I started doing business with Smoothe Vapes when I decided to not smell like 2 packs of Camel Wide Full Flavors every day. Its been a handful of years since I quit those dang things. To this day, theyve been true to their word on backing their products. As of today, I went in to find out why my vape wasnt working properly. Bad coil. They replaced the one that I had purchased from them prior to a long drive home for Thanksgiving. Theyre good folks. Give them a try.JH

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I didn’t feel pressured to buy the highest end stuff when I went in for my first set up. They helped me pick out what I was looking for and answered any questions I had. They set up my vape device for me before I left. Definitely recommend Smooth Vapes!

Edited to add I dont believe custom juices are allowed due to Government overreachPrices are very high for juice compared to any of the pre packaged juices you can get anywhere.But they can custom make all juice and make any flavor or NIC percentage you are looking for. Staff Is very awesome and i highly recommend.

Great shop. brought them a flavorsuperman icecream and they made it better than the place i order online. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I now drive all the way from Springdale for their excellent service.

Customer Service was excellent and knowledgeable. I had many questions about their CBD oils and every question was answered even broke it down Barney level when I failed to grasp what he was saying. Great open floorplan. My only criticism was their prices.

Was getting my juice here until the last time I went and there was something in it that was very weird. It was very bubbly. Smelled very strange like pepto and menthol...? It was so bad it ruined my tank, cannot get the smell or taste out. Put it in a baggie and it still stunk up the whole house. Check your stuff before you go.

Bought my very first ever owned vape cartridge battery here. It died on me 3 days later. I took it in and the same kid that sold it to me was there. I did not have a receipt because I never got one. That was my fault for not asking for one, but even though they knew first hand I bought the battery a few days before they wouldnt help me at all. Maybe its a good business otherwise but my experience was piss poor customer service. Im out $40 and off to find a better vape shop. Will update if the owner reaches out and makes it right.

Popped in for some coils after having some bad luck with other places in town. The staff was very respectful and informative. They also have an array of CBD products from candies to actual wax concentrate. Game changer, if you ask me. The staff is the main reason I will continue business with Smooth Vapes.

When they first opened, the flavors were great. Now the flavors have been diluted. I now use a company from Ohio and one from Florida. Smooth vapes also leaves a oil aftertaste that is not enjoyable. Please step up your game so I can come back.

Their juice is great but they really need to review their pricing 15ml is good $6.99 but the 30 and 50 not so good two 15s is the same as 30 and costs less and four 15s is 60ml and cost the same as the 50. I was paying $15 for 30ml and $50 for 120ml thats a good deal.

I recommend NOT going here, I went in here today looking for vape for my pen, I bought some when I got home I looked it over and it wasnt what I really wanted, so I went back up there (same day) with the receipt and also brought my vape pen with me to show them what I was working with ....They DO NOT do returns (I didnt even open the packaging) still wouldnt take it back...Well I showed them what I was working with, and he tells me He is NOT sure what I was using and NEVER got a refund or in store credit for that matter!!My experience for the FIRST stepping in this store sucked for me!! DO NOT recommend going in here!! 👎👎

Staff is always very helpful they always take my vape juice order and have my stuff ready before I even pay. Very knowledgeable staff. Any questions I ask are answered promptly and thoroughly.

Great customer service. Got us a new tank didnt try to upsell hell they actually tried to see if the current tank could be fixed. Cleaned old tank so my fiancee can use it to try the CBD.

I have been shopping here for years, spent probably too much money here... buy a system and get a 30day warrenty. Tell me why on my 3rd visit of them working on this thing for me they finally say oh sorry tough luck. So now Im stuck with an $80 paper weight. Please dont waste your time here. Ill be taking my business elsewhere as well.

Went to get my first ecig setup here so I could cut back and quit normal cigarettes. Walked in with almost no idea what I wanted, the staff was very helpful in finding a setup for myself and my fiancee. They have a gpod selection of testers along the walls for people to try flavors before buying anything, they will even lend you a battery to test with if you dont have one. Definately the b&m I will support locally.

I walked in with pain and anxiety from a motorcycle accident not knowing anything about Vapes or CBD. I walked out fully informed, vaping, with everything I need and some quality CBD. The guys there are so knowledgeable and friendly, they genuinely wanted to help me out, not just make money from me. After visiting a few other shops in town, I will definitely return to this one. I am an out of towner but the customer service did not show a d was top notch, I didnt k ow much about my device but they were patient an helped me with my perches a d turnd out to be the wrong coil I went back the next day a d they refunded my money and ordered more just incase I came next time. Wanted to quit smoking. Went for a casual visit to the store with no clue about vaping and e cigs. The staff were incredibly helpful. Leant a great deal about vaping. Helped me picking up my first vape setup. Being a novice I faced little bit of trouble working with the setup. They were very courteous on my subsequent visits, answered all my questions with a smile. I have also visited other shops in this area. I can easily say this would be the best shop in this area for your vaping needs. I highly recommend the place. There are places when you visit for the first time you feel like your are an interruption. (Especially when you have no clue about the place) Definitely not here. These people are super helpful. Thumbs up.

I dont like to stop at vape stores but my wife vapes so from time to time I go for her. They always have her order ready and get me in and out quickly. I could get juice cheaper but the service is worth a few extra bucks.

I came upon this place by accident because I couldn’t find the vape store I was looking for. I love the hell out of this place! Staff is excellent, smart and friendly. They where the only vape store that could make me a cucumber ejuice. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and they introduced me to CBD products. They gave me a complimentary CBD cream. It works wonders for my joints. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out!

After smoking cigarettes too many years, knowing definitely unhealthy; Once Smooth Vapes came on the market with TNTC flavors it has slowly but surely made the taste of Marlboro Reds taste became nasty and most unpleasant! Although Vaping does have its downside if overindulged; moderation Vaping may be a promising remedy for people truly desiring to quit smoking cigarettes!

They are selling bad disposal vapes and they know it. Still sells them they would run about a day then the second day the vapes will stay on. Never going back.
