So sorry this review is late but I’ve been going here for over two years now and the staff has always been helpful with my needs and wants.This year they threw a 4/20 event despite how nasty the weather was that day. They had food and drinks and even a giveaway with some awesome prizes. It was a great experience and I love how every time I go in I discover something new or different. This is my go to for any glass, adaptive pieces, and accessories for all youre smoking needs. More specifically, an employee named Hannah stayed until the last closing minutes to get me what I was looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her taking time out to take care of me. That character goes a long way with me! Thanks again Hannah!

First time in Colorado. My friend took me, it was our first time coming and the manager Rachel was the one to wait for me and her attitude was not welcoming at all. I purchased my item because it was very pretty but if I was to ever visit again I will not be coming or recommend anyone to the location. If I could take away stars I would but the gentlemen at the door was the nicest.

This place is big, people here are cool. They have lots of stuff. Just expect to be taxed, expensive. I needed new glass for my Puffco, came in here got a Proxy Bub for $140+ tax. You can get it direct from Puffcos website for $100. I didnt feel like waiting at the time and it was nice to use it right away but kinda steep price 40% mark up.Edit: I appreciate the response. No discussion is needed, if you guys need 40% mark up to operate thats how it is. Just giving my honest opinion and some people may prefer to save $40 and wait 2 days.

READ BEFORE SPENDING MONEY HERE. Went here yesterday. Spent almost 90 dollars. Was told the day after the glass broke on the inside of the “best pen on the market” that I can’t take it back, can’t get a replacement, and this was the assistant manager Ray telling me this. It wasn’t dropped, nothing happened at all…went to load it and it cracked down one side and split. First off who treats customers like this? Check the date, check the receipt… it was less than 24 hours ago!!. Don’t go here out of convenience to the dispensary and get scammed please. There are so many other places that will take care of you. Or take care of a problem at the very least and offer a replacement, if not your money back. Never trust a company that won’t accept returns with a receipt with less than a day that went by on the purchase. 🗑️ **** update *** I’ve emailed them multiple times with their follow up on my post. Seems like that’s what they do on all negative reviews. No reply. Big surprise.

I just stopped in about 15 minutes ago. Hannah was Awesome!! She took the time to educate me better about getting a new vape. She was very knowledgeable and if she wasnt sure she consulted her manager, who knows her stuff, I would recommend any one that needs guidance about anything smoke related to come here. They are very knowledge and super easy to talk with.I think the best spot to go to with any questions about all kinds.!!!Thank you for taking the time to educate me and making sure when I left I didnt have any regrets. Myxed up creations is Hands Down The Best head shop in the state of CO. This particular location is exceptionally amazing. The endless selection of pieces that they have to choose from is phenomenal. This shop is filled with extremely knowledgeable humans who can easily walk you through every item in the store. From employees to management this Place Exceeds All Expectations. I have been coming to the store for over 20 years! Never disappointed with the customer service!! Rachel is the manager at this store and she is extremely knowledgeable on every product in the store!! Love the staff! Visited on 1/21 to get a new 510 thread battery. The girl I initially talked to was amazing. Got one that Ive never had. Got home and tried to use it. No luck, let it sit on the charger then let the cartridge sit, nothing worked. Took it back a couple of hours later, after some fooling around with it, they couldnt get to work either. Both fellows were so patient and nice. They let me exchange it for another battery. So all 3 workers that day, are top notch people! Totally will be back because of them!

I’ve been coming to this shop for years now and the staff is always offering great customer service. Most recently I needed to make a request that was outside store and federal policy. Ray let me know that the request couldn’t be processed in store, but gave me the contact info and copies of my receipt to pursue my request through customer support. I reached out after hours and received a phone call promptly the next morning. Support was extremely understanding and helpful in resolving the issue. But the MVP in this whole scenario was Ray, always welcoming, empathetic, and demonstrating member centric service which is hard to find these days. As a salesperson and financial services employee I truly appreciate Ray and all the staff at Myxed up.

Bought something they didnt tell me was expired, called them back thinking they would help me out because they pushed me to purchase it and they said i would get a store credit if i brought it in. I took it back in and explained what i was told to the manager. According to her it was passed the “best by” date but not expired and they werent going to do anything for me. Never returning. If i could give 0 stars i would. They’ll tell you whatever just to get their old stuff off the shelf.

