Ive been a loyal customer of Vapor World for years. Vincent and Richie take fantastic care of me every time Im visit and make me feel like a vaping VIP! 10/10 recommend this above any other vape shop in Asheville...their customer service and selection will blow you away!

Great little shop and they have most anything you need! The owner seems like a great person and a good judge of character, I always have a nice exchange with the employees and they are very knowledgeable!

I recently tried the Strawberry Milk that Mark, the manager, gave me to try and it has turned out to be a great all day vape! Not too sweet and not custardy at all. Its just right. Thank you Mark and thanks for special ordering my vape coil. This is what great customer service looks like.

I used to frequent this store years ago as I was really into refillable mods and vapes. I, stupidly, transitioned to disposables. Which has been becoming wildly expensive and I wanted to go back to a refillable. I went back to my favorite Vapor World location and was helped by, L.A. she helped me pick the vape and went through pros and cons of each. After I made my selection she helped me fill it and learn to use it. When it was time to ring up I had over 1k points in the loyalty system that I never used years ago. L.A. plugged it in and my entire order bumped from over $80 to just $7!!! I was so happy and she was happy for me. This is my go to place for vapes and always, always will be!!! Go see L.A, she’s friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Thanks again vapor world and to you L.A.!

The owner of this shop is da best. He gave us a free glass replacement, his prices for his other products were more than fair, and his stellar kindness and service ensures we will make going to his store a priority.

Great little shop, L.A. was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products. Made us feel like we got the right product for us as opposed to just selling us what someone told her needs to be pushed. Not even local to the area (Im from New England area) but Ill def be back for more to bring home with me due in most part to L.A.s expertise in both the products and knowing what the needs of the customer are.

Lets face it until it becomes medicinal/recreational to get the loud, weve got the Delta varieties. 🤷I love the new live resins disposables that are almost 5 g they have under $50. USDMicrodose gummies are a mandatory for a 6-hour trance like euphoria. 🙏

LOVED THIS PLACE! Sydney is the cutest and friendliest person. She is also very knowledgeable about the products she is selling that is a rare trait and she deserves a chefs kiss for her customer service! My fav local vape store. Theyre nice folks with a good selection of Vaporesso devices and others, disposables, hemp products, Kratom and more. Prices are nice and sometimes significantly cheaper than others.

I am a bi weekly customer I have gotten to know the staff they are all great! I guarantee they can answer any questions regarding any product they sell which i find a real comfort! when so many shops Ive visited the staff could not answer questions or was not allowed to. I highly recommend this shop the quality of their products I find and I have been to many if not most vape store,apothecary, smoke shops etc. You wont find any better value for money anywhere else.

A small mistake was made when I purchased my first, original, MOD. Do to this oversight, the manufacturer wouldnt warranty my issue. As a small business owner myself, mistakes happen, its how you address them that matters. Moses took ownership and diligently, without hassle, offered options to rectify the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you for a great experience!

Let me just say that I was very pleased with this shop. The guys working were super cool and very nice. They had a nice amount of hardware and mods, not many mech mods or RDAs but not upset about it. Plenty of juice though, most of the juice Id never seen. I tried a bunch of flavors and ended up buying a couple bottles for the trip. Overall happy and would definitely go back.

It was good...first time buying a vape...I bought a mod. Aegis gold and black 5ml 200w..which is heavy and I bought blueberry Leon with no Nicotine which for me is good....she was awesome very nice and help me pick up what I wanted and answer my questions...her name was Sydney J...I will definitely go back to that same place and buy more....so thank you to Sydney J ...might want to give her a raise ....10 stars 🌟🤩

I was looking to get into vaping as a way of stopping smoking. I have to say, I was very pleased with the experience at Vapor World. The manager Moses took the time to explain the way it works, and best of all didnt try to sell me the most expensive set up they had. He led me to a great starter kit, inexpensive, and walked me through the entire process. I cant say enough good about the staff at Vapor World. Theyre smart, friendly, have a great store, and are very knowledgeable about their products. Its a relaxing atmosphere with no pressure, just great advice! Id suggest Vapor World to anyone!

Great customer service. I forgot the guys name but the guy who sees in monochrome is awesome. He helped me set up my Orion and walked me through everything. Honestly the guy made the whole experience stand out from any other shop.

The employees at vapor world is why I make this my only place to shop for anything vapor related. Their knowledge, is 2nd to none. Great selection of juice and they actually let you sample it before you buy. They usually carry hard to find pieces and can order almost everything. Great customer service and awesome people! Prices are fair also!

The staff are nice and always helpful. I will say though that I am really upset about my last purchase. I went to buy my normal liquid and was told that they have a new one. I ask how much it is and he says $23. I ask him how much it is other places like online. He tells me that all the nicsalt is marked up by $5, this is fine as I love supporting local businesses and know that I will pay a little more for the convenience. However when I got home I looked up the liquid and online it was between $6 and $10. Most places online with 3 day shipping it came to just $9. That means that they are profiting over $15 on a bottle that costs them probably $5. Now I realize that this is not typical and that most nic salt are around $15 to $20 online and $23 in the store. What makes me so mad is that I was told that it was a great deal and that it is “the best” clearly trying to sell it to me, it worked and now I’m upset and feel like they are just taking advantage at that point. I will be buying online from now on unfortunately. That’s just a ridiculous markup for such a cheap juice. On one site I could have gotten 3 bottles as they were doing buy 2 get one free. 3 bottles for $22 including shipping...sorry vapor world but you have lost my business. It’s really unfortunate because your staff have always been so nice to me and it was a new product so they probably didn’t know but whoever is in charge knows exactly how much they are making. It’s a shame.

