Once upon a time, in the heart of the bustling city, there stood a lounge bar known as Rouge, where the air was always filled with an aura of mystery and allure. The dimly lit room was adorned with plush velvet couches, flickering candlelight, and the faint sound of jazz music in the background. At the center of it all was the legendary bartender, Bobby-Tsunami, whose charm and expertise in mixology were unmatched. His signature creation, the espresso martini, was said to be unlike any other - a seductive blend of rich coffee, velvety smoothness, and a hint of sweetness that left patrons craving for more. One fateful night, a mysterious woman named Irina walked into Rouge, her eyes sparkling with curiosity and a hint of mischief. As she took a seat at the bar, her gaze met Ernests, and in that moment, a spark ignited between them. With a subtle smile, Irina ordered an espresso martini, and as Ernest sitting in front of her on another side of the bar, their conversation flowed effortlessly. They exchanged stories, dreams, and secrets, each sip of the cocktail bringing them closer together. As the night wore on, the chemistry between Irina and Ernest grew undeniable, a magnetic pull drawing them closer with each passing moment. In the dimly lit ambiance of Rouge, they found themselves lost in a world of their own, where time stood still and nothing else mattered but the connection they shared. And so, amidst the whispers of the night and the clinking of glasses, a love story unfolded at Rouge, fueled by the intoxicating magic of the espresso martini. It was a tale of passion, desire, and the irresistible allure of a forbidden romance, all set against the backdrop of the best lounge bar in the city - where love and cocktails intertwined in a dance as old as time itself.
Baked Brie and sliders were were lip smacking delicious. The non alcoholic drinks were also delicious. Bobby and Paige were running the place like a pro. They do their best to be attentive to every single person there. Loved the french details, the ambiance and vibe of the whole place. Especially loved that hubby and I could have our entire conversation with cool music softly playing in the background, not blaring loud like a club. Downtown Bellevue needed a place like this and this is it!It was our first time here and we’re definitely coming back!
This place is a great addition to Bellevue. Nice atmosphere and fantastic cocktails. There was a piano player the night I came and the vibes were good!
Smooth mixed Banana Old Fashioned for Seattle Cocktail Week, but the banana flavour was a little too light. The liquor selection was mostly low end with high end prices. It is a cocktail bar with a nice atmosphere, but service was so slow we had to go to the bar several times and it became obnoxiously loud due to all of the hard surfaces and people yelling over the music.
Ive been going here for awhile. Ever since Bobby and other staff have left, the quality has gone down hill. It seems like theyre just phoning it in. I ordered a Fire in the field after the change and it wasnt great. No smoke whatsoever and the guy who served it was pretty meh in his attitude. The previous staff was superior so far.
Honestly the most disappointing/worst experience I’ve had at a bar. As soon as we walked in the door, the waiters were condescending towards my friends and I and we noticed small micro aggressions towards us based on the small comments made at us. We waited a while for someone to come seat us, and when we did get seated, it took a long time for us to even order. The bar was not as busy as the wait between placing the order, getting the drink/dessert and getting the bill should have been. Drinks are overpriced. Recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.
Great date spot. Drinks were good. Vibe was nice. Note that it can be a bit loud (not too loud) but enough where you need to speak up to the people youre around with.Drink list was solid and they also offer tea if you want that as well.
Four stars for food, four for service (they were busy as hell and did the best they could!), four for atmosphere (it was busy as hell and loud!), and five overall? What gives? The bartender was a master, and he was handling things as well as he could. I ordered a martini, the house martini, and I order more than my fair share of martinis. This isn’t the best martini I’ve ever had, but I’ve had some astounding martinis in my time, on four continents. This one was excellent, memorable, and repeatable. If this bar can do *this*, well, what can’t they do?
My fiance and I like this place a lot. They have very fun drinks (the espresso martini is phenomenal) that live up to the price. The food here is also underrated! You could have a whole dinner at this lounge. Their owner, Bobby, adds a personal touch with all of the guests and on the menu.
