I just walked out of the store and couldnt wait to get back and review. First of all, the vibe/aesthetic (as the kids say) was so welcoming and instantly relaxing. I was greeted and helped by Bradley who was not only knowledgeable, but patient, pleasant and friendly. Im usually not in this area but I will gladly come back just for the service alone. 10/10 would recommend.Also, they have themed/character pipes. Just sayin

Amazing place to get vapes and legal weed! Very helpful and kind. The employees give off a very friendly and chill vibe. Its a bit pricey if youre getting weed, but the quality is worth it!

Ive stopped in here a few times now. The staff is always unfriendly, distant and rare to offer explanation on any product.They werent aware that I overheard but on one occasion an employee slurred me.I definitely recommend spending your money somewhere else.

I have visited a few times and have never been impressed by this store.It’s a typical vape shop. Nothing extraordinary.I prefer the Vape Loft or Vapors Smoke. Great service at those shops

First of all I’ll start by saying that this is my favorite vape shop ever. They always keep the store stocked and not just with the regular stuff you love but they keep bringing in the newest & best products from the market. They won’t just ask you what you want and try to sell you anything just to make money. They want you to get something you love and that you know what it is and how to use it before you leave. So you should definitely give this shop a try & I know that you’ll like it just as much as I do. Thanks to all the employees for always being friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Don’t change anything because it ain’t broke so there’s no need to fix it.

Needed to get sone legal, COA back flower after all mine disappeared in a series of small flowers, Brad was able to help me pick out a solid hydroponic strain and they had plenty of nicotine free vapes. Highly recommend this place, whether youre a local or just passing through on business like me, theyll treat ya right.

Not very often I visit a vape store on a trip but I took the chance visiting “Vaper Forge” due to the great reviews and it being close to my hotel. It was a clean store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and they had a great selection of products. I would recommend this shop to any vape shop connoisseur. 5/5 would recommend.

I walked in and made a purchase of a coil for my ecig mod. I was leaving and decided to come back in and was told upon entering that id need to wait, so I did. The guy I was asking some specific questions that after failing to understand what I meant idk if he was embarrassed he didnt know or was just a jerk but mentioned something about not needing to have a 45 min explanation of an item after maybe 90 seconds. Isnt your job selling items?I work retail, i get it, but this guy was something else.

I was in the store the other day for the first time. I have to say they treated me like I was a regular in the store. I guarantee you won’t find a store with a better atmosphere. I live about an hour and a half from this store and although I can’t make it every week I will definitely be traveling back for any big purchases.

Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff! Super selection! Its worth a trip just to see the inside of their store- if you live sci-fi, comics, anime, gaming, Pokemon etc... The store is decked out with an amazing collection! Theyre also open until 9:30 pm M-F (they close s little earlier on the weekends).

Man, you guys are the best! Before I came here I bought a kit from another store that ended up being a huge WASTE of money. These guys gave me a great deal on a new set up that I couldt be happier with. Great deals and awesome selection of juice and they take the time to listen to you so that you get exactly what you want and not just what they want to sell you. Vaper Forge is my favorite place to go for my vape needs. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming when you walk in. The staff members are very attentive and listen to your needs first to ensure you get exactly what you came in for. I’ve came in being super vague before not knowing what I want and Henry always makes sure I leave the store happy!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.. My girlfriend and I just stopped smoking and wanted to upgrade from the pencil vape we had been using. Excellent experience! Henry was super helpful in our decision making and stayed after hours to make sure we had all the help we needed.. we got there a little late but they still let us in lol. Very helpful guys that are willing to help vape noob make the right choices. They use quality products that are up to date with everything I later read about when doing online research, with great attention to every detail. The prices are fair and they have a large selection of juices. I will continue to be a customer for life, because I know that I can trust them.

Vapor Forge is by far the best, most helpful and welcoming vape shop I’ve ever been to. Great selection from juices to mods and coils, excellent deals and always happy to help. Some vape shops make you feel like a newb for not knowing everything about mods, juices etc. Not this place. They’re always happy to answer questions and help out. Very friendly service, they’re amexcited to tell you about new flavors and I will go out of my way to come here. I was stuck in a pinch tonight and they really came through for me. I wish I’d gotten the names of the guys, but they’re all great. Thank you guys so much!

Posting this under my gf’s account. I used to shop around at a few different shops and out of desperation had to go to vapor forge one night for something I couldn’t find at my usual store. Since that night vapor forge is the only place I shop. These guys are the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people and they don’t have that stuffy “vape dude” arrogance I’ve run into before. They’re excited to show you and let you try new products and if there’s something I need that they don’t have they just order it for me. I always feel comfortable going there and their customer service, wide selection of juice and accessories can’t be beat. Brian and David (I hope I got their names right) are my favorite, but everyone there is great. They’re the best shop in town.

I had never heard of Vaper Forge till today, when Adam had sent a Vapor Convention Banner to the Wrong phone #, and me with my people person personality, we started into the conversation, to find out he has a shop Close to where i work.i was Just online looking for an alien Clapton Build for my new Air force one RDA, he told me to ask for Justin that he would be sure to hook me up, needless to say ill be going there as soon as i get off work.all in all he was a nice stranger to meet and ill right another review once i visit the shop

Great people! They worked to find a replacement part for my vape, and it took a few mins to find the right fit, but they were determined and they didnt let me down. Nice store, too, with a cool comic book vibe.

