Portia offers a nice twist to your everyday massage. Instead of an hour massage she performed an hour sports stretching.10000% recommend booking an appointment with her to stretch your body. Anyone who has tight hips, lacks mobility or is looking to become more flexible should book an appointment with her immediately. I’ve traditionally booked regular 90 minute massages and this was a new offering at Natural body and I would highly recommend scheduling a session with Portia. Ask for the Sports Massage and you won’t be disappointed receiving a 60 minute full body stretch.

Based on other reviews I booked a 90 minute massage with Chin and it didn’t disappoint. He was phenomenal. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I generally prefer female therapists but he made me feel beyond comfortable. Would highly recommend! Also, the woman who checked me out was super nice. I had a really great experience. Will definitely be back!

Charles gave a much needed deep tissue treatment today and it was excellent. The perfect combination to relax me fully. I highly recommend his service. His hands had radar and clearly years in his service were shown in his kind professionalism.

I’ve had a lot of massages but the signature massage with Chin was by far the best I’ve ever had. He is very detail oriented emphasizing the focus areas I acknowledged at the beginning of the service and you can tell he takes pride in his craft. He ensured that I was comfortable through the duration of the massage which I really appreciated. He also asked if there was specific music that I preferred to listen to which made the experience all the better. (10 out of 10 would recommend Madison Ryann Ward. She’s amazing). The experience with the staff and the super relaxing spa was top tier. I will definitely be back.

Natural Body in Brookhaven is a beautiful and friendly spa and skin care haven to go to. Our massage therapist Samantha and Tierra were wonderful and great quality service. We went for my daughter’s wedding treatments of massage w CBD and facial and wax. Sidney and another aesthetician were amazing and best gift my husband gave my daughter. The manager Ashley was so nice and her ginger tea was so delicious. Felt restored and pampered and would highly recommend to anyone who want the real deal! Thank you for making it so special for our daughter! We will return again.

Got a eminence/dermaplaning facial with Lililya and she was absolutely amazing. I instantly melted when she put her hands on me and felt so relaxed and pampered. And my skin looks great! Will definitely return for more of her wonderful care.

I made an appointment for my mom and I a day before we went, and they were able to accommodate. The location is in a good area with plenty of parking in the back and everyone who worked there was extremely kind and professional. We had Lari and Tierra, and they were great. Mom said Lari was gentle and I thought Tierra was phenomenal. She was so STRONG, but it wasnt painful, and it didnt hurt. I knew I could have told her to be a little gentler, but I felt like my muscles needed it! It was definitely worth the money. We both had great, amazing massages and I recommend this location and Lari and Tierra!

The spa itself is very nice and the staff were all very kind. I purchased the signature 60 minute massage and was with a male masseuse. He was very nice and professional, however, this was the only time I was actually looking forward to a massage being over. I am so sore the following day and a majority of the movements were erratic and painful. It seemed more like a deep tissue massage rather than the relaxing message I had communicated that I wanted. The music in the room was also a bit loud and not what I was used to for traditional relaxing spa music. I would try this place again, but maybe go to a different person.

Highly recommend massage services with Shelia, who has been my massage therapist for over 10 years. Shelias knowledge, experience and professionalism are unmatched, and she is an absolute delight to know. She tailors my service to my needs and gives excellent homecare advice for taking care of my body following a massage treatment. I look forward to my appointment with Sheila every time!

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and I got my massage from Chin. He was friendly, made sure to get consent for everything he did and ensured my massage was the level that I wanted. I would absolutely recommend it!

4 stars is pretty generous. I haven’t been in a while but not the same signature facial I remember from the past. No steam, no extractions. The time seemed more like 40 minutes by the time someone got me and they went to get the right products.

The ladies working in the front of the store were so helpful and sweet. My massage was with Chin and it was excellent.

Tierra did my massage today and she was incredible!!! Will be coming back soon for more massages and to explore other services!!

Tierra was INCREDIBLE!!! Literally the best massage I have ever had. She focuses on the sore points but doesn’t neglect anything. She is absolutely gifted!!!

I had severe neck soreness tightness with tangible knots between neck and shoulders. Chin did not disappoint with his deep tissue massage. He addressed my concerns with vigor. lol. My neck didnt stand a chance. Ill be back! If youre all knotted and tangled, be smart- go see Chin.

