Do not buy gift cards here!!! They sell cards that do not have anything loaded on them!!!!Came this am for my first massage with Massage Envy. The massage was not good! Felt like a 10 year old trying to massage me and no rhythm or flow like a normal massage- a lot of strange pauses and strange “techniques” by Grant. I got there 10 minutes early for paperwork and did the paperwork and had to wait to be taken back. Grant took 10 minutes to come get me and then forever asking same questions I had answered on my paperwork- no reason to do this- I have no medical issues. He did not start the actual massage until 15 after 10 am and finished 40 minutes later - this is NOT a 60 minute massage. This is not acceptable for $143. The massage was the worst massage I have ever gotten and I have had many- I expect a great massage for $143 and this was a 3/10. Very odd experience compared to normal massages. Front desk girl would not accept one of my three gift cards and told me that she should be able to see when it was used but it didn’t show it had been used - and still made me pay the $20 difference!!! My husband purchased this card and they took his money and then put nothing on the card! Insulting - first time at this place and last time. Definitely won’t be back and will make sure family and friends stay away. Find a $80 massage for 60 minutes anywhere else - you will thank me!

The massage was awful! I requested a female masseuse instead I got Mikey . I explained my concerns to management which they brushed off. I was informed I’d be contacted by a manager which the manager never did. I do not recommend

This company is great. It was my first time at Massage Envy and everyone was professional. There were no delays nor issues. I’m going to massage school and I met Grant. Grant is awesome and turns out he went to the same school that I’m going to in April. He gave me great advice.

I had two services that were amazing! First one was a massage with Cindy. Very knowledgeable and considerate of what was needed. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My second visit was with Alyna for a facial. Extremely knowledgeable and professional! I’ve only had one other facial at a spa resort, and this one was just as good or better. My skin looked beautiful when I left. The front staff and Management are so sweet at this massage envy. My husband and I have each had a different experience in the way past with this location, but they have completely turned it around. Highly recommend!

Clint was my massage therapist (5 star rating) and he is always fantastic and never disappoints! Will miss him terribly, but believe he does deserve a bonus!My rating for massage envy as a whole is 3 stars due to no office manager at the location and ESPECIALLY because no one EVER picks up the phones. I have tried numerous times calling at different times of the day and the phone may be picked up once every one hundred calls (sounds like Im exaggerating, but I swear I am not). As a company yall have a LOT to work on. Now that Clint is gone due to him moving I have really debated staying with massage envy due to poor management and poor customer service at the front.Mickey was a terrible massage therapist. Luckily with my last experience with Joy was amazing and she had a lot of work to do on my back and arms after my last experience. If Clint is not there I highly recommend Joy! Thank you Joy (Joy gets a 5 star rating as well!) for your great experience!! My back was sore (in a very good way) the next day, thank you!

This was my first time visiting this location and I was not pleased at all. My appt time was at 6:00 and I was called back to the room until 6:05. By the time got undressed my session didnt start until about 6:10 and ended at 6:55. I paid for an hour massage and only received an 45 min service. On top of that the massage was awful, Mickey talked about his dog, niece, and wife for about 10 mins. I came to relax and release some tension and that I didnt get. My session felt more like a oil rub down, not a massage. Definitely not worth $130

I visited this location (Hoover, AL) today, 5/26 for an 11:30am appointment. I had been given a gift card that covered an hour long massage, which is what I scheduled the appointment to be.My GPS routed me incorrectly, so I was a few minutes late (about 10). I apologized for being tardy and explained that my GPS had taken me the wrong way. I was told to fill out the basic health form, which I did, and then was told to go to the waiting room. I was in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes and then was called back to the room.The massage therapist informed me that since we were getting started late (my 10 minutes late plus at least 10 minutes between the form and the waiting room), that we could only do 30 minutes for the session. So, I told her in that case, I’d like to reschedule because my gift card should cover an hour long appointment.I was told I could reschedule, but that I would still have to pay for today, even without any service. So, I’d pay twice for one massage. Not wanting to pay for something I didn’t receive, I told the therapist to go ahead and let’s just do a 30-minute session today.By the time she finished, I got ready to leave, went to the front, spoke with reception (he needed to ensure I didn’t owe anything for today), and got in my car, I realized it was only now 12:30, when my appointment was supposed to end. So, my session couldn’t have even been 30 minutes.This was such a disappointing experience—this was a gift I held on to for a few months to be able to use for a time I really felt I needed it, and it was incredibly subpar. On top of it all, between coming and going, I saw no one else in the waiting room or reception, so maybe my therapist had another appointment, but I never saw anyone there besides myself and staff. Staff were also unwilling to hear me out or help the situation. I was just told “it’s the policy.” Really unfortunate experience.

