans pedicure with a hot stone lower leg massage. The service was excellent in every respect. From the entrance welcome to the pedicure itself to departure, all staff were very courteous and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. My expectations were met without any issue. Pricing very reasonable. Definitely will continue on with them. Recommended!

Felt like I was in a hurry... no type of relaxation. I asked for an upgrade on my nail package and the nail lady refused because she was in a hurry. I was willing to pay extra.. a day before my wedding for me to have perfect nails and she didn’t want to make the exception. Won’t be coming back or recommending. Would’ve gotten the same if not better somewhere else

Having received a number of services from Mandy in the past and all were delivered above expectation. She recently suggested I consider HALO Laser and BB treatment. The process has been amazing and I am so glad that she understands what matters to clients and what services are relevant (as well as irrelevant).Mandy provided such great information about the process and I was prepared for the treatment as well as how to proceed post treatment. The down time was minimal and less than what Mandy told me. It turns out she likes to be realistic, but she also prepares you well.In addition to receiving amazing results (going from makeup to no makeup and not feeling like I need any!) Mandy was super professional, kind and supportive. I really appreciated that she was not pushy about the service and allowed me to take things once step at a time with a lets see how your skin responds before you book any additional sessions attitude. Not only is the service top notch, but it is nice to be in an environment where as a client you are treated with respect and not pressured into services you dont need or dont want.An amazing spa, great service, but exceptional results with a personalized touch to boot. You wont make a mistake looking to Mandy for Halo or BB laser treatments. Highly recommend!

I had a Ginger Lime Sea Salt body treatment, and it was incredible. It revitalized my skin - especially dry during the winter - and left me feeling super soft. Reid was amazing, super professional and personable. I highly recommend both the Reid and the treatment. I left feeling great!

I always have a great experience whenever I visit Amenity Day Spa! Ive used their massage and facial services with various staff members. The staff are kind and considerate, they take the time to listen to your needs. I have had no issues with rescheduling when I needed to do so. The facilities are clean and luxurious. Their dressing room has special lockers to keep your personal items safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a relaxing spa day.

Kelly did a great job with my spa manicure and pedicure today. Her attention to detail, precision and cleanliness was appreciated. She took her time while being efficient and my nails look so perfect and healthy. I will see her again.

In 2020 my kids gave me a gift certificate and then Covid came. I am going on a much needed vacation for my b day in Jan so I booked a facial. I then received an email about the salon. Susan did a great job matching my roots to the color I needed. I also had some purple added to the bottom of my hair. The staff(Colleen) are amazing & personable. There is a great zen feeing you get as soon as you walk in the door with the waterfall on the wall. The rooms are clean & inviting. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a great spa day

Since we all wear masks these days, I wanted to accentuate my eyes with a semi-permanent eyebrow powder treatment with Mandy. I was apprehensive as I didnt want it to look over-done, too dark or artificial looking. Mandy did such a great job of providing a thorough consultation, showed me styles, resources to choose from and even offered suggestions. During the treatment, I was at ease and really happy with the results. She provided detailed care for over the next few days and with her advice it looked great. I am so happy with the service and I highly recommend. Mandy is very professional, highly skilled and very thorough. Treat yourself -- youll be glad you did!

I’ve been going to Amenity for several years - usually once or twice a year. It’s an extremely serene place and the staff is always professional, polite, and highly skilled. In my book, it’s a 5-star spa. My most recent experience there (a few days ago) was great, but not as exceptional as in the past. When I was booking appointments for my daughter and me, it was a little tricky to get things worked out in the window of time we had, but I called just 2 days before we hoped to visit, so part of the complexity was because I didn’t call until the last minute. I also suspect that, due to the pandemic, they’re a bit short-staffed, which would largely explain the scheduling issues. But, as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my spa day at Amenity. The only issue I had with the services was a slight miscommunication between my aesthetician and me. It wasn’t a big deal, but it resulted in a little extra waiting time. For anyone who hasn’t visited Amenity, I highly recommend it. I think it’s the best day spa around!

MaiLyn is my go to girl for facials. A facial at Amenity is amazing! They work on your hands, feet, neck, and head along with the facial. Just love it!

My first ever massage at 41. Got my wife a couples massage for our anniversary and it was beyond worth the money. The place is clean, the people are friendly and professional and the overall experience was amazing. I will definitely be back here again.

Ilim is your person if you’re looking for any kind of mani and or pedi. She is attentive, knowledgeable for those who have special needs such as ingrown nails, diabetes etc. She’s also a very creative artist with designs for every taste. You won’t regret it. I absolutely love getting my nails done since I start going to Ilim!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Amenity Day Spa. (I’ve been going on and off since 2005). I can’t rave enough how much I love this spa and it’s owner! Yesterday evening I went for Vascu Touch. Mandy is the best! They always have new services and technology. In comparison to other spas when I go on vacation, Amenity’s quality is 💯 better! Love ❤️ Amenity! Thank you!!!!

