Stopped by earlier today as a walk in & had an excellent experience here! Jessica & Brittany were very courteous as well as attentive to my needs. The receptionist was very friendly & was able to give me some of the most accurate information I’ve received with customer service over the phone. Glad to say I’ll be back soon everything was superb. If you’ve never supported a black owned business this is definitely where you should start. Keep up the good work ❤️

This was my first wax and Mollie was AMAZING, she made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. She didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and she also gave me some helpful recommendations! Would definitely recommend booking Mollie.

I 💯 absolutely love this place. I have been going here for years now, and they never disappoint. Mrs. Gina is top tier, and the ladies at the front desk know me by name. Everyone is super sweet, and the facility is super clean. Its the only place I trust with my wax and spa experience! Plus, its black owned.

I would not recommend this establishment . The lady who did my wax was great, no issues there and I was happy to have found her (recommended by a friend). So I re-booked for my second appointment. Got there and was told she had an emergency. Emergencies happen which I do not mind at all, however the way they handled it was so unprofessional. I wasn’t informed that she wasnt in today. I mentioned this and was told “yeah, since you are new we don’t call you, we only call people who have been coming here for years.” Make that make sense please? I found it to be a really odd “policy” as my time is just as valuable as any other paying customer. I’m sure If It had been me who had missed the appointment I would have been charged full price. The receptionist was so rude for no reason. She was very argumentative, told me she was in charge and that she didn’t have time to call everybody. My appointment was at 2pm and they open at 9am!

I have been going to this place for several years it’s a great place for waxing. Chris is the best

I wanted to go to this place expecting a nice ambiance and experience. While it was a nice building, my experience ultimately felt rushed. I have had several waxes before this company and my experience here was unpleasant. I barely had time to make myself comfortable before the waxer rushed in. I have never experienced a rushed wax before, but I experienced it here. She would used really large amounts on me. She hardly made conversation with me to help with the pain. When finishing, she did not clean the excess wax that was left over. When checking out, the front desk asked me how much of a tip I wanted to leave, making me feel pressured into giving one that they do not deserve. I have never experienced something as obscure and unprofessional as this. I was excited about this experience and I was left feeling extremely disappointed. Will not be returning.Edit for Response:What you will not do is make me out to be a liar when I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early. You all did not witness anything as the hallways were empty. Your technician, was very quiet when talking to me I had not even gotten onto the table when she entered. As far as prep service, she just said to take off my bottoms and said something about wipes pointing to them. So once again, do not lie about what actually happened because she never left back out. Addressing me still being on the table after the service, I was actually staying on the table due to leftover wax that was still on me and thought she needed to retrieve something. Which I had to remove myself when I made it home. In regards to my comment of it being fine, it was just that, FINE. However, the person did ask me about leaving a tip and how much. That made me very uncomfortable and feeling pressured to give a tip. There should no be NO REASON at all to ask about a tip whether the card is on file or not.Your response as a business owner is disgusting and I hope you do better in advance. It is clear to me that you need some improvements and do better for your future clients.

I visited Naked Wax for the first time for a Brazilian Wax. I booked online which was super easy. I decided to be placed with whichever esthetician was available and I am truly happy it worked out that way. Mrs. Chris was my esthetician! She is highly experienced ( 5+ years ), she is very sweet, knowledgeable and she definitely has me snatched! It had been at least 3 months since my last wax and she was done in 15 minutes! Not as nearly as painful as Ive experienced in the past! Mrs. Chris, I will definitely be back bc of the great service you provider me! 🫶🏽💖

If I could give zero stars I would twice. I don’t remember the lady name that did my wax but I know she was big and rude. The worst Brazilian wax I have ever gotten. Lady was so unprofessional and made no effort to make me comfortable. She had earphones in BOTH her ears the whole time! If I had questions she wouldn’t know cuz she was ignoring me the whole time. Wax took all of 15 minutes which I never experienced a wax that fast but she was clearly rushing. I was waiting for 15mins for my appointment cuz she was still doing someone else’s. She was using huge strips of wax..5 wax strips to wax a sensitive area is just ridiculous. And STILL had lots of hair left…they must be hiring anybody cuz there’s no way a licensed professional esthetician is waxing ppl carelessly like she did. Someone recommended me here cuz it’s black owned..first experience was my last. y’all need to do better with your professionalism, service and execution of Brazilian waxes. It’s clear they care more about money than SERVICE. They got the aesthetic but that’s all. It’s not a Brazilian if there’s still lots and lots of hair left..

I decided to come in for a walk in today and the receptionist was truly amazing. Soon as I walked in I felt the calm and relaxing vibe. I received a wax and ended up getting a v steam. I looked and I seen that the herbs wasn’t steamed and I asked the receptionist if that was supposed to happen like that and she replied no ma’am. I’m sorry and this one is on us. I’m like well thank you. She said when you come back you can get it done, I replied I’ll just get it done because I really want one. They took care of me right then and there. I wasn’t even worried because it wasn’t a big deal.I’m saying that to say this…. It was a malfunction and they handled it right then and there…… Thank You ladies……I will be back…….🥰😍🥰😍Y’all deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️

This was my first time visiting this spa. I got a Brazilian wax, and I am disappointed. I had high hopes bc so many people have told me such great things about this place. My esthe basically didn’t wax inside of my lips. Most strips she didn’t hold my skin taut, and also didn’t apply pressure after removing wax. However the atmosphere is top tier, the only reason I’m giving 3 stars.Edit: if I were given a mirror or asked to assure I was satisfied before I left the room, I would have noticed that the hair there. Since I was only told “you can go ahead and get up now so I can clean the table”, I didn’t notice until I made it home.