As someone who does not vape, I was hesitant to walk into a vape shop to explore a different brand of CBD oil. The environment is clean, organized and smells wonderful. I was welcomed in by several employees and was provided not only awesome customer service but a wealth of info. These guys really know their products and helped me understand even more about CBD. I was shocked at their high quality products at a really great cost. I have already bought 4 bottles from them and will continue to do so. If you stop in, ask for Jacob M., hes the best!

Awesome shop! Went in as a complete newbie (without any knowledge whatsoever about vaping) to look into maybe getting myself one to help me finally stop smoking cigarettes. Matthew was super helpful and took the time to explain “all things vape” to me and helped me select just the right one to get me started. He made my whole experience less intimidating and super easy!! I’m proud to say I haven’t smoked a cigarette in 5 days. I guess one could say my experience with Vapor World in Asheville was ‘life changing’😁

Good customer service. Decent prices and a good variety of premium juices. Recently opened a second store on Hendersonville Rd/Hwy 25 in the south Ashville/Arden area in the small shopping plaza next to the Market Center on Hendersonville Rd, next to the Wal-mart.

Dylan and Devin are one of the best to deal with excellent service and always point you in the right direction and the have a awesome selection of CBD BUDS and Oils that work amazing i recommend the house Cbd! Always feel welcome and chill atmosphere!! Would recommend to anyone!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This shop is great. All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. I love the fact that you can test any liquid they sell in a vape. I don’t even live in Asheville any more, and I haven’t bothered to look for a new shop in Boone because I’d rather stop in here every time I’m in Asheville.

Vapor World is the only vape store I will shop at. Ive been a customer for over a year now and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but very very friendly. The Staff makes a point to remember their customers name, preferences, and even give suggestions on new vape flavors based on their purchases. The GM, Moses, can answer and question or problem you may have about your vape or interest in buying a vape. PLEASE save yourself some time and make this your first stop on buying new flavors and mods.

DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS: I am aware of their no return policy however I bought a tank there on Friday night and Saturday when I vaped I hit the tip broke off and spilled all over my table. Not only did I loose a full tank of juice I had to go all the way back to exchange it for another one that was a different material. I was thinking about upgrading and wanted to think about it so I asked for store credit or my money back and they would not honor any of it. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY CREDIT AT ALL FOR THE FAULTY PRODUCT. I one a business and I wouldnt think twice about giving the customer their money back or store credit for an item that is faulty. There are too many vape stores in town to shop at one who doesnt stand behind their products.CY

I bought two bottles of vape juice for a friend as a Christmas gift. I don’t personally vape myself, so I was unfamiliar with the prices. I thought it would be cheaper, but I decided I would just let my friend choose their favorite and then I would return the other unopened bottle. I tried to return the UNOPENED bottle back, but the associate that was helping me was skeptical and questioned my truth. I guaranteed that I didn’t open the bottle or do anything to it. He proceeded to accuse me of breaking the seal before and after he opened the bottle himself. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that there was some vape juice missing. I was so astonished of how this man lied to me and proceeded to sabotage my return by opening the bottle himself. If I could give this shop no stars I would.

This is HANDS DOWN the best vape store to hit up! ! I was going to huge stores all over looking for things I need. One of my main stores closed early for some reason, so I decided to try vapor world. .OMG LOVE IT. . The atmosphere is relax, reminding me of a martini bar atmosphere on a beach. .the music is relaxed, even the lighting is a stress reliever in there! They seem to meet competitor pricing, even their rx200s is $14.00 cheaper then EVERY store I looked at. The reward system is GREAT, first visit, I already have free items to go pick out. .a worker named Dillon, top notch. .very knowledgeable about EACH product, not just one thing here and there!! They have a great building area for your coils, and the bar stools to sit, relax talk and vape. HOWEVER, this is what got me thee most about this place. .not only did they give me military discount,I barely even finished my sentence do you give military. .... Dillon piped right in there, and not only thanked me for service, BUT FINISHED MY sentence. Tons of great vape juice, in fact I was asked to describe what I like the most, I did (I sounded retarded trying to do so lol) Dillon picked out the first thing and nailed it! !! They did NOT try to sell me bigger bottles of juice, in fact I kept asking what the biggest they went. They do not push their products on anyone, they have THE BEST pricing on batteries! ! Actually on everything! ! I also have tourettes and let me tell you, not one person, gave me a dirty look or try to make me feel bad! ! That sold me. .. compassionate company, competitive pricing, relaxed environment ,and just all around the best in my opinion! !HANDS DOWN. .and Im pretty picky. . Vapor world is hands down the best vape shop in North Carolina. The staff go above and beyond to bring you the best in juices, mods, kits and shopping experience. This is the only shop I have been in that the staff is there to help you find what works best for you and not just there to upsale a product to make money. They are there to help you whether you just quit smoking or are a seasoned vet at vaping. Walk in take a set at the juice bar, have awesome conversations with the staff and local customers, and have a look at the top of the line mods, tanks and kits. The staff has hand picked and tested the juices and hardware, Weeding out the bad ones so you don’t have too. I have visited every vape shop in Asheville and surrounding areas none can compete !!!!! This will always be my vape shop!

Since my first visit when they opened, Vapor World is now the ONLY vape shop I buy from. The only shop I can go to and get custom made juice dwell on it and if I need any kind of help with my vape tank or mod theyre willing to take the time out of your busy day to actually help you and break everything down let you understand even if it takes an hour to let you understand everything and now it works