Hannah gave me a shampoo/style cut/blowout today. The entire visit was amazing. I have never before experienced such professionalism and skill in a salon. She took time to discuss styles, and really listened to what I was apprehensively looking for...as I wasnt sure! She also was very nice and easy to talk to. If you want an experience beyond your expectations I highly recommend Hannah. Shes amazing!

I’ve been visiting Amenity Day Spa for well over 16 years and it is hands down one of the best day spas in northern Virginia. They have fantastic, well trained and friendly massage therapists, easy booking, and have always accommodated my last minute appointment requests. Highly recommend, and will always be a client!

Ernesto is a such a fantastic massage therapist. He listened to all my concerns and explained the entire massage process before he began my treatment. I felt very comfortable during the duration of the massage and was pain free. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dora Munru is an amazing massage therapist at Amenity Day Spa. She is calming, nurturing, and listens carefully to your needs when you attend your appointments. I leave the office feeling lighter, more well aligned, and pain free. We have gotten to know each other through the 3 years we have worked together and so she has become a good friend. I would highly recommend her services!

Nikita is an excellent stylist! I had to change stylist (my forever gal moved) and I was extremely nervous. She took time with me, talked to me, and really analyzed my hair. I am so so happy with the end result! Even after I have washed and styled, its looking great!

I have only gone for fills and pedis with Kelly. She does a great job. The place is inviting and calming. The front staff are friendly. The nail salon is a room to itself and usually there is only Kelly and myself in the room which is comforting during a pandemic.

I had the Devine intervention treatment with Ernesto yesterday. It was amazing!! Ernesto massaged me for 2 hours and didnt tire out the entire time! He is clearly a skilled aesthetician who takes pride in his work. I particularly enjoyed how he incorporated stretching into the massage, I left feeling like I was 2 inches taller than when I came in! If you book an appointment, ask for Ernesto and you wont be disappointed!! The only complaint I had was the tightness of the changing room, treatment room, and relaxation lounge. If they made these spaces less cramped, it would be a more relaxing overall experience.

My husband got me a gift card for Amenity & I had several options to create my own package. I decided to get a Sea & C facial, pedicure & wine enzyme scrub. The facial was great with Rubie. The pedicure was nice with Kelly but I was in a hurry so probably would have been better if i had more time... but no fault of hers. She did a great polishing job!!. Then I had Rubie again for my scrub. I cannot say enough good things about her. Very nice & professional! Now on to the scrub... first it starts with a soft, dry brush down & let me tell you, you do not know how much dead skin you have until you have this done. Then on to the enzyme scrub. Felt great... then you get wrapped up like a burrito in the heated wrap to marinate for about 10 minutes. Then you take a nice hot shower in the same room with complete privacy to wash the scrub off. Then you relax into the warm blanket again to get a nice, warm, relaxing lotion light massage. All while listening to lovely, relaxing music in a nice dimly lit room. It was a great experience & Ill be back.

I saw Ruby here a week ago for a facial and Im still feeling the glow because a) she does an amazing job and b) she always tweaks my skincare regimen based on what she sees and sends me home with what I need to see continued improvement. She also does a killer massage during you facial so... bonus. Speaking of massages: Rafael and Ernesto are both wonderful and I wish I could afford to go weekly.

I have been going to Amenity for over 10 years and I love EVERY visit and EVERY service Ive had. I always ask for Mai as I have known her and enjoyed her professionalism for 20 years now. She is OUTSTANDING!I drive 45 minutes just to enjoy Amenity Day Spa and Mais nail care and facials, passing by numerous other spas and salons in Leesburg. I know they would pale by comparison.I dont know why my name doesnt show up as the reviewer, but my husbands does!

The spa is beautiful inside and easy to get to. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly. I had a prenatal massage for the first time and really enjoyed the whole experience. They offer a wide range of services from peels and mud baths to facials, pedicures and massages.I plan to go back at least once before my due date in June and then after the baby is born.

Ive been going here for years. Mandy is fabulous at electrolysis - working quickly and using the appropriate current. She and the front desk staff are always so pleasant, and the spa is relaxing and clean. :-) I love the convenient Tuesday/Thursday evening hours. Highly recommended.

