The lady behind the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable, got me exactly what I needed. She was also very friendly, Im happy to say that Ill be returning whenever I need anything :)

The owners are so nice and very knowledgeable, I called a head to see if they had a certain vape juice in stock and when I got there an hour later they remember and grabbed it for me right away and suggested some other flavors to me!

Went to buy a mod yesterday while waiting on another one i had ordered online the night before and Estelle was such a sweetheart in helping me pick out what i needed. She patiently conversed with me about the different mods and tanks available on the market nowadays since Im getting back into vaping and am not aware of the new tech out there. The disposable Gemm sub ohm 2pack tank was perfect for my Aegis Solo pro! She also helped me pick out a juice without rushing me and trying to push me out the door. Shes simply a very pleasant lady who knows the stuff she sells. Their prices arent far from online sellers and even if online prices were cheaper id still buy from them because I want to help keep them open. I now have a favorite Vape shop in the Auburn area!

Great vape shop with an amazing amount of juice flavors, they seem to only come in 6mg and 3mg but still a great selection. Quite a lot of vapes to choose from. From pod fill to mods. The guy was super helpful and very nice. Will come back for sure.

I called all the way from Arizona to check on a product for my elderly mother in law who lives in Federal Way and recently visited Arizona and found a product she liked down here. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. We will be sending all of our Washington friends here just because of that awesome phone call with her!

Great little local shop for vape supplies at even better prices. The owner is a sweet lady and shes very knowledgeable and selective about the products she carries. She really cares about the vaping community. The wife and I will be sure to come back weekly or bi-weekly for supplies!

I love coming to this vape shop. They are always friendly. I make the drive from Seattle anytime I need my vape juice. When my vape pen got stuck I went in and they were able to untighten it without an issue. Ill for sure be coming back to get me a new pen soon. Thank you guys for the awesome service. Really nice folk with a big selection of juice, mods and tanks. I came in to ask about my tank, which I dropped and I wanted to make sure it wasnt busted, and they fixed it for me real fast. Always a warm hello and great knowledge on parts which is very helpful if you can never remember what coils you used. One glance at my vape and one question later I had my pack of correct coils and was on my way. Best price I have found in the area.

This vape shop is amazing! The owner told me her story of how she started her own shop because she went to a shop with poor customer service and she felt the industry deserved better. Well she does better, I have never experienced this level of customer service consistently in any other vape shop ever!

Good friendly knowledgeable service.A decent variety of juice. Not a massive amount but enough so I could find something I knew and liked. The also had the coils I was in need of.They also gave prices over the phone which I like vs we dont give prices over the phone which I do not like. Open from 9-9 7 days a week so easy to remember and good for my last minute outage needs.Worth checking out. Physical size is not huge but what they have inside is varied enough to suit my needs.

Shop local! Support your neighbors and friends. Also, had an issue with brand new hardware after a week it broke. Not only did they replace it, they replaced it with one that was less likely to break! Kudos!! Thank you for your great customer service! If i had to pick something that needs improvement here, the prices need a little work, but with all the taxes and other various forms of governmental theft, its understandable that the prices are where they are. I love going here, no kids allowed, which I didnt realize one day and brought my 5 year old and 2 year old with me, the older gentleman stood outside next to my car with the kids buckled into their seats so that his wife could ring me out :). I also found out quite a while after shopping here that they offer a 10% discount to anyone in recovery. Just ask when they ring you out.

Did you guys hook me up with a badass top-line Vape for an excellent price! I told him I was a new guy in town and in order to secure my future business they hook me up with more that I could have possibly asked for and for a better price then I would have dreamed of! Wonderful little local shop right in downtown Auburn. Extremely knowledgeable about each of their products and always have great recommendations for whatever your flavor type is. I just noticed today that they have the very first versions of vapes on display in their store. Brass monsters with all the parts visible right down to a steel tube with the electronics all soldered together with a massive red button. Great to look at because it shows just how far the technology has advanced. This is roughly a 45 minute trip for me and has become my main vape supply store even though I have one only a mile and a half away. Great people, good service, always learning something each time I shop.

