Amber is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few massages from many different therapists over the past 20 years. I’ve been seeing her for over six.She always concentrates on the areas I tell her need attention before each session when she asks where I’d like to focus on, and she is incredible with deep tissue. She’s also great with going lighter too. Her professionalism is unmatched to any other massage therapist I’ve ever worked with.I literally cannot say enough great things about Amber. You’re lucky if you get in with her because she books up very quickly! Plan ahead and get ready for the best massage of your life.

Where do I begin...I have been a member at this location since they open (at least 10 years if not more). I understand their policy and how they operate. I never make my appointments in advance due to the cancelation policy. Whenever, I book, I normally book my appointment within no more than two days in advance. I made an appointment for a massage at 12pm last Friday, on my way to the spa I had a flat tire. I immediately called the spa (11:45am) to inform them of my situation. They did not answer but immediately called me back; ok great so I thought. Luckily, I have run flat tires and I was able to make it to the dealership thinking that I just needed air in my tires. When the spa called me back and I explained what was going on...the employee showed no sympathy to my situation; she actually did care at all- all she repeated to me- that I would be charged a no show fee if I did not show up and that the therapist is losing money due to me missing my appointment...really, I am trying to make the appointment however, I am having a serious opportunity. I explained to her that I am trying to make it but my tire is flat. She did not care and showed no concern. She actually had the audacity to say, you have over 20 pre-paids just use one of them...it should not matter...at this point I am furious 😤...I am at the Mercedes dealership and they are listing to this conversation (on Bluetooth) and how insensitive she sounds. I politely ask her if I can call her back due to the dealership informing me that I have a nail in my tire (so I need a new tire) versus me just needing air. The associate at Mercedes heard how the Massage Envy associate was handling this unfortunate situation and they quickly provided transportation so that I could make it to my appointment without being penalized...that is what you call customer service and taking care of the customer. I am extremely disappointed in Massage Envy, I understand that you have policy and procedures; however you need to train your team to show care and concern and that all situations are not the same. I have never canceled an appointment or no-showed for any of my appointments and to treat a loyal customer in this manner...I expected more especially coming from the Assistant Manager. When you have canceled me in the past due to an employee being out sick, I did not receive any additional compensation or perks. Do better. I cant wait to use up all of my prepaids so that I can cancel my membership with you. I guess you get what you pay for When, I finally arrived for my appointment, she says, I am glad that you could make it...girl bye...too late with acting that you care. On another note, the Massage Therapist; Tonya was great and she was very understanding with what happen to me.
Amber was the lady who worked on me. It was a terribly experience. She was clearly in a bad mood and it effected her performance “. She seemed annoyed that I was there. she finished 15 minutes early, and ended abruptly and walked out and told me to get dressed.She didn’t offer me water or introduce herself.Make sure you ask is she’s your massage therapist because you might want to reconsider.Her massage technique also felt amateur and she came across non passionate about her craft.She seemed like she doesn’t want to be there.It is Mother’s Day and I was excited to get a massage after 2 years.
Amber was not very personable, at all. Her technique was amateur at best. She seemed uninterested in providing a good experience. It was as if she was just going through the motions. On top of that, the session was shorter than it should have been. I wish I had read all of her reviews beforehand. It seems the quality of service provided by Ms. Amber, is lacking toward certain skin toned patrons unfortunately.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They consistently cancel my appointment same day due to a “scheduling error” and have no means of righting that error. When you book massages, you plan your entire day around them. You look forward to them and to have a massage canceled day of, 5.5 hours before you’re supposed to be heading there is absolutely terrible. Due to this and all of the consistent issues with customer service, I will be canceling my membership. Also Ariana who works at the front desk is completely rude and should not be working in customer service. I work at a medical spa and know how you are supposed to treat customers and can confidently say that you will consistently lose customers with the type of customer service Ariana provides.
Lauren is phenomenal,she knows exactly what treatment to provide based on you traveling to sunny climate, cold or just being here in Atlanta. I have recommended friends to Lauren and they loved the experience. Lauren is the only reason I kept my membership going!

