Great massive selection of products. Selena and Slade were extremely helpful in advising me on the information of the items I was looking for. These girls are the best of the best when it comes to customer service! This will continue to be my go-to vape store!

Celena, who works there is the most important person in there at that shop. She keeps a very clean and neat smells great everything’s always in order. She has a friendly face and willing to help anybody at any time.

You guys rock, I do come to this shop for all my tobacco smoking accessories. If you are looking for CBD you are in for a wonderful experience as well. I have seen that this store also sells cigars and space gas

Absolutely love this vape/smoke shop. The customer service is outstanding. I dont know her name, but she drives the jeep, she is always so very helpful. My husband and I suffer from chronic pain and she always recommends the best product. I would recommend this shop to anyone that has chronic conditions and use CBD to manage them. They are very fair in price and offer cash deals. Need a special flavor or brand they will order it for you

I like that they have some juice that I need and its close. The $100 Drag 4 I bought has a failed screen a week after purchase though. Ill update the review if I have any luck getting it replaced or refunded without a receipt, since I lost it.

Everything at this smoke shop was very overpriced,and the customer service was pretty bad as I was sold something completely different than I had asked for. Not impressed with anything about this smoke shop and wont be returning nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Smaller variety and WAY to expensive. Charges 5,10,15$ more than any other vape shops in Asheville.

The staff here are all friendly and they do have some fun gaming machines including the Quarters game that you use to see at County Fairs. However, their prices for CBD and Delta 8 products, etc are kind of high. I dont know about their tobacco vapes prices but they do have a very wide range of different products in both categories....if you dont mind spending a little extra, at least for the CBD, Delta 8 type stuff

Love this store! They have the best prices in town. Exchanging products is easy& hassle free. I bought a small vaporesso vape and it was defective- just didn’t do anything, I brought it back and they gave me another one . In my opinion at this store the customer is the center of every encounter. Everyone is so friendly. So is the owner. when they first opened I stopped by and the owner said “if you ever think a price is unfair or if you want us to order a product we don’t please let us know.”

Went in at first everything is fine we spend like $175.00 we get home open one of the pieces and get ready to use it and there was a crack I called down there and Lady put me on hold comes back to the phone and says that they couldnt do it but she told me on the phone that she knew that there was no way I could have damaged a piece. tells me to bring it back and she would exchange it. So I took it back she sees where I had put a little water in it and then changes her mind and wouldnt take it back!!!! $100 piece has a crack in it she wont replace I literally had the piece 5 minutes

Bought some smok refills and was sold the wrong ones now according to the young man behind the counter when I went to exchange for the correct ones they dont have my brand so I ask to just exchange them for something else in which he replied he couldnt said manager would call me 2 days nothing and they act like its not a concern of theirs to provide customer satisfaction after spending your hard earned money here they will not help you if its not a good product the worst customer service I have ever seen
