As a college student, I carry a lot of stress during the semester and spend hours hunched over my desk studying. Coming to The Cocuun for a massage before finals week was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! After my massage with Kristi Shields, I felt more deeply relaxed than I thought was possible. If there are any other students reading this, I would definitely recommend scheduling a massage at least once a semester if not once a week! :)
I love The Cocuun. I’m so grateful that I found this place after looking for somewhere to do yoga. Each class is so inclusive, and all the instructors really make each class positive and relaxing. My daughter and I have both been seeing Molly for about 5 years now. Molly was the only person I could find locally who would do massage on children or teens. Molly is an amazing massage therapist and I really cant recommend her highly enough. She takes time to listen and communicate with you and as someone who has experienced trauma that is very important to me. I have also seen Kaelene for massage and therapeutic cupping and she is wonderful as well. I absolutely love walking in the door for a class or massage because I immediately feel some of my stress melt away because the space has wonderful calming energy.
The postnatal massage with Molly is essential for people recovering from birth. I also loved the baby and me massage. Watching Molly do bodywork on my 2 month old daughter was phenomenal. The baby was able to fully relax and then took a very very long nap. Definitely recommend this service for any new parents you know!
Attending Annas Pelvic Floor, Breath & Core has given me the opportunity to learn ways to support my body, even years after pregnancies and childbirth. Anna was a supportive and thoughtful teacher, sharing ways I can continue to use the skills outside of the classroom. I also attended Jesi Joys Yin Yoga and felt completely relaxed and renewed during and after the class. She had such a nourishing presence and chose such beautiful verse and music to accompany the positions.The space at The Cocuun is welcoming; the lighting, colors and light use of essential oils in the common space are all wonderfully chosen to elicit relaxation and calm. Parking is easy to find, either in front of the studio or in the adjacent parking lot. I also found registering for classes and communicating with Molly, the owner/massage therapist/yoga instructor to be easy.Grateful for the varied classes offered at The Cocuun!
The Cocuun is such a wonderful place for prenatal and postpartum care, as well as yoga and massage. The prenatal yoga was such an important part of my pregnancy and Molly is an extraordinary teacher. I couldn’t recommend any place more highly.

Molly never ceases to offer the greatest services in her treatment room. When I come in each month she knows exactly what my body needs even if I don’t. During pregnancy & postpartum she catered to my bodies needs so gracefully - I highly recommend The Cocuun to anyone & everyone!
I started doing prenatal yoga here during my second pregnancy. I was experiencing some different aches and pains and decided to give yoga a try. Molly does a great job at targeting problem areas of each mama. I am feeling so much better with regular yoga. The atmosphere is definitely welcoming and nonjudgmental. I cannot recommend classes here enough. If you are an expectant mom, I highly suggest you take some time for yourself and your baby to take care of your body in this way.
My friend was having a stressful couple of weeks and I got her a gift certificate for a massage at The Cocuun. Wow, she could not have loved it more. It was her first time in this place and said she would not go anywhere else. Amazing and friendly energy, rejuvenating, and a great price. Highly recommended.
The Slow Flow Yoga class with Sarah is really awesome. Its 1 hour a week that I set aside for myself to reconnect with my body and movement. I really love that I can go in person or join in Zoom so I dont have to leave my home if I dont want to. I am a homebody and will find any excuse such as weather or traffic or dirty hair to talk myself out of going somewhere but with the Zoom option there is no reason not to log on, and I ALWAYS feel great afterward!
Love this place! Great variety of classes. You can slow, or speed up, your yoga practice; do pilates and even strength training (and my favorite: get a massage!). Instructors are great, nice intimate studio.
The best prenatal yoga classes and prenatal massages in Bloomington! The community and team members are welcoming and truly supportive. I am grateful to have the Cocuun in my home town.
The Cocuun is a cozy and relaxing space. Amy Beck is a GREAT educator on pregnancy and birth. I learned everything I know about baby from Amy and she also stayed with us during the entire delivery. Highly recommend the Cocuum and Amy!
I’ve been to a restorative yoga class with Nadia and have received several massages from Chloe and I have loved it all. I live about 45 minutes away, otherwise I’d be more of a regular patron! It’s a very nice space, very clean, organized, and calming. Everyone I’ve met from the Cocuun has been so wonderful and inviting.
As not only an instructor here, but also someone who attends other offerings, I cannot say enough good things about the beautiful space that is The Cocuun and the services and offerings here. My husband and I recently attended the YoMassage class held by Maple, and it was amazing - so relaxing and rejuvenating, a unique offering incorporating massage into a restorative yoga class! Everyone who teaches here does so from a very heart-centered place and its very apparent that there is a lot of love and intention poured into every offering. There is something for everyone at The Cocuun and this space will quickly feel like a home away from home!
Ive had a massage and practiced yoga at Cocuun- both were exceptional experiences. The whole space is dreamy and peaceful, especially the massage rooms.
Ive taken several restorative yoga classes here with Katie! I love the way she instructs you peacefully though each pose, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident with every move. She even has pulled out clothes soaked in lavender oils to help relax all your tensions! I always leave the class refreshed and realigned. It helps me gain energy as I begin my weekends. I love the little touches of the space especially the heated floors in the winter!
My nine year old and I attended our first virtual Cocuun class with Darcie this past Tuesday, Gentle Flow. It was such a lovely class. The mantra of patience resonated with both my son and me. The class set us up for a great week. We will be attending more classes with Darcie this month. I’m also looking forward to a class for moms and musicians with Anita next week. I’m happy to have this outlet right now in such anxious times.
Ive had two massages with Kaelene and they were both incredible. Most recently, I booked a massage with her after having a headache for a week and several weeks of seasonal congestion. Immediately after my massage, my headache was gone and I could breathe freely for the first time in weeks. Both massages Ive had with Kaelene were slightly different, addressing the issues I was experiencing at the time, and both felt like a magical cure. Ive had many massages over the years, and both of Kaelenes were among the best Ive ever had. She works magic!
The Cocuun has offered deep healing for many members of my family. Weve all loved and appreciated the massages offered at The Cocuun, but Ive also appreciated the skills weve been taught to bring back home! Our family has improved in a variety ways, directly from The Cocuuns support: back pain, ear infections, muscle tightness, and stress are all areas that have been addressed and improved. Additionally, I appreciate the time taken before and after a session to educate and plan moving forward.
The Cocuun is so welcoming and calming. The yoga studio is spacious and comforting, and the massage rooms are cozy and relaxing. I’m glad we have such a lovely place in our community for restoration, movement, massage, and connection.

What an amazing experience I had here, a great place to take some selfcare time for yourself, it is conveniently located on the Eastside of town (near the College Mall). I really enjoyed the Restorative Yoga on Friday evenings, works great for me and my schedule.
I’ve already recommended Cocuun to several friends. The variety in classes is really appealing and the services I’ve explored have been top notch!