I have been coming to this massage envy for years now. Honestly, I have had many unpleasant experiences here not because of the masseuses but because of the disorganized front staff. Today I have called five times throughout the day at different times ever since they opened to try to cancel my appointment for today and have received no answer. Obviously I didn’t want to hold the masseuses time up but now he will not get another appointment because it has taken them until an hour before my massage to answer the phone. The last time I was trying to call this location on the way there because I was trying to move my appt back a little if possible because I was going to be late, I received no answer after called at least 20 times. She finally answered and told me I must’ve called the wrong location because I didn’t have an appointment that day. I thought I called the wrong location so I hung up and proceeded to call again no answer once again many times. When I showed up there, a girl was sitting in the office with the door closed, and I stood there for a few minutes already being late until I finally said, excuse me to get her attention. When she came out, I told her I was there for my massage and I have been trying to call them to let them know I was gonna be a few minutes late and she told me, Oh yeah, you are the girl who called me earlier, you don’t have an appointment here. I said this is the only location I have ever booked an appointment at I know I did not schedule an appointment at the wrong location. Come to find out my appointment was actually for the next day, but because she was so lazy and didn’t look to see what was going on, I drove all the way there 20 minutes for no reason. When that happened the first time and I received no answer after calling 20 times, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was like maybe they’re short staffed today, but after experiencing the same thing again today I’m beyond disappointed after being a customer at this specific location for so many years.
I drive sand extra 30 minutes and past 2 closers Massage Envy locations bc Amber is the only masseuse that has consistently been phenomenal with deep tissue massages! Shes the reason I renew my membership!
I saw one of the only open appointments that I could actually make it to for tomorrow during the day, but I wasnt able to complete my booking online. So I decided to drive 20 monutes to the shop to complete the booking in person using my membership because Ireally need a massage, Imin pain. I arrived at the shop at 9:05pm and it was closed, even though online and on the shops window it says they are supposed to be open until 10pm. And yes, I was calling the shop the whole way there and much earlier, but I never got an answer. Is this shop even still open? Im sitting in the parking lot frustrated, as this was a big waste of time and gas money.
Amber is amazing. She tailors the service to what you need. She is professional, courteous and truly cares about her clients. Can’t recommend her enough!!
Jonathan was great at this location. Best massage I have had from massage envy. Also the manager was very accommodating and made my husband feel very comfortable and relaxed with getting a massage. We loved the massages so much we came back 2 days later before heading back home to Nashville. Will be my go to out of town massage place.
The assistant manager and front desk agent are heaven sent! I have been coming to this location for almost a year and they make each visit great! Although there were some issues with my membership the last time i was there, they helped me work things out. Overall customer service is amazing and Ruth for sure gives the best prenatal massages ever!!!
I am changing my review since my last few experiences have not been great. If you try and book an appointment they will only have availability a few days later. I eventually got an appointment and the person who booked my prenatal massage, booked it wrong on the system,they only tell me when I get there they will have to reschedule, no apology or anything for wasting my time. The only reason They deserve even 1 star is because of the aesthetician, Lauren. She is the only good experience I have had there.
Deceptive Billing PracticesThey charged my credit card for several months after I canceled my account. I called several times and emailed to find out why I was still being charged and to stop the unauthorized charges since I had no financial obligation to this company after I canceled. After several months and calls, the manager finally admitted the charges were for my wifes account, not my account and there were no refunds and that my wife had to fill out a separate cancellation request. My wife was not using Massage Envy due to pregnancy complications and had no idea of the charges since they did not show up on her card, and she was an add-on to my account. When I canceled, the company should have asked my wife for another form of payment to continue her account without me, and then we would have been made aware of what was going on. The manager said they had no obligation to do that and no refunds for the unauthorized charges. They just kept charging and charging me without my permission and despite my request to stop and despite having no financial obligation to them after my cancellation. Where I come from, thats called stealing.
I had a full body stretch and I have no complaints about that.But I arrived 10 minutes early and read the signs on the door that they were going to check my temperature and asked me a few questions. That never happened. And after 10 minutes, the receptionist brings me a tablet and tells me to answer all these questions. That was 6:01. My appointment was at 6:00. I got extremely frustrated because it was eating into my scheduled appointment time and when I entered my email address it it wouldnt let me for some reason.Then when I was checking out, she kept wanting to charge me, but Im a member and this was one included appointments. She called two different managers and they couldnt figure it out so I just left. That took about 10 minutes also. I would never go back to this location.
I’ve had Brandon a couple of times now and they have been great. Very professional. I need fairly firm pressure and he is able to provide this consistently.
My first time here and I had the best experience! Everyone was incredibly professional, and Kimberly who provided my massage was excellent. They provided great and knowledgeable information, and I am highly considering their membership program. I cant wait to come back!
I have been going to this Massage Envy location since it opened. My therapist from the old location moved and I followed her.The spa may be difficult to find, as the owner of the shopping center has not allowed for proper signage. It is situated under the Bank of America at the corner of Sidney Marcus Blvd. and Piedmont Rd. near Lindbergh.The front desk staff and management team are amazing at this location - it is an open, friendly feeling the moment you walk in. Jessica - the owner - has done a marvelous job working with her employees on the proper etiquette for excellent customer service. And you can tell she makes the employees care - this is not always evident in Atlanta. I suggest you arrive early to check out ahead of time, and I always book my next session at this point.My therapist, Kimberly, is the best of the best. She listens to everything I say, and immediately begins working to alleviate any pains or other areas of concern that I may not have mentioned that she has found. I could not be happier with Kimberly as a therapist. and consider myself lucky that one day several years ago, she happened to fill in for the therapist with whom I had initially been booked. Karma much? Now, if I could just win that Powerball....There is more than ample parking at this location, and I do recommend scheduling your appointment ahead of time.
Amazing experience, as always! I haven’t had a session yet with a therapist who didn’t do an incredible job. Walk in, greeted by name and full of conversation to ensure my comfort before going back. I had some tightness in my upper back and shoulders, and walked out feeling brand new. Great location and personable staff! ME BUCKHEAD CROSSING ROCKS!

