Great customer service! This is the only place in town that I could find replacement o-rings for my Smok TFV4 tank without having to be special ordered. They actually grabbed a new o-ring off of a new tank and let me use it. Their selection of juices are great too because they have quite a few brands that I had never even heard of (Im a heavy vaper and have bought tons of different brands and flavors), plus they offer high nicotine content juices also which most other shops dont carry... I vape 12mg juice and they had tons of different 12mg juices to choose from at a good price. I will definitely be back and would recommend this vape shop to anyone! This shop is great! Theyve only been open a couple of months and are still getting things situated but they have a lot of quality products and the people who own and operate it are friendly, knowledgable, and are more than willing to help with everything from choosing a personal vaporizer (electronic cigarette) and accessories to selecting liquid that fits your personal tastes. They can even help you learn more about vaping and show you how to get your gear set up! They have a large selection of liquid from quality vendors in many different flavors and even have them available for sampling. I didnt think Bakersfield would ever get a solid vape shop, but now we have! Thank you, Infinite Vapes, Im excited to see whats to come and you definitely have my business!

A full service vape shop in Bakersfield. These guys know theyre vapes. They take the time to help theyre customers enjoy the experience of vaping. I truly appreciate their expertise and willingness to share their knowledge with the customers.The store is great, tons of selection and experience with the product. This stuff is head and shoulders above what you find in your typical cigarette store.The juices they carry are extremely high quality and tasty. Selection is wonderful as well. The testing bar is a very nice feature. Theyre more than willing to let you test the flavors out. Apple jacks is great.The store was set to close at 6PM. They stayed around serving their customers until a little before 8PM. Some customers even came in after 6PM, and they were still served. They made quite a few extra sales because of it. You do not find service and expertise like they have in most places.Another interesting note was the clientele. The clientele ranged widely, which is good. Young (18+) and older. Anybody can come into this store and be treated with respect. Some stores do not appreciate that every smoker or ex-smoker has an interest in this. I appreciate this immensely.If youre looking to get into vaping, or already are, this place has everything you need and great customer service. Give them your money.

Went in looking to quit a pack a day and was very skeptical. Turns out the staff is very knowledgeable. After a few hours and learning a little lingo, I spent about $80 and smoked my last cigarette. They were able to nail a perfect flavor (Tripoli) for me and did a little work dialing in my nicotine level (12mg/mL). Im down to a 3mg nic and get a little chuckle every time I realize that I kicked cigarettes for good. Now I vape purely for pleasure and flavor. They have EVERYTHING youll need. Lynn is a grandmaster coil builder and Brandon is the flavor aficionado.

These guys are legit. Went in as a newbie, wanted something that would help me stop smoking. They answered all my questions, didnt make me feel stupid, and ultimately set me up with the mod that would work best for me. Every time I go in they are super welcoming. The customers who hang out there are chill too, so dont feel nervous about sitting at the bar and just chatting it up with some cool people.

I havent really bought much in the way of gear from them but they always have a great selection of juices. They really do take pride in the quality of their products and theyre always really easy to talk to.

I am very new to the vape world, this was my first time looking into it. They were so helpful and patient with me and all my crazy questions. They have a TUN of juice options! Felt like I needed to take a trip to Baskin Robins afterwards lmao. I highly recommend them to anyone! Especially noobies!

Horrible customer service. They sold me a faulty coil for my tfv12. The woman behind the counter verified it was a bad coil and wouldn’t replace it. I will never return to this shop and I do not recommend it.

Horrible selection I bought a mod box that was supposed to be waterproof drop-proof and it broke within 2 weeks and was over price hardly any e-juice I do not recommend going to this Vape place.

Best shop in town, in my opinion. Staff are very Knowledgeable and helpful. You will Feel like an expert by the time you leave. I would highly recommend this store to anyone starting out.