The food it great. Manager is horrible took 20 min for bread. Manager told me it will take 5 min to bring the check because he is busy ..... took an act of God for him to come to the table to bring our drinks but was at everyone elses table 10 X s. If you want to be ignored feel free to stop by. I have ran clubs and restaurants and have NEVER acted like that! Good day and good night. See you NEVER!
Beautiful lounge! We stopped for a drink before dinner had a very yummy espresso martini which was served in a gorgeous Great Gatsby inspired stemmed martini glass. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and sliders. Both were very good and unique. Service was great as well. Rouge is a very special place and I can’t wait to go again!
Came for their happy hour to celebrate a friend! Drinks were delicious, food was good, and service was great. Baked brie was delicious :)Since we came right when they opened the bar was quiet and had a good atmosphere.Only con was that the food portions are small for the price but I do appreciate that their food menu depends on what they have on stock.Definitely would come back again to try their other cocktails!
Such a fun bar experience in Bellevue! We really appreciated Bobby’s friendly service - it really added to our experience. We loved the drinks, the live music & the atmosphere! The food was tasty too - standout was the stuffed mushrooms!! We will be back! Thanks for a great night.
I recently witnessed a disappointing exchange between a waiter, Bobby, and a table of customers. When the customers suggested a music choice, Bobby responded with a condescending comment about its lack of integrity. His attitude was off-putting and ruined the atmosphere. As a viewer, I felt uncomfortable and disappointed. If youre looking for a pleasant dining experience, you may want to avoid Bobbys section. 🍴👎
Drinks were just just south of meh. Really wanted to like this place. Service was great, friendly staff, drinks not so much.
We just went there for after dinner cocktails. They have a good assortment, the bar tender will make you something different if you so choose.Didnt eat anything so cant comment on it.
Came here for a holiday party with coworkers, a great atmosphere! Wonderful food and drinks! The bartenders were great at coming around and refilling drinks if needed as well as cleaning tables off. 100% recommended!
Good location, live music... and a nice waitress girl in a white dress... for this two stars. The drinks are just terrible. We couldn’t drink any of the three different cocktails. Everything is very strong, and the original recipe is not observed. The service of one of the waiters (man) also looked very strange and quite unpleasant. There was a feeling that we were not guests, but came to his house without asking.
Rouge Cocktail Lounge has truly set the bar high when it comes to crafting extraordinary cocktails. My recent visit to this gem left me thoroughly impressed and eager to share my enthusiasm for the exceptional libations served in this stylish establishment. From the moment I stepped into Rouge, the sophisticated and inviting ambiance hinted at the delights that awaited me. The dim lighting and chic decor created an atmosphere that was both intimate and upscale, setting the perfect stage for an evening of indulgence. The cocktail menu at Rouge is nothing short of a masterpiece. The mixologists here are true artisans, and their creations are a testament to their skill and creativity. The diverse and well-curated selection of cocktails showcased a perfect blend of classic concoctions and innovative, signature drinks. Each option on the menu seemed like a carefully crafted work of art. What truly stood out, however, was the precision with which the bartenders crafted the cocktails. Every drink was a symphony of flavors, expertly balanced and presented with flair. The attention to detail, from the quality of the ingredients to the artful garnishes, was remarkable. The staff at Rouge deserves a special mention for their warmth and expertise. The bartenders not only demonstrated an impressive knowledge of mixology but also took the time to understand my preferences, ensuring that each recommendation was tailored to my taste.Whether youre a cocktail aficionado or someone simply looking to savor a well-crafted drink in a stylish setting, Rouge Cocktail Lounge is a must-visit. The combination of a sophisticated atmosphere, expert mixologists, and an exceptional selection of libations makes this establishment a standout in the world of cocktail lounges. My experience at Rouge was nothing short of delightful, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their tantalizing creations. Cheers to Rouge Cocktail Lounge for redefining the art of mixology!