Kyle is my man! Excellent customer service, greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got straight to helping me. Explained everything leaving me with no questions about my pieces and even reminded me to pick up a case that I totally spaced on. Nakona was fantastic - the best customer service! He explained how different pieces worked and answered all of our questions. This place is our new favorite, with a huge selection at any price point you’re looking at.

It was such a wholesome experience! They had a pretty good dj on site as well as a pretty lit dance floor. I loved the vibe and the presence that the employees gave as well. I was helped immediately by someone by the name of Tommy Pickles. Sweet man indeed! And the cashier was just the best! People like her allow people like me to believe that that there are still kind people out there! They definitely made my birthday onto great!!

Mixed Up Creations Aurora is honestly the show Cheers just in real life. Any questions I have are answered to the best of the ability of the employees. Ive been to many Glass shops from the east coast to Colorado. These people are the TOP GUN ( best of the best) of glass shops. Ive also gotten to know the manager and staff members and they care about every guest. That being said it is in this day in age of instant gratification. Its SUPER important to take your time, like with everything in life we all have different styles and techniques of what is the best system for each individual person. And I appreciate that everyone at this store takes the time for every single guest that walks in. There hasnt been a time where I havent seen a single employee not care about each guests needs. This is the place to be and leave feeling better knowing full well you have the best equipment. And hell you make some new friends in the process . Whats not to like? Myxed Up is my go-to headshop!! AmazIng selection and service, they go above and beyond to show you each item and answer your questions. As soon as I walk in someone is always ready to help me. It is a large, wheelchair accessible building, with an expansive inventory featuring everything from clothes, candles, bongs, e-dab devices, tapestries, kratom, cbd, and more! They always have everything I need

Ive been into this location a couple times, and each time the employees are very nice. My experiences with products have been hit or miss. The employees are concerned with only making a sale for their property, which is understandable, but they wont even recommend where to find what you need if they dont have it. I went in the other day and the person that was helping me just had a very sour attitude and tone. This location is convenient, but Ive been to smaller shops with better attitudes.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here! The store is spacious and well organized, so I didnt feel crowded as I browsed. The cases were full of unique glass pieces you could look at while you waited to be helped. I didnt have to wait long, as each customer was helped quickly by the polite and well trained staff. I had the pleasure of being helped by the manager Beatrice, who not only recommended a bag for my new glass but also showed me the best way to secure everything inside so I didnt break anything. As she rung up my purchase she was polite and chatty, which made the whole experience feel more welcoming. I left feeling confident in both my purchase and in the fact that I could go back to them in the future.

When will Google make no stars an option... I come here, because I had friends that use to work here, and it was a super chill place, but this location has taken a serious dive since those golden daze.Dont bother signing up to be called for a product that is not in-stock... 21st century and instead of making a digital spreadsheet to easily keep track of all the info, they use archaic paper and pencil to try and organize the backorders, and it looks like a 6 year olds chicken scratch took down all the info, which seems absolutely atrocious to keep track of... no wonder they never called me and sold out...AGAIN🤦‍♂️Never coming back here...AGAIN, and you should consider elsewhere as well... im not sayin, im just sayin🤷‍♂️

My goodness!! WHERE do I start!? I’ve been “vaping” good meds for medical reasons (seizures, Tramatic brain injury and ptsd) etc . Anyways..I have been using different batteries, from so many different head shops.. Aurora, Denver, Capitol Hill, Morrison, Woodland park, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas “I guess the BEST they had..30 minute cab ride one way) Los Cabos Mexico, Spokane Washington, Missoula Montana (back when it was med and rec, now Montana is JUST med.) I have got to say,I am someone that wants something to last!! I came in This morning and an AMAZING sales associate “Rae”walked right up to me, not even 1 minute after I walked in,Asked very calmly and not aggressive sales, asked if I needed help.. why yes I do. As I am moving to Montana on Wednesday and needed a couple good New battery’s. I’m driving thru Wyoming. Don’t and can’t take anythiing “used” they the state for legal reasons. My goodness!! Ray turned me on to 2AMAZING battery’s thatI could get all that “little remenats “out of my older cartridges ! NONE of the other ones did that. Died within 1 day. . Only able to recharged up to 1 month. Ugh!!!These are amazing! I THANK RAE very much for not only the help, and not get focused on just the money. Really helped me! I will NEVER go elsewhere. They deliver to 50 states and don’t you know.. I’ll be having them delivered to Montana! This was by far the BEST experience, not that I’m cheap, but I do want and need those batteries to last more than 1 week. I will be 3 hours from the nearest town that would offer that, one way. No one could give me that, except mixed up in Aurora Colorado, off Mexico and Chambers. Ask for Rae, although I am sure they are ALL great. Oh and, it is HUGE. Used to be a pool hall in late 1980-1990’s.Oh and for the lovers of Bailey, South Park county Colorado.. they have the cast of South Park glass pieces!!❤️

