I was sitting in the corner of the parking lot snacking on my organic carrots waiting for the bus in the shade. An employee walks out and states that the owner of the store would like for me to move. Do you know how hot it is outside??!! No I am not homeless as you mistook, just and older women trying not to have a heat stroke while using public transportation.

Customer service is 10/10 every time!!!!!Knowledgeable staff, great products, always in stock, clean atmosphere and no hassles. I highly recommend the Alien Head TCH 128mg drinks.

Been a go to for years for all my mod needs. Been going g to the college location since before the lounge was added. The owner has always been kind, welcoming and made you feel at home. Ive never had any problems with any of his staff and they are always willing to help find what fits you best ylfor your needs. I nice selection of products to choose from, both mods and liquids!

This place is awesome. The customer service just wow. They go beyond then they have to for whatever u need and want. I would recommend coming to this place for ur stuff . U wont be disappointed..

This the only vape shop I’ll go to bc they allow me to customize my nic levels every time.

I stopped in yesterday hoping they might have gummies that would help with nausea (even though gummies havent helped me much with that in the past). The clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful and steered me towards a different edible product he said would work better -- and he was right! It really turned a miserable day around and helped me eat and rest such that Im fine and dandy at work this morning (usually when Im feeling that poorly, its a 2-3 day recovery cycle). I highly recommend this shop and its staff. The other customers were very pleasant as well.

Im new to vaping and the gentleman who assisted me and my husband was beyond helpful. Spent at least an hour explaining to us how it works, the dos and dont of vaping and answering all our questions. Awesome, awesome customer service and we are extremely happy with our vapor machines.

I didnt catch the guys name that helped me but I must say, the great atmosphere and a very good selection of pod and mod devices was outstanding, also the place was very organized employees were a pleasure to talk to.I only picked up a couple of G.V nano pods and juice,it will definitely be my store when in the area!!!Great job, was a pleasure visiting and just having a conversation,not 1 phone was even looked at by anyone there working or just browsing and that was very enjoyable, more stores need to operate on that level and take notes from this establishment. I had a great experience here! There were no customers in the store when I arrived and 3 people working. I was looking for something that is apparently difficult to find and all 3 of them worked to help me. I ended up purchasing more than I intended (but will use!). I liked that the decor was dark which made the products on the walls and in the cases pop! Plus, it was more classy than glassy feeling. Since I was there for a few minutes, there were a steady stream of customers in and out and they all seemed to be helped quickly, efficiently and with a service oriented attitude.

Man these people are just the nicest! I’ve been here on various occasions and each time I’ve had a great experience. They are knowledgeable and dont mind taking the time to help with any mod issues your having, even if it wasn’t purchased with them. They have average pricing and I will go out of my way to them even knowing that another place closer might be cheaper. On top of all of that, they sell monster coffees for cheaper than I’ve ever seen! I couldn’t give them any less than 5 stars!

The staff is always helpful and generally pretty knowledgeable and patient when people have lots of questions. Prices are reasonable and I really like how late they stay open. Its really convenient if I get off work really late and need to grab some juice or pods.

Incredible vape flavors, they even sell essential oils and fidget spinners. Solid 5/5. I know Ill definitely be going there again.

The customer service is phenomenal. The employees here are extremely attentive and friendly. Ask for Mickey; shell make sure you leave satisfied. You can sample any of the hundreds of juices for free. They have better prices on mods, juice, and accesories than any other vape shop Ive ever seen. Theyre happy to work with your budget and are very knowledgeable. Their bathroom is cleaner than mine at home and theres plenty of couches and pool tables if you just want to hang out.

On 1/24/20 I was treated with respect and was given excellent customer service! Braden went out of his way to make sure I didnt spend money that wasnt necessary to spend. Great job on the whole team, I actually had great conversation while waiting for my batteries to get wrapped. (Ps Braden offered to do this for me so I didnt have to figure it out on my own)

I LOVE this place. Every time I go, everyone is always so helpful and informative. I am comfortable asking any questions and I never feel stupid. Im very naive to all of the components and mechanics of the vape world and they explain it so i can understand. I went in bc i thought my value was broke. All I did was hand it to them and said, Fix it. Its not hitting right. I left with a new understanding of vapes, liquids, and coils. They are always extremely engaging and genuinely nice.

I just went in looking for a specific vape and they told me they didn’t have it. So I asked if they had anything that tasted similar (anything like toothpaste, I like mint flavored vapes lol) and the guy laughed and said I’d be better off eating toothpaste and they can’t help me. Ive had mixed experiences at this shop. One day I can go in and it seems like Im the only person in town. Other times Ive gone in and they couldnt have cared less.They have a good selection at reasonable prices. The shop is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. Its just hit or miss about the service.

By far THE BEST vape store I have ever been to. They make sure you have a full understanding of what you are purchasing and actively try to ensure youre happy with your purchase. Some other vape shops dont care what you buy as long as you walk out the door with something new in hand. But I have never had this impression from the employees at La Vape & Beyond. This is the only place I ever refer my friends and family to.

These guys are some of the most knowledgeable of cigars in the state. Tell them the flavors you like, and theyll help you pick a winner. The lounge is comfortable, and theres free wifi, so you can sit and stay awhile.

This place is awesome. The staff is awesome and super helpful, has a great atmosphere, good prices, and can help with just about anything. I became a quick regular here and would highly suggest coming here first.

Very good place to do business with. Im an out of town truck driver looking for a good local vape shop. Over the phone staff was friendly and knowledgeable. In person I was very impressed how the shop was laid out. Look no further for vapor shops in Baton Rouge area.

This is a great shop! Alot of experienced hands in the store, Great variety, and selections on different mods, and juices! I came in to get help with my Hive 28mm RTA because I was getting alot of dry hits and burning smells, even the manager help rebuild my RTA, Great shop, everyone should shop there for a good vaping experience!

Ive spent a ton of money in this store and bought several mods most which have lasted two or three months each. No offer of replacement or to fix them. Ill be buying online from here on out. So much for supporting local when they dont back their products.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I didnt know much about Vapes whenever I went in there.... They gave me a crash course on filling priming and using the vape so whenever I left I knew everything about it. Amazing experience.

They went above and beyond, even staying a bit past closing for us. Lots of inventory, staff is always super knowledgeable and very nice. CREED is a boss! Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Love the guys who have been here forever. Find some of the newer staff less experienced and a little pushy. Not very good at problem solving issues with problems with your vaping system. Or if you come in looking for one thing they may try to push something else on you. Having said this...love my old school staff and this is only vape shop I go to. Wish they would carry halo.

I was told one battery cost $12.50 no exceptions since the price was so low already. Smoke Signals charges $20 for two of the same battery. For convenience I paid. After being rung up the other employee told me this store did 2 for $20 as well but since the sale was complete already it too late to make changes. What a rip off. In addition and let me add that I travel for a living and visit many cape shops. This is the ONLY Vape store where you can NOT sample juice flavors. I have no idea how these people plan to stay in business. Dont waste your money with this business.

Mickey or whatever her name is wasnt very helpful doing my return she act like she didnt want to be there and did not indicate to me that returns could not be made on vape juice I purchased a mod from here on 2-14-19 and Ethan assisted me in setting it up,didnt even get out of the parking lot and the tank started leaking I returned and Creed fixed the problem temporarily and I woke up the next morning and juice was all over my night stand.