Our favorite bar in Bellevue! The owner, bartenders, and staff are always super friendly, respectful, and professional. Very creative and beautifully crafted cocktails and drinks. The “fire in the hole” as I like to call it (I think it’s actually fire in the field or something like that but starting a public referendum to change it) is quite the drink and presentation. Great people, vibes, and atmosphere!
Waiter was neglectful and very rude. Was not a good experience.Owner’s Reply:We took some time to investigate your claims from both speaking with our staff and looking at camera footage. We are perplexed to why you would leave us this kind of review. You and your party of 6 (automatic 20% gratuity for larger parties) were seated right away, checked on numerous times and given space to what we saw was a joyful and enjoyable evening for you and your friends. Rouge prides itself on being an inclusive and welcoming environment and its disheartening to have someone throw such a strong and untrue statement. We do find you and your party might have been motivated to give us numerous 1 star reviews since we had to stop you from coming from behind the bar numerous times which is both inappropriate and illegal.Reply to owner’s comment:Firstly, we were neglected for quite some time before the waiter asked us for drinks. When he finally remember our table after serving other 2 tables multiple times, he asked us what we would like to order to find out he never gave us the menu. When our other friends came, we were once ignored for a sustainable amount of time before we got a hold of the waiter to order drinks.Secondly, he forgot my second drink.Thirdly, when paying for the bill, I asked for the machine, the waiter told me rudely that they never do things like this here and instructed me to go to the bar where the credit card machine was. The whole table felt his attitude especially my friend beside who wanted to say something immediately, but I stopped her wanting this unwelcoming experience at this place to just end. I followed him to thinking that I need to pay the bill on the machine but was stopped by the waiter to tell me rudely again not to go behind the bar where the machine was. I walked back and he toke my card and tapped it on the machine, however it was declined since my Canadian card doesn’t tap in US. He then inserted my card. In Canada, whenever my card is inserted, I would need to insert my private PIN number, so I walked towards the machine again however I was rudely stopped by the waiter again. Luckily the card worked and did not required my PIN number. The whole process of paying, I find it absolutely unnecessary to walk over to the bar to hand the waiter the card so he can process it behind the bar. Even Red Lobster’s waiter serves and brings the bill to my table after they are done with my credit card. I expected more from a place that looked like it had higher caliber.I understand that 20% gratuity for larger party, however it felt like they were entitled to automatic gratuity and ignored us. Being ignored throughout the night and especially in the beginning when we sat down, forgetting my second round drink, and being rude when paying bill does not deserve the 20% gratuity. After writing a review addressing the experience, you reply by attacking my comments, accusing me as liars and having malicious intentions further expose how horrible we were treated at your place. It was not inclusive and welcoming at all.Normally I don’t write review, feels like a total waste of my time, however after being treated like this and having a reply attacking me, I felt I have the need to stand up for myself and warn other customers so they don’t become a victim to your place.
Joined a friend for drinks here- the bartender was friendly yet super busy. Obviously place is short staffed. Decided to pay the bill for my drink and friends drink. $20 per drink! Like really? Stupid expensive- won’t go back here.
Intimate and comfortable cocktail bar. Service was impeccable, and the atmosphere is really nice. They had a live piano player on Sat night later in the evening. The cocktails are good and prices are average for the area, but if you order anything off-menu (like a shot or other standard drink) its a little steep.
Had an old fashioned and a Martini catching up with old friends, they were both excellent. Finished off the night with some spiked ice cream and the night was complete. Couldn’t have asked for better service or atmosphere. Cant wait to go back again.