This place is good, but the lack of understanding & communication of staff is a great issue! Wasn’t aware of being put on contract & after canceling months ago funds were still removed after speaking w/3 different representatives! Very & highly upset have credits due to the issue & don’t even want to go back!😡

Terrible service this place should be shut down. The manager Brittany does not wear shoes at the front desk. She was barefoot when I checked in sitting on the countertop. She does not seem like she wants to work. The service itself by grant seemed like it was a beginner. The price is 130$ which is a scam it was cheaper last year when I came!!! They give the same service but for a higher price. Corporate is not doing a good job they should be replaced!! I was given a name alexius to contact and she has not handled the situation. Terrible service will go back to hand and stone for now on!!! Hand and stone has better management and the therapist are good. Bathrooms were extremely dirty and had a smell.

Grant was my massage therapist and was really good EXCEPT we started at 4:06 or 4:07 for my 4pm appt ( I arrived at 3:40pm) and he stopped at 4:53. $130 massage I expect a full hour. Plus I gave him a $20 tip. Super Nice guy but…Will be advising family members to not purchase any more gift cards from Massage Envy at these rates for 45 min massage.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They charged me $100 cancelation fee for missing my appointment on the day my mother died. When I tried to dispute it, literally no one would help me, and the corporate email bounced back. Terrible terrible terrible. I even have a gift card balance but Ill never use this place again.Yeah definitely not a 5 star review.

I have 4 stars only because of my stretch. Mickey did not do a good job. He placed me on balls and bricks for the most part for me to do my own stretches. I couldve done this at home. He only stretched my neck and 2 muscle groups in my legs. It was over in less than 20 minutes. The facial, however, was awesome. Alyna took her time and made my experience with her great! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the stretch with front desk staff.

The Manager Nicole was rude when I called to end my contract. She refused to give her last name but wanted me to know she was the manager. I had to call several times over 30 minutes, every time I would call she would quickly put me on hold until she saw I was not going to stop calling. I have been trying to end my contract for three months. Last month, I went to the office to end this foolishness and still they are debating my account. I have eleven sessions that I have not used because they have limited openings. Stay away from the facility if your looking for kindness and a professional experience!

I absolutely love coming here. As a single mom, I don’t have lots of money to spend on spa services. Because of massage envy I am able to spend a little time pampering myself. Whitney has done an absolute miracle on my face with products and chemical peels. I am so happy! With only one very light peel, about 75% of the dark spots I had from sun exposure are gone. The receptionist is absolutely wonderful. She works really hard to apply coupons and discounts whenever she can. The place has always been clean and welcoming. The staff is great. I did so a massage as well and it was very very relaxing. I got the membership and plan to make monthly visits.

I canceled my membership a few months ago because I could never get appointments anymore. I’m trying to use up my credits and now they are saying they are expired. You have had zero availability for the last few months and you have canceled numerous appointments therefore the credits need to be extended so that someone could actually use them.

Ive read these reviews and frankly I was shocked. I had a great experience! My therapist was not only cordial and professional, she also gave me the best massage Ive ever had. Ive had no issues with billing, and find the staff curtious and hospitable. My therapists name was Leigh. I would definitely ask for her. She is great and seems to really know what shes doing. I would and have recommended this place to my friends. My guess is that the other complaints on here, are just unhappy people that find fault in everything.

Massages, when you can get one, have been good. The problem is there are rarely appointments available. It is Nov 11 and there are no massages available via the online scheduling system until Dec 21st in any of the 3 Bham locations. Dont waste your money at MassageEnvy if youre wanting to get massages.