This is the second time we’ve been here and we’ve always had great service. Kyle went above and beyond to help me with all my needs and questions. He talked to me like an actual person and not as a customer. When I was nervous he reassured me and made me feel better about what I was buying. Everything was reasonably priced as well and the layout was definitely cool looking. Kyle’s positive attitude and helpfulness is the reason why we’ll tell all our friends to come here. This is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to time and time again.

Love the Aurora store, Rachel is great also (all the staff is but shes amazing)! If they dont have what youre looking for she takes the time to find you an alternative product and/or will look into an arrival date if theyre just out of stock. She doesnt make you feel like youre wasting her time, and doesnt rush you even though there are other customers in the store. Great customer service at this store, all my friends shop only here

So I used to work at a little head shop like this but Myxed Up Creations totally blows my mind every time I go in. They have the best selection of everything you could possibly think of. The staff is awesome as well. Especially, Tommy! He seems to be the one that helps me every time I go in and I am not mad about it. He always makes sure I am getting the right thing and he takes the time to make sure everything is in working order before I leave. He even makes sure to tell me about any warranties I need to register and how to do it. He even showed genuine concern for me when I tripped (it happens a lot as I have neuropathy). If you are reading reviews to find your perfect store with a wide variety, search no longer. You found it all here. Including Tommy :D

As soon as I walked in the store today a guy immediately asked me for my ID... I come in this store almost everyday and see this buffoon standing behind the counter also I must say I am 33 years old and look not even close to being underage...Maybe you should be a little less high at work and remember who your customers are? Also maybe try carrying some actual quality Glass your bangers arent even quarts...

Honestly was my favorite smoke shop until a recent incident. Walked out with a new banger that I just bought minutes prior to only realize on my way home that it was cracked. Now I’ll say it’s on me for not asking for my receipt but after going in and trying to see if i could get it exchanged being as it was cracked and the person helping me didn’t notice, but even after looking up my loyalty account which I used to use my saved up points, I’m told that my account hasn’t been used since July and that I have 0 points to use. So the transaction went through, took my loyalty points and then apparently didn’t have a record of my transaction that happened minutes prior to me walking out. Speaking to the person who helped me did not good as did the manager who I had a nice back and forth with about policy. I understand needing to adhere to policy however for a long time customer who constantly patrons this shop i really wasn’t given the respect that I feel should be given to a customer. In the end it was resolved however I feel slightly disrespected and let down due to all hoops that needed to be taken to get there. I may come back again but chances aren’t very high which makes me sad as it’s my neighborhood shop.

So this is the best shop in Colorado! Hands down, the best customer service, real knowledgeable employees who take their time and care about their customers. High quality products ,huge selection, tons of product comes from Colorado, they support local artist more than any shop around. Management and staff always go above and beyond. I have been loyal to these shops for more than 20 years, and refuse to shop anywhere else! You cant go wrong with Myxed Up Creations!!!!