Went in, the guy was nice and asked what I needed and I talked to him and He was knowledgeable showed me a few things and was truthful to me and didnt try to over sale anything to me. Talked about flavors told him what I liked and he showed me what he had and offered advice and even taught me some stuff about them. Would recommend.

Henry at Vapor Forge is a ROCKSTAR. It is the only vapor store to go to if you are interested in receiving superior customer service by an employee who has an exceptional level of knowledge about all of the available products they have to offer. I always receive excellent customer service from the other employees as well, but I go out of my way to go by when Henry is working. I know Henry will go above & beyond if I have any kind of problem. In 8 months I’ve had two product related issues (ie. “problems”), & both times I left the store knowing that I would not have been taken care of and treated as well anywhere else. Henry made sure that I left the store with my device in good working condition, without hurting my wallet, and me happy. You can’t pay for that. He rocks.My History w/ VF:I went in to VF to ask about the products available bc I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. I had zero knowledge about vaping. Henry politely showed me several different products and thoroughly explained how to use each, their benefits, differences, and costs to purchase as well as costs to maintain going forward. He gave me his recommendation to best aid me with quitting smoking (I had been smoking for over 30 years) and explained why that particular product would be best.I left the store with a salt-nic vaping device, a packet of extra coils, & a bottle of the flavor liquid I had chosen; all for just under $100.! I was able to put cigarettes down in less than a week!, after smoking over a pack a day for decades!!! I credit Henry’s knowledge about vaping & the products available at VF to my quitting smoking. Seriously. I obviously wanted to quit, but the salt-nic was what I needed to help me do it & be successful.There are several vaping stores between my home and Vapor Forge. I only go to Vapor Forge bc I feel they have everything I may need, but more importantly, I know 100% how I’m going to be treated every time. It’s a cool place to hang for a few minutes, the atmosphere is relaxed and the employees do not operate in a pushy or snobby manner. I encountered the owner one time, & he also treated me well and made me feel comfortable to shop, despite my obvious lack of knowledge about vaping in general. It has been 8 months since my first visit & Im still a loyal customer. I encourage everyone to visit the store & get first hand affirmation of everything I’ve said.

Used to be my go-to vape shop, nothing special just the closest one to me. I had a super bad experience last night though, I bought a Sourin Drop and they told me they only had one blue one left so they gave it to me. Immediately, I noticed it seemed opened, and the man working said it was the display one but its never been used and its brand new besides the fact it was displaced. I get home and open the box and it has scratches in the paint and little holes on the side like someone literally just rubbed it against concrete. I wanted to give it a try though, so I plug it in and nothing happens. I called back and talked to the man whom I bought it from on the phone and he said to open the pod and look inside for a light that should be on to indicate it was charging. Nothing turned on, but as I did that I noticed juice was in there. I wasnt too mad about all of this, just annoyed, but since he was being cooperative and helpful it seemed like something I could handle. But it just wasnt what I expected to buy and it was broken, he stated that was weird because they never have had someone return something before, but I could bring it back to replace it. I go back to the store probably no more than an hour later, and someone new is in the front, I told him and he said we didnt sell this to you so I asked for who sold it to me and helped me on the phone and he came out and denies selling it to me and said he doesnt sell things on display, but he brings out the manager. She seemed shocked they sold it with juice in it, but she didnt seem too worried. No one took me seriously and it was horrible customer service. Also, never saw the man who acted like he didnt know me because after he got the manager he basically hid in the back and didnt acknowledge me. NEVER again. Finally after 15 minutes of explaining to the manager, I didnt even bother with a refund and just got it replaced. Let me just say, this new one was covered in plastic wrap too (like its new), the other one didnt. Ridiculous.

Had the worst experience at Vaper Forge today. I must say, I will definitely be switching to another local vape shop. This shop has been my go to place since I moved to Birmingham last year, but after the situation I encountered today, definitely switching.

Vapor Forge is hands down the best vape store in Bham, I dare even say FL panhandle, Nashville (Brentwood/Franklin). I make it a point to stop there because of the insane amount of inventory, the staff is the best, soknowledgeable, not just a person babysitting a shop. They know their stuff and whats going in the industry. So if you are new to vaping, looking for a unique hard to find part, like cbd, dont waste your time or $ going anywhere else, youll end up dissapointed.

I went into this place today needing an update on some equipment of mine... Homeboy was quick to help and we talked about what I needed.... Showed me some options, told me everything i needed to know, and I spent some money... This is the kind of customer service that will keep a business going... Highly recommend!

Do your research before you go into this shop! I was trying to stop smoking and was new to vaping. When I told the guy behind the counter this, he must of saw a quick buck to make. Sold me what he said was the most reliable vape for people trying to quit smoking. It broke within a week! Wouldnt trust these guys with anything. And with vape shops on every corner now, just skip this one...

Worse experience ever! I’m 24 moved to Alabama from South Carolina, haven’t had a chance to switch all my stuff over. The guy tried to tell me my ID was fake, but I can go anywhere else around here and buy alcohol.. and he was very rude about it!
