This place exceeded my expectations. I arrived early and they made adjustments to see me early. The place is super clean. The service is excellent. The massage was great. I fell asleep!

Oh. My. Gosh. Heavenly. I got the foot massage from Jazmin and it was awesome! I didnt want to get up after a 60-min massage. She did my head, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms/hands, and legs/feet. I could not have asked for a better therapist on this. She was great and had wonderful flow. The only only thing I felt was that my feet were in the water too long and it was a bit cold. But, she warmed my feet up after! The lotions, oils, smells, everything was perfect.

My favorite place to go for relaxation and massage. It’s never hit or miss here. Every visit has met my expectations. Customer service is great.

Called before 2pm to ask if they were doing walk ins for 3 people. The receptionist told us 3pm was the earliest and we can comeThen. We drove 30 mins to get there and paid for 2 hour parking just for them to tell us they booked up and had a smirk on her face.

This is my go to spa for my feet. Great ambiance and very relaxing. The prices are affordable and you receive excellent service. Definitely a 10/10.

Sole spa was amazing!!!! Allen gave a great massage, but I have to give a shout out to Bella at the front desk. Someone should give her a raise. She gave excellent service. Bella went out of her way to help me with parking … going so far as to go outside to help me find a parking spot. Above and beyond!!! It reminds me of the service I got back in the 80’s … personable and friendly!

Jay at Sole Spa is amazing!!!! He is very smooth and gentle in his transitions yet strong and firm in his massage. I highly recommend Jay!

Called ahead of time for a 3pm slot was told we would be accommodated only to drive 30 minutes and pay for parking to be turned around without notice

I have been to over 15 spas in my life so far, and Sole was by far the best experience I have had . Everything was 10/10.The ambiance , the music, the therapists, free parking, amazing customer service, the price point. I would highly recommend the reflexology + back massage as well. Can’t wait to go back!

1-star review for the disappointing level of communication. Front desk would play on of telephone she leading up to our stay and then during it. My massage was horrible because she did not know what she was doing neither, she cant speak fluent english, just wasting my time for 60mins massage. I asked the front desk where they licensed massage therapist she said they are suppose to be, I said NO I am asking are they Licensed? YES or NO!!! She got quiet-because if she stated an untruthful statement .Never try to go back!

The ambiance of this spa is so calm and peaceful. They almost always have availability to accommodate my last minute requests. I love that they can add your preferred masseuse into your account to remember who you like for next time. I always come back time and time again over the last 6+ years.

My favorite spa to go to in Atlanta they always do a great job. Been going here since 2018 . Love them their great staff and customer service.

I decided to try this Spa because a friend of mine said her experience was wonderful. I was not impressed. So parking is a little difficult. There is a deck but the spa only has, maybe, two parking spots that you can park in for free. When you come into the deck youre not sure how to pay although it says that youre supposed to pay.. I encountered a couple of people that were very confused and did not know where to go or what to do. The spa atmosphere is present and its very quiet, and calm. Most of the massage that you get is more of a pressure and a pressing down on your body. There is no true working out of the muscles like you do with a regular massage theres more pressing on your body. For me this was not a very relaxing massage but Im glad that I experienced it. Its a no for me, but it may be perfect for you.

I love this place. I recently came here with my husband and a friend of ours. My friend enjoyed his foot massage and enjoyed the invite and place. My husband was sitting right by the door and said he couldn’t relax because he heard everyone coming in and the people talking up front, but he did enjoy his massage. I had Beth and she was ok. I had to tell her to use more pressure. I would definitely be back but would not get her and would request someone that used former pressure than light or no pressure at all.

I love this place and have been going here for years. Very relaxing and comfortable space, professional, skilled therapists, and great availability. I scheduled a 90-minute foot massage when I was 41 weeks pregnant and feeling like my baby would never arrive, went into labor the next morning!