I was really excited about this place, and the atmosphere was dark and nice like a speakeasy. However I left laughing about how awful the experience was, Definitely will never forget -or be back.Walked in and a nicely dressed man greeted us, he was pleasant and quickly cleared us a table to sit our party of 4. One in our party was the designated driver and asked for a French press coffee, to which he kindly noted it may take a moment. We received our 3 beverages sans coffee about 10 minutes later, which felt long (even for craft cocktails) since we were one of only 4 tables in the entire establishment. We asked a different gentleman about the status of the coffee to which he scoffed and made a rude remark about why anyone would want coffee.Fast forward another few minutes and we decide to get up and ask the bartender, since now 3 of us are nearly finished with our first beverages. He passed this info to the bar back with the rude comment, who comes over and strongly puts the coffee down exclaiming how rude it was of us to order coffee in a cocktail bar. He then side eyes us from across the room for a few seconds and we motion for him to come chat with us about how rude his remarks were. He replies with a no, you come here motion... Finally he comes back and yells at us for yelling at his bartender about the coffee and so we asked to speak with a manager. The gentleman that comes back again (manager?) was very kind (hes the reason this is 2stars instead of one) and profusely apologizes for his coworker/employee and says dont worry about anything your bill will be taken care of I am so sorry. If you want another round it also is on the houseAll 4 of us decided it wasnt worth the additional free drink. Plus the music had gotten so loud we couldnt hear each other at that point anyhow.Bummed cuz the drinks we did get were good. That guy should be fired immediately as it seems from other reviews this might be a regular occurrence. I worked in hospitality for 15 years and that was as bad as it gets, folks. So patrons, beware of the little angry bar back who stands around not working. He just may pick a fight if he doesnt like what you say, do or order.Ps. Dont get the coffee!!Edit#2: the owner replied to my review claiming me and my friends only wanted free drinks and how she was going to call the cops on us and claiming we were known bad patrons on the block. She has since deleted that response.Edit: If I really wanted free drinks as the owner claims, we would have stayed for the additional free round offered. Also she claims to have access to video, but obviously isnt interested in actually investigating her employees egregiously rude attitude and would rather berate her patrons. I really wanted to like this place but wow employee + owner attitudes are both bad. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Interesting cocktails, cool ambiance - but kind of misleading online presence (came for food/dessert recs we saw online, but the place only serves those options seasonally). Was also pretty irritated by the server who kept chatting up our group even though we werent really interested in engaging with them and just wanted to be left to ourselves.
Racist attitude toward Asian. Thanks for the investigation below. And I do appreciate your prompt reply. Please allow me to provide more facts:1. We were party of 5, not party of 6.2. After seated, we had been waiting for a long time for the waiter to provide menu to us. While from our observation, the waiter has been busy serving other white customers, and intentionally/unintentionally neglecting our table even after we have waved to him several times.3. One of my friends ordered the last round of drink ( I recall it was a glass of old fashioned), the waiter completely forgot about it and left us waiting there for a long time and only realized we were neglected completely.
Rouge is fun! They have a great cocktail list. My husband and I both like cocktails, and were both really happy. I liked the happy hour mezcal cocktail - really fun and well balanced. And the Sazerac, but French is delish - spirit forward, but a nice complexity of flavor. The sliders are the best my husband has had in years - well cooked, well seasoned, with a good combo of textures. Noise level is lively, but on a Friday night at a cocktail bar, thats expected. My suggestion to Rouge might be to have more really small plates - olives, nuts, or another easy, salty thing that goes well with cocktails. But come here - you will have a grand time.
The decor of the place is all it has, and I have still seen better! The cocktails taste cheap and are overpriced even for old Bellevue. As a consistent regular since last summer I know there is no excuse for these inflations of prices, this plus the high turnover of employees since shows the business is clearly struggling to stay afloat. The last waitress they let go was fantastic and it is a shame what the owners did to her. I ran into her recently as she still works on Main St, and the experience she had with them was appalling and gross like many of ours. Do not support these owners!! They are money hungry and obviously do not care about their impact on community. I never write reviews but I felt the need to WARN WARN WARN…these people should be reported for what they are doing!!! The manager is a serious problem!!!Update;Absolutely insane response from owners almost as if they want to make themselves look bad by not taking any reviews or criticism seriously and making reparations by, say, lowering prices to be reasonable again or having good business practices. This seems to be a typical pattern for you and it is very sad. I had already planned to write this review, her encouragement only helped motivate. Girls support girls in the real world. Shame on you!! Holy cow!!!
