Staff was super helpful everything we wanted was in stock, and they were very very knowledgeable of their products. Great location and excellent prices. Their loyalty program isn’t too bad either. Get discounts and a free shirt every year.

Great place, as soon as you walk through the door, you can feel the positive vibes. Awesome people, the guy took the time to make sure I got everything that I was looking for and wanted. The selection of smoking items was large and right from grinding to rolling, pipes and scales, I cant list the numbers of awesome items they have. Been a customer for years and will be for years to come. Thanks for all the help guy and be real with me!

Love the staff and service. Good selection usually, but supply chain issues have made some items not available for long periods of time. The costs are okay, not as cheap as other tobacco spots close by. But I see this store as a convenient place to find what you need. I also like their selection of cigarette papers and cotton cigarette filters. They have more choices than others.

A little expensive, but worth the extra quality and attention. This is a franchise, and I’ve been to several and have never had a problem.

Its not a huge store, but it would take an hour or more to check out, what you think are all of their items. Come back later and you can see the items that you overlooked. Beautiful dragon incense burners (I like dragons); many other burners of various styles; quite a variety of incense, too. I also saw several boxes of good cigars and a variety of pipe tobacco. The fella running the store when I went in was very cordial and able to answer questions when you have them. Ive passed by the OGSS many times visiting Asheville, NC, and glad I stopped by.

I buy all of my cigarettes there. If they dont have your brand they will order and keep them in stock for you. They have bulk tobacco and roll your own supplies. And they have the best prices around here.

A great smoke shop in Asheville. I would recommend them for whatever your looking for. They are all great and nice people that worked there and I found what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely visit again if Im back up that way. 😀

If you are into the disposable nicotine vapes, go somewhere else.I bought a Hyde vape that was faulty and they refused to make it right, I had to call another location to speak to a manager and was then told all of the managers are on vacation.My recommendation would be go to a locally owned vape store and put your hard earned money in the hands of people who really care about their customers. Severely disappointed in the customer service and will not be shopping at any of these locations anymore.

Great Customer Service, but all they sell is cheap Chinese trash glass. I got a replacement 18-14mm down stem here with six straight diffusers on it, and five of the six diffusers are clogged and sealed with glass.

Friendly, well informed and helpful staff . stock rotates regularly with a little of everything. If they dont have what your looking for theres willing to check inventory at there other locations.

Bought a measuring scale for $119.95, and it worked for two days, then would no longer read correctly, tried to return it, and store said I needed to return it to the manufacturer Fusion TX-2000 in China. A total loss for me. A store should stand behind their products especially if they are going to mark them up 200 percent.

When I saw the sign - Octopus Garden - I thought I could get some marinated Octopus or Ceviche Octopus. When I found out it was a Smoke Shop I thought I could get a carton of cigarettes that I needed. They didnt have a carton of Marlboro cigarettes. I got a pack and left. It smelled cool in there.Unless they get Octopus or cartons of cigarettes I wont be back.

The Select brand CBD oil is high quality. It does not get you high. It works good for aches and pains when I sleep.

Love all the octopuses around Asheville been to every1 but the 1 on Airport Road.... I love the variety of products they sell and their knowledge of the right product to fit your needs
