Multiple bad experiences. Last time I tried to go in I stood there for 15 minutes while the music was playing Swedish EDM at max volume and the attendant was in the back office. Now I tried to go and the open sign is on but the doors are locked and no one is inside.

Straight up juice on the outside of my pen and he says it was packaging glue and it “didn’t look less” Why ask if it looks fine if they deny your concerns?

The guys that work here always have a smile and are ever helpful. Lots of different options of flavors, definitely recommend this store!

The guy in this store was not helpful at all. He kept saying he was the manager and couldnt do anything about our situation. My daughter bought coils that were wrong. She didnt open them and took them back. The girl there took the coils back and said she would order the right ones but never heard back. Even called and left messages. But no one would call back. So we went down there with the receipt. He said he couldnt do anything about it. No refund nor put the money towards another vape. Some manager!!! What a rip off!!! We went to to smoke store next to him, lit premium smoking supplies, and spent almost a 100 dollars. That guy in there was so nice and very helpful. So if you want good service, go to this store instead of glass city!!

I bought coils in this shop only to find out they were the wrong ones. I took then back and they said there was nothing they can do. He tried to say noone refunds money on coils. I told him I have never had any problems with that at Ohmies. I responded by saying hes just going to steal my 22.00 dollars. He said no he wasnt then I suggested giving my money back or replace them. He insists their company doesnt refund on them. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place if you dont want your money stolen from you.

I accidentally walked over on the other side of that glass on accident looking at a peice and one of the guys single me out and told me the most absolutely common sense thing anyone could say . Everyone could see it was an accident . Was going to purchase a bong but not after he looked stupid for trying to do that to me .

Got scammed on bad torches. They will break in two days and all they will say is they can sell you another. Highly recommend shopping anywhere else.

Good prices and I didn’t catch her name but a younger girl working in there was super friendly and nice she helped me with everything that I needed to get. I will be returning because the prices are amazing and the friendly staff A+
