The worker is always nice and welcoming when I come in. The service is also fast, so Im never waiting around on people when Im trying make my purchase. I highly recommend this place to everybody. Its located next to the Home Depot on Ming in the same shopping center, and there are always a bunch of parking spaces available.

Ive been to this shop on a few occasions. The only good experience Ive had was with Elias. The owner of the shop isnt well educated on the products in his store. Hes all about making a sale. I went in yesterday looking for a juice a buddy of mine picked up there, dude handed me everything in the store but what I wanted. Felt pressured into juice i didnt have any interest in. Overall throwing in the towel on this shop. Just not for me.

I have been in this store years back and it was the best place to go for vape and mods but now it is over priced and not good anymore. Before they had good deals but seems to slow down there and there jacking the prices up. I did love the store and never hated on it until a few days ago I finally needed something and the owner just seems to not be as busy as it was (and that is because he is running it now) and wants more for everything for sale.

Avoid This Place! Especially if youre a female by yourself. Horrible service, kept $3 insisting it was tax on a $7 bottle of liquid, refusing to give me my change from a $10. My visit to this shop was so awful, I had to get on here to hopefully keep some other women from being so poorly treated and ripped off! The entire 5-10 minutes while I spoke with the younger (10-12yr old) about juice flavors there was a rude, obnoxious older man pacing behind him behind the counter. I was looking for a particular grape flavor and didnt want to buy a 100ml bottle without testing the flavor (which wasnt offered) The kid finally found a 15ml bottle and told me the price was $7. This entire time, while the older man was pacing behind the counter, he was talking in some middle eastern language to the kid while were talking about mods, juice etc, and giving me creepy rude looks as if I somehow offended him with my presence. And Im a cookie baking Grandmother, quiet spoken and dressed nicely. The guy is practically glaring at me and even though it was daylight, I got a bit concerned for my safety so I gave him the $10 thinking that would get him to back off. When he shoved it in the cash register and closed it, I asked for my change but was told No, it was $10. The kid added the rest was for tax - when I objected, I got a scathing look and was told adamantly that the $10 is gone! I left at that point considering it a lesson learned.Besides the horrible treatment, this place is a typical cigarette store turned vaping supplier. They have little actual knowledge of vaping hardware, the various endless components or how theyre used. Ive been vaping 10 yrs and from the answers to my questions, it was readily apparent they didnt know much about vaping other than how to profit from it. Not that theres anything wrong with profiting - it just shouldnt come from downright stealing from a customer.The prices were higher than average (plus the nearly 50% tax!!!) The hardware selection was minimal and juice flavors limited. Unless you know exactly what you want, go elsewhere. There are a dozen excellent Vape shops in Bakersfield with knowledge, experience, better prices and plentiful juice selections. And if youre female, dont go alone.

Ive never smoked anything in all my 61 years, but recently realized that vaping CBD is great for controlling chronic pain from old injuries. I walked into this shop knowing NOTHING, and it was a great experience. They took great care of me, walked me through what I needed to get started. Theyve got TONS of flavors you can add to your CBD, with samples available of a lot of them.A couple weeks later, I put oil in the wrong place, screwed up my coils, and went back to see what could be done. No problem, they took care of me. Great people, no pressure, they take their time to show you how to do things. Theyre my go-to shop for all my vaping needs.

Customer service by a 14 year old kid and an 18 year old rude and disrespectful. Very poor knowledge and way way overpriced I went to four shops in town the same mod at vape zone was 40 dollars over priced. According to the 14 and 18 year old kids running this shop they are the only ones in town selling legit original merch everyone else in town sells fake Chinese copies that’s their reason why they sell more expensive. Hope this helps someone.

They have a great selection of different pieces along with vegan CBD gummy bears. Elias was very helpful and patient, definitely coming back!

Bought a Sourin drop. Lasted 3 weeks. Never dropped or left in heat. Owner told me he only has a 3 day guarantee. So now I’m out 40$