Rachel and her team are absolutely amazing!! I’ve been going to this location specifically for the last couple of years and it’s a joy to shop there every time. I’ve always gotten everything I needed, and the staff has always been nice enough to explain products to me and how they work. Very knowledgeable as well as a chill/friendly atmosphere! I went to this store on Thursday this week and bought a battery for my vape set up. When I got home and opened the package, the battery button was stuck and would not come on. After some wiggling around, I was able to get the battery to turn on. However, it continued to malfunction and even stayed on after the button was depressed. I obviously wrapped it back up and got it ready to return to the store, with receipt in hand. I went on Saturday afternoon to return the device for just a straight exchange. The employee, who honestly had done a great job at selling me on Thursday said he would have to ask his manager if there was anything we can do. Once the manager, Rachael I believe, finally came out onto the floor, she said nope, youll have to contact the manufacturer to get a new one. Our policy has changed. Now, the manufacturer says: we will not honor the warranty because you did not buy the device directly from us. So, All Myxed of Aurora has lost a customer, and the additional customers I bring with me. I know: no one really cares, and youre talking about a cheap a** battery, bro! The point is customer service. In a time when I can get the same thing ALL OVER DENVER, or even cheaper online, and delivered to my door, you would think a retailer would be doing more to maintain customers. As I read through the comments, I see a lot of the same complaints. I also see the store trying to make amends. However, the correct time for amends is when I went back to the store with an issue, not after youve been put on blast online. And, if there are that many issues with seemingly one employee, why is she....well, never mind, not my store, not my business. Anyways, buyer beware. Just because this is a legal enterprise doesnt mean theyll act like it at the store!

I haven’t been to many glass shops but this one is definitely one of the best!!! I went in there with a couple family memebers not knowing what I want. However the two people that were working there took me under their wing and showed me some of the best glass they had. Now when I go in there I will always ask what they think would be best. The people that work there are absolutely amazing. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. Love this place!!!

I always enjoy my experience when I go to this store, Rachael and her staff are always very helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable about their products and their business. I am promptly greeted with a nice smile and hello as soon as I walk in the door. This is my favorite place to buy my juices and my coils.

The staff here are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. This store is huge and has an extensive selection of all things cannabis, including clothing and decor and then some. Massive glass selection, all of which is high quality. The glass seems to be fairly priced although leaning a bit more toward the expensive range. Highly recommend this place as your one-stop-shop for smokers, vapers, and tokers.

What a great shop! Went there for the first time today, looking for some heady glass and was very amazed. The shop had a excellent selection of glass. The nice heady stuff was well ranged in pricing, something for everybody.Not to mention the great knowledgeable staff. I was served by Kelsey and she was amazing! Ive been coming this place for over a decade now and Ive never once had a problem with the staff or merchandise. Today I went in to get a vape and the one that I got did not work upon testing before leaving the store. It wasnt their fault it was obviously a bad run by the manufacturer. However the super nice ladies there went through 3 brand new vapes till they happily found me one that worked, which is how theyve always done it. By the way, the vape was everything they said it would be and more. Stumbled upon this gem when out one day and I’m so glad I did. I’ve bought every piece and accessory I have here and have never been anything but satisfied. Rachael is amazing and has been there for all of my visits. She’s super knowledgeable and always takes her time to explain and suggest. I drive twenty minutes out of my way just to visit. And my favorite, they recycle carts! Pjay helped me today and I left with my new favorite grinder. Love these guys! I highly suggest to everyone looking for pieces, accessories, local hand-blown glass, incense, and everything else. The vibe is phenomenal. I can’t praise this place enough. There was a woman who had stars on her face around here eyes. She showed us around the store knowing that we weren’t trying to spend a bunch of money. We could tell that she was simply wanting to connect. We chatted a bit and wandered through the store as she shared her excitement about pieces that were both for sale and not. They had a few that were for display only, including a stone carved pipe that was absolutely gorgeous. As we were winding up our random browsing she told us about the discount rack so I bought a shirt. Comfy as can be, these guys are in a good spot. Much happy.

The best head shop in Aurora. They literally have almost everything in there some name brand glass, vapes and incense. They even have this cool little case where you can see how pipes and bongs have evolved sense the 40s! I love everyone who works in there! They are all extremely helpful and super nice!

Been here twice in about a week. The first time they helped me build a dab rig out of various pieces so it could be exactly what I needed. The second time I came in for some replacement parts for an old bong. Both times I was greeted by at least two people, and they had very personable staff who knew what they were talking about and shared ideas/personal experiences/tips to help. Best place for glass that I know, plus they have snacks and drinks from different countries that have flavors we dont have in the USA (kinda pricey but really fkin cool).

The people who work there are awesome super nice and helpful. They don’t watching you walk around the store and badger you every 5 seconds witch is awesome! They have great stuff and it’s always fun to go in.