I’ve booked a massage twice and had it cancelled twice. The first time I received a text when I was about to pull into the parking lot saying it was cancelled after I wasted my gas and time driving 30 minutes away. The second time no one bothered to let me know it had been cancelled until I walked in the door. The lady behind the desk said they tried to reach me but it didn’t go through. She called out an old number that I haven’t used in 4 years and said I booked with that number. Why tf would I book with an old number? That makes zero sense, but it’s funny how they seemed to have my correct phone number and email when they cancelled spur of the moment last time. Such a waste of time, gas, and money. I actually have a gift certificate which they won’t refund, but there’s no way in hell I’m booking anything with this company ever again. Garbage

Signed up for a membership. First off, the relaxing massage experience was made less relaxing by therapists complaining that the new owners had stripped their benefits and it was a horrible place to work. DURING A MASSAGE! That was awkward. Then they started not being able to deliver the massages they were charging me for monthly. They cancelled on me twice. They still owe me two massages, or a refund. A asked if I could just cancel. They said I could, under the circumstances, and they emailed me a cancellation form. I filled it out and returned it. They wouldn’t respond. I called back a couple of times and was promised a return call. They wouldn’t call back. It was getting close to time for them to charge my card again, which they were not supposed to do, because I sent in my cancellation form, but since they wouldn’t respond to me, I blocked them from being able to charge my card. Of course, they tried to charge me. I got a text saying my card didn’t go through. I called to discuss. They offered to send me a cancellation form again. I explained that we were past that point and they simply needed to process the cancellation form they had failed to process in over a month that they have also failed to return calls about. This girl on the phone lost it and, without going into specific detail, “told me off” in a very nasty way and hung up in my face. I tried calling back a couple of times and she picked up then hung up. The next time she let it go to voicemail. She then sent me an ugly text saying I could pay the $65 before discussing anything else. Keep in mind, I have also paid $65 two other times for which they have been unable to deliver services for. A lot of people are struggling for employees right now. Business owners have to be vigilant and creative with ways to address this problem. This place appears to not be doing well with it. I’d take my business somewhere else. By the way, they can have the $130 they owe me. It’s not worth the trouble anymore. I knew their star rating before I joined and I ignored it. Lesson learned!

My appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm on 3/2/22, I was tested positive for Covid that morning at my job so I quickly called to reschedule my appointment. Today I find out that they debited my account for 65$ so I called only to be told that they couldn’t reverse the charges even though I had rescheduled. Next time I will go in sick & cause them to have to close there doors. Very unprofessional.

Just had a massage. My experience was a 3/5 stars for the following:1. There was a fan on me the entire time... For one hour, I was covered in oil (and naked with only a sheet covering me) with a fan on me in the middle of winter! I was almost shivering. The bed warmer was either not on or not working.... Bummer. Also, the light in the room was on the whole time... I like it dark and relaxing. Rooms need to be vacuumed.😞2. My MT was clearly sick with something respiratory going on. Being that close and breathing over me sick was a major deterrent on a return visit. Not sure if he kept stopping the massage to wipe his nose or what but Ive never had so many pauses in a massage. 😷Im used to smooth continuous pressure/ touch during a massage except for when its time to turn. Also, no hot towels this time!!!😩3. I feel like this particular chain is on the downhill... The past few times Ive gone, you can never get the same therapist twice. It appears there is a lot of turnover here. It is noisy in the hallway out side of the room. I made sure to use all of my gift card so my friends and family can start giving me new gift cards to use somewhere new.😐4. The receptionist stated she was going to look up my gift card towards the balance. I had two cards to use. She couldnt get them at first. Luckily, I had them on me.*Overall, not a terrible experience but in Hoover, I have many other options to choose from for a good massage and Ill start seeking out those places next. For someone that splurges to have a massage 3 times/ year at most, my expectations were not met for the cost of services rendered. Staff was friendly. MT gave a decent massage with good pressure (minus all the pauses).

I got a mysterious rash on my arms after a massage. I notified the receptionist who put a note in the system. I thought maybe I had a one time bad experience, since the rash seemed to go away, so I went back the following month. I got another rash but this time it spread up and down my arms. My doctor told me it looked like a fungal infection but to be safe she would refer me to a dermatologist. I got a doctors note stating I needed to refrain from massages until the dermatologist could determine what the rash was and if it was safe to go back. I took my doctors note and filled out a membership cancellation form. I noticed my monthly fee was withdrawn after I had submitted the form so I called. I was told my cancellation was denied because I needed a note from the dermatologist. I can’t get a dermatologist note for another month when I have my appointment but even so, why is my doctors note not enough? According to their cancellation policy a note from a doctor stating one cannot be massaged for medical reasons should suffice. The manager didn’t even have the decency to call me! I only found out because I called them. I am out $130 and still have one more month before my contract is up. Not to mention the doctor bills. Do not go here! Find a better place to get a massage.

