Ive been seeing Kristy for lash extensions for about a year now. Before finding her, I tried a couple other places & wasnt happy for various reasons.She always greets you with a smile & good energy! Ive never had to wait. Ive always felt very welcomed, espcially with Kristys spa dogs, Munch & Dex 💗

I have been a regular client for almost 5 years. I refuse to get my lash extensions anywhere else. If you go here for any of the services that Kristy offers, you will receive the best care! I love my visits with her spa dogs (Munch and Dex) as well. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience here! Kristy was so nice and really good at what she does! I have gotten my eyelashes done at alot of places and I can say hands down this is the best place Ive been so far. They are very proffessional and friendly too! Also the rooms are very relaxing and quiet! I will only come here from now on to get my eyelashes done! Hands down the best quality lashes!!!

My first ever eyebrow tint and shaping at KVWS and it was relaxing and quick! It was an instant boost. I cant wait to try the lash lift~ already booked it!

I walked in to just a room, no receptionist around but another closed door in front of you. No one came out to greet me to the sound of the door alarm going off. I just awkwardly stood there not knowing what to do, as there is no receptionist and no sign telling. At my exact appointment time, a worker finally walks out of the closed door. She greeted me and brought me back. I got into the room and dropped my stuff, she asked about my facial, etc. THEN told me she does not work on sunburns and that included my eyebrow wax. I have a very minor sunburn on my forehead, and they have a no cancellation policy after 24 hours. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. When I brought this policy up, she says Yeah.. but a sunburn? Like it was my fault and I shouldve just known that was an issue on my first ever facial. Just no customer service, a very peculiar place and set up. Will not be back.

Had a reflexology session with Michelle, it was awesome! It felt like I was having coffee with a longtime friend. She was knowledgeable and informed me of what she was doing and the benefits. Looking forward to the next time.

It was my first time coming here and they made me feel welcome. I got a facial and the girl who did mine explained everything she was going to do and asked me if i had questions for her. Excellent would definitely recommend
