I had a facial appointment with Roxy today and had the most wonderful experience. She instantly made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She asked many questions about my skin and the products I used to them create a customized experience for my facial. You can definitely tell how passionate she is about her work and her clients. She was very knowledgeable about different products and helped me add a new step into my skin routine. I would recommend Roxy to everyone!!!

Esthetician Allison at the Bench location is the ultimate professional; full of knowledge, skill and graciousness! I can already see and feel substantial benefits to my skin. I’m brighter with lightened dark spots, have better texture, tone, and lines are plumped! A real game changer ya’ll! Bring on 57!!!

I had a facial from Katie yesterday and it was fantastic! I have been to Heidi Lane before, so I was already a fan, but Katie was amazing. She was professional, highly knowledgeable about skin treatment and products, and she gave my skin the care it needs. I really enjoyed that she used pressure points when massaging my face and appreciate the extra attention she gave to the fine lines around my mouth without even asking. Definitely recommend booking her.

Heidi Lane and her staff use only top quality skin care products some of which Heidi has created. I have been a loyal customer for years and would rather give up food then my time at this spa. My skin is insanely sensitive and prone to out breaks, Heidi Lane has transformed my face! I haven’t had any skin issues for more than 2 years. Best money you will ever spend.

I loved my facial at Heidi Lane. Upon arriving I was immediately impressed by the lovely scented, charming and cozy surroundings. My esthetician, Sara , greeted me & I immediately felt comfortable. Not only did I get a wonderful“Lifting & toning “ facial but Sara massaged my neck & shoulders into complete relaxation.I’m totally “hooked” now and plan to return often. Not only was the experience heavenly but in the following days I received quite a few compliments from others on my glowing skin.

I have visited Heidi Lane twice now, once for a facial and once for a 60 minute full body massage. Both times I have been amazed at the quality of service, the friendliness, and the cleanliness of the two locations. I look forward to trying more services at Heidi Lane in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone that works there is hand-picked and just as lovely as Heidi herself.The facials are the best Ive found (they come with head, shoulder, arm, and leg messages as well!)The Lash Tints and Lash Lift services are fantastic as well, I always look like a new woman afterwards!You never leave the building without feeling relaxed, calm, and refreshed! I am so impressed by the care and professionalism at Heidi Lane Esthetics. Upon arrival my hands were spritzed with sanitizer and my temperature taken. It was super quick and efficient. Emilee my esthetician was amazing. She made me feel right at home, pampered my poor tired skin, educated me and became my friend...all in a one hour facial! Three days later my skin is STILL glowing with brightness and Im still feeling the benefits of having taken time for myself! Thank you!

Sara is amazing and creates a wonderful experience! I received a gift certificate and went for my first appointment, I had turned 50 and struggled with dry skin, uneven skin tone and saggy jowls...so depressing! After my first visit I noticed an amazing difference. Tightening of my jowls, no more dry skin, and I started receiving compliments of how wonderful I looked! I have been going monthly ever since and the results continue to amaze me! My special time for myself and the massage that she does with the facial is as good as any I have ever received. Best gift you could give yourself or a friend!!

Ok, I’ve gotten facials before and while I had never found that they made a noticeable difference in the appearance of my skin I got them once in awhile because it’s really relaxing and enjoyable until my facial with Tamar at Heidi Lane. I got my facial a week ago and brought home some products that she had recommended and over a week later, my skin still looks so incredible! I had no idea facials could actually do that. Can’t wait for my next treatment and thanks again Tamar!

Ive had facials at lots of different places over the years and Heidi Lane is amazing. Emilee listens carefully to my skin care concerns and chooses great products--explaining her selection at each step. Shes also got an amazing touch. The whole experience is soooo relaxing, and my skin glows afterwards.

Quality services and products, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, at the recommendation of my dermatologist I needed to discontinue the use of products purchased about 6 months prior from Heidi. I reached out to Heidi on a whim to see if there was anything we could do - as these were very pricey items that I simply would never be able to use. To my delight, she allowed me to take credit for the items for services or other products. I had a great experience working with another employee who helped me find products that might better meet my needs. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I am able to partake in facial treatments again - I wont hesitate to go back!