Shouldve read the reviews before deciding to go through with the membership after receiving a nice gift card in the mail for one massage. The issues are egregious at this point and have me fuming and feeling so scammed like many others on here and the bbb website. DO NOT GIVE MASSAGE ENVY YOUR BUSINESS. They will: keep cards on file without your authorization and charge them on autopay WITHOUT your permission; not answer the phone if you need help (I called 3X a day last month to change the card that they were using in error and got through to not a single soul); make you jump through 20 hoops to cancel or change a membership when you move--even going so far as requiring 3 proofs of new address to transfer like they are the ever loving DMV; and to top everything off, they will never ever give you a refund for unused credits or work with you to regain your hard earned money back after begging and pleading to discontinue any membership to cut ties with such a greedy, lecherous company. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS OR ANY MASSAGE ENVY YOUR BUSINESS. Go to a nice spa or massage parlor in your area to avoid being bent over by this horrible place.

This place is ridiculous! My girlfriend scheduled a day out for my birthday! She didn’t get the reminder phone call that they supposedly do. When she scheduled the appt. the woman told her to arrive A FEW MINUTES before to fill out paper work. We literally pulled up 10 mins late because of traffic. The girl at the desk told us since we were late the paperwork would cut into the massage by 30 mins and said it wouldn’t be worth it! Also they would only charge 50% of the initial price for cancellation! We rescheduled and they charged the FULL price! My girlfriend literally wasted all this money on a massage and no one laid a hand on me! They’re very horrible with communication and policy between they’re employees! So much for having my first massage on my birthday!

It would have been nice to receive a phone call letting me know the other therapist was sick and had been sick for a few days which means he was sick when I scheduled the appointment. First time going to Hoover location and it was horrible. The technician was late. She had open sores on her arms, room 4 was nasty food on the floor. Called Alexis at corporate and her assistant called back was rude. Never recommend going to this location.Front desk lady was nice and polite.

Not enough space for all the issues. Charter member. Joined 10 years ago. Decided in May 2019 it was in decline and too difficult to book due to incredible staff turnover. Also, the experience had become totally inconsistent. Still fighting them for my legitimate cancellation. When I requested cancellation in May I had TEN unused sessions (because they are so understaffed). Had to burn through those first. Sent in my paperwork and have the email in my SENT emails to prove it. They deny having any knowledge and are still billing me! Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I am highly disappointed with this location’s front-office service, specifically Debra. I had an appointment this evening at 5pm, but woke up experiencing illness so wanted to reschedule my appointment, especially in light of the Covid-19 climate we are still in. I called their office first thing (8am) and explained my illness to Debra and informed her I would like to reschedule. She gave me several run-arounds concerning why even though I was sick I could not reschedule. Even so much as stating the owners are the reason why if a patron feels ill they still have to be serviced. She then said half of my Massage Envy points banked for today’s service would be expensed because of the same day reschedule. I asked what concessions are made for feverish patrons. She said they are still required to show up and Massage Envy would take their temperature. I told her I would be going to the doctor’s office today and could provide an excuse. She said a manager would get back with me today, but no one ever contacted me. After having my suspicions proven that I had been lied to and no one would contact me, I called back to ask about what was the current status of my appointment/points. I was then informed the appointment was taken off the records and all of my points for today’s session had been expensed. I am extremely frustrated with their “customer care”. I feel lied to and with their “Covid protocols” that were exhibited today first-hand to me, I will NEVER feel comfortable patronizing them again. There is no telling how many patrons who have been ill (with or without fevers) have received service and unintentionally spread it to others with the help of this location’s policies. So much for this place being a standard of wellness services. I feel more stressed now after dealing with this than I did before. I wish I had NEVER booked anything with this location or had my home membership at this location.

I got a massage for my husband as a gift for his birthday. The environment was comfortable and serene. As far as his his experience, he said his MT did an excellent job. There was one thing I didnt like and it was the young lady who asked about the membership. No one wants to be asked that after a relaxing experience. Maybe let the customer inquire about it first.