Today was my very first time ever getting a Brazilian Wax & V-steam and let me just say I loved everything about today. I will be returning, the services was outstanding. From entry to my departure I felt so welcomed. The staff throughout was very polite and kind. And very informative while keeping me relaxed and talked me through each step. I had the pleasure to be serviced by Javia she was GREAT. Highly recommend her and the entire staff. Very pleased with the whole business. 😍😍😍😍

I arrived on time to my 10:45am appointment. When I arrived at Naked the lights were turned off and door locked. I called the owner 4 times, knocked several times on the front door, and waited for 15 mins before leaving. At 11: 05am she finally texted me back and stated she was there the whole time. I informed her that I tried to contact her multiple times and the business looked closed. She claimed she was there but that was a lie, I waited 15 mins in the parking and no one was there. Shes was very unprofessional when I simply asked for a refund of my deposit; because I never received any service and arrived to my appointment on the scheduled time.

My service was great. The issue I have is that I was on time for my 10:40 a.m. appointment on 1/12/23 but they didnt get to me until 15/20 minutes later at approximately 11 a.m. Another lady checked in moments before me and she also had an appointment with the same person I was seeing. If I was on time for my appointment, how was this other lady taken in before me? Either this other lady was later for her appointment or Naked Wax is double booking. I was on my lunch break so this caused me to get back to work late. I questioned the ladies at the front and back desks and they could only tell me that my wax lady had other clients.

My most recent experience was wonderful (Ratings 5)! The aesthetician was comforting, patient, and focused on relaxation while I had full body waxing (Full legs, Brazilian, under arms, lip or brows). Waxing is scary especially Brazilian and she took great caution and care. I will keep coming to Naked Wax as long as the aesthetician is there. Loved it!1st experience (Rating 3):The place is comfortable and my service was decent. However, I was surprised that in Full legs, toes waxing is not included. I was scheduled for Full body (Full legs, Full Brazilian, underarms and with an option of either lips or brows) + Full arms. Since I wanted to get my toes waxed (ideally other places include that as a part of full legs) they refused to do lip or brows. The ladies in front desk also confirmed that full legs DO NOT include FOOT/TOES. I was little surprised at that! 🤭😄Otherwise place is relaxing, accommodating if you are running late by 5-10 minutes and have informed them ahead of time, and friendly staff.

I received a 90 minute massage from a very attentive therapist. Her name was Roneshia Mcghee. It was like her hands knew where to go the entire time! She relieved the stress in my neck, shoulders, and lower back that I have been struggling with for years! I will be a repeat client for sure and if you book a massage here, make sure you book with her! You will not be disappointed! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Very unprofessional. I called to book an appointment because the online portal was down and whoever was assisting me lied & said my appointment was confirmed. I never received any confirmation & when I called on the day of my appointment the receptionist said they couldnt find my appointment & was booked up for the day. I’m extremely disappointed because I was looking forward to supporting their business. 0/10

Amazing staff , amazing atmosphere , great prices. I did enjoy the service. The facial was great!! It was my first time doing the vsteam so I had to get use to it. The only downside I would say is the speed of service. There were a group of people coming in and I guess by the group coming at different times, they werent really ready for it. I will be going again though. It was very relaxing and much needed. I definitely recommend it.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I’ve never experienced a staff as rude as these women were. I originally made an appointment using the Vagaro app for Saturday. The app allowed me to book an appointment. I called to cancel because I wasn’t going to be able to make it. The receptionist told me that they changed my appointment to the morning I made the appointment and would charge me for a no show. This business doesn’t open on Saturdays. I wasn’t aware when I made the appointment but none the less, I wasn’t going to pay to an appointment time that I did not make. Two women argued with me, yelled at me over the phone, and would not listen to me . They accused me of making the appointment for Thursday. I DID NOT. I even proved to the rep that her system allowed me to make appointments for Saturday. They still were uncooperative and disrespectful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. I was planning to reschedule for a later time but I WOULD NEVER.

I highly recommend this place you wont be disappointed. The prices were very reasonable and they were able to squeeze me in for a service that i had forgotten to add on my appointment. I was so nervous my first time getting waxed but they made me feel comfortable and they were all extremely nice. Im definitely going to be coming back. Im excited for their future expansion.

