I love this place! If I go in just to look, I usually end up with something anyways. The shop is clean, and the glass is always sparkling.The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, service is always great. They usually have what I need, but if they dont, the shop on Court Street does.They deserve the five stars that I gave, I would give six if I could.

Awesome staff- friendly & ,informative. Great variety of products. Merch, bags, trays, stones and more. They will answer any questions and help you find what you need. They do not accept refunds/exchanges so they have you test purchase before you leave. Hours are convenient and parking on side across from their drive thru beverage location.

Im a first time vape user and the staff was very helpful in walking me through my options and find the right starter mod and juice 👍 they were very easy-going and fun to interact with! At the end they told me to always feel free to come in or call to ask questions and that no vape question is a vape bad question!Only mild complaint (?) was i think my homie gave me the wrong flavor vape juice (ie not the one i asked for) but tbh the one he gave me slaps so no complaints here bc Ill definitely be returning when I need more vape stuffThe flavor i got is Tropic Thunda by Ruthless which is guava, berries, and fruit 👌

Your staff are killing the competition and know how to give excellent customer service and have the best product knowledge in town.I love how you are doing great and have picked up the majority of the cringy Import Houses alienated customers by having better prices and staff.Keep up the great job and keep the amazing staff happy so that they continue to work for you and keep gaining new customers that are not fond of the alternative competition and overpriced low quality products and even worse brain dead staff.Everytime that I am in Athens I have to stop into the Court street and now the East state street location since the products vary from location to location but not too much. These people are doing things right and have developed and have grown their buisness big time in just a few years. Lol the main competition has been around close to 30 years and has not grown thanks to the high prices and deplorable staff and management that bs customers about the product lines that they dont take the time to learn about. I have been in both of your locations and the sales staff were reading up on new products that just came in. That is great to see since many people dont know what they are selling. But the staff of the Silver Serpent does know what is up with the products that they stock and sell their customers.Keep up the great work and cant wait till I can get back into both locations and see the latest and greatest products being offered and to get my daughter a housewarming gift since she is now a college graduate and entered the workforce. I wish that more buisnesses had great staff like what you have.As a small buisness owner I know I know what it looks like when a company is Doing it Right and when they are not. Your staff is definitely doing things right and the competition is definitely doing it wrong with their arrogant attitudes and snarky personalities and their outright lies to customers. Where I have seen your staff flat out tell customers that they are not well versed in a product and call another staff member over who actually uses the product and definitely knows the good and the bad sides of the product.Everytime that I go into the shop for one item I end up seeing several other things that I want or my wife likes and end up spending more than I expected and I am happy to spend the money at a quality locally owned buisness that actually cares about customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service and has a great vibe in both shops.On a side note I saw Phish play at the original shop on court street back in the early 90s before they hit the big time. The original stores location had a ton of epic bands play there back in the day it was a music venue and bar. Those were the days. :)

Great people and atmosphere. A very local place that has all your vaping and other smoking needs. They also sell products out of the Drive-thru Carry-Out store next to them. Highly recommended place to check out.

I love this place!!! I always go here to get my disposable vapes. I bought a vape pen the other day and I needed a n piece for it in order to use it. I didnt know this til i got home and i couldnt work it. I went back in today and Jake helped me with my purchase. I recommend asking for Jake. He was very detailed and helpful! He told me everything I needed to know anx more. I wish he had been working when I first came in to get the vape bc I wouldnt have had to make another trip! Lol. Thank u Jake

My go to smoke shop. I was going to import house for years even though they have attitude problems in recent years but when the Silver Serpent opened a few years ago I took my 20 + years of being a customer and my money from Import House and started speeding my money at the Silver Serpent.The staff is very knowledgeable and want to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase . They are not arrogant and are not judgemental about customers and they are knowledgeable about every item that they sell compared to the competition that just want to separate you from your money and dont care if they sell junk . Everything that I have purchased over the past few years has been great and worth the money.The staff is great and very happy to talk with customers and give there opinion on various products and are very willing to help the customer. They are not like the arrogant, entitled, lazy burn outs that the competition employs that come across as shadey as the corner dope dealer in any cities in America and just want to separate you from your hard earned money.I will be a customer as long as they are in buisness and I am very happy to never have to spend another cent at the Import House and the major attitudes that they employ. It says a ton about the competition when their customers are walking away from 20+ years of doing buisness and are now going to Silver Serpent instead of the buisness that they used to frequent because of their over priced products and their staffs attitudes toward customers and repeatedly lying to their customers. So I now go to Silver Serpent where I have never been subjected to attitude problems from the staff or inflated prices like what Import House has. I plan on being a long term customer of both locations for as long as they are in buisness.

The guy in there was very informative about the products they carry and best of all he was not pushy or tried to sell me the most expensive thing, he listened to me and gave me what I kneaded. I will definitely go back.
