Friendly, professional staff-skilled at waxing.Front desk staff welcoming and eager to assist.Clean facility, smells nice, soft music, nice atmosphere.I started going for massage. The Clinician was professional, responsive, a good listener, and delivered firm pressure as promised for my deep tissue massage.

Best spa in the town and around. They have great estheticians who work really hard on facials and waxing and other treatments. They also sell good variety of products, both for men and women. I bought body lotion from them and I love it! Ill definitely recommend anyone looking for spa.

Stay away from this place.The lady waxing me was so aggressive! She rushed through the process making it extra painful and horrifying. When I tried to tell her the wax was too hot she told me I was too sensitive. When I got home, I was in so much pain. I went to shower and there was still wax in between my legs. When I took a closer look, I was bleeding and had burns from the wax. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE !

Everyone that I interacted with was very nice, but I am disappointed with the service I received. I tried to call to speak with the manager to resolve the issue, but was forwarded to a line that went straight to voicemail. This was about two days ago and I have yet to hear back.

The moisturizer this amazing woman makes for me is awesome...Ive been buying it for years...her soaps are incredible as well. I highly recommend Susannes products ...love ...love....love her and her products. Thanks Susanne
