Club Velvet

New to the area from Michigan. Came on a Saturday night and enjoyed some old school jams that took me way back in the best possible way.Deducted one star from perfect because they need better parking availability. Very crowded and I got paged for parking near the cooking area. They coned it off AFTER I moved my car. It should have been coned off for the start. Otherwise, it looked like an available spot.Other than that, the drinks were great and the DJ was fire!

Club Velvet had a nice vibe last night. We were in Augusta from Carolina this past weekend and stopped in for a few drinks and some music. The dj kept our feet moving will return

I c the boss every Thursday I go. Thats grown folks night. Drinks are kinda high but I like the atmosphere. Dont have to worry about being shot or jumped on

Well I love Club Velvet overall. But one issue I do have is the nerve of one of their bartenders she was very rude for no reason. I was just trying to help her out because someone left their change on the counter and I was just letting her know who it belong to because I saw another Bartender give the person their change. I dont know if she got mad because she wanted to pocket the money or what. But please work on your bartenders attitude because they will run people off.

😩😩😩 Why $15.00 Entrance fee? Please tell the Flower Dude, to not park and block the exit ...His suv is blocking, people when they are trying to find a parking spot or trying to leave...Hes trying to guide us, on to park..No!! Just move your dam3 truck...Food , mehhh!

Myself and 3 friends are from NC and came to Club Velvet. It xlub itself was really nice. The worst experience was the behavior of one female whos outfit exposes her body, the foul music that played which is why I wanted to leave and the waitress that cursed one of my friends out for asking which end of the bar she needed to go to order her drink.

I and my husband are new to the Augusta area, we never go out clubbing because of crowds but let me tell you!!!!! Last night OMG!!!!! I had a BLAST!!!! The DJ was Rocking all my old school jams. I felt like I was in my late 20’s and 30’s again. The environment was a mature, drama free for GROWN FOLKS!!!!! I danced and danced the night away. I had been years since I went to a Club. The security was on point making it safe for everyone. The waitresses were nice, friendly and polite. They had my drink “Deleon”. I would suggest getting Guinness Draught. Other than that for the night I had, I’d give 10 stars if I could. I and my hubby will be back. Thank You VELVET for making our first experience out on the town our Best!!!

Me and my husband just moved to area from south Florida. There’s nothing like this place anywhere in FL outside of Miami etc. Bartend Tarla was fabulous. The crowd is great. Grown. Good music. We will be back.

Had a great time. The crowd is an older crowd. Drinks were strong and the music was good. Smoking is allowed in the club, and you leave there smelling like smoke. will be visiting again, when in Augusta.

The place seems nice however, I dont have the cash to pay for the cover charge to get in. I would think since they have a group of people selling BBQ that have a CASH APP. Why cant inside the club Velvet have a CASH APP or an ATM for people who dont have cash on them.

Lovely music, nice space, plenty parking and the food outside the club after the party was good.

Velvet vibe is chill and old school but with a spring of new school. I am a millennial so at first I was skeptical but after a few Friday nights, it has truly been extremely fun! I recommend if you want to break the vibe of the downtown scene and still have fun GO TO VELLLY (my word for the club lol). After a long week of working it surely aides the care free fun.Con: Drinks are pricey compared to other clubs in the area but hey you cannot win them all, still go check them out.

Had a gr8 time.... Miss Lilly is the best!!! I loved the atmosphere.... played pool, had some food and felt at home!!!! (Love this woman from way back....a very special lady with a special touch!!!!

Best club in the area. Bartenders are amazing. The environment fun. And the owner its a great guy. Recommended. Doubt there is a better place than Club Velvet.