My girl is from Ukraine and needed a smoking alternative. The guys where kind, helpful, and very informative.The final icing on the cake was when we rang up the total cost of a mod and tanks was under 60$. They did a bang up job directing her to the product she needed

I had the best experience with the owner and one of the workers. They helped me get everything I wanted. I went in there knowing what I needed and they didnt pressure me into other items and they were awesome. This is now going to be my home vape shop for sure. I appreciate how the workers are not pushy and there to just make a sale,but they actually want the customer happy. They have a great variety of juices and vapes. I thought the reviews were fake, but after going there, i know theyre real. I went in for just a box mod and was astounded by the amazing service and help to find the kind that i like and i enjoy. She actually listened to what i was looking for and sincerely helped me pick out what i was looking for in a mod. Extremely surpassed my expectations on the helpful scale as well as the friendly scale. If Im ever on that side of town, i know where Im getting my stuff again.

Mostly kind and knowledgeable but at times impatient with repeating terms, products, and product procedures to newbies in vaping.As a former computer repair technician it was understood we had more knowledge about PCs and people were likely to forget the terms we say. Electric Avenue is usually very helpful in said aspect, except on a few occasions in which made us consider other shops.Was thinking of giving

Best vape shop Ive found. They are so friendly, and always help me with different questions since im fairly new to vaping. They got me all set up with a voopoo too and I just love it. Havent picked up a cigarette since i left there. My mod and all the initial set up stuff has easily paid for itself now that i dont buy smokers anymore EVER. Jeff is awesome i didnt know how to change my coil the first time and i ran by and he showed me how step by step. The woman who runs the shop is great too shes helped me fix the sliding panels on my mod when i messed one up and put it on backwards. Thought it was ruined but they fixed it at no charge. I had only had it for 4 days. I cant say enough good things about this cozy shop that make you feel like part of the family. They are also the only vape shop Ive found anywhere near me thats open til 10pm. They have a impressive assortment of great juices and good prices. They are the only vape shop Ill go to.

Its one of the best vape stores in Washington. Owners are sweet, kind and friendly... most of all it is cheaper than the others. I found out about this vape and I continue till this day to buy some juices, and other essential. They deserve a 5 star. If there was 6 stars I would to. Great place to come and check it. Just moved to the area from burien and have a shop I go to out there but now that Im here I wanted to find something closer. They had naked juice for 15$ and the coil I needed. Super helpful and lots to choose from! I will definitely be back. I recommend them 😊

Estelle the owner is the best. She always has sales going on, best shop in town. Whenever I need anything or have any questions, there is always somebody there to help me find the answers. Amazing selection, every place in the store is stocked full. And for you enthusiast vapers, they have all types of wire and mesh for your RDAs. Needless to say, I live in enumclaw where there are two shops and I make the 30 minute drive every single time, and its worth it every time.

Excellent selection excellent customer service and their sales approach is getting you what you need rather than trying to sell you$250 of what you dont need. A couple runs the place and the wife has encyclopedic knowledge of all the juices they carry. This is simply the best Evape store I have found on the Eastside.

After going to Electric Ave twice I will never go to any other shop again for my vaping needs. The prices are better the people are nicer this place is even open 2 hours later than most places!I dont say Ill never go anywhere other than here lightly either. But come on... if I have to choose between a nice older couple who gives great recommendations on juices and mods versus some know it all jackarse wearing a snapback and making me feel as if I dont know anything and I should be ashamed of it because Im new to this I will have to go with the old couple AKA Electric Ave. Take everyones word for it just read any review and youll see why this is where everyone goes.

I highly recomend checking this place out! Just stopped in here tonight. I used to work at another vape shop near by last year so if I’m not ordering juice online I’d usualy stop in there if I ran out or whatever since I used to work there. Well they changed their hours randomly and were closed when I got off work. So I googled vape shops near me and Electric Ave popped up and they were open till 8pm! Great! So I drove 5 min down the street!( which would of been even closer if I would of known in the first place 😜)Small store front, which is why I think I never noticed they were there before, I drive down this road all the time! If your not looking for it you can drive right by so ( only thing I’d suggest is a a bigger sign facing the street so passerby’s notice the shop. Or one of thoes folding signs that sits on the side walk. )Anyways, small on the inside but SO MUCH PRODUCT. Very sweet lady juice- tending and she knew her stuff! They Had a full conversation with me, which was great because when you go in to some of these vape shops and their like “what can I get for you” no hey how are you! Or anything!? It’s like comin where’s the comon respect and customer service here? LolWas able to find something I liked in under ten min and was on my way.This will probably be my main vape stop for now on and it’s rigt On my way home.I highly recommend checking this place out!!