Looking forward to my next trip to Bellevue Washington and visiting the Rouge Lounge. I have many friends who have been there and also highly recommend it for the quality of service and the great atmosphere. Best regards to the management and staff! Sincerely, Chris Klein
Met a friend for happy hour and tried out this cute place, relieved it was not too busy. Love the simple decor, and staff were attentive and friendly. Menu (food & hh drinks) is limited but Id expect growth as reportedly the chef and bar manager are relatively new there. Looking forward to returning to see the direction but looks very promising!
We went there at Saturday night around 10:30 pm and ordered the cocktails at 10:40 ish. The cocktails were delivered around 11:30pm. We kept checking what the bartender were doing. They just kept chatting with others. It’s insane and the drinks do not match the price.
We spent an evening at Rouge Cocktail and everything was absolutely awesome , The cocktails were so good, we recommended the Zen garden and the Watermelon spritz !The atmosphere is really cool ! We really recommend this place if you are in Bellevue
Excellent atmosphere and vibe. They have a very limited food and drinks menu but still good selection of cocktails. The bartenders were attentive and very friendly.
We happened upon this place for a quick cocktail before dinner and wished we could have stayed longer. What a beautiful bar, this place transports you back in time! It is both chic and cozy, sophisticated but not pretentious! Our not the book club group will definitely return and try more of their unique old school cocktails, appetizers and enjoy listening to the live pianist!
Nice service is hard too find is bellevue yes but at least try to learn to “read the vibe” of people ok… do not want to be rude but when youre on a date u want to be left to drinks more often. Food was ok but service was weirdly too much... not a good date vibe, very loud annoying etceteraNo parking nearby!!! had to lyft back to hotel because we got locked out of garage until next day. Apparently they close so you can’t drive late…Prices not great also and my girl was not happy for with what is served and she is extraordinary taste and told me to write we will not be back with our friends… sorry not sorry 🥲 because we had a headache of a time here and drinks at home are free 🤣🤣🤣
My original review a year ago when they opened was 5 stars, but after having gone back a few more times, Im updating it to be 3 stars. The cocktails were consistently bad (3 occasions in 6 months): unbalanced flavors (e.g. way too much lemon, etc), and they seem to have raised their prices to be the highest in Old Bellevue. The wait after being seated at the bar just to get water (forget them taking your order) has been 15+ minutes when its crowded, so Im guessing theyre chronically understaffed. It gets really loud during the live music nights (I guess not great acoustics), so be forewarned if youre planning on chatting. The food menu has been ok from what Ive tried.Im not sure what happened, but ever since they closed temporarily during COVID and reopened, it feels like the owner and entire staff has changed.
I dont normally go out of my way to leave a bad review, but wow, this was hands down the worst experience Ive ever had.We waited a good 10 minutes to be waited on, which wasnt a huge deal even though it wasnt busy; I figured maybe they were short staffed. We waited at least another 15 minutes to have the cocktails served (again, we are patient, not a big deal).I ordered a coffee (I shouldnt have to justify why I wanted a coffee, as it WAS ON THE MENU) and was informed it would be a few more minutes. That wasnt a big deal also, but a different man (short dark hair, black outfit, and glasses) came right after to re-iterated it would be a long wait, but his tone seemed a bit rude ... I let it slide. We waited another 15 minutes and no coffee had arrived. My partner went to the bartender for an update, and the bartender pointed at the coffee and let him know it would be out, again, no big deal.Several minutes later, the coffee finally appears. The man who rudely re-iterated that the coffee would be late, delivers the coffee. He forcefully pushes it onto the table and makes a rude comment, Why would someone order coffee at a place that serves alcohol?! If it was SUCH a hassle, why have it on the menu? Why not tell us its unavailable? Why be rude to a customer that has not done anything other than order coffee?I ask him to come back over, because we all agreed that the whole situation was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. He makes extreme eye contact with my partner and my partner gestures for him to come over to talk. I am not going to drink this coffee, why would I trust it?After a good minute of gesturing back and forth, the