Im surprised to read the negative reviews on here. Ive had great massages with Chance and the customer service staff have always been nice to me. Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel my membership with Massage Envy which was not an issue after my initial 12 months had ended. Highly recommend!

I got a massage by Mickie a few days ago and it was not good at all. Felt like he was just putting lotion on me. When he would squirt the lotion in his hand he would just wipe it on my skin cold and rub that area. There would be lotion on one part of wherever he was working and the rest was dry. Granted , I did say not to be too firm, but what I got was not a massage. After the massage I asked him questions about problem areas. He was so vague and impersonal. It just wasn’t a good experience. The massage I got prior to that one was very painful.

Bad management. Dont do business here!! I cancelled my membership back in November 2015 and started getting bank drafts again this month. I didnt freeze my account...I cancelled it!! Ive called twice in the past two weeks with no return phone calls. I went down in person and no manager was there and apparently comes and goes with no set schedule according to the staff. I simply want my account completely cancelled and my money refunded. I dont know if the manager is a coward or a thief. I will NEVER be doing business here again and will never refer anyone here for business. The massages were wonderful but the management stinks.

I scheduled an appointment at the Massage Envy in Hoover over a week in advance and received a reminder phone call and voicemail the day before my scheduled massage to confirm the time and date. I arrived at the location at the scheduled time and they claimed that my appointment was on a different day. I told them I had received a voicemail confirming that the appointment time was, in fact, when I thought it was. They apologized by telling me that they have made the same mistake in the past and there was nothing they can do. They have a policy stating that clients must cancel at least 1 day before the massage to avoid wasting the therapists time and I find it disrespectful and unprofessional that they dont hold themselves to the same standards. They were unapologetic and appeared unconcerned by the mistake. Dont waste your time on the poor customer service at this Massage Envy.

Quintette was great and I had a great massage. Debra was very nice and helpful. I also had a facial with Selena. She was late and I was suppose to have an hour and it was only 45 min at best. That included me changing and all. She never discussed products with me other than not to use an abrasive exfoliater on my checks.She left the headband on and the bed raised up and I slipped getting down since it was still up. I would go back for the massage but would request someone different for a facial.

Wish zero was an option. Had a giftcard and made a 6:00 massage appointment, arrived at 5:45, got checked in by 6:00, waited 20 minutes and met therapist as I was getting ready to leave. She immediately made excuses for being late and blamed it on a computer system and iPad not showing me as being checked in. What she didnt realize was the fact she had been observed coming in at 6:00 with drinks and food, and eating, which was the real reason she was late, and unconcerned. Tried to take the high road, but she was agitated, ranting, cursing about how the rest of the schedule was all of a sudden thrown off. Also said she was sleepy and frustrated. Canceled my appointment because there was no way I could enjoy my massage with that type of unprofessional behavior. Im still waiting on a call from the manager which I dont expect to receive. On a positive note, the 2 young receptionists were very cordial. I do not recommend this location at all! Sorry my family wasted $$ on a giftcard.

I have been having an issue for 2 months now with this location. After the desk staff not being trained well enough to handle the request, or just not wanting to, I have asked repeatedly to speak with the manager to no avail and have been transferred to his voicemail, again to no avail. He will not call me back and he is never in or so they say. Massage Envy advertises transferring a credit to another members account (for a fee). They have charged the fee and have yet to transfer the credit to my sisters membership at another location out of town. Twice now they have set up a guest account for her in Hoover, even after a detailed phone call on May 9, 2016 with a front desk staff to try and rectify this situation because when my sister asked her location if it had transferred and they let her know they had set up a guest account for a half hour in Hoover. After no help from the Hoover location I called my sisters location out of town and they walked me through how simple the process is to transfer and they themselves cannot understand why I am having issues. At that point I decided to ask for the manager and I still cannot get any help. At what point does this surpass bad customer service and become deceptive business practices or fraud because I have paid for a service that they offer but am not getting it?

