Scorpion Smoke Shop

The worst customer service of any store I have been too. Their cartridges are junk and then they wont even exchange them when they dont even work when you buy them. Just threw $44 dollars down the drain. If you work hard for youre money like we all do, dont go to this store. Dont bother calling either because you cant get through. I guess they know people will be calling about their bad products so they make sure to not answer.

Kaitlyn and Bri helped me pick out cigars for my wedding! They offered to drive to one of their other locations to get exactly what I wanted! Scorpion smoke shop has exceeded my expectations! What lovely people and a great environment!!

Came to this shop not knowing what to get Thank you girls for helping me out. You guys should do way more of those pre roll samples the half gram/ and 2 gram with Dimonds. So amazing, really potent, last all night long .. will definitely buy agian

Today, I visited the shop seeking CBD and Delta products to help my mother with nausea from medical treatments. Mattie, the associate who assisted me, was exceptional. She not only helped me find the perfect products for my mothers needs, but she also displayed genuine care and compassion. Mattie is a shining example of what it means to provide excellent customer service. Her dedication to her work and her customers is truly admirable.

Im not saying this because i know the owner very well im saying this because i know that scorpion was a damn good idea and in any business he has had he has run it well he is a good and fair man and im sure expects no less from his employees he has built an absolutly beautiful business and i highly suggest to anyone to give ot a try

Went in on 11-27-22 around noon, looking for a vape. Found a brand I was familiar with and bought it for $54.00. Once opened the package I saw it was leaking. Made them aware of it leaking and it being clogged up. All I was shown was a trick to “blow it out and hit it harder” now 12 hours later is completely clogged.

So very nice and helpful recommend!!!!!

This place was huge. The cashier was so friendly and helpful.I went to another shop here in town and they didnt have nothing compared to Scorpion Smoke Shop. Another Scorpion Shop had my vape pin cheaper so without question I got a discount...Not to mention I got 15% for military discount.

Their selection for cheaper more affordable Vapes products for people that want to quit cigarettes and dont want to spend $30 or higher on a vape is poor. Anything under $20 are terrible bought one for $15 and it was leaking the first today. Thats just my opinion so there you go