I gave Natural Body Brookhaven another chance and found the best masseuse, Chin. I have seen him twice and both times were excellent. He listens and really focuses on the areas I need massaged. Masseuse Shaprel is the absolute best. My 60 minute signature massage today was wonderful. I have been to Shaprel many times and I dont know how she does it, but the massage gets better and better every time. I highly recommend her. She always listens to my concerns and gives my problem areas extra attention. I love her!

This was not my first facial with Cyndi. First let me say she is just so knowledgeable and kind. I wanted a new skin regime and quality products to use in my routine. Well she definitely the right person. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and will be getting regular facials from now on. Great atmosphere.

I had received a Christmas gift card for this spa. I have enjoyed massages for fifty years. I was fortunate to have Tierra as my therapist. This woman is gifted. Her hands are magical. She found all the hard knots and kinks in my neck and shoulders and worked till they were gone! I could rotate my neck and shoulders without hearing the cracks and feeling the tension.Aside from her talent as a therapist, Tierra is a lovely person. She conducts an excellent interview, emanates positivity and she wants to help you. She definitely helped me.The spa itself is clean serene and serves delicious tea.

Natural Body Spa in Brookhaven is my favorite spa in Atlanta!Chin gives the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. He asks me for specific areas that I want to work on each session and customizes my massage experience based on my unique needs. I experience IT band syndrome, so my hips are really, and quads are super tight. Chins massages work some hard to get at areas in my hip and knee and help me find relief as well as improved my recovery time between work outs. He always checks in on my comfort level and he plays great music during the massage!I have been seeing Destiny for facials and dermaplaning every 3-4 weeks leading up to my wedding. She is fantastic - I cannot recommend her more. She always tells me the ingredients of each product she is using, and she educates me on the right products and diet changes to improve my skin at home. I have seen tangible results since Ive been going to her regularly. She also has the most upbeat attitude, and she even massages my neck when my face mask sets in. HEAVENLY!

Had such a great massage yesterday that I treated my husband today to one. He absolutely loved it… It’s the best place ever!

I had a 60 minute facial but it was more like 40 minutes of hands on treatment. The other 20 was advising on types of services based on my skin type and then waiting for a mask to dry. I’ve had other facials where during the mask drying the technician would do a scalp massage or message the neck. It was okay but for the cost i would expect more.

I have been to natural body spa many times and have always enjoyed every massage. This time I came to get a massage 8 months pregnant. I was very nervous about it as my back specifically was in a lot of pain. Shaprell conducted my massage and was absolutely amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, she was very patient and her hands were magic! I came out of my massage relaxed and less tight, I actually felt like I could walk much easier with less pain throughout my back!! Thank you Shaprell!!

She read the notes in my account and honored my preferences: strong, gentle and firm touch, lots of wet heat whether hot towels or steam, and the lymphatic massage she gave me really helped me relax during the basic facial. She added an enzyme to the cleanser and I feel new again. Ive already booked a microdermabrasion appointment in 30 days to keep this happy skin glow.

Loved going to Dominique. I’ve over plucked my eyebrows over the years and started using the Scorobrow serum to grow my eyebrows out. The serum worked for me allowing me to grow nice thick eyebrows. However, after 4 months of using it, it was time to get them cleaned up. Since I obviously can’t be trusted to do my own brow maintenance, I booked an appointment with Dominique at Natural Body Spa in Brookhaven. This was my first appointment with Dominique. She greeted me in the waiting area and listened to what I wanted for my eyebrow service. It took her less than 10 minutes. I was in and out and extremely satisfied. My eyebrows now belong to Dominique.

I was given a gift card, but was told that it had decreased in value? How does a gift card depreciate?

I went to the Brookhaven location for a facial. I normally go to the Buckhead location for massages but decided to try a facial with NB. I booked a signature facial- the most basic one. Two things though - One: the esthetician used a peel on my face which I didn’t realize I was charged for until I received my emailed receipt. I did buy one product on top of the facial so, price wise, I didn’t really notice the additional charge for the peel. I didn’t ask for the peel which was $35 extra. I had called to inform them that I noticed the charge and the esthetician DID NOT give me the option to accept or decline the enhancement. I told them normally- when I go to Woodhouse- they will let you know upfront of any additional recommendations and fees for any enhancements. I told them I enjoyed the facial experience and I’ll let it slide this time- but future reference- they need to give clients the option to accept or decline an enhancement on service. They did apologize and told me they would inform the esthetician. Two: a few days after the facial, my skin felt so dry and gritty. Thinking back- I do believe she over did it with my skin. They used Eminence products which I’ve used before and NEVER had any issues. I don’t know if it was the peel or what. What I do know is that one’s face should not feel dry and gritty after a hydrating facial! Five days later, I’m still trying to smooth my skin out. I did not have an allergic reaction - I just believe the she over worked my skin. I will not get a facial here again- I’ll stick with a massage and continue to go to Woodhouse for my facials.

