Best vape place in Birmingham or the surrounding areas. For us, its the best vape place weve been to, and we do travel quite a bit (south/east mostly)The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly!!! Especially the girl with blond hair! Shes amazing! The guys are great, too 😉 The selection of cannabis products is a very large and varied part of the store.

This place is pretty dope, man. These guys are consistently nice, and knowledgeable, and the clientele is so varied that theres very little judgment to be found.They have a great selection ranging from nicotine vaping to Delta products. They tend to be on the cutting edge of the trends in vaping, so youll often find new products there that youd never even heard of until youve seen them. Ive never had a bad experience here and I expect that to continue because theres always nice folks working there. They dont get paid enough, Im sure.

Rude staff, incorrect signage on sales (meaning no signs at all). Theres a few of the staff who are nice and are the only reason we went back in the first place. The lady with the long blond hair was rude as hell. Definitely will not be back.

This is fastly becoming my favorite shop for vape and cbd products. They have a wide selection including tobacco products, hookah accessories, hookahs, vapes, delta 8, etc. and the random smoke shop merch you expect. When Ive visited, the customer service has been great from the entire staff and there has always been a good soundtrack playing. Its a good setup; you can get what you need, the staff can help you find what you need(graciously), or you can browse... This is a place you dont mind wasting some free time perusing.

I went in trying to make small talk, ask about vape flavors/the brands/etc. Totally rude and dismissive. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. So I went with my go to vape I have been using for the past 5 months; the Lost Mary MO5000s. At my local store I usually purchase from, it lasts me 2 full weeks, every SINGLE time, doesn’t die often, and has long lasting flavor. After purchasing one of them from this specific store, It dies a lot, already tastes burnt a week from purchasing it, no long lasting flavor. It’s even cheaper than it is at my local store, I believe this is a fake!Will never come back again!!!Also I wanted to add- this was around 8pm. I am sure the people working in the morning are probably great.

I give this place a 4 simply because I believe the customer service couldve been better, I wasnt greeted but my money was ...

Knowledgeable staff was able to help me find a great deal really quick. Easy to access on 3rd Avenue South.

Visited the shop yesterday for my first time and was really pleased with my experience! The guys were knowledgeable and informative and helped my purchase extremely streamline. Great selection of glass pieces, vapes, accessories, incense, etc. The store was clean, well lit and (street) parking wasnt bad at all. They have a rewards program too. Racked up a $5 reward on my first visit. Ill be back!

Only in town for a month and found this great shop! The prices are way better than they are at the place I shop at back home! They have a huge selection and the employees are very helpful! I’ll definitely be stocking up before I head back home!

I have shopped here over 10 xan Monday and that Thursday before I 🤔But on Monday was a unpleasant experience they guy I usually deal with was off. They was kind of rude and like every time I asked a question I wA shot down no sales or recommended new flavors or popular products. Didnt get a receipt Didnt greet as I entered the store nor literally watched me an I had to ask for 4 help when 3 standing behind the counter talking. Dont no if I collected any points or not.Just didnt enjoy the visit. I think the guy name Mathew not sure I thought Luke but they made me feel like I didnt no what or who I was talking about so Im guessing the gentleman was off both days I went. I will visit back but if I receive the same cold shoulder I will not be going back I SPEND too much $ here an I will not be treated any kind of way PERIOD....

The staff is friendly but tend to be very young not all that knowledgeable about vapes and vaping equipment compared to other stores Ive been to. Told me completely wrong information about a vape i purchased there which could have been dangerous to my lungs i later found out. They have a decent selection of juices and great discounts on clearance juices.

The guys that work there are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. And the prices of the Vape Juices are a lot cheaper than a couple other vape shops I have been to. They also have rewards points so once you buy a certain amount of products from them you will get so much money off your next purchase. I love this Vape shop!

AMAZING staff!!! i loved the store. It looked great inside. They had a great glass selection. Very friendly service and had very reasonable prices unlike cloud nine which taxes the hell out of their glassware.

The best selection and customer service in town! The staff is super cool and knowledgeable on all the products, which is a lot because Vapors literally has everything. They were able to curbside me some stuff during quarantine, and the reward program is so awesome!

If you live anywhere remotely close to downtown or south side this is a great head/vape shop. They feature specials and promos on their instagram too from time to time.

They always have everything that I need. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention they are cheaper than some of the other shops that Ive been in.

Changing my review from 5* to 3* based on availability of products. They are always out of coils. I have 3 different Smok tanks, and since they have trouble keeping those coils in stock, I purchased a Sakerz tank last week based on the recommendation from an employee. I specifically asked if they had a tank for sale in which they dont run out of coils often & the Sakerz was suggested. The very next week I called asking if they had any in stock & was told no, they are still out. So I was lied to by the employee either just to make a sale, or they actually didnt know about their inventory and just picked one randomly. Ive been coming here for almost 2 years now and this may be the final nail in the coffin.

Kinda felt uncomfortable at 1st bc they were watching and following me too hard. But they lightened up after I started asking questions and purchasing things. Kinda offended.. But they have some really nice things. Everything there is next level.. Loved it

The ONLY reason this place gets 2 stars is because parking is a nightmare. I love the store and the staff is great but I’ve unfortunately had to go elsewhere because I can never find a place to park. It’s sad.

This place is always helpful and friendly. They answer my questions. They have a rewards program. They never mind showing how to work the items they sale with a smile. They let me know when I can use my rewards for discounts.

Im from mobile and they sold me an airis pina colada disposable... Taste like trash. No refund or trade in (and I opened it and hit it in store). I get better service (in this specific situation, a disposable tasting like trash) from many other places. Thanks for ur great service (sarcasm).

This is my shop! They have my favorite disposable vapes. They always have the flavor I want. I drive miles out of my way because they have the best price and the friendliest employees. They are personable and cool!

Literally the best vape shop ever 💗 I go here for my Lemon Crumble Hyde Rebel like once a week and I live 40ish min away and the reward system + the prices + the customer service just make it so worth it and can’t be beat.