Alex has been doing my hair my entire life... not just because he’s my dad but because he’s amazing at what he does. I just got my hair colored, highlighted, and cut just in time for a photo shoot this weekend I did with my fiancé. As always, he worked his magic on my hair! He is nothing short of amazing at what he does, and he’s been a key reason why my hair has stayed so healthy all these years. Discovered this place a few years ago through Yelp. They are fantastic. Its a welcoming, comfortable oasis. The service is excellent. They take time to listen to your questions and concerns. The staff makes recommendations, but dont try to oversell you on their products. Ive had facials and massages. Each one has been excellent. Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with a chronic pain for years in my lower back and shoulder. I’m taking the Deep tissue massage in Amenity day Spa and in my second session in two weeks , my lumbar and shoulder have a amazing relive, now I feel more energetic and focused, I am very thankful with the therapist Danae who is doing and excellent work for me.

Even though they claim theyre open until 7 p.m., the latest appointment they ever offer me is 5:15 pm. Theyre extremely difficult to schedule appointments with. Its shocking to see Saturday listed on the website when they dont actually offer Saturday appointments when Ive called and asked for one. If youre a teacher, and you tell them that you cannot take time off, they will constantly offer you appointments Tuesday through Thursday until 5:15 p.m. they will not offer you a Saturday appointmen. they will not offer you an evening appointment. Their disrespect is shocking.

Went for a prenatal massage on Tuesday and had a horrible experience. Im 9 months pregnant and the women that performed the service left me on my back for over 30 mins, made me keep turning from side to side, and put enough oil on my feet that when I got up I almost slipped and fell on the floor. When I called to express my concerns, all the manger could do was offer me 50% off another service. I was not impressed with the level of customer service either.

AMAZING!!! The manicure and pedicure was great. The 2 hour massage is it!!!!! I’m a guy that likes female massage therapist, but I was told that Ernesto is the MAN. I have got to say the massage was amazing and I will only get the 2 hour massage from now on!!

Chelsey was a fantastic technician however the spa facility lacked the relaxing and welcoming feel. I was also quoted a lower rate than I was charged upon leaving which I did not appreciate and the attendant was not concerned at at about it in the radio silence I received. I paid it, of course, but it was the principle of the fact that I ordered my services and was quoted 140 & charged 150 upon exiting. The relaxation room is severely lacking and I was offered water, coffee or tea and then never spoken to about it it again. I had to pursue it and it made me feel like I was an imposition.

I see Lauren at the spa for waxing. Ive been going to see her for several years because she is professional, discreet, and respects my time. Shes excellent at her job and someone I enjoy seeing on a regular basis. She puts customer service first.

I’m revealing the name of the best masseuse; Raphael! I fly into town and hope that I can get an appointment. It’s not a 60 minute massage but an experience unique to you. He cares.

Dr. Davis is absolutely wonderful. My wife usually has 20+ questions and she takes time to answer each without making us feel rushed. Rebecca is also an awesome nurse and is super gentle when administering shots.

I have had chronic back spasms for many years. I have been using muscle relaxers, TENS, pain meds, ect. My back flare-ups are debilitating. Im not one for message as I have had back surgery with fusion and metal implants and was fearful that it would do more harm then good. In desperation I called Amenity Day Spa after fours days of agony to try a deep tissue message. They called in a massage therapists and got me in the same day. Ernesto was a life saver. He was very kind and understanding of my apprehension and that I was desperate for relief of the spasms that had lasted days. He could visually see the knots in my back. Ernesto spent a solid hour working out the knots in my back. I could feel the difference in my back. Although quite sore the spasm stopped. Ill be returning to Ernesto to keep my back in under control. Thank you to the staff and especially Ernesto.

Ruby was wonderful as usual. Efficient and effective. The process of connecting in the Spa leaves a lot to be desired.. Please tell people they have to show up at the appointment time.. they cannot get there early. When you make an appointment tell your customers what to expect.

Our couples hot stone massages were incredible. Ive never felt more relaxed. The only issue I have is my massue was chewing gum, and thats all I could hear. In addition the Jacuzzi tub treatment, didnt feel worth it. There was little to no salt or whatever they use to make the water smell nice.

My step-daughter and I had planned an entire girls day to include side-by-side pedis at Amenity Day Spa in Ashburn. We were both looking forward to our fun filled day and had planned it two weeks out.I received both the text and phone call confirming our appointment and said, yes, we will be there.Our appointment was on a Sunday, the day prior I receive a call from Amenity (Carolyn) stating that they need to reschedule our appointment. For some reason they could no longer accommodate us side-by-side but offered two separate appointments the same day. Really? What type of girls day is it when you are not together?I was very disappointed and annoyed that they called us the day prior to reschedule. We were able to make new appointments at another salon for Sunday around the same time but that salon would not have been my choice.Ive been going to Amenity for a few years now for facials, massages, pedis and waxing but will now be looking for another salon.
