Great experience at Elements Piney Creek! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Appointment started and ended on time.
The staff are very professional and nice to work with. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, or something more relaxing this is the place for you. I have worked with a few massage therapists here and each one of them are outstanding, they really pin point your trouble spots. Every time I leave here, Im instantly transported into full relaxation.
Twice now, I have gotten a phone call the day of an appointment cancelling due to the masseuse not feeling well, and no other female masseuses available (appointments are for my wife, and requests female masseuses). Both appointments were for fridays. This appointment was made well in advance, and I find that limited staff at a massage place is odd. If I were to cancel last minute, I would be charged, but if they cancel, theres nothing in place to satisfy the customer. With the litany of massage/spa businesses around, I suggest looking into them.
Called to cancel my massage less than an hour before my scheduled service and stated the therapist wasn’t certified to do the prenatal massage that i was able to book. This was also after I had received a confirmation text message for it a few days prior and a confirmation email the day prior. Offered me an appointment later in the week but due to work can’t make their accommodations. Very frustrating experience.
Rebecca was amazing! She listened to my needs and structured my massage accordingly. She was very attentive and made sure to check in with me to make sure I was getting the most out of my session.
I usually don’t go to chain massage places, but this location is amazing! Markus was my therapist and when I say that it was the best massage i have gotten, i mean it! From the second I walked through the door to the moment I left was just a phenomenal experience. I will definitely be back soon! Cannot say enough good things about this place, the experience and about Markus.
Ive been dealing with some serious pain in my legs for a variety of reason. Its really to the point where I dont even want to stand, never mind walk. Add that when I do, even with my oxygen on, my sats drop to the low 90s very quickly.I thought back to some of the things that got me through some serious injuries. One of those things was massage. I havent gone in years, also for a variety of reasons. The main one being cash.Since Ive been working Ive been putting in some decent cash into my HSA. So I decided to give massage a try again at Elements Massage Friday night. WOW what sweet relief! Im still feeling better tonight! Even if the relief is only 2 or 3 days (of course I want to go for more!) its so worth it!Ill be back this Thursday!
Friendliest front staff (Hi Alta and April!), always greeted by name, and great massage therapists. I see Madyson regularly for deep tissue and trigger point work, but have seen others when my regular therapist was out, and they always do a great job. Each therapist Ive had always asks what I like done, how I like it worked on, and are wonderful about encouraging feedback as they go so you can get exactly what you want. Truly, they do all have their own style, so if you arent sure exactly what youre looking for, ask the front desk, they are so knowledgeable about their therapists and do a fantastic job pairing you up. The massage tables are comfortable and heating pad equipped, which is especially nice during the winter!
Its been a year or since Ive gotten a massage. I found myself in so much pain with issues with both knees that I could hardly walk. By the time my massage was finished, I walked out far better than I walked in. Im still feeling great as I get up this morning. Ill be making Elements Massage at least a bit weekly visit.
My therapist (Destiny) was a no show. It would’ve been nice to get a call or be given an explanation on why my therapists didn’t show up. Will not be going back to this therapist.
1st time ever having a massage at Elements Massage and it was great! The overall experience was lovely. From walking into the front door, I was greeted with professionalism and pleasant smiles!Cucumber water was provided, as well...My massage therapist, Natalie, was AWESOME... nothing but AWESOMENESS!!!I decided to sign up for the wellness program, which includes discounted rates for monthly massages.Atmosphere was calm and relaxing! The front desk receptionist, Ulta, was very helpful and of great knowledge of the therapist there.Ill most definitely be back next month.Time and money well spent...

Ive had the pleasure of having 6-10 different therapists work on me here, and all were phenomenal! They each have their own style and techniques, yet they truly listen to what my specific needs/areas of concern are. I feel that all employees, including front desk staff, genuinely care about the well being of their clients. Elements is completely opposite of other places such as Massage Envy or Hand and Stone because, at Elements, Im not treated as a task to complete as quickly as possible or someone to make more money off of by selling every service in the book to. I love the time, care, and attentiveness that is taken by Elements. Your services are actually worth the money spent.Post My Review on GoogleComplete
All of the staff at Elements are warm and welcoming. Going to get a massage there is an opportunity for me to do some self-care - as the massage is excellent - I always feel more relaxed and well cared for. The new protocols for health safety are well worth in light of the quality of the massage. Elements is the only place I go for massage!