I bought some CBD gummies here; when the clerk allowed that they were hard, I specifically asked whether they were expired -- no reply came. I got them anyway; they were chewy enough to remove dental work and when I examined the package, the date code read 093020. I took them back and spoke to the manager, but she absolutely stonewalled me, saying three times that they didnt sell expired products and that Myxed Up Creations would neither refund the purchase price nor exchange them for another product. I contacted the manufacturer, JustCBD, for clarification and learned that the date on the package is that of manufacture. JustCBD recommends that this product be consumed within two years, so the gummies I bought were approaching four months past the date they should all have been eaten.P.S. Myxed Up Creations agreed to refund my purchase and pledged to remove any expired stock, so Im updating my review to reflect that.P.P.S. I lost a filling last week -- Im attributing it to the expired gummies.

Very poor customer service from the female manager only. Employees are great though! I was sold a broken atomizer tip without either of us realizing, I called in today if I can get it replaced because in order for you to know if it was broken you wouldve had to use try it. And I had told the manager that and sure enough since I tried to use it once, all they were able to do is offer me a lousy 10% off. The one star is for being cheap, when there merch isnt.Been coming here for over 7 yrs. Now Ill never come back. Just a bad vibe now 😞. Be careful what you buy!

I walked into Mixed Up Creations for the first time in years and I’m so glad I did! The energy and professionalism was off the charts! I was greeted with such enthusiasm and care!! Ray helped me along with 2 other just as amazing employees! I was looking for a vape pin and Ray broke it down for me and educated me like no other person has when I’ve looked into vape Pins. Dont purchase anything here if you ever expect them to honor the warranty.Purchased a torch here several years ago with a lifetime warranty. I was told I could come back to the store to get a replacement if anything ever happened.Well the day came where it stopped working. I go in and try to get it replaced and I am hit with a well I can give you a discount on a new one. Weak excuse for a reputable headshop. I even kept the receipt the whole damn time.

The store is full of overpriced items you can get cheaper elsewhere, not the greatest recommendation . Im all about customer service. i came in 4/13 and was attended by Rae. she was awesome. told me to save my receipt just incase it stopped working. she SWORE by the vape. told me she had it and that the battery was A1. hasnt even been a week and my device doesnt work. wont turn off, charged it, looked up ways to troubleshoot it. nothing. came in and Rae was in. told her my vape stopped working and her whole vibe changed. told me i needed the box. i explained to her that she told me to save the receipt. she then went to the back and called her boss. her boss then told her to tell me that even w a box she wasnt going to give me a refund. one of the employees there even said that he has issues w the same pen. why are they selling batteries that clearly dont work. i definitely would not recommend coming here. definitely overpriced. yes theyre open late.. but they sell things that dont work and wont even compensate for their customers for their own mistake.

I walked in with minor pre-researched data on vape pens but felt really comfortable just asking for their full guidance on quality concerns and getting the most for my budget.Assistant Manager Rachel was amazing -- she listened so thoroughly to what I initially wanted (two different pens for two different processes) and expertly walked me through all the small details and differences for the two selected pens. Although I was fairly comfortable with one type of pen I had never used the other type before, and she was so helpful in detailing the uses and cautions.Overhearing other conversations with staff in the store, I can attest that theyre equally fantastic with seasoned customers as well as first time visitors to the store. *Update* Just went back last week and Tristan helped me find what I needed -- incredibly professional and courteous!

