I had a disappointing experience at this massage place. While the initial interaction with the owner was pleasant when discussing the massage, things took a turn when my husband and I requested female masseuses or a cancellation. The owners attitude became extremely rude during the refund process. I was trying to assist, but she dismissed me with a brusque I know what Im doing; Ive been doing it for a long time. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking in this instance.

I had an exceptional massage experience in Bellevue at this particular place. The overall experience was truly wonderful! I highly recommend the services provided by the skilled therapist, Kevin Wang. With an impressive thirty years of experience, Kevin proved to be an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable individual. He applied precise pressure to my areas of pain, effectively relieving tension and promoting total body relaxation. I cannot speak highly enough of his expertise. If youre looking for a top-notch massage therapist, I strongly recommend Kevin Wang.

The massages here are excellent. Wendy is a talented professional and really addresses any problematic areas. This place is also fantastic for couples massage, having either same room couples massage or separate room options. Jeff is strong and can apply deep pressure when needed, but he also demonstrates great sensitivity and can go easy as well. The pricing is fair and they dont chase you down the street for more tips like some other places around here. Its a casual atmosphere and a quality massage at a good price. Well worth the visit. I prefer to call ahead to set an appointment, typically same day service is easy to book. Enjoy!

I would not recommend this place at all. I am a fall individual and the folks at this place wanted me to pay more more because I am tall. Then when I left a tip of 15% on top of the cost of the massage, the people at the massage place started complaining to me that the tip was not enough. They wanted me to leave a tip of 50% of the cost of the massage because of my height. Absolutely unbelievable behaviour. I walked out of there disgusted that I was being discriminated against because of my size. The massage was pretty average too and did not deserve a good tip. Please go to this place at your own peril.

This is the best massage Ive had! The place is clean and cozy. The staff is experienced and professional. My body feel totally refreshed after the full body massage. They also did a great job in sanitization. And it is NOT expensive at all! I strongly recommend it to all who want an excellent massage with reasonable cost. Will come back for another one soon!

Super professional massage experience. Feeling relax after my full body massage session. Its pretty clean inside and everything is completely sanitized. The price is reasonable, you will get more than you pay. I will be coming back again for sure.

The guy who massage me has no idea what he is doing, just randomly rubbing on my back, did not know where and how to add pressure, and paid for 1 hour and only got 50 min of massage, i asked him it is only 50 min and he said they will use 5 min for cleaning up the room, dude that is whole 10 min not 5 min. Absolutely rediculous. Would not recommend this place

I love this place! Every time I come in, Jeff is always professional. He listens to where you have more aches and focuses on the area without ignoring all the other parts. Very happy and will continue to return for my massage needs. Thank you Be Happy!

The front desk receptionist is very helpful and kind. She showed me the rooms and I was very impressed with how clean and well keeped they are. The massage therapist are kind and know how to give a good massage.

This place is so unprofessional. My husband made a reservation for my birthday and he confirmed day of. We walk in, they dont acknowledge us and then the woman we scheduled with is on a facetime call trying to get us to push it back a hour, which wouldve ran into our dinner plans. BIGGEST waste of time and huge disappointment.

Very cozy yet professional place. I tried the combo spa which includes both the foot and body massage. It is so relaxing that I felt asleep during the foot massage lol. Wonderful way to finish a tiring week :)

I have been coming to this massage place for few months. The service is great! I am a regular customer now. Would definitely recommend.

Bad experience. The staff doesnot know the deep tissue massage. She was just rubbing. And her bad part is her hands were so rough.

I called them around 11am to make an appointment at 3pm in the same day, when I went there they just told me to come again at 5pm. I tried to tell them that I already made an appointment but no one understand english! Really wasted my time. Never go there again

Went into to this place to get a message and the girl that answer the phone is so nice and informative on how they do things there, great place to visit. Great price and great staff. I will be going back and recomend to anyone wanting or needing there services.
