Vapor 100

My family just loves this place. The staff here knows what they have on hand and can answer any questions you might have. I went in on the 4th of July with 2 sets of batteries that were two different sizes and looking for a mod that would fit either size. They were able to show me the one mod that they had had that was able to use both sizes I had on hand. All I can say is that I could not have been happier when I had left. The only thing I wish that could be improved is the time it takes for the points earned from every sale would hit ones account faster than hours later. In some cases it takes a good 12 hours or more. Which is a bit much. I would also suggest to add a feature on the Vape 100 website to where you can check to see where you are at on points are at and what the points values could be cashed out at.

Great selection of products and knowledgeable staff.Only thing I would love is if they did what some of the other shops are doing and allow you to try all of the geek bar flavors using slip on/disposable tips.

Very friendly staff they know what they know their products. Recommending to everyone 21 to 110 to go and try their hemp products and more. Ben in their twice this week

Horrible store and staff, had an incident a couple months ago where they refused service after setting a deal with my family as I cant always make it into the store for medical reasons. Now constantly receiving hate messages from Dale Dubac and getting snotty remarks by the staff. Manager of both andover and wichita location said its just the augusta place that is like this and dont even bother to id a 50 year old woman. Augusta vapor 100 is just a joke

I was a shopper here for months until one day someone had used my points. After getting the runaround for about a month, they essentially told me that I was lying, and that I had been the one that used my points. When I asked them to look at the surveillance cameras at the time stamp shown (when my supposed purchase took place) to prove it wasn’t me who used my points, they refused to do so. This is a very shady company business, so beware.

The guys that work there are super friendly and helpful. They are great at their job, always talking me into something. 😆

The two employees where not in my opinion very friendly and asked for an I.D. supposably to verify my age but they made me feel uncomfortable and gave me the impression that they believe I was a thief or common Criminal and about 3 minutes after I parked at the store another gentleman came in and they did not ask for his ID needless to say I will not be patronizing that business any longer 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎THUMBS DOWN 💯% I FEEL I WAS NOT TREADED AS A VALUED CUSTOMER & UNWELCOME. THEREFORE IF THIS IS HOW THE OWNERS TREAT CUSTOMERS I WILL SPEND MY MONIES ELSEWHERE. BUISNESS OWNERS WHOM WELCOME AND TREAT PEOPLE RESPECTFUL. AND TO WHOMEVER OWNS THE VAP SHOP YOU NEED TO EITHER TRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES properly or replace them or even possibly shut your business down except how you treat customers

Shopped here and was friendly with them since they opened, today they decided to treat my mother like trash for something they have allowed since opening. All because one employee was having a bad day. Mom came home distraught and very upset. Not a happy customer

Someone stole my wallet, thankfully I took pictures of front and back of everything in my wallet…walked in the store and the first thing they asked was do you have your ID?I told them my situation. I have shopped at Vapor 100 for over a year with a total spend close to $1000. They didn’t offer to look up my account or ask if I have my passport. NOTHING!I’ll go somewhere else where my 50 year old self can be treated appropriately! Stores don’t even card EVERYONE FOR CIGARETTES….they use COMMON SENSE.The store employees can go about their conversations, I didn’t mean to interrupt. Business out the door!

Amazing place to go!! Chill environment, amazing people. My favorite has got to be their new employee, Alex, he is very knowledgeable about the items and literally makes me wanna buy everything...😅😅 this store has juice other stores don’t and many other items I’ve never seen b4 in a smoke shop. I HIGHLY recommend coming in and checking it out!!

Brian Williams is a liar lol I was there during the interaction with his mother and she was the one who was yelling and belligerent while I saw the employees be completely calm and collected while dealing with her

Alex and Chris do such a fantastic job, these guys know all their stuff 🤗 I just wish the warehouse would send more of our desired products to the store like the brand Pure we want it back!

On Monday the 3rd of July 2023 I wouldnt go there the staff that attempted to help us I dont know his name but he has short hair clean shave was so rude wouldnt sale me a throw away vape pin because he wouldnt recommend it so I left they didnt get my business today

These points are the reason Im changing my review and I will never be back again. Now youre going to lose at least a $60 a month customer because you wont give on the points. Yes you can just change it on a whim anytime you want to even though Ive used it this way for years but I can also choose to never use you all again.

Have spend over $100 two different times in here, the first cart came apart and spilled oil all over so the next time I got a disposable pen thinking it wouldn’t happen but got home and the pen didn’t work. So wasted all that money and the store said sorry can’t help you. Buyer beware you will waste your money and they won’t help at all.

The staff is unprofessional and when offering choices or options WATCH OUT because the guys really dont know what their talking about. Well not return!!
