I had the best pedicure of my life here. They really spend a good amount of time on you and give a great, deep massage. I also really enjoyed that a lot of the lotions and scrubs were homemade. My manicure, however, was the worst Ive ever had and unfortunately, it was for my wedding. They were painted the wrong color (I asked for a French manicure and got the same pink I had on my toes ). I did not notice this until she had finished my first hand and did not have the nails corrected because they were gel nails and, being the day before my wedding, did not have time to sit while they soak to remove the gel and then start all over. To make things worse, they are now chipping only 5 days after getting them done.

My daughter had a mani and pedi for prom, she said it was the best ever. We scheduled last minute and staff stayed late to accommodate her, they were so nice. Spa was clean and comfortable in an old house, loved it.

Best manicures Ive ever had. Richelle is so incredibly knowledgeable about her work and passionate about optimizing her business to provide the best customer experience possible.Every time I go I am incredibly happy with how my nails look. Not to mention they last forever! Not pushy, great conversation, and top notch service.Eager to try out more of the services offered.

My favorite place in Asheville area to go for pedis and manis! Richelle and her team are awesome. Relaxed environment with only 4 chairs so you can have some good girlfriend time!

This was a great experience. My mom and I each had a massage, a facial and a pedicure. Everyone was very friendly. The services were fantastic. The price was perfect!!! I will definitely visit again!!!! We both feel very refreshed and pampered.

They’re very nice but I wouldn’t go for pedicures.... My feet look the same minus my nails are shaped and painted. I wouldn’t go again. My heels were in rough shape and while the people are nice I’ve had much better luck at the standard run of the mill nail shops around me..... my heels look about the same as they did when and I went in and the entire point was to be able to wear mules and sandals and I’m ready to go have a pedicure done again (and it’s been four days)

I just had my wedding this past weekend in Asheville and used The Secret Spa for our hair and makeup! They were wonderful! I live out of state so never had a chance to do any trials for hair and makeup, but both turned out beautiful!! The girls all came to my hotel suite to do all of our services and they were all so nice. We had 7 people get hair and makeup done and they did a wonderful job on everyone! Definitely would recommend them!

We went here for pedicures to celebrate my girlfriends 21st birthday. The staff is incredibly kind and the job they did was great! The building itself is beautiful. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I purchased the couples pampering package with massage for our anniversary and we were very pleased. .... the massage therapists really listened to us and focused on our problem areas....the facials were awesome and we also enjoyed our pedicures! We will definitely use this spa again when visiting the area! Thank you all so much for a wonderful, relaxing experience!

I went for my birthday and kinda regret it . While getting my massage she kept pushing hard on my bones. The lady who did my facial was great. My pedicure was the worst part ! I had to ask for another coat cause you could still see the nail. It was just messy! I had to clean the nail polish off my skin when I got home and they don’t even dry them so they got even more messed up on the way home.

Everyone was soooo friendly and the services were over the top. The spa package was amazing. The esthetician gave a great facial. The owner personally did our pedicures and it was perfect. Nick gave an awesome massage- extra 6 stars just for him. Every time I’m in town, I will be going to this spa! Our entire group left feeling so relaxed.

Great hidden gem in the heart of Asheville. My wife treated me to my first pedicure. After the first class treatment at the Secret Spa, it wont be my last!

I found the Secret Spa last year through Groupon. What a great find! I have had a facial, massage, and pedicure and every service was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. I have since returned and will continue to be a repeat customer. I leave feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!!

I bought a spa package on Groupon that included a pedicure, facial and massage. All of my services were fantastic but the highlight was by far the massage. Marty was my massage therapist and he was so kind, comforting and professional. He was extremely knowledge and was able to relieve SO much tension in my back and shoulders. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Marty!

Vic is an amazing massage therapist! He has an innate ability to find the trigger points and work out the kinks leaving you feeling renewed!

Vanessa did my wax and did a great job. I usually go to a spa in Biltmore Village for waxing, but due to time constraints of having an appointment downtown and a meeting not long after, I needed to find a waxing place on the way home. I called the morning of my appointment and was able to get in at the perfect time. I appreciate the convenience of the location and efficiency of the quick wax.The website is not up to date so the price I thought I would be paying for services was actually $10 more. Vanessa informed me something happened and they have to build an entirely new website since they can’t update it, but it would be nice if they would honor the website prices until the matter is fixed. I was thinking this may become my regular wax place with the website prices, but now they are the same as where I normally go. They do have hard wax (not advertised on their website) so I’m glad Vanessa asked me before beginning what type of wax I prefer. Now that I know they have hard wax and I do like the wax Vanessa gave me, I am more likely to return in the future.

Fantastic place. I felt very welcome. I will definitely be a regular. Offers full waxing services for both females and males. I got a great waxing there. I can only imagine how incredible the rest of their services are. Love to spend a day there. Well worth a visit.

Excellent spa experience while visiting the Asheville, NC area. Every winter I wander to this neck of the woods! If you havent been, this is a must to your bucket list. They had awesome Groupon online that I purchased for my services. The Groupon included a 50 min full body massage, 50 min facial, pedicure, and a cold beverage of your choice. We were there for approx. 3.5hrs, I literally had a Spa brain when I left, everything was simply amazing!The Secret Spa once was the Belvedere Mansion many yrs ago, lots of history. I will attach the whole story from their website. They have private parking of the side of house and in the back. Upon entering we were greeted with kindness and taken to our room to fill our paperwork. Once that was done, our first treatment began. The whole house was a gem, I really loved the company of the staff. Everyone were friendly and treated us grand. All the services were amazing, my favorite was the facial! My face felt so wonderful and refreshed, I literally didnt wanna move from the table, Yasssss it was that good!!I would highly recommend them to all, you wont regret!