Really really bad service as well as zero knowledge about what it is I was coming in for. I was just met with responses such as uh huh, yeah, I feel that. I walked in with full intention of walking out with what I needed. I just needed steered in the final direction without hopefully wasting my money in the process. That definitely didnt happen.Ended up walking out with a $100 dab box that I am superrr unhappy with. Firstly there was no instruction manual with the device & it is not on the product website so figuring out how to get the best out of the device has been a nightmare. I also have since found out that this product has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Something that also would have been nice to know about. When asking about the price difference between the two I was simply given a break down of the visual difference. Except, before walking in I had already been doing that on the website for some time myself. I knew what I wanted by the salesperson just had no idea how to get it done.Ultimately just overall failure of an experience. I am sure buying something simple like glass here is easy. But they had no knowledge of what I was asking and they werent comfortable admitting that. They were much more comfortable with me just wasting $100. Something that is hella lame and something I dont feel would have happened somewhere else. Simply stopped here because it was right down the road from where I live. Big mistake.Two stars because they get an entire star due to the size of the store._EDIT_Went back in to get a solution. Asked to talk to Rachel like instructed but she wasnt in, So I spoke with someone who I think maybe was the asst. manager but I dont know for sure based on his response. Knew what I wanted but they were more comfortable giving me money back. Asked if I could just get the version of the product that WASNT discontinued, and was responded with.. well, we have the parts for the discontinued version... I directly told them the solution I would have been most happy with and their only response was you would have to pay the difference .... I just got sold on a discontinued product days prior and now am trying to get up-sold? Nah. that isnt quite how customer service works... The salesperson just didnt understand that if they had let me exchange mine as an even exchange I would have HAD TO COME BACK IN TO THEM TO BUY SUPPLIES & COILS FOR IT.They had the chance to make an unhappy customer a repeat customer, but they would rather just lose a customer altogether.

Myxed up Aurora has been a staple here for many years. They have great smoking accessories from little smoking pieces to elaborate pieces of art that I cant believe you can smoke out of. They also have great gifts, vapes, cbd products and cleaning supplies. A one stop shop. All of that, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff, equal to a great experience. I pass multiple shops in the same industry just to go here because they are unmatched.

Was sold a very defective piece, was never offered a receipt on our first visit. The piece it’s self is not round at the top as told to me by the manager…. But I was allowed to purchase it after being showed a different piece that sealed properly… all together essentially wasted around $50. Bad place overall, sad cuz they got nice glass

Have to start with we have been loyal customers since you had the little store on Colfax.We needed a new battery for our vape cartridges. As soon as we walked in, Beatrice, was the most outgoing and helpful. She knew exactly where the best product was.

My husband and I are frequent patrons here and most of the employees know who we are when we come in. We usually come in twice a week and spend over 100 dollars everytime. Here lately we will only come in when PJ or Rea are working because they know exactly what we want and know what they are talking about. We dread coming in when we have to deal with the store manager Rachel. We had to bring one of the metta hemp carts back because it was not working right by not bring the vape up the chamber and just pushing it out the bottom where the battery connects to the cart. Rachel was the only one to help us and tried saying that we werent using the right battery but it is the same battery we have been using with them and has worked perfectly. Pretty much we went back and forth with her trying say it was are fault it didnt work right. We then came in today to exchange a clean af cart that didnt work and ended up dealing with Rachel again that exchange went a little better but while we were getting more cart she blatantly told us that the firing pin was missing in the metta hemp cart we had just exchanged and we are to blame for that and it wasnt a manufacturing defect and that our battery must have been so sticky it removed the firing pin. Now if we a regular patrons and she treats us like that imagine how she acts with others. I have heard people come out complaining about you need to get a better manager, especially one that knows the product and not have to Google it everytime someone has a question about it.

Both mixed up creations I stopped at wasnt that helpful I loved the shirts and some prices were nice but they seemed agitated about grabbing pieces for me to see. If Im looking to spend 80/150 I feel you can pick up what ever I tell you to and let me see dont act frustrated that I wanna continue to look.

They are always out & when they do get some they sell out right away, & the other stores get restocked but not this store?Ive been a Mixed Up customer of the original Colfax store for over 20 years, so much so that the owner and manager give me a 10% discount. I dont expect THAT at THIS store, but I was disappointed when they let me leave without giving me a free packet of screens to go with my new purchase. And when I went back, the guy remembered that he hadnt given me screens, and I still had to pay for them. Is this a new policy of not getting a complimentary screen pack to go with your hardware??

This will forever be the only place I go for glass! They have the best selection and the awesome energy that comes from every employee I encounter is amazing! I always feel like Im at home here!!