Maia was very sweet and personable, and I can tell she squeezed me because she was not my initial provider, so thank you for that.The place was clean, the vibe was cool, unfortunately I went here for the service which fell kind of short. She was done in about 20 minutes and now I understand why. Maia if you read this no shade to you, but that just wasn’t a great first impression. You left wayyyyy to many hairs behind in various locations, and also you do not hold the area that was just pulled to minimize discomfort .Yes, I was provided a mirror to check and I just did a quick scan which it appeared smooth, but I just never imagine upon closer inspection I would find so many left behind hairs, after all I went here for hair removal,of course I would be slightly dissatisfied to still leave with hair. Considering that I tipped the esthetician at almost 40% of the service price of the 35.00 Brazilian wax; the quality of service fell to short for me with the speed waxing and for that I will not be returning. Hopefully Maia you receive this constructive criticism positively as it is meant to help you grow and improve your service to ensure you retain your clients. Blessings

I just wanted to come here and braggggggg about my waxtician chris 😍😍 she was amazing . and when i say nooooooo hair was left for my brazilian 😩😩😩😩😩 hunty !!!! smooth like a babies bottom . by far the best place to step your foot in . they use two different waxes to help get stubborn hairs they cant see , plus they use led light for darker skin tones . have a lot of special services you can get as well . i didnt want to leave her . when i say you will love the experience , whyyyy havent you booked yet . ready , set , book !

Ive been getting brazilians here for about a year. I always sign in for 1st available and have had several employees wax me. Not one negative thing to say. Always professional. Always welcoming. Cant beat their prices. Ill never go anywhere else again. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem. The atmosphere is trendy yet classy with snacks and refreshments available. Lexi does a fantastic job providing an relaxing environment while waxing and makes sure that the pain levels are manageable. In addition to great service, you cant beat the prices for the waxing services they offer for both women and men. I feel good driving the distance for this wax bar knowing Ill come out feeling great and wanting to come back for their service!Coming back a year later....Just wanted to say that this is still the best place in town to get waxed! The vajacials are awesome too! This location has gone above and beyond in providing services to their clients. Forget all those other waxing places that charge $50 for a Brazillian and $70 for a full leg wax...come here and be pampered and treated special!

It was my first Brazilian waxing and I told the lady that but she had little words to say to me she only ask how I found out about there place. She didn’t make my first experience a pleasant one. She put the wax on and rip it off without giving a warning or even holding the area she rip off she even told me to please keep my legs open and still so she can finish. I opted out of getting my butt wax bc I couldn’t stand it anymore. Front desk personal was pleasant but I wouldn’t use her again or I don’t think I would be returning.

Unlike other places I’ve tried Naked Wax was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Ti talked to me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job. Will be back! Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Ive been going to NWB for the past 6 months since relocating. Typically I do a Brazilian and underarms and they have consistently delivered satisfactory work. Ive experienced three different wax techs there so you really cant go wrong. However, hands down Javier has been the best wax tech/esthetician my lady parts have ever experienced. When she says no hair left behind, she means it! Plus, no skin irritation or dryness, she left my skin ridiculously soft, and hydrated. I truly felt brand new!

I just love Van!!!! I was a first time customer and it was quite an experience, but she made it as comfortable as it could be and she took her time teaching me everything I needed to know. I cant wait to go back!

It was peaceful! I loved the environment. I was sooo nervous for my wax services I most likely had an extreme RBF going on lol yet they still welcomed me & made me feel comfortable. Chris was nice although I was reserved & traumatized by my first Brazilian wax lol & she still spoke to me. I’ll be back.

The lady Mya that took care of me today , I would highly recommend not to go to. I went to naked wax bar for the second time to get a brazilian , and my experience was kind of poor . I go into my appointment 30 mins before they will be closed , and “ Mya “ was rushing me so she could hurry up and leave , the pain is hard we all know this but i would’ve appreciated a little more delicacy and thoughtfulness to women that are getting used to waxes! she waxed me twice , didn’t give me a chance to breathe before she tells me i’ll have to reschedule if i can’t take the pain. If i couldn’t take the pain , I wouldn’t be here. simple . but work with me so I can leave satisfied and you can leave with more money . And on top of that , I get in the shower to see wax still left on me!!! absolutely disgusting , please do better

Ultimate Service. My Turkish type purification bath was truly amazing. Rich,Luxe Texture Lasting moisture products left my skin feeling soft smooth and replenished.

Naked is always great and professional. I just hate that they changed their times. I wish they were open at least for a few hours on a Saturday or stayed open until 6pm for those clients that work 9-5 jobs and can’t really get off.

Mrs. Gina waas a great esthetician and her services were 10/10. Although her services were great, the receptionists and the manager were very unprofessional. The overall customer service experience was unsatisfactory.

This was my first ever Brazilian wax and I must say I absolutely lovedddddd everything about this place . From the atmosphere , to the customer service , my esthetician was Raven , and I would recommend her to anyone ! She make you feel so comfortable and relaxed , it’s over with before you know it !

I was waxed on a Thursday by Saturday my area was inflamed and covered with blisters. I have tried contacting the owner several times only to be ignored. I had to go to the emergency room and no one is even bothered enough to care about how their malpractice effected me. And just to clarify this is not my first wax so I know its not an allergic reaction. This is the kind of thing that happens when an esthetician decides to double dip.

Went for my sisters birthday. Had sauna, Himalayan salt bath, steam bath ,and oxygen. Was great!!and was a reasonable price.
