Wasted 40 mins driving just to find out they are closed when it says on here they are open till 5. Also just seen as Im putting this review I noticed someone had same issue 8 months ago. Ive never been here but my suggestion if they cant fix something like their hours of operation or pay attention to customer reviews take youre vape business to another store. Plenty of other great vape stores around that will keep their hours up to date.

Ive used Cahaba Vapes for all my vaping needs when Im working at Miller Steam Plant.If they were closer to my house Id use them exclusively.Personable, professional, and knowledgeable are the key terms here. They know good customer service and have always gone above and beyond.Heres to hoping they expand closer to Birmingham proper and bring their amazing service with them!

If you have a will to quit smoking or just want to try something different please go to Cahaba Vapes. Mike and Alex provided me with an excellent customer experience when I walked in there at the beginning of September. They helped me find a mod that was suitable for me and a selection of juice to help keep me from going back to my old habits. Since then I havent bought a pack of smokes and I honestly cant thank Mike and Alex enough. They are very knowledgeable about their products and stand by the quality of what they sell. If you are willing, Mike and Alex can help you like they helped me.

Before I started shopping at Cahaba Vapes, it was hard finding the right setup and juice flavors that were right for me. The second I walked into their shop, they were not only very friendly but they helped me find everything I need. I highly suggest to those in need of a good vape shop, and even if you dont live in the area, try out Cahaba and you wont regret it!!!!!

Once i made the choice to stop smoking Cahaba Vapes was my first stop due to the fact that it was in the area. Soon as I walk in I was presented with a warm greeting as if I had been there before. Needless to say the customer service was excellent. When i explained what i was trying to do the staff was readily available to answer questions and also very knowledgeable. There were several options for devices and flavors to choose from in the store. Since, i have definitely established a trustworthy and wonderful relationship with the staff at Cahaba Vapes. Not to mention that I went to another store for juice when Cahaba Vapes was closed and ended up being sick from the other store mixing juice improperly and having to much nicotine (wanted only 6mg). Once Cahaba Vapes was back open I went by and told them what happened and how I felt and the staff informed me of the signs of nicotine poisoning and also had it posted in the store to inform customers. Needless to say there is no other Vape shop that i go to. They saved me from a doctors visit that could have really been bad. I thank the entire staff for everything and I have been vaping going on 3 months consistent. (Mike you and your staff are the real MVPs)

After several failed attempts to stop smoking via vaping I was finally successful after my very first visit to Cahaba Vapes. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They always greet customers with a smile and refer to them by their name. I drive past at least five other vape shops to get to them. They have great prices, a wide selection, and even offer discounts like first responder discount and others. With vape shops popping up on every corner these days you need to stand out. They go above & beyond to make their customers satisfied. They are #1 in my book and I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend Cahaba Vapes!!!!!!!

I have been going to this store since they opened, and the customer service has been phenomenal since then. I have been to many vape shops around the Birmingham area and none have come close to the level of customer service. They also have a wide variety of vaping products and knowledge of their products. I would highly suggest this store for any of your vaping needs.

The 2 people that helped me and my husband on 9/8/2015 was great. We were able to try out some of the vapes to see what we liked as we both have different tastes. I critique a bit more but I like what I like. Bought from the sale eliquid and I should have bought more and I also purchased a couple of variable vape 1100 mah batteries for us. I do look forward to going back if I get the chance. Thank You Guys

I have been vaping for almost a year now, and I have been to many vape shops in the surrounding area from Cahaba Vapes, and I have ordered from many different online vape stores, but I havent found any that compare to Cahaba Vapes, I have truly enjoyed working with Mike to find the right choices for me. I had been vaping for a minute before I found cahaba. Now thats the only place I go although I dont live close. Mike and staff are helpful and friendly. They really do treat you like family.