They cancelled my massage 5 min before the service was supposed to take place and did not even call me. When I arrived they made it seem like my problem. Finally they rescheduled me but did not make it easy and did not offer any discount.Once I got the massage it was good -hence the 3 stars- but the attitude of the employees was not appreciated. As a mother who works full time it was not easy for me to arrange the time away and they did not seem to care about my time/my schedule at all.

Lilya is an expert aesthetician, who is gentle, kind, friendly and just plain NICE. Her facials are always relaxing, gentle, thorough and effective. She recently pointed out a small red spot she saw under the magnifying glass on my cheek. A visit to my dermatologist as a result showed a basal cell carcinoma! I have MOHS surgery scheduled. Lilya knows what shes doing!! I recommend her facial services highly.

The lady that did my facial used too much pressure when massages my back. I should have told her to go lighter but I didn’t realize how hard she was pressing. She was good otherwise.

I have had a rough two weeks! My son, who was only 21, passed away due to a severe allergic reaction and asthma attack. I couldn’t articulate what I needed today but upon that admission David said I was in good hands and at the end of my session, I have to agree. I come here almost every month and the last time I was there I experienced not the best massage. I had someone fairly new and it was a really bad massage. All over the place, no real flow. I was asked what areas to focus on and those areas weren’t focused on really. Felt like they didn’t know what they were doing.I trust natural body spa so I will be coming again but will be requesting to not be with that masseuse unfortunately.

A warm greeting by two ladies welcomed me to the spa and I was taken back for my facial with Cydni, which was fabulous! She took great care in explaining what she would be doing and what was involved with the particular facial I received. I will be back for another!

Facial was great but front desk staff seems to be challenged with handling anything unusual like applying credits to your purchase. Happened to me today. This year, I have had to contact the spa twice as I wasn’t charged correctly. I will let this one go this time as it’s not worth the phone call.

Stupendous desk staff. The massage therapist (Chin) provided a wonderful deep tissue massage. I wish it had lasted longer. He reached all of my tension spots and now they are gone.I would come weekly if I could afford it, lol.My only suggestions would be to warm up the massage rooms, heat the oil, and provide some aromatherapy.in the massage rooms on request.

Customer service is an 11!!! My mother and I recently visited this location to use gift cards that were purchased pre-Covid. There is apparently a dormancy fee that is applied after a certain amount of time, and our gift card balance was down to $20. The manager honored the previous balance of $90 on both cards. My mother also had a separate card with $150 on it, and she offered to buy back the card and start the new 5-year policy on the card (have to use now within 5 years). The massages were also phenomenal!! Will definitely be returning soon :)

She is an excellent esthetician who will quickly assess your skin and give you guidance on how to maintain a healthy glow. I also highly recommend Cydni for your body therapy needs. IN THE END I RECEIVED $100 WORTH OF SERVICES IN RETURN FOR MY $375 SPENT AT NATURAL BODY BROOKHAVEN. CHECKING OUT AND HAVING THIS HAPPEN TOOK AWAY ALL THE PLEASANTRIES OF THE 90-MINUTE MASSAGE. IM IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT WAY. THAT IS VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

After a Mother’s Day scheduling mishap, they went out of their way to make sure I got my service. Dominique is excellent and I always love my facials with her.

I came here four months ago with excruciating, relentless shoulder pain. My trapezius muscles were locked up, knotted, and even felt hard to the touch. I tried everything beforehand, hot compresses, showers, tried sleeping in different positions on different surfaces, but nothing helped. I did a bunch of research online and eventually booked a 90 minute pain relief appointment.Im not a big spa person, so I had no idea what to expect coming in. The woman at the sales desk offered me complimentary hot ginger tea and water, and I waited less than 10 minutes before my appointment was ready. My therapist was very nice and listened carefully, and got to work. I had headphones in the whole time & didnt really feel the need to communicate throughout, she was really intuitive and used the right amount of pressure (I like medium-deep pressure). The atmosphere was extremely relaxing, clean, and inviting.90 minutes later, my appointment was up. It really felt like I got a ton of value and time for what I paid for. I was a little groggy and out of it, so it really wasnt until I was sitting in my car until I realized how relieved I felt. My shoulder muscles felt loose and relaxed for the first time in a month. I had been living with the pain for *so long* I didnt realize how much of a burden it was until it was gone! I really wish I remembered my therapists name, the only thing I remember is that it had a unique spelling.