My mother-in-law took me here to pamper me before my wedding!The atmosphere was lovely! The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful!I had a mani, pedi, and lip wax.The pedi was nice in terms of the massage/exfoliation/lotions etc but the actual paint job was kind of disappointing (we actually redid it at home).The lip waxing was just fine; in, out, and done.And the mani was 10/10 for me. I had a gel mani and 2 nails added where mine had broken too short. The fake nails ended up cracking in the center after about 3 days but Im not gentle on my hands. Im a crafter and kind of clumsy and my nails were originally broken for a reason, haha!So all in all: mani, and lip wax = would totally do again. Maybe not the pedi though?

Always an amazing experience in a very beautiful historic building. The owner and staff are knowledgeable friendly and courteous, and are able to handle scheduled appointments or walk-ins, and even Bridal parties on-site or off-site. The best full service Spa in Asheville, whether youre getting a manicure, pedicure, massage or your hairstyled.

Great job on a Mens haircut. Just like I like. Shane was a total professional and very nice. Since Im new in town, he gave me some inside information in where to go and what to do. When in Asheville, itll be my go to Secret Spot. Thanks again for being so friendly.

This place is horrible. My wife went in for a facial and it was interrupted by the OWNER of the spa! she was actually enjoying herself and the girl doing the facial was fantastic.. but the fact that the owner interrupted a facial is just crazy. The front desk girl was also rude and obnoxious and they have a dog running around the spa and it isnt friendly, it tried to bite my wifes ankles. I would avoid this place at any cost.. if you want to treat your wife to be pampered.. look elsewhere because she will only have a bad experience.

Marty and Jenny were great giving my girlfriend and I a couples massage! Highly recommend! Marty gave some great advice about things to do in the area. Jerry at the front desk was eloquent and charming. This guy should be promoted! Only issue we had there was Danielle. We had agreed to pay a certain amount and she didnt think it was correct so she kept telling Jerry and us that we were wrong and we owed more money, when in fact she was wrong. She was very confrontational, which was the last thing we wanted after a relaxing message while we were on vacation.

I love this place! The owner and staff are always welcoming and accommodating. I have called multiple times needing a service at the last minute and they have come through for me. The results are always amazing! I would recommend The Secret Spa for every service they offer.

Great experience. The 90 minute massage helped with my tension. The 90 minute facial was a new experience for me, but I loved it. Finishing the day with a mani/pedi, I had beautiful nails.

Went with my wife to get a pedicure while visiting, the service itself was good but the menu said 50 minute and mine lasted only 25. My wifes, even with nail painting was only 35 min. In that regard, overpriced for what you get.

Ridiculous they never answer phone or return messages. Should’ve never offered the Groupon if they were not willing to fulfill appointments. I purchased in October, I was told that I had to book weeks and weeks out. Ok fine. I figured out another date called back several times and could never get anyone to call me back or answer phone. It is now March and still the same issue. What a waste.

The massage and facial was amazing!!!! The only thing I wasnt pleased with was the pedicure but the girl was new and you could tell she was nervous. I would definitely go again!!

Nice place for sure but the nail lady gave me an amazing massage better then the actual massage a paid for. Plus you HAVE TO TIP even if u dont lime the service. I left their more tense then I was getting in

We truly need more stars, my bestfriend treated us both to and amazing spa day at The Secert Spa and it was one of the most amazing spa days ever, very professional and the owner and her staff were wonderful. We highly recommend them, left there feeling amazing and like we had made some great friends

Purchased a Groupon for a spa package. Unable to do spa package at all. I understand no facials due to Covid-19. But give us another service instead. They were inflexible and unwilling to work with us at all. Also the phone number for the spa the mail box is always full and you can not leave a message

It was a cool experience but I was disappointed with the couples massage package. All of the services were done separately.... I saw my wife in the beginning and saw her at the very end. The services were nice but more communication would have been appreciated.

Enjoyed this entire place greatly. Would recommend anyone. Im a big guy and never had any of this done b4 and they made me feel comfortable which led to great relaxation. I really feel great and will revisit in the near future. Thanks ladies!!!

My girlfriend went to this spa a few months ago and theres nothing positive I can say about this place. The extremely rude front desk person made her visit very unwelcoming from the start. When I went to pick my girlfriend up she was rude to me also, while the other workers were sitting in the main room just gossiping. Unprofessianl enviroment.

The owner is great. My wife really enjoyed her time here getting her nails and feet done.

Amazing atmosphere wouldn’t go anywhere else for my salon needs.

Called with very little notice and they were able to accommodate my son and me for a haircut and other services. Very accommodating very friendly.

The services were great but with the GroupOn there was an $80 service fee, was lead to believe the fee was $40 by facility staff. That is a 40% “tip”!

Most painful Brazilian wax ever. Went over the same spot 6-7 times until it felt raw. Took 1&1/2 hours and still had some hairs left.

I received an excellent facial from Vanessa but the spa was very dirty and the level of professionalism was poor. Staff are friendly though.