man comes to the table. Again, his eyes are locked on my partner. He berates my partner and accusing him of yelling at the bartender (this DID NOT HAPPEN) he continues to accuse and yell, instead of getting the manager as we had been asking. I ask for him to speak to me, as I ordered the coffee and he would not take his eyes off my partner, it was very bizarre and unhinged. After a couple minutes, the man leaves and another man comes over, who I assume may have been the manager. He apologizes and comps our drinks for the trouble. Based on other negative reviews, this doesnt seem to be the first time this sort of interaction happened around ordering non-alcoholic drinks, so Im not sure if this is the atmosphere of the establishment or an issue with this employee. Either way, this person has no business working in customer service.Edit for response to owner: I decided to leave 1 review on google and 1 review on Yelp because my experience was THAT BAD. Are you kidding me? You think I can’t afford to pay for a COFFEE?! We never asked for the drinks to be comped. How about you pull the footage to see how poorly your employee treated our group?? Also, what other owners? Now you’re making things up lol. I cannot believe how unprofessional you are but it explains your employees behavior. It’s no wonder that there are several reviews about the poor customer service at your establishment. You clearly set a terrible example. You could not PAY me to go back to your business. This is comical.
Moody velvety cool spot with amazing drinks. We had the sliders and the brie both were delish. I will come back!
This is such a bad service experience, they charge us 20% service fee for RUDE service. The waiter is so rude, neglect us since we get in. We try to ask for services many times, he try to ignore us intentionally. The drinks are not bad though.
The place has a cool vibe and the drinks were good. However, during our time there I ordered two gin and tonics (St. Georges gin) and was shocked when I got the bill and each drink was $25. $23 for the gin and $2 for the Fevertree tonic apparently. Thats just ridiculous... Especially when a bottle of St. Georges cost less than $50. Needless to say, we wont be back.
Stellar place, amazing drinks, flatbread, service, servers and atmosphere! Will be glad to be back soon. (My lady and I popped in for what we thought was going to be a quick drink after skating, and happened to run into the owner and his parents who were in from out of town - everyone was so kind, far too many laughs, and incredible hospitality for a couple looking for a new place to spread some cheer - class act all the way!)
Was there on Saturday night (10/22/2022) with my friends. We were seated, but left the place because nobody came to us. Wed been sitting there and waiting for menu for 30 mins. Best service, really?UPDATE: Sorry I couldnt recognize 50 mins vs 15 mins (it was quite loud), but not serving new people while serving the others and having 2 free tables around its kind of a weird service. It also didnt look like that it was a super busy evening. When we came there were 2 free tables and several spots in the bar. I felt just embarrassment and confusion.
The waitress was aggressive 😳 we were waiting for the food that didnt come and the waitress was furious when we asked to cancel the order (after 40 minutes). Blaming us for not canceling sooner. When we left he shouted at us that we should not come back again. We were shocked.
Drinks labeled non-alcoholic should actually be non-alcoholic. Went here with a large group and one person who needed a no-abv drink ordered something advertised as that. We came to find out it still had liqueur in it. Mistakes happen but when we politely asked for clarification, the waitress said “well then you shouldn’t come to a bar”. Super non-inclusive and they took no accountability as to why this would be problematic. Everyone else liked their (alcoholic) drinks but the service here was disappointing and irresponsible.
Amazing food, drinks, detail and soul in all of it! We thought that this is the best new restaurant on the East Side now. Another thought came to mind while sitting there…What if the light would be a little more dim..a few art pieces on walls, some curtains, maybe separating the open space into two rooms, for even more intimacy. this would make it so much cozier 🤩
The bartender was the best. I got what he recommended and it was fantastic. On my second drink, he asked if I want to try something interesting off the menu and it ended up being something extremely tasty. I had a really good time.
Wanted to like this place because the cocktails were actually pretty good. Unfortunately the service was crazy rude and the music was so loud I couldn’t hear anything. I’d recommend going somewhere else. Plenty of better places near by.