Simply: expert, professional & top-tier quality massage experience. I see why Rebecca stays booked up, but if you can get one booked up with her by chance, it will be the best massage that you have probably ever had in your life. I’ll put a cheeseburger wager on it. I could waste time elsewhere, but instead I made the most logical decision and started my membership, and put one on the books weekly through December and into next year - start it out on the right foot, leave 2021 on the left. I’m just trying to take care of the most valuable asset I have, which is myself. It’s more than a massage, it’s a mindset of self for self, so I can be the best I can for those that need that. Elements Massage meets me right on this level. I’m looking forward to December.
This place has some amazing massage therapist, and there price is fair. I go whenever I can. They offer memberships for those who want to get regular massages. Their therapist range from light pressure to deep pressure and trigger points. And they also have availbility on the weekends & hours into the evening for those who cant make during normal business hours.
I had shoulder surgery and I went for a massage as all my muscles were very tight and painful all over my neck, back and shoulder blades. James was able to work out the tightness and I left relaxed and out of pain.
Wonderful people: skilled therapists & friendly staff. The massage rooms are always very clean. Theres a relaxing vibe, soft music, aromatherapy...always a treat to go there.
I usually receive a deep massage to my back and legs, and the next day I am able to appreciate my total massage; because my body feels wide awake and reacts to the muscular assistance it has received thru the skill of my therapist.
I would have to say that I have had a few good massage therapists there but some that are okay. But I would like to state that I have only had a few massages that are a true hour. Typically I get shorted by 15 min. Due to not entering the room til about 5 min or more late and then waiting for the therapist to return. Then they tend to stop about 8 minutes before the hour is up. I would like to see a change in that but otherwise I would say that elements beats massage envy any day of the week.
All the massage therapists are great! Especially James! He is consistent, listens to your needs and is a pro at time management and using every second of the session. I recommend 90 minutes if you can.
Its very professional compared to their competing chain. They offer alot of extras and the front desk Alta, is very nice. Most of the massge therapists at this location seem very good. From what I hear, you cant go wrong with any of them. If I wasnt only passing through, I would get monthly massages here. I specifically had Tom and he was great. He goes above and beyond what you would expect. He listens and works your targeted areas well with the amount of pressure you desire. Hes very knowledgeable and I would definitely go to him again. I was sore after my massage with him which is exactly how it should be after a deep tissue. The only thing I would recommend is giving little bottles of water after each massage. Hydrating after a massage is important. Maybe covid has something to do with that. Im not sure since it was my first time here.
Easy to get an appointmentStaff very friendly. Automatic pay and easy to stop service withouta lot of rig-a-ma-role. And, I can have my family use my massages ifI am unable to use them in a timely manner.Nice decor and environment. Prefer it to other places I have usedin the past
Rita was fabulous and so much fun. This was my first massage in years and she made the experience enjoyable, comfortable and I left feeling great. Bailey was so sweet and a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend Rita and Elements Massage!
Gloria was very rude to me over the phone and quite condescending. There was a misunderstanding which resulted in needing to cancel the appointments and she spoke down to me. Luckily I spoke with Alta (I believe this is her name I had a bad connection) today and she was much nicer to me and understood the situation. Overall I’d recommend the Arvada location because everyone there is kind.
Madyson is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is very friendly and better than just making pain disappear, she takes the time to explain to me why it helps and what muscles are effected(im a total nerd, so knowing this stuff is great for me.) She has a well thought out plan to fix my issues and does not just massage you for an hour and send you on your way. She cares about her clients and remembers me every time I come in.
I had an amazing massage with Samantha and she really helped me with my shoulder pain. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well.
I havent had a bad therapist yet and I have been coming here for 10 years! The front desk matches you with the pressure best for you and the type of massage you like. Their therapists are highly trained and professional and friendly.
I’ve gone to many, many massage therapists over the years for my neck and back issues and none have ever come close to the level of professionalism I have received from Elements Massage. I’m disabled and very petite so people frequently mistake me for a child. Many massage therapists assume that I don’t need much pressure at all due to how small I am (even though I speak up). Since I work in an averaged sized world, I tend to get more knots, aches, and pains than most people do because I’m always in a rush keeping up. It’s beyond amazing to know I can go to a relaxing environment where my needs are met. Thank you Elements Massage for your professional environment and employing such a great staff. Especially Rita. She is a life saver! If you ever need a deep, and I mean deep, tissue massage, Rita is your girl! I wish I could book her everyday!
Elements Massage is fantastic! I’ve been to several other massage places and none of them have had the same level of quality. I’ve had probably at least a dozen massage therapists work on me and all of them have been great here.
