I read a lot of reviews before I decided where to shop. I was very pleased to see all the good reviews about this place. I was a little nervous that it was not going to be as good as the reviews. The gentleman that help us was extremely nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience here and I would highly recommend this place.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. The lady, cant remember her name, helped me out deciding on which vape to purchase. Very affordable. Will definitely be going back for juice and replacement reservoirs. Only wish they had a website where I can search inventory and get pricing without having to call or go to the store.

The staff is very knowledgeable. Theyve got a great selection of juices, mods, tanks, etc. Their prices are reasonable and they have a rewards program. If you regularly visit this place, they get to know you quickly. They also have a rewards program that will earn points with every purchase to get discounts! The employees are awesome! I cant say that enough. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. If you buy a disposable vape, theyll let you test it there to make sure its not a dud. Who does that?! THESE GUYS DO! If you need anything Vape...go here! Theyve also started carrying CBD things. At least stop by and look around. Its worth it! ❤️

So far I can say been very impress with service! Greet you as soon you walk in. Price is very compare able with online price. They cant be as cheap as online. But we all gotta give or take. You know you will get what you need and looking for without waiting for shipping online. So pay a few extra bucks and support LA Vape. Been here over 8 timesor more. Havent been disappointed yet. It was a great experience, got me and my hubby a vape, it was shown the best one for our needs, then the person that helped us walked us through how to turn it on and off and how to unlock it, and how o pour in the juice and how to clean it out if juice gets in it. Like it was a great experience and amazing service. Like will definitely be coming back there. And there flavors are great. Really satisfied, and me and my hubby love the greeting and how they treated us and helped us through it all. Just amazing.

These guys are the most helpful, and patient shop in baton rouge and the surrounding areas. Cannot recommend enough that you deal with them. Especially this location, knowledgeable staff, always friendly service. I refuse to shop at any other shop in the city now.

Employees were very friendly and accommodating. The internet/POS system could use some attention.The employees were trying to be as polite as they could with a system that was frozen/wouldnt load. But all in all I ended up spending over 30 minutes in the store waiting on the system to complete my transaction. A trip that normally takes me 10 minutes or less at the Perkins location was triple that at the ONeal location.

Answered every question we had with great details, also showed us how to use the new device and how to set it up. Very friendly staff, very professional. Help us a lot starting off we will definitely be coming back here from now on. And will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

There an awesome group of people. Roxy is the best. She is willing anytime she is there at the shop. And if your lucky to have an iPhone and her number. She is always willing to help as if she was tech support, lol. But, she is the best. Go see her. Tell Edward sent you. She will say, ”oh my son”, lol. The shop is very clean and friendly. The environment is relaxing and calm. I will always go to that location. I love it.

I’ve never been in a vape shop with such friendly and helpful people! Roxy was great and managed to find a flavor I enjoy within a couple minutes. They’re a little out of my way but the extra 10 minutes is well worth the quality of service.

Went in bc I needed a charged battery. A dude that was sitting around doing nothing informed me that they didnt have any charged bc they havent had time to get around to it. Dude, I just saw how you were managing your time, and I call bs.
