I wanted to get my sister a gift for her birthday but had zero clue about the products. Luckily the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the products and were able to get me a great deal! Will be back in the future.

When it comes to vaping they are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. There customer service is beyond satisfactory they have a wide selection of great flavors and there rewards system is quite kind to loyal and returning customers. My only complaint is that I dont live closer to smoke scene but I can assure its worth the ride or trip to head that way.

I like this place. Its a brand new location for them. The owner and manager definitely know how to treat people right. Prices were competitive to other vape shops Ive been to. Pretty good selection. Awesome line of clothing. Plenty of parking in a quaint smaller shopping plaza.

This is honestly the best store! The store is impeccable and the customer service is better here than any other smoke shop I have been to! I make it a appoint to go to no other smoke shop than this one!

I used to go here when I lived in Bakersfield and became a regular. But since they moved to a bigger spot there are a lot more things to get. Prices though are on the expensive side.

This place has good glass but sometimes the employees are not helpful when it comes to questions about vapes. But still their products are high quality albeit at higher prices than other stores. With all that said, Id definitely not have a problem visiting this place again.

There are alot of smoke shops in town, however this one hands down is the best. Their new location is large and spacious and they are extremely knowledgeable. You just tell them what you are looking for and they will guide you from a beginner lever to expert they got you. Pricing is very competitive and they will treat you right!

Been coming here for years and continues to be a great place to buy Mods and Juice, the guys who works here ODay is always helpful and hes a really chill dude who know a lot about Mods and things that have to do with Vaping. Lots of good things to be said about this place and about ODay. This is the only Vape shop I go to, glad to be a loyal customer

Its 10:29 am and theyre not Open even though it says they Open at 10am. Their Toilet Paper felt Terrible and there was Peepee all over the Toilet Seat.

Great staff. Friendly crew. They really want you to get what youre looking for and will show you products that they feel you may like. I was not in there very long until I knew what I wanted. I got the aspire and a special nicotine fluid. Will return for another aspire and a Smok kit.

They just moved to this new, larger store. Specialized clothing available, too. Decent selection in product and pricing. In a well-kept, quaint neighborhood plaza. Worth visiting.

Honestly this store has incredible customer service I like stores that make me feel at home, I feel calm when I walk in. The employees seem more like friends rather than just workers.

Let me tell yall somethin. I often shop here, not for tobacco products but for other things that they have to offer such as large photos, body jewelry, and beverages. Although smoke scene is a smoke shop, the employees, Adam & Odai, hold some of the best customer service skill Ive witnessed. They are friendly, excessively helpful, and sometimes even very funny.

I wrote a review long ago that I now read and find that it was written unfairly. I shared my concern with O-Day and he explained that the owners wants people who come in to buy cigarettes are very easy to serve and help to balance out the store because cigarettes are expensive and large amounts of money are spent by smokers. I thought about this and then noticed that people who buy cigarette buyers and served quickly and it was my OWN issue that needed attention concerning the focus on the women.This store has a huge, well-maintained variety and the staff ODay and Adam KNOW there stuff. They always have the newest mods and know how to operate them. I always hear my name when I walk in and the store is clean, bright and I must retract what I said before about the attention to women. I think I was just being harsh and I am have been known to do that since I retired.I am much more satisfied in my own life and so I can tell you that The Smoke Scene offers the best balance, know- how and variety of any store I have been to and I have seen almost ALL of them.I majored in psychology and worked for Kern County Mental Health for many years and I can tell you that what I did is called TRANSFERENCE: I have an issue and I see it in others instead of myself. Called in asking about cigar selection. They said they had a great selection and two humidors. Very poor selection though.The guys were stoned. Rap music played in the shop. This is more of a headshop; they sell bongs and pipes, really.

I have been to The Smoke Scene so many times since my retirement, I think it is one of my top ten most-frequented places. Today. I was in a cab as I pulled in yesterday to get a couple of coils and I did what I call in Group Therapy, my cool check . ALL people do that. The term I like most comes from THE MASTER: John Bradshaw. He calls it: impression management. HUman beings tend to try to manage the impression that others will have of them. Some people take this way too far and THAT is when therapy is needed. I am not advertising my new program so I wont even give the name. What does THIS have to do with going into The Smoke Scene? I did not really have to worry that much about my cool. These are good people and it is a nice place to go. They make me feel welcome and I can relax and enjoy my time there. Plus I can ask questions and get accurate answers. How many places have that in their stores? Comfortable, accurate information for problems that deal with vaping and the devices that we use to vape. There used to be one or two stores in town. I think there must be 20 now. It takes a while to know where to go. Well now you know. Go ahead try going there and try to prove me wrong. Thanks for reading my review. Going into Smoke Scene is like coming home. Both of the guys there are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They have a great variety products and the place (thought it does sell products that relate to smoking flower) caters to vaping people as well. You can smell check what you want to buy and if you become a good customer, they give you little perks like adding nicotine to your oil if you want it and learning what types of oils you seem to like and pointing you in the right direction. Though I am having problems getting coils for a less popular battery than it was when I bought it-- they are working to find the coils for me.IF you come in a great deal-- you will get little breaks on selected items and they will help you solve a problem if your tank or battery starts acting weird.They learn your name and make you feel extremely welcome.They are so far superior to all other shops that I have visited -- it is like comparing Target to Kmart.They are sometimes busy but that is a good sign... if you have to wait for service occasionally.. you wont wait long especially if you know exactly what you want and can just ask for it.But this is the best place in town and I have been to most of them. I see some of these places who have people selling the products and they dont even have the faintest idea of how to change a coil or what may be wrong if your rig is over heating. They dont sell you something just to make money and they will tell you what product is better than another.THAT is doing good business and at SMOKE SCENE, you are going to get what you came for unless it is outdated or was discontinued because there has been so many improvements that it is sadly obsolete and probably costing you a fortune in oil and coils.It is worth the drive to go in check it our-- ESPECIALLY if you are new and need to learn how to get into this way of using tobacco. Changing from Cigarettes is easy if you learn how to do this well.. in fact you will wonder why you ever smoke and how you ever could have. You wont suffer from nicotine withdrawal or the need to have something in your hands or something to adjust to personalize.Give them a try before you go elsewhere. I sometimes have to take the BUS to go there and I do it without a moments hesitation. IF my car is out of commission for awhile or my girlfriend has the car-- I can just jump on the bus and in 40 min I can be home- happy with what I bought and ready to enjoy vaping.SMOKE SCENE is the best.Warren E.