This is my favorite head shop and i ALWAYS recommend Myxed Up to my friends for multiple products and reasons. First off they always greet you friendly, acknowledge you and take very good care of you with all the time and questions you need, never rushed and never waiting. 2nd off my husband breaks his glass bong alot and they have a $20 bong thats great and very reasonable we have bought many of. 3rd off they carry the kratom capsules i like for energy at work and at least a dozen of my coworkers have tried and now get them there. 4th off their vape juice has a wide variety and reasonably priced for my daughter. They have a great points program and always have cool events and deals going on!!!! Last time we were in we were helped by Allie or Abby i forgot but she has helped us many times before always well taken care of; so friendly so helpful never rushed or treated like a problem here, the BEST STAFF!!!! Instead of having the flower displayed in glass canisters side-by-side each other, I was shown small samples and small containers one at a time. I like to see and compare side-by-side. Also nothing had very goadd very good percentages. The highest THC percentage I saw was only 17%. I felt like the prices were kind of high for the level of service.

I bought a nail and stem that was the wrong size when I came to exchange it Rachel helped me. She wasn’t very helpful and I felt rush. After I got the nail I wanted she went to ring it up and told me it was an even exchange, I spent $33 there. Went out to my car to look at everything the nail has a barcode and sticker on it that says $15 I went back in to talk to them about it and she said it was $30 it was just sticker wrong. Well that’s false advertisement, she wasn’t trying to help the situation either treating me as if it was my problem that the sticker says $15. I definitely feel ripped off because I only got a nail that cost $30? (BS) so that was definitely my last $30 spending at myxed up. I do recommend The Bomb Head shop, they have WAY better pricing and better customer service, I got 2 female 14mm stems for $15.

This store is the absolute worst vape store ever. The staff do not know anything and seem like they are stoned out of their minds. If you buy anything there be careful because they will not have the coils, vape juice etc. When you need them. I refuse to ever go there again. I bought a nord 2 about 2 weeks ago and went back to get new coils nope dont have any. Everytime I come in there for juice they dont have my tobacco flavor. I also like to buy a big bottle nope dont have any. They try to sell me a bunch of little bottles for more $$$. How freaking hard is it to order big bottles. And the african american lady ( the manager i think) knows absolutely nothing about customer service! Im done and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Swift hooked it up! I just made it home with my new rig and it was exactly what I was looking for. I went in with a $100 budget with the expectation that they were going to try to upsell me on some glass. Instead they kept me $45 under my limit. I got a rig that came with a nail and a new banger!! Everyone was very nice. They also have all the good backwoods (honey, bourbon, and even Russian cream), Dutch masters, and everything else. Deffinetly will be returning for more business with them soon.

I like the store. The staff are friendly. However, I bought two vape pens from this place that broke within 6 weeks, one even before 30 days, which made it eligible for an exchange apparently. But they wouldnt exchange it. Other than that issue, I have no problems with this store and would come back for anything other than their vape pens.

Best glass shop around. They always have a great selection of pieces in their yuuuuge store, from killas and illuminatis to glass from local artists. Staff here is always very attentive and helpful in finding something that works for you. When they dont have a certain color or piece in stock they are always willing to all their sister shop and try to get it over to the shop or hold it there for you.

The last vaporizer I bought here and they not only lied to me about the warranty, the tank leaked after 3 weeks. I brought it back and of course they couldnt fix it. I went to the manufacturers website like they said and the manufacturer told me it had to be purchased from them directly to honor any kind of warranty. I bought my e-juice from them for a while because they had the biggest bottle but now I will go elsewhere for my e-juice.

I’ve bought a few pieces from this shop, I went and picked up an ash catcher for 37.00. Went home to use it and discovered it had little to zero air flow capability. I was more upset that she seemed aware of the flaws in there glass then i was about a weak discount she offered. Test all your glass in the store.

I went to 9 stores or shops in one day with the sole purpose of learning as much as I can about the stores and products and marketing of the products. I just opened a store in kansas (with only some knowledge). This store in particular stood head and shoulders above the rest. I am sorry to say I do not know the names of employees that were there that day.( I am terrible with names) I went in there with no false pretense of being a customer. They knew why I was there and after my experiences at the previous stores I was expecting to be ask to leave. But to my surprise I was not. In fact it was the total opposite. I visited with each of the employees and learned something from each of them. they knew about product and placement. they knew about laws of their state. they were proud of glass blown in their state and displayed it with class. They E-Liquid bar was amazing. and I was surprised to find out how much they really knew about the standard and quality of liquids not only made in the USA and in other countries. I firmly believe in quality over quantity, and I felt like they do as well. I made a purchase, and as I was about to leave the store I was told that if I had more questions not to hesitate to call or stop in. I will definitely be stopping in every time I make it back to your city. As much as i learned about the products the one thing I took from the store most is the quality of staff they have. I will using this as an example when training all of my new employees. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH.