We were members for more than 2 years. In the last several months, the staff has been very unhelpful (really rude). They cancel scheduled appointments in a haphazard way, and dont even apologize. I would stay away until there is some improvement in the front bench staff. The massage therapists were really good though. Sorry, we will have cancel our membership.UPDATE:Spoke with Shelby the Manager. She is trying to correct the problem, and we are pleased with her initiative at this point. We continue to be members

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE . I should of listened to the reviews and not went . My wife got me a gift certificate for my birthday . I had an appointment for 2pm and got there early . As i waited a man came in for his appointment but they told him they overbooked and he had to leave . They seemed to have plenty of staff. Two people at the counter and the manager and other employees in the other room . Almost 10 minutes after 2 they told me my therapist took lunch and isnt coming back because she quit . Then she tells me that no one can do my massage and I have to reschedule and they dont refund gift certificates .

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever visited. I canceled my membership but not before I had to wait an entire year to do it. I was attempting to schedule the rest of my unused massages/facials and the people at the front desk are so incompetent that they cant even get the times right! I specifically asked for a certain time for my facial and had my massage cancelled the day before and asked to move my facial up to the time that my massage previously was set at and the lady confirmed the time. I came the next day at the time I arranged only to sit for 10mins after the start time and I walked out to inquire what happened and the lady couldnt even find me on the schedule at first and then she said oh no your at another time which was an hour later! I reminded her that I had changed the time of my facial to an earlier time yesterday and she got an attitude and was like no theres only one person that does the facial and she was already booked, well why didnt you tell me that yesterday!! They are a subpar massage place and I will not be recommending them to anyone! Also the massages arent even good and they make you pay for an hour but only massage you for 45 mins...just a complete rip off!

But the therapist, Quinette (not sure if that’s the name), was extremely nice as well as the woman at the front desk. So I had no complaints! She wasn’t pushy about buying a membership either. So I guess I was lucky and avoided those that everyone was complaining about. But I’d come back for Quinette!!

I have missed two appointments because I did not receive any reminder before the appointment that was made 6 weeks prior. When I called to confirm the appointment I was told that I already missed it and was charged because their notesr said they tried to call and text but my phone would accept calls or texts— really, that is not true. The office manager, Nicole, didn’t even try to help or resolve. Terrible service!!

This place is terrible! The main selling point for purchasing a membership was the extended hours they offer for appointments. Who knew it is completely impossible to get an appointment during the evening and when you are lucky enough to get an appointment, they call a few hours prior to cancel the appointment stating the therapist had resigned. I would definitely NOT recommend wasting your money here.

I called in today in reference to a double charge on my bank account for my membership fee. Hannah answered the phone and was very unprofessional and definitely not helpful. Not only was she not able to adequately explain the reason for the double charge, she was refusing to provide any helpful information to help resolve the issue and disconnected our phone call prompting me to call again. I requested the manager and was told he had been out of the office for a week and she had no idea when he would be back. What a joke of an establishment. I requested the Regional Manager name and number, oh but I was advised there was no number for her to provide to file a complaint. Their employees need to be trained or as Hannah explained they do not get paid to offer customer service. I will definitely cancel this membership and tell everyone I know to not patronize this establishment.

Almost impossible to get an appointment here. You must make multiple calls to get someone to answer the phone. There is a voicemail. I have left messages but no one returns the call. When I do get a person to answer they are obviously bothered or confused by my request to make an appointment.The massage therapists are decent but I absolutely dread calling to make an appointment. So much so that I dont use my massages like I should or could.I let them charge my debit card once then found out at my next visit that they automatically added it to my file, without my permission, and can charge it whenever they want to now as evidenced by the receptionist telling me she didnt need my signature she can just charge me whenever I come in. Wow.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my massage today and I am getting shorted on my service because of the computer...I feel cheated. 1 clerk, 1 person ahead of me in line...I should have been able to check in on time.

I am a member of massage envy. I travel for my job so I get massages around the USA and tend to be pretty happy with the experiences at Massage Envy. I was hesitant to call this location because of the negative reviews. I just called and the lady that answered was just as rude as the reviews said. Short, flippant and I did not get an appointment. I find it hard to believe that they are booked solid for the next three days. Business must be good despite the negative reviews!

After speaking with the manager,Lauren, I realized how this business gets by with such terrible customer service. Lauren is the most rude and unprofessional manager that Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She didnt try to fix this problem or take responsibility for the mistake made by her and her staff. She verbally harrassed me over the phone and was EXTREMELY confrontational. I WILL NEVER return!
