They always sell me garbage downtown I dont know how many times I got this one brand bear quartz it always sucks every nail they come out with sucks and then I get this pack dab rig nail all sucks I think Im never going back

Such a excellent store, with such a huge variety of glass, vapes, assortment of many related items, plus many others. Definitely great prices also.

This is one of my favorite Vape stores in Billings. Its not crowded. The staff is chill and knowledgeable. Plus I like getting those $1 pog style voucher coins.

Normally id give this place a 5 star rating, but earlier today my partner and i came in and was helped by such an awesome employee David. David was extremely helpful with finding us what we needed, and towards the end, his boss i assume, started taking over his transaction and started yelling at him, and he was just acting extremely unprofessional to his employee, and it made us feel very uncomfortable in the moment, treat your employees better please.

I used to love this store until the employees working the register started charging me $15 to $20 for a $5 item and then lie when confronted. Its the downtown store. No prices listed means they can charge everyone extra all day and pocket any extra cash between themselves. Nevertheless, Ive never made a post bashing a business of any sort but this needs the attention of the people who frequent this establishment.

David had helped me out the other day, and all I can say is he’s the best employee there in my eyes. Great service overall; helped me with every product I asked about, gave me suggestions, etc. His enthusiastic attitude made the whole experience better overall, making my visit a lot more welcome. Best vape/smoke store in town.

How do you expect good customer service when the employee rush you around the store or get SNOTTY with you for coming in to see if you have a product and being told I should have called first to see if my Hamilton product are being sold there. Never again will I walk in to the DT 406 Glass even if it is the most convenient place for me. Ever since the remodel on the building you have all gotten worst at this store. Not only did you lose me as a customer but more have followed.

Extremely disrespectful manager with zero regards for customer service, kindness, or human decency. Cussing out and laughing at customers is not how you do business. Will *not* be recommending 406 Vapes to anyone.

Excellent place 4 weapons Or things to defend yourself with also any glass or silicone you may need Lighter smoke bodies anything as far as smoking paraphernalia goes, Even oil incense burners.

Been going here every 2 weeks since 2018 but haven’t been since they hired a disrespectful and rude employee who’s name is little Dave haven’t went back since he told me he was to busy eating so probably won’t be going back to 406 glass anymore