My go to for anything to do with vaporizers. They have a great juice selection and everyone there is friendly and very professional.. Ive never been anywhere where they have so many people who are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell.. They also have very cool clothing and hats... Hats are kinda expensive but tho, but worth not in my opinion.. I think they are Grassroots.. Also they have a donation jar to send this little girl to collage which i think is amazing that they give back to the community.. I love this place!!👍👍

Went here because the green soliton did not have heating elements that I needed and they told me myxed up would have some for me. End up purchasing a heating element for my dr dabber right before the store closed. Unfortunately the piece that I bought was not compatible with my battery and did not work. Came back to the store wanting a refund or exchange for something since I was sold something that did not work for my piece. Whoever helped me, (I think it was the manager?) was not able to return or exchange the item I bought but was able to give me a extra battery they had so I could use the piece I bought. I was expecting them to tell me they couldnt do much for me since you really cant return something thats already been used, but they went out of their way to make this situation right and that really speaks well about this company! I would definitely recommend coming here, great customer service, huge amount of gear to pick from and good vibes.

Went over to a good friends house last week. Before I got there I had stopped by Myxed Up Aurora to grab some smoking essentials. When I walked in vibes were chill being that this isn’t my usual Myxed Up shop. After looking around I happen to notice one of the employees wasn’t wearing a mask and was vaping inside. Which made me fell a-little bit uncomfortable due to whole coronavirus. I’m pretty sure her name was Rachel, I had overheard another employee call for some assistance. It’s ok to Vape and all just not around customers during this whole global pandemic. Would’ve been fine if she would’ve gone outside. All I know is Myxed Up on Colfax don’t be vaping around their Customers.

Extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. I had an issue with a product and Rachel totally made it right. I have been supporting this store for more than a decade and have never had a problem they couldnt fix for me. I highly recomend this store and staff.

Dude was helpful at first. Till we asked to look at a pipe in a glass case. And he walked around helping people all around us but never helped us. It was when I set my pipe down instead of buying it that someone else came and asked if we were finding everything alright. We Waited way longer than we shouldve.

Cool people But quality of pieces are to expensive for what it is. bought a 90 dollar nectar collector and its clogged after using it 5 times. Holes inside of the piece are to small. Not something you would know till you bring it home and smoke out of it. Clean it and it still clogs after 5-7 dabs

Purchased THe Can vaporizer from Myxed Up in March 2017. The heating element finally failed after I moved out of state, but I was able to work with them and CannaVapor to send it to CO for repair. Just got it back, and it is as good as new. It was totally worth the investment. I also purchased some GlassLabs 303 pipes, and they are the best.

Super helpful crew!! They treat you like family every time you go in, really knowledgeable with everything they carry. Will never shop anywhere else for glass, vape products, or hookah supplies. Keep up the good work!

Bought one vape pen battery here, and it broke. I didn’t have the receipt so they only gave me a discount, which is understandable. I bought another one with the discount, and it broke 3 months later. I brought it in, with the receipt this time, and was told I could again only get a discount. They also told me they didn’t even sell that battery anymore, most likely due to the same issues I was having. Not going to keep wasting $20 on vape pen that’s breaks in a couple months, when I can find ones exactly like that on eBay for $10.

I came into to purchase a cape pen and Kelsey gave me above par service and showed true appreciation towards my requests. She showed customer service way past what I ever expected. I will be back for anything I need.

My Experience At Mixed Was 5 Stars. The customer service was amazing all because of one employee PATRICK. He definitely need to give this guy a rise.

This shop got everything right. Enormous and well-chosen selection of vaping and smoking products. Head-bopping cool music. Freaking turntables for DJs to spin tunes. The staff know their products really well and treat you like a king/queen. Honestly, I now feel like buying a second vaporizer just for the sake of hanging out with the cool people there.

Darius was amazing. My husband and I are brand new to the world of vaping and he spent a ton of times with us explaining everything to us and letting us sample different juices. We will definitely be back in the future for anything we need.