I booked a one-hour foot massage. I have had this type of service at many different places around the world and its pretty formulaic, usually. They soak your feet for 5-10 minutes, rub them for most of the hour, and finish up with some bonuses like a neck/shoulder massage.This experience went like this:- Feet placed in lukewarm tub. Cloth and eye pillow placed on my forehead (I think they were supposed to be over my eyes?)- Neck/shoulder massage began immediately and continued for 40 minutes. I said at least 6 times the pressure was too much. My neck is bruised.- Foot rub began 40 minutes into the hour and lasted 10 minutes. Pressure was not sufficient to release any stress. (My feet are small and the skin is smooth. They arent nasty!)- Experience finished with a bit of awkward pushes on my arms and legs and yanking on my fingers (ouch)If we return (probably not), I would get the 30 minute foot massage, because I think you would get as much rubbing on your feet. I think this person was very inexperienced; she may have been trying to mimic the person next to me, because my husband said his experience was pretty good.

Wonderful relaxing experience for my family on my sisters birthday we had a group massage. The music, the ambiance and the back massage was absolutely phenomenal! Bringing my fiancé back for his birthday next month!

Ok this place is amazing. By far the best massage in town. And the best service. Had a girls night here and served appetizers before we got started. Massage lasts the entire sixty minutes and courteous kind staff.However... Parking is awful. They have a few tiny spots... Be careful if u have a sport utility. The free spots are squally taken which means you will be paying for parking in the upper lot. Seems like they may have given us some kind of discount on parking but man it was a pain. Wish they would more somewhere more convenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed my spa experience here. The interior is perfectly dark, elegant and tranquil. Everything was done with the most meticulous and conscientious care Ive experienced from a spa in quiet a long time. I purchased a spa package for my goddaughter and I during our Saturday of quality time/ catching up. It was such a relaxing experience that both of us fell asleep during our massages! I was especially grateful to the staff here since my goddaughter told me that she slept like a dream later that night. Shed recently had a few nights of poor sleep. All in all, we both loved our experience here and will definitely make this a regular part of our monthly self -care package! Abundant thanks to you Sole Spa.

It was my first visit but it won’t be my last. Didn’t know what to expect. But it was one of the best massages I ever had. I got the foot and back massage for $60 and it was worth every penny. The ambiance was peaceful and serene. Very calming and the massage was great. I definitely recommend Sole Spa you won’t regret it.

I absolutely adore this place. It’s one of the very few things that will get me to Buckhead. The atmosphere is amazing and so relaxing. I always get an hour foot massage which has always been incredible. The prices are also very reasonable, and they have valet parking and offer you wine or tea if you end up having to wait. Love it!

Rose was amazing! I was 5 weeks post-surgery for ACL and meniscus tear and they were very understanding and made me so comfortable during the 90 minute massage. Also very easy to schedule!

This is the only place that I have discovered in Atlanta where a group can get messages together, and you do so fully clothed. The experience has always been wonderful. Most recently, all of the females from my daughter’s bridal party went for 1 hour messages. Everyone had great experiences. My only concern is that, despite our appointment, we had to wait for our messages causing us to be a bit behind schedule for other events. On the plus side, they did bring us all tea while we waited and the messages were fabulous!

Yo Jazmin is Amazing , this is the best foot and neck i have ever gotten at sole spa. She released all of the tension in my neck and shoulders. I have been suffering from tension headaches. TA DAH she was the solution ! Between her and the CBD pain relieverLotion. I wanted to melt. I left feel loose and groovy when i came in tensed and shedding tears in front of the receptionist. Her transition were very smooth. I took a mini nap as well ! Y’all go check my girl out ! 🫠🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🫶🏾

This is one of my favorite places where I treat myself as well as family and friends. It is a very relaxing experience. The foot massages are amazing. I mean really, really amazing. The downside is theres only one restroom for both customers and staff so its often not readily available. It would be the absolute perfect place if they could house more experienced therapist in true deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend this place. If you go once, youll keep coming back. *I went in today (10/14/16) and just learned of their rewards card. So, just so everyone else knows, if you get 8 services from them, you get the next one half off... Ive been coming to this place forever and just learned of the rewards card.

Best place to nap. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for months. We have tried another for massage place closer to us and it doesnt even come close. We love Sole Spa! They hit the mark on relaxation and pampering. They get your scalp, shoulders, arms, hands, legs and feet for only $40. We drive the extra miles for it. He cant sleep through it but I do and wake up so refreshed and relaxed.

