May is very skilled, very caring massage therapist. The session was perfect, she spent most of the time on my back and my focus areas. Her pressure was perfect and the hot stones were a pleasant surprise. You are wonderful May, you are truly helping me and I cant wait to be back.Namaste

My goodness gracious that was an Amazing back and shoulder massage. 👏 I have been to about 10 massages around NY and this was surprisingly one of the best! I had no idea indiana would have actual good back massages. (Though she was speaking Cantonese I think so I had a feeling it would be good). Highly recommend. I feel like I have a new set of shoulders and back. Though I know I should go more often. I tipped $30 which is normal in NY. Some of my friends would tip $50 but I think that is a lot. As someone else commented, it is actually pretty standard to tip $20 for an okay massage. I usually tip $20 for a bad massage and $30 for a really good one!!!

I have been here many times and have never had a bad massage. They know exactly how to work out the kinks. I prefer deep tissue and this place will give you exactly that! Great service each time. Thanks for keeping me going!!

This place is sketchy. I felt like I had to watch my stuff the whole time. I was never asked what I specifically wanted. She just went to work ignoring( not understanding) any specific requests. I was in a car crash and needed a note stating what she worked on specific areas. I had to type what I wanted into a translator then she told me NO. I guess because she probably cant write in English. The worst part of all is I got a 1hr massage and feel no different. My back still hurts. It was a horrible first time experience. Will never go back

I have a lot of back pain do to injuries from my job and went there for a 1/2 hr session, just before closing.I felt amazing after, I will be going back for an hour massage

I’ve been to both locations numerous times and have never had a negative experience. Jenny at Pete Ellis is great and Heather at 4th St. location. Both have been very professional and recognize the spots bothering me almost immediately without me even having to point them out. Everyone has been decent-good, but either of those 2 is who I would recommend

Last week I went to bloomington visiting my daughter, her school is there , long way traveled I was tired, my daughter found this massage , oh my I got very professional massage, made me relax & relieve my back pain, really enjoy that :)I recommend this place

May was very rude and grumpy I had a very bad experience. Paid for 90 minute massage got 60 with many and many interruptions. Plus left the door wide open with me laying butt naked don’t go I repeat don’t go to the 4th street spa.

I called and scheduled an appt then when I arrived she was so surprised to see me and said she double booked herself and that I would have to wait.

Very deep pressure applied by elbow directly on vertebra. Spine felt bruised for days. Im all for deep pressure on muscles but this was directly on my spine.
