I would give this store zero stars but it wont let me, employee was super rude, When I asked for Delta 8 flower they had it in a big glass jar and said they would weigh it out for me.. which is just sketchy all other stores I have been to have it pre-packaged with QR codes to see what I am actually getting... Go to Wild Side down the street, WAY better customer service and they have WAY better options for Delta 8 AND even have THC-a which I fell in love with!!

Went back here after going to a competitor that I had a bad experience with. employees were okay, but no stock and overpriced

They dont pay their employees, withholding payments and then chipping them on the full amount of payments owed, overpriced products and opening up more businesses when they cant even pay for the businesses they have.

Employees are Very knowledgeable of products and Super Friendly ! Looking for Good e- juice? They carry Good Life !

Go down the st. To Wild Side Smoke Shop this place is way overprice for someCheap Chinese stuff! I visited 7/29 in evening and employee was rude and said go shop somewhere else when l said they were little overpriced and l DID down the st. At Wild Side Smoke Shop who had better brand stuff for almost half the price.

Really cool stuff I bought a smoke buddy at first I didnt really think it would work but now Im going back to buy two bigger ones for my apartment they work really good five stars on the smoke buddy

Been coming here for years and always been a loyal customer. Always liked the owner and the staff but that changed today! One of the staff members was so rude to me after being on her phone and not acknowledging me. I finally had to ask for help to which she very rudely looked up from her phone and snapped at me. She only continued being rude as I was paying to which I finally just decided to leave without purchasing my item. The disrespect I received today was unlike any customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sorry Da Gallery, this employee needs to do better.

Great experience overall with this place the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, and even the younger people that work here have a deep understanding of CBD products and everything that they have, I say CBD products because that’s primarily what I get. If that’s not your thing their inventory is absolutely stacked, I’ve been in there often and I still haven’t looked at everything. And they have a cat ☺️ she is so sweet, she’s definitely the cherry on top.I’ve had nothing but good and great experiences here.

Mary has provided me with some of the most amazing customer service i’ve experienced in my entire life! They are the most knowledgeable person I’ve even spoken with and has went over and beyond to ensure all my needs are met! 10/10

Left my review about my experience but somehow it’s magically no longer here so let me sum it up. Price gouging occurs because they knowingly sell to minors. It is a waste of time if you’re not 15 and have $30 for 1 vape. I was in a rush and decided to buy a vape here after I stopped going for awhile and was charged almost double any shop in auburn. The thing that made me quit going was when the hiring manager asked applicants on indeed to send in headshots for a sales position. Not only is this illegal, but it seems incredibly egotistical for a supposed spiritual based shop. Just makes me see they don’t know what they’re even selling to you. Have a friend that worked here who experienced predatory behavior from the owner and that coupled with the ask of headshots only reinforces the idea that this shop isn’t it. Price gouging, selling to minors, and predatory behavior is not what I want my hard earned money going to

The guy who was working didn’t want to help us because he had “other stuff to take care of.. “ when we were the next customer. Maybe two people should be working at all times because it’s not fair to people who need help . Will not return. They had lots of cool stuff though

Staff is rude and inattentive. Not following mask mandates... Too busy on their phones to talk to customers. Owner made my girlfriend really uncomfortable and were pretty sure he was taking pictures of her... will not be returning

Store is claustrophobic, and not all staff are interested in creating a good atmosphere. Id just prefer to go to another shop.The older gentleman and cat are gems.

Informative, helpful, very welcoming. It was nice to know that the owners and staff of this establishment have more than one location for health , spiritual, and all around good vibe needs!!!!!! I recommend for all walks of life

Don’t buy silicone products from here. They all taste like incense and it can’t be washed away. Disappointing.

Typically out of what you need when it comes to vaping supplies (coils, juice, tanks, etc.), but they do have a very wide selection and their staff is very helpful. Plenty of pipes, and other tobacco accessories.

Sorry gotta give this place a 2. Extremely overpriced !!! Same products found in other Vape shops IN THE AREA for HALF the price. Make this place your last resort. Travel 2 miles and pay soooo much less ! Nice variety but definitely screwing over College Street patrons ! Profit is needed but this is ridiculous. Only good thing is they are open late..but at their prices it just greed.

Not from Alabama, but I know a certain person who used to have a business in another state, (not saying any names) I went to this person to have spiritual work done, and I think this person has given me bad luck, I gave the person my info, etc. And I have had nothing but bad luck, been denied social security for 5-6 years already. Had to go and get my last name changed, as well as pray, and thank the good lord, everything is back to like it should be again.

Heard of way too many highschoolers from the Auburn/Opelika schools that are able to buy Vapes and juice from this location under the age of 19. Apparently there is at least 1 staff member not ID’ing. This is very disturbing to me since I have a student in one of these schools. I’m seeing students driving out of the parking lot when school dismissed using a vape. The owner needs to beware.

I went in to buy a cleanse that would cover more than just thc. I was sold a bottle of something that covers nothing but thc and sells on Amazon for $23. I paid $65. Thanks

Went in tonight to pick up a few things and never once did either of the 2 girls speak or welcome me nor did they thank me for my purchase. Not very friendly place to shop I dont think I will be returning unfortunately 😦

Do not follow mask protocols. Owner made me and friends feel very uncomfortable, creepy and overbearing. Allegedly has taken photos of customers and employees without consent. Will not be returning.

Cashier asked other worker to do their best impression of a monkey. Very uncomfortable experience.

DO NOT GO AND GET ANY PIERCINGS OR TATTOS HERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY . BIG FLY SWARMING AROUND THE PLACE . THE WOMAN PIERCED MY NOSE AND DID IT COMPLETLY WRONG WHICH I WAS TOLD BY ABOTHER PIERCER .SHE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO PIERCE IT AGAIN OR ANYTHING. SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE SO I DONT RECOMMEND THE GALLERY FOR ANYTHING HONESTLY!! ONLY GAVE THEM A ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO REALLY THEY DESERVE NO STARS!