I did the 90 minute CBD massage with Charles. I highly recommend. He gives an amazing massage. Ladies at the front desk were pleasant.

Scrub & massage were great! Facial was... uncomfortable but my skin looked great. Felt pretty lush to shower off between treatments.During the facial, the room was right next to break room so there was talking and doors closing every 2 min (literally, started counting). Theres a very aggressive white noise machine in the room, but it was so loud it was difficult to relax...They used a flat massage table vs the reclined chairs you find many other places, which made it difficult to breathe through the steam and heavy fragrances. I think it was an awkward angle for the technician as well, because I ended up with latex glove in my mouth several times, like I was at the dentist.Not sure if there are other treatment rooms but this one is in the far left corner of the building.

Lolita has changed my life! She gives the BEST massages ever. I see Lolita for a 90 minute deep tissue massage every 3 weeks, and every time I leave Natural Body, I find myself already looking forward to my next appt. I don’t even have to tell her where my problem areas are. She is able to find the exact spot(s) on her own. Her attitude and personality only add to the 5 star experience. I can’t say enough about her! Sheila usually checks me in/out. She is warm and friendly and always has something nice to say.Please do yourself a favor and go see Lolita at Natural Body Spa in Brookhaven for the best massage EVER. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Natural Body is awesome. My wife and I swing by this place frequently. She loves making her own fragrances of lotions at the mixing bar. I enjoy a great foot and hand massage. Right in the middle of downtown Atlanta this is the perfect place to get your lunch break relaxation going. Make sure you check out their website for specials and always ask about there sspecial multiple session packages.

I visited the Brookhaven location during my Bachelorette weekend for a full body massage and the whole experience was amazing! All of the staff was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming I have nothing, but great things to say about this place. However, they lose one star because the closest location to me is Raleigh, NC which is about 3 hours away from me! *bummer*...Tip: Bring a Natural Body Spa & Shop to Richmond, VA!

I literally just walked out of the door and dont have plans to ever go to a regular spot for a mani/pedi ever again. Service was impeccable and products used were organic. These ladies pay attention to detail-from being greeted when you first come in, offering you beverages, and asking what is comfortable. For years, Ive taken care of others (parents, kids, etc.), but I am glad to have found a self care spot for me. Prices are comparable to other spas($50 for the mani/pedi) and worth it! They are also very clean (hospital standard sterilization and no file or buffer sharing for their clients). I also noticed an array of products being sold for your total body needs (shampoos, lotions, and makeup). I may be new to this, but I will be back!

Great atmosphere for pampering and relaxation. I would definitely opt for such establishments versus the quickie massages in loud environments. Also available is a great selection of natural products for pampering your face and body between visits.

I booked a Signature Spa Day for my birthday at Natural Body in Brookhaven. I finished the first part of my service and had to wait 30 minutes for the next service to begin. When no one came to take me for the next service, I walked up to the front desk to learn that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I had to cancel the rest of the service and what was upsetting was that no one apologized and in fact made it seem like they were doing me a favor by letting me cancel.

In post COVID-19 world I stilI post COVID-19 practices. They take temps at the door and have everyone that comes in wash their hands.mask are required. They ask you questions over the phone when you make an appt about an symptoms and a credit/debit card is required to hold your appt . If you cancel or reschedule do so within 24hrs or you could get charged for half the services. They often will work with you if something is uncontrollable but keep in mind the policy. I am a HUGE fan of Of the natural body spa brand! I have gotten treatments at 4 locations and their services and quality are consistent across locations! All of those who provide services are licensed. And I get tons of compliments on my cuticles ,toes and hands,even when I get polish changes at other salons. They take their time, provide knowledge about upkeep and recommend really good products and you can chose to purchase or not . They arent pushy . And make sure to individualize your needs! They are higher than your corner nail salon but definitely worth the price for healthy nails!~Do good wrecklessly, JaiShirin

I never had a massage here that I didnt enjoy. I use a variety of therapists. I enjoy the ginger tea they offer in the beginning and the friendly staff.
