I had my phone screen repaired last week. I can not have enough good to say about the service they provided between their communication & the attentiveness. I dont leave reviews often, but I couldnt not spread the word about how professional this experience has been. Ill definitely be back!

A big hand of applause to Nick for getting my phone information transfer from the one with the cracked screen to the new phone. Being that I am a truck driver I definitely have to have my cell phone for work and he was Johnny on the spot and got me hooked up quick and I am very thankful and I even purchased a few items from the store there which they have a nice selection of electronics and other accessories. Extremely helpful and kind. Customer service was 100% on point. In todays world most places dont seem to care whether or not you are happy with their products or rarely can you find help looking for something. I recommend this place to anyone. Its not just a tech store but I wont ruin the surprise. Ill just say go check it out yourself and help a local business at the same time.

Best shop around! The staff is amazing! Super nice, very knowledgeable! Fair prices too! Love the variety of merchandise too! If you need a controller fixed or looked at, they offer awesome deals too! And pretty great warranty!

I updated my iPhone 13 to version 17.5.1 last week and afterwards I got an error message “no SIM available.” A couple of times I got it to return to normal, but in a couple of days later it went out for good.Tech Pros on Stockwell in Bossier was my closest option with good reviews so I called them. My only other idea was to go to the ATT store for a new SIM card.When I called Tech Pros, I talked with Josh who had a lot of possibilities for the problem - not being a SIM card problem. PLUS - they open at 8:00am.I carried the iPhone in and Josh started work on it right in front of me, telling me what he was doing and checking and the things that ended up not the problem then POOF - he goes “that’s it”, hands it back to me and for less than $30 and less than 10 minutes he cured my problem. He was super nice, professional and competent. I will go back in a heart beat with any iPhone issues I may encounter in the future.I highly recommend Tech Pros for iPhone issues!

Burned my sons switch putting a supposidly illegal chip in it. So basically blames my 14 year old son after he agreed to install a illegal chip. Stay away from this place. Also charged 43 dollars to get broke switch back.

I would just like to apologize for a huge misunderstanding, I take responsibility for not making myself clear! My issue was handled immediately, I was offered a full refund and was reminded about their price match guarantee. I am so sorry for jumping the gun and assuming the worst especially since I’ve been going there since the very beginning and know better. They have always been kind and knowledgeable and eager to go above and beyond ( even looking everywhere for some no flavor vape juice for me ) I just wanted to say I’m so sorry and have nothing but love for you guys!

The guys here are always knowledgeable and friendly. Ive bought several items from this place and have never had any complaints. You can tell the guys are passionate about what they do, they always patiently explain their different products (WIDE selection of products, btw) and have the best recommendations for what will be good for you. Today I was helped by a man named Mhady Shihadeh, and his customer service was exceptional. Just all-around good dudes working there. They fried a friends 14 year old Nintendo switch and charged him to get his broke Nintendo back dont use them.

They are totally incompetent in doing what they say they are capable of. They will ruin your electronics and still charge you a fee.

This is definitely the best place in Bossier to get your tech. repairs and get a vape if you are a vaper. They have great friendly service. They also fixed my cell phone screen that I thought was unfixable in less than 45 minutes and for a great price.

These guys are awesome! The only vape/repair shop I go to. Recently got my girlfriends MacBook repaired here! The owner was very helpful in getting the part shipped overnight and having it repaired quicker than expected and at a very good price! Mhady and his guys are incredible.

Took my playstation 4 to get a CD removed and the tech said hell have it ready 2 to 3 days . He assured me he could fix it with no problem so a week went by & no phone call. Wheni call them and ask about my game,they told me the board isnt working anymore and still charge me a diagnostic fee😡

I went there once to get my phone screen repaired and after he “repaired it” the face id didn’t work and a month later the phone was on but the screen wasn’t working yet it still made sound, so i take it back, get charged ANOTHER $300 and a month later my current “fixed” phone screen now randomly shakes and is unresponsive half the time and the face id still doesn’t work, i got charged 2x for a mistake i didn’t even make, i haven’t dropped my phone and i haven’t even cracked the screen either of the two times