Edit: I wanna update my review with my experience with Tamar for almost half a year now. She gives THE BEST facials very tailored to your personal needs, and what your skin would appreciate. She gives you wonderful at home tips as well, which keeps your face free of pimples. In this covid world, where mask is still mandatory (for all the right reasons), it is easy for skin to take in lot of CO2 from exhaling into mask, and get pimples or accumulate dirt. But with Tamars tips, I was able to reduce them a lot, and now I barely get any. Thank you so much, Tamar. You made me take good care of my skin. Much love. Happy skin means happy face :)I tried Heidi Lane yesterday for a facial, and Ive to say Ive never had a facial that made me feel so amazing, bright and spotless! She clearly knows her stuff and Ill be going to her as long as I can :) thank you, Heidi for doing such a great job! My face is glowing so much more today :) :) you made my Monday!

I have been a regular client of Heidi Lane for the past 7 years. Heidi makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to address all of my skin care concerns. She truly cares about the well-being of her clients and goes above & beyond each and every time.

Sheila is AMAZING! I get my Brazilian SUGARING 🤩 done with her every 3 weeks- so much more pleasant that waxing!! She is fast and super efficient, I have never had anyone be able to get me as clean/hairless as she does. She gets ALL the hairs! Affordable too, not like some other places that charge ridiculous amounts of money for it.

I have loved both my experiences with cupping and massage therapy! Once with Emily and today with Elizabeth. Elizabeth took extra time to explain stretches and other services that could help with my areas of concern. I have been having facials with Tamar for a year now. She always brings new knowledge of her expertise into my appointments to help improve my skin. This spa is one of the best in the Boise area!

My first time there getting a back facial. Katie, my esthetician did an amazing job. She explained every step and very thoroughly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxing. My back feels amazing.. I’ll definitely be back and get other treatments done by her again.

I just received the best facial from Hailee, she went above and beyond to give me one of the best treatments I’ve ever received! I’ve been getting facials for 13 years and she gave me goosebumps. She was very knowledgeable with the product and with what exactly my skin needed! If you are thinking of getting a facial, do yourself a favor book with Hailee! Recently moved here from Houston and found Heidi Lane by a simple google search and made an appointment based off the reviews. This was by far the GREATEST facial I have ever had. Ariel was my esthetician and she was so charming and kind and so incredibly professional. I’ve had facials before that were twice as expensive, with the least personable people and they didn’t do half of the things that Ariel included in the signature facial. Like I was left alone in a room with serums on my face and then the person would come back, wipe it off and apply a new one and leave again for 10 minutes, rinse and repeat... not relaxing at all. Ariel went over all my concerns and addressed them throughout my treatment, she dermaplaned, applied a gentle mini peel, massaged my arms and legs and shoulders, offered a brow wax (which I needed and was only $15), moisturized, exfoliated and extracted away all my flaws and imperfections! My face is GLOWING and RADIANT y’all. I’m seriously blown away that this facial is less than $100. I will absolutely be back and can’t wait for my next service with Ariel!

I was asked a few questions to put the bag together, and I am obsessed with all the products it came with. I am already seeing such a big difference in my skin! Jennifer is AMAZING!!!! I have blond hair so my lashes and brows are nearly invisible unless i use tuns of products. Jennifer is a pro with lash extensions and her skilled dying of brows makes my eyes pop! She is a sweetheart who is massivly talented. Heidi and her team are top grade, first class all the way!

I did a series of 6 microcurrent treatments recently and WOW! With each treatment my face became noticeably more tightened and toned. I had treatments with Heidi, Sara, Emily and Tamar--all were fabulous and the treatment was consistent regardless of which esthetician I saw. Microcurrent is anti-aging magic and having it done at Heidi Lane is truly next level.

Got a facial, a lactic acid treatment and an extraction treatment. My nose is like half the size it was before I went in. Brandy did a great job! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I feel like a million dollars when I leave. All the practitioners are warm and friendly. They are passionate about what they do and that means a lot to me. The products they use are natural, healthy and they smell delicious. They go the extra mile to add in little touches to the services and that makes them stand apart. They are also really down to earth but I love that they are always offering cutting edge and innovative services too.

You want to go to Heidi Lane esthetics!! Cutest place in town and guaranteed you will have a great experience. All the girls have so much knowledge and the products they carry are amazing.

The place is not transparent with their charges. I booked an appointment and they denied the service because they found out its not suitable for me at that moment. They charged me half the money that is more than 60 dollars just for denying the service and later mailed me I paid for their time. One of the worst experiences I ever had and not at all customer friendly.

First time to Boise and had the most phenomenal facial with Emily. Super clean and peaceful space. Loved every minute of it!!