The staff are helpful, and I find myself appreciating them even more now that I can book my own appointments online. The quiet, meditative waiting room feels like its sunk into a cave, but all in all its great. My favorite therapist is Brandon, but Ive had good, firm pressure massages from Brianna, Julie/Julia, Fatima, and Carl.
The massage itself was great. The customer service afterwards was horrible. My husband scheduled a massage for my birthday and it was a complete surprise to me. He dropped me off and went to go run errands until I was done. When I was all done the girl at the counter asked if I was paying or if my husband was paying and I said I wasn’t sure because he had planned the whole thing. Another girl behind her proceeded to tell me I should stay and take out trash, change bed sheets and pay off the debt as if my husband and I were planning on not paying. It was very unprofessional and very embarrassing for her to say that in front of other customers. I went from feeling relaxed and zen to bothered and pissed. She then proceeded to ask me how far along I was in my pregnancy and was UPSET that I told her how many months I was as opposed to how many weeks, as if I owed her any conversation at that point. Very aggressive attitude and just plain rude. I didn’t catch her name but she wore glasses and was also pregnant. Horrible horrible horrible service. The other girls just stood there and said nothing.
Ive been coming here for a few years now, and theres a reason I keep coming back. The staff is friendly and attentive and always makes me feel so well taken care of. Not only do they offer massage therapy, but also skin care. Lauren is amazing; best aesthetician Ive ever had - anywhere. She is kind and great at what she does. Shes done a series of traditional facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion on my face, and it has never looked clearer or more radiant. (Ive had people tell me that Im glowing!)TL;DR: Highly recommend.
Extremely professional 🙂. However I would be using a different location for future massages. 😐 The masseuse didnt go a full hr. 😑 Yes I was late 😣 however the massage was roughly 40 min. 6:15 to 6:56p a few areas were missed, and he was not very sociable 😕.
Moral of the story if you prefer a male/female be sure to proactively ask.Not so good 1st time experience but the people there are professional. I scheduled last minute/the morning of and wesnt asked if I preferred a male or female nor did I think to specify.Well when I got there for my appointment and discovered that I was in fact scheduled for a male and that was the only option I was charged a cancellation fee and it was a very matter of fact conversation. There was not discussion on other ways to have maybe a different service or anything it was, OK that will be a cancellation fee of 20.00 do you want to pay it in card or cash.Needless to say I more than likely will just continue to go to my usual place and not look to transition to this massage place.
The worst massage I have ever had. My fiancé and I scheduled an hour massage and we were both very disappointed with the customer service upon booking and arrival. Both of our therapist looked very unprofessional and the message itself was very unpleasant. My therapist acted as if she was scared to touch me, she didn’t hit any of the areas that were problematic for me. I would not recommend this location to anyone in the Buckhead area.

The absolute most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to at a “ME” and I’ve been to several all over the country. I booked an appointment online to for my wife, then called to make sure they knew it was for her. She went to the appointment only to be greeted by probably the worst representative they have who went on to claim there was no appointment. I should have known better than to send my wife to this place after calling and the rep was rude on the phone and talking to other people in the background. My wife ended ended up leaving after her 1100 appointment turned into an 1130 some how even while showing this RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL rep the email confirmation for 1100. Massage Envy is normally reputable business in most areas, but this location might as well be comapared to a trashy low-budget call center level training skill level at best. I am usually not the one to leave a negative review, I just don’t return, but this place is absolute TRASH in people skills. I guess with some people you can’t expect much more than this.
I called into this location during my visit to atl, I spoke with Shamara. She was super sweet & kind. Very attentive to see what my facials needs were.When I arrived I was warmly welcomed, I ran a little behind on time due to traffic and was still taken care of.Lauren was my esthetician she was very knowledgeable after looking at my skin on what I needed. She knew exactly what to reccomend and she was very professional.When I come back to Atlanta this is the location I will choose.

I have noticed that the professionalism of this place is dwindling away called one location and basically had to explain to the person how to do there job. Then I called this location where I have been going for years. Like always they cant find my reservation, and the reason is because they dont care to spell my name right evan tho Ive corrected many times. This time she is rude and tells me your not a member instead of saying I cant find your reservation . After pointing out that this is the second rude encounter today with this company and attempt to explain that she is basically just telling me Im an idiot who doesnt have a membership and thinks he does she swiftly hangs up.I called back and was hung up on again. She was a female the time was noon on July 21st 2017
By far the best location in Atlanta. I normally get a massage but opted for a facial this time. Tamika did an awesome job and I left feeling like a new person! Highly recommended.
Lauren was great, she answered a ton of questions that I had about my skin concerns . The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and friendly; I was a few minutes late to my appointment and they were very accommodating about it.
The message was so needed and the masseuse knew each and every troubled spot. I added other items to increase the enhancement of my 90 minutes, like the hot rocks. This was money well spent including the tip.
Staff is friendly and I always feel at home when I come into town. My go to massage therapist is Lari, who has a cheerful personality and great hands.