Fun bartenders delivering creative cocktails and serious food. Brisket mac was a perfect nighttime snack. Desserts looked good too.
Love this bar! Great atmosphere with appropriate older standards playing in the background. Adore the art deco vibes and soft lightning. Drinks were great too!
Awful service towards Asian faces (neglect, slow, rude), for a 20% tips? and let’s all see owner’s reaction to our reviews, still rude and nonprofessional. Doing business in Bellevue is so random now?
The new bartender bobby is absolutely magic. High energy, very fun and accommodating, amazing drinks. This place is a must now for sure!
Great drinks and service. Wish the food menu was a little more inspired. They don’t have a full kitchen to offer certain options but could go farther than what they offer now.
Took the wife out for an intimate night enjoying cocktails and music. Staff was professional and fun. We had such a lovely experience. Thank you Rouge! We’ll be back
This is a nice new place to meet with business deals or make connections. The small bite snacks are delicious, but the wine list is a little too limited and pricey for its overall quality.
We came super early for happy hour but the staff were really friendly and drinks quite innovative and tasty. We hopped to another bar in the area after one drink and regretted it!
We came for a date night, pre-dinner drinks and loved it. Amazing service, delicious cocktails and Beautiful decor. So happy for a new place in old town Bellevue.
Hidden Gem In old Downtown Bellevue off Main Street! Love the drinks and Atmosphere! Great date night spot or catching up with an old friend! Definitely will be back!
What a great venue for live music! Run by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to make sure all guests have a great time!
Great staff and amazing cocktails !
It was nice, quaint and dark. Just like a speakeasy should be. We only stayed for 1 drink. Our waiter was very nice. Definitely would go back.
Had an awesome experience here on 1/19 with a buddy. The staff is polite and really easy to talk with. There food is great as well! Got 2 apps to start then 4 sharable entrees. The bar manager Taylor coursed it out for us and the way she did it was seem less. Nothing felt rushed with the experience. HIGHLY suggest getting the polenta fries and the tapenade prosciutto flatbread, followed by their Rigatoni. They even have this cool photo booth area as well. Ask for Taylor to be your bartender/server.
Good cocktails, great atmosphere and really kind owner. Good option if you are on Main Street for drinks with friends.
Not impressed w this joint. Drinks were meh. Atmosphere was kinda douchey. Overpriced for the quality. It’s whatever. Skip it. 😒
The place is so cool. What an awesome vibe. Great cocktails and great service.
These guys are genuinely enjoy hosting and serving fantastic cocktails . Very reasonably priced
Atmosphere fun. Food is bad and overpriced. Truffle fries are mushy and funky tasting. So disappointed.
Had a really fun girls night here. Such a cute place, great drinks and the sweetest staff/owner!
Great customer service…intimate atmosphere…chill vibes…and strong drinks! If you’re looking for a chill cozy vibe this is the place to check out.
Sean the bartender is the best I’ve ever seen. Great drinks, friendly service, professional, fast. Come here just for him
Great service and cocktails
Great experience! The service was very good, and the drink I had was so good! The food is very nice!
Waited 20 mins at the table and nobody showed up to take drink orders, left to a different place. Save your time and go somewhere else
Great little cocktail bar, throughly enjoyed my time with friends here
Good choice of cocktails, nice decoration. Special mention for the cheese and charcuterie board and the flat bread 😍
Love the ambiance! Unique fabulous cocktails
Great cocktails..though à bit pricey. Limited food menu.
Top tier service and high quality drinks highly recommendBartender was amazing and so friendly
Great drinksGood serviceGood music...live...a wee too loud but very good
Beautiful ambience and very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.
Exceptional sliders and espresso martinis with an inviting atmosphere
Good place in Bellevue downtown to get a couple of drinks.
We had a nice relaxing glass (few) of wine.
Great spot to grab a cocktail in old Bellevue.
A modern take on a 40’s style cocktail lounge
Rouge is the best cocktail bar on the Eastside
