They have good deals and good products, I have never once in my three years had a bad experience with them. Honestly one of the best shops in Asheville. Extremely friendly, nice people. Always looking out for customers on the prices and the service. Very aware of their product and great to talk to about what you do and do not prefer. They also give you rewards just for shopping with em, and unlike other shady reward programs companies usually offer, it actually saves me a ton of money a lot. Been shopping here since it opened and I’ll be a customer as long as they keep up the awesome work.

My daughter went in for me and was not happy, I spoke with Christian and he ask me to come in. He made it more than right. I will never use another vape store again. He was so polite and helpful. He even gave me a new upgra8 vape like the ones I use. Helped me with all the flavors and I left the store very pleased. Cant say enough great things about his customer service.

Absolutely love this place. I wont get my cigarettes any where else. the prices are cheap. literally I get 3 packs of cigarettes for $13.13 depending on what 3 packs I get. The staff is amazing and friendly. The owner is probably one of the best owners of any establishment I have ever seen. the store is always clean. its just a friendly environment pretty much almost like family. I can tell the owner actually cares and respects his employees.

WARNINGService is fine, they are perpetually out of coils for the mod they sold me.However, my main reason for writing this review is that two times after using my debit card in the shop, Ive had very large ($500 and $800) fraudulent charges to my bank account within a few days.I rarely use my card anywhere; I go grocery shopping about every two weeks at the same store and buy gas always at the same gas station. In both instances of the fraudulent charges, this was the only place out of my routine Id used my card for weeks or months.My bank alerted me both times and reversed the charges, but its extremely frustrating to have to wait for a new card and change all my bill auto payments, etc...I suspect an employee must be using a RFID capture.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any type of smoke stuff, vapes etc. All the staff here are helpful and friendly, and the owner Christian is awesome and very helpful. I recommend for sure 10/10, also close to my apartment which is very helpful.

This is our go to tobacco shop. Staff is always friendly and always helpful. When I walk in the door I am always greeted with a smile and with the upmost courtesy. I will continue to go here period. Best prices hands down and a really great selection for the shop being as small as it is.Do not hesitate to go here the people here always go above and beyond!

Not sure if this place changed management but it’s terrible now. They don’t even know what they sell or have in stock. The last 2 times I went they sold me an open pack of pods with one of them removed.

3 stars because they have a really good selection of products, and the prices are decent. However it seems like it’s a requirement to be rude to work there. All the girls i have encountered behind the counter are standoffish, weird, and don’t know much about anything. I’ll come here when i’m close but would recommend High Life before this place honestly.

Very Rude people. I was sitting outside looking up what i needed in the vape store and a guy comes out and tells me to move. I explain to him that i was going to go into the store and he still told me to move. I spend a couple hundred bucks in this store a month. Not getting my business anymore!

The clerk was very helpful and choosing my device after I told her what I was lacking from my previous device. She also picked a stellar juice. Will definitely make this my store of choice.

Have to at least give them a 3 because the people were very nice, but always kind of a down rate when the cashier rings you up for stuff you dont buy causing the change to get messed up, but it was a very easy fix and very smooth from them on out.

There are plenty of options here for everyone, reasonable prices and Christian was amazing- friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely this shop for all of your vape needs

Amazing prices on Juul pods and eliquid. Dont trust the negative reviews. Its just one person who bought a manufacturer defective vape thats not on the shop owner or distribution. I used to work at a big name vape shop and wismecs are 60% defective on average. Store could use some sprucing up inside but the selection and pricing and the hours makes this place a good regular spot for vapers.

The owners and employees are very nice and friendly. There are more selections of cigars and cigs that I have seen in a long while in one place. The glass pipes sell for remarkably low prices. And the vape shop is starting to shape up into a great place to grab a coil or new mod. Their ejuice section is growing as well.

I have always had a good experience at Neo Tobacco and Vape. It is a long ways from my house in Canton, but worth it to go the distance. I vape and have purchased several items from there from CBD products to Vapes, to juice and I will always go there from now on, they have a wide selection of everything. Was disappointed they discontinued a certain product, but they replaced it with something just as nice, which is why I gave a 4, but overall, Im happy with Neo Tobacco and Vape!