Visiting the Soul Spa is a must every time I visit Atlanta. I have a ritual now of the 60 minute massage followed my the foot detox. Then I head across the street for some great dinner at the fish market.

I came here for foot! massage. For god knows which reason they decided they I need a shoulder massage first. Before I knew it they started to pull and push my t-shirt to get to my shoulders. I thought it might be for a minute or two but they kept going until I stood up and walked away. No wonder after I went out and saw my t-shirt in the mirror it was so stretched I have to throw it away now. Only after that they offered me something to change for. So unprofessional! I walked away from that place immediately

I am not a big massage person . But I went to this place with my ex girlfriend and it was amazing !! Prices were super !! Went back with her severalTimes ! Now I visit on my own . And this is something that I would have never done . Great Great place !

Although I asked for shiatsu, my masseuse — however lovely — was not well schooled in that type of massage. For the most part, I got a mediocre Swedish massage. If you are not that discerning a client, I am sure this place is fine. But for those who are more exacting in their expectations of shiatsu, I would look elsewhere.

This place is beautiful, relaxing but they are not certified massage therapists. I went in for a Swedish massage and it was horrible. Being that I am trained lisc instructor in the field-- I was expecting a trained lisc. massage therapist to meet my needs. They have no idea what they are doing. My massage was horrible because she did not know what she was doing neither did the person that I was with-we Both had the same experience. I asked the front desk where they licensed massage therapist (privately-i pulled her to the side) -she said they are suppose to be-I said NO I am asking are they Licensed? YES or NO!!! She got quiet-because if she stated an untruthful statement that can be a very costly law suit from state board. So it was obvious they were not. Each person lisc is to be at the front desk for consumers to see - there were none. I said, I asked her to hit certain pressure points and she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she started to beat my back-I said you can not do that-you can injure my back. she had no idea what I was talking about. We added the hot stones-she did not know what to do with them but make shapes on my back. If you are looking for a relaxing rub down-this is great-beautiful ambiance. If you are looking for a massage service that hit certain pressure points-go elsewhere. They are making big money-rubbing you down. I was disappointed because I needed a real massage when I left. I normally do not leave a review-but I had to because this business does not represent the industry when it comes to massage and I would hate for someone to pay for a massage and this is not the standard. They are not lisc to perform the services and you can leave with a more serious injury if you are not massaged properly. If your back pops because they do not understand the back and certain areas of massage you can really have some serious issues. Other than that the place is beautiful.

The service is good, however I dont like the group massage space cant get comfortable even when the seat is reclined.

I currently had to call out from work today due to pain in my shoulder blades, lower back and sciatica shooting in my leg that I felt happen after my massage. I went in Saturday 4/14/2018 and paid for another person plus a nice tip ($120+40 tip= $160). It was going great until I felt that pop near my spine in my shoulder blade. I hoped it would relax but called sunday and was told a manager would call me. I had to call today (monday) and was told a manager would return my call again when he returned from NC and to go to my doctor. My friend had a great time with a different masseuse and wish I could say the same. I am going to a specialist at 3:20pm today. I hope this is easily corrected cause I paid great money for excruciating pain. I am so upset.

Most relaxing experience ever. This was the first spa that Ive ever visited and it was amazing. When I left, I was completely at peace with myself. The whole expierence right down to the receptionist was spectacular. I recommend this place to anyone!

I havent been here yet but my daughter has. She wants a gift card or gift certificate for Christmas. Since I live a good distance from Buckhead and dont want to battle Atlanta traffic, I called them today to purchase a gift card/gift certificate over the phone and have them mail it to me. I was told that they could not do that purchase or through their website. In this day and age, what type of a half ass outfit is this? This is really lousy customer service. I guess my daughter wont be getting her request this year!

Save your time and money! One tiny room with 10 patio chairs covered in towels. You will be one or two feet away from a total stranger while the misuse tries to massage you through your clothes.

The massage was great, but some music came on blaring not relaxing or calming but loud and obnoxious and ruined the whole zen mode.

The Spa is very busy, and cramped and only one bathroom for all customers. I think Sole have outgrown the space to accommodate their clientele.