When I called for an appointment, I asked the front desk person for a good deep tissue therapist. She recommended James. He was the perfect therapist for my needs and I was so thankful for her recommendation. James was professional and did his work very well.
I highly recommend Decal. His pressure was right on and he went out of his way to tailor my massage to my individual needs. He even explained why I was having the pain I was having and gave me exercises to do at home to help remediate the problem. Decal is a true professional and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about his work.
I love the calm vibe of the reception area; you immediately feel like youve crossed into an alternate reality. The spa music and comfy beds are great. I enjoy going to different masseuses (which I hope is never taken as a sign of dissatisfaction). Over the past three years Ive not been disappointed once! Each of them has a different technique and rhythm; I like the variety.
As a driver for Kroger I delivered 32 packages of water here for the employees and patrons. Patrons get water after their sessions are finished for hydration.
I am thrilled that I got to come to elements to receive a deep tissue massage from James. I have thrown out my back many times before as well as lower back pain and sciatic pain. He had extensive knowledge and experience with stretching the muscles and ligaments out.
Markus is an amazing massage therapist! I have gone to him for several years and the massages are always wonderful. I leave feeling better than when I walked thru the door!
That was the worst experience I have ever had. I think I’m in more pain now then before my massage: it was extremely unpleasant and they didn’t even ask me how it was when I was leaving? I will not be back to this location. Horrible.
I have been going to Elements for 12 years and absolutely love it. Markus has healing hands. He helps keep my Fibromyalgia pain under contol. The environment is very professional, relaxing and soothing. I have also been a member for years. It saves me a lot of money. I highly recommend them!
I called and scheduled a deep massage appointment last month, and they said it would be $60 plus a tip. I went in, and the massage was OK, but when I got out the total came out to $98. That is completely ridiculous for one hour...
Ive been an Elements Massage customer for over 15 years. I love the calming atmosphere and the professionalism of the therapists. Ive tried other massage facilities, and this one is the best.
Great staff and even better service. Professionale, skilled and the aroma therapies are terrific - unlike the other places. Honestly, there is not a bad therapist, they are all fabulous!
After a long drive we got in immediately. We were treated with the utmost respect. First time here. First getting a massage. We will be back. Staff is great. Clean. Warm, inviting, relaxing. We will be back tomorrow.
All of the employees at Elements Massage are knowledgeable and friendly. The ambiance is relaxing from the moment you step in the door, a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
No fuss, no up-selling, and no pretentiousness. You get friendly front desk service and caring therapists who love to focus on your care. Ive been a customer for 7 years.
Massage was very good and excellent therapist. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Markus
Calming, relaxing and therapeutic. They are professional in their approach to clients and respect the boundaries as discussed prior to starting the massage. Therapists of all skill levels are available.
Natalie was absolutely fantastic, so much movement returned to my left shoulder even after only the first session.
My therapist was James and he was exceptional. He let me know what he was going to do before he did it, he explained why, and he consistently reminded me to keep breathing.
I became a customer when they first opened at the original location years ago. Now, theyre all over the country. Consistently good massages. I should get in more often than I do. Very well worth the time and money.
Atmosphere was great along with front staff. My massage therapist, Heather, did a great job and I plan on returning again soon.
Staff is always welcoming. Love the message I get by Courtney each time I visit Piney Creek.
Depends on who you get, but most therapists are helpful and friendly. They get the knots out, and are very good at finding out and fixing your problemed areas. z
Natalie is a great therapist!
I liked that the massage therapist listened to what my needs were and focused primarily on those areas. My wife and I both had excellent massages at Elements Massage Piney Creek.
My husband bought me two hour long massages for my birthday and Christmas 2 years ago. I never got to go and I cant find our gift cards. Any availability today?
I have found a Therapist that works well with my needs. The front desk staff are friendly and informative.
The atmosphere is very relaxing and low pressure. I like that I was able to transfer my membership to a location more convenient to me and that there is no joining fee.
Great massage book with James he will get you right.
Heather is the absolute BEST
Extremely relaxing environment. My massage therapist was very attentive to me and worked hard to get all my soreness and tightness out.
James was excellent. Rita is also; however, not available until Sept. All staff are pleasant and helpful

Laura is great. She has good technique. She can go deep when needed and light if you need it.
The facility is very nice, the staff are all helpful and friendly and the therapists I have worked with are great!
Piney Creek has amazing therapists and staff.
I can always count on the therapists here to really work the kinks out, which is great since I tend to hold stress in my neck and upper back.
My massage therapist are absolutely wonderful helping me manage my migraines.